I too like Sakuri because of his weapon and how it's like a tattoo at first and then a deadly... thingy majig after.
Though, from the last awesome episode (Twelve), one can only wonder some things on what prominent role Sakuri will play. He just lost his pet, so he's either going to be too depressed to give a crap about anything anymore, want some sweet revenge on Ninjai, or turn his back on his master. Can't wait, can't wait.
And you're quite welcome. I thought everyone should see the brilliance of this series. I only watched a few episodes of Samurai Jack and simply loved it for various reasons and those reasons were captured in Ninjai. Woot to your mama! Well, James, you seem to be convincing people they're Australian and I'm damned to call you a liar myself. Aussie or not, they're still attempting chinese voices even if they are bad XD And I didn't mind the swearing guy and found it quite amusing since I actually know idiots like that in real life. Until you've experience a loud-mouth like him, you probably won'y appreciate the creator's input on that type of personality.

Ninjai The Little Ninja This is a very intriguing American anime-like animted series here online. It reminds me of Samurai Jack only more adult. That and it's about a young boy looking for who he is (ye know, cliche wandering samurai shiz). For a Flash animation, it's simply brilliant. The art is like a real cartoon, the music is beautifully composed (if there was a soundtrack for the score, I'd buy it), and the plot makes you eager to watch the rest. There's currently twelve episodes with the thirteenth in the making. They get longer as they go along and if you have a slow connection you'll have to be patient loading each one (they aren't too large). To watch this, CLICK HERE and enjoy. I know I have. I can't wait 'til episode thirteen. WARNING: This animated series has swearing and lots of gore

The song is from Donnie Darko. To say more, when he's in the theatre with Frank. And no, I have not read Mort, but I do thank you both for your comments.

Sign ups are now officially closed. The results will be posted soon with the two who got in. Please do not attempt at changing your sign ups at this point since it won't make a difference. It'll take some time for Sage Kaley and I to decide who made the cut. Thanks.

I noticed you had a pattern for "poem meters," but in my opinion, it wasn't the best choice (plus, you ddin't stick to that pattern, maybe you don't even know you were doing it). The poem didn't flow and because you went from trimeter to pentameter to tetrameter to trimeter again, it just didn't work out. I'm not saying poems should always be organized just right, but if you're going for a rhyme scheme, you must make sure your sentences go right with each other. It's all about how many syllables you have in your phrases. Nextly, one of my biggest concerns aside from the meters was that some sentences seemed to be just thrown in so space would be occupied. "You can?t find it on your lawn" "It had the same color of my clothes" Those appeared to be out of place and had really nothing to do with the situation at hand. You mention the clothes are the color of the rose, but you didn't back up what that had to do with anything. And the lawn? What about finding something on your lawn? XD Lastly, you should look over some of your lines. You either didn't read through it or you're trying too hard to sound poetic... "Then I thought I should have never messed" A phrase like that just doesn't seem to work. Not without saying what you messed with (which we all realize is the rose). Also, you wrote "my" instead of "me" in one spot ;^D I will say that I'm assuming you were using the rose as a metaphor for death, since who actually dies from pricking their finger on a rose? This poem just needs some editing and we'll see what happens :3

Welcome to the Rook Vanguard Headquarters. We?re gathered here to take down the government and bring peace back to Durandel. Make comments about the RPG or give feedback and questions right here. Be sure to watch as this first post gets updated with chars and data. This is your new home in Durandel. :::Characters Name: Rad Candel Player: Dragon Warrior Age: Twenty-Five Sex: Male Appearance: Rad has long black hair, deep green eyes, a height of 6?6?, and a light paleness. He chooses to wear goggles to protect his eyes from any thick smoke he runs into in the slums that he often lives in. He cloaks himself in red with a large flowing cape. His shirt and pants match as well and only his boot is as black as his hair. His right leg, like his right arm, was taken off during an experiment by the government and replaced with mechanical limbs. They gave a little bit more strength and he appears to not be someone you want to meet in a dark alley, but he despises the new parts. Weapon: Tech-Scythe: A small rod that can extend and unleash a blade of a scythe in mere seconds. It?s handy as a portable and even handier slicing and dicing your foes. Specimen Oddity: Rad has nothing to show for his experiments except his Mark and his two missing limbs. Otherwise, you?d never know he was a changling. It?s been numerous years since he had his experiment and he?s been practicing his newfound gift ever since, growing stronger with it and being able to hold a new form for a longer length of time. But being a changling isn?t always easy. Information: Rad was adopted into a family. He was older than his half-brother, whom he never got along with at the start. He grew up in a Garden and had a sensible life until he and his brother were taken by the government for their ?experiments.? That was when he was twenty-one. He wasn?t able to return to his home in the Gardens because it was burnt to the ground by fools. He and his brother separated from each other. They both knew of one another?s whereabouts, but they tended not to talk unless needed. Rad tore out his tracking device from his body, so he?d no longer be found. He became a bounty hunter, using his changling ability to his advantage. He began getting odd jobs from several gangs of Durge until he was recognized by the Dead Letters. Though he didn?t officially join, he was allowed to do missions for them since an inside source assured them he was okay. But things are changing and with the rise of Rook Vanguard, suspicions begin floating around. Rad gradually left the Dead Letters and became more invisible to the society. He then just called himself Candel and kept to himself. He didn?t bother joining Rook, though he was well aware of it. He wanted revenge on the government too, but he?d do it his own way? and alone. Name: Blue Alderidge Player: Sage Kaley Age: Twenty three Sex: Female Appearance: Blue has long, mid back length black hair that is sometimes confused for being a deep blue. Her left eye is a darker green and her right eye is deep blue. Her skin is a little more pale than most because she usually wraps herself in a tan cloak when traveling outside. She stands at 5?7?? and often wears a loose black tunic and baggy Arabian style pants. She likes the airy feel. Weapon: Her trusty Double Blades may seem rustic but they serve as armguards as well, since they curve up and out and store easily in two rods that she carries on her belt. With a quick flick of her wrist they go from compact to deadly. Specimen Oddity: Blue?s power may not seem important until you?ve seen it in action. Her abilities are to control and change water and air. The government planned on using her to see if a human could master the four main elements but when only water and air showed up in her they tossed her out. However a few times when she was provoked enough they did witness shadow powers. Information: Blue?s life has always been hectic. As number 6 of 7 children, she had a big family to look up to. Her older sisters were all very talented in the arts, music, writing and just about everything else except combat. Thus, wanting to be better than her sisters she took up the double blades and learned to fight. However, as a daughter of great wealth she knew no one would take her seriously and so at the age of sixteen ran away from home to pursue her training. When she finally came back however after four years she found her family had been murdered. Deeply depressed and distraught she fled once more, running to the darker parts of town. Blue learned, after dealing with a gang, that her family had been killed for a crime against the government. Having no place to go, she took to street life and stopped caring about things, feeling helpless. Soon she was picked up by the government for testing. When her abilities failed to show much power they threw her back on the streets. However this gave her the incentive to care again and soon she wanted revenge for what had been done to her family and herself. This is when she found Rook Vanguard. Despite what has happened, she is sometimes still prissy but tends to be kind to others and serious when needed. Name: Lokes Player: NPC Age: Twenty-two Sex: Male Appearance: Lokes fancies himself handsome, so even in the heat of battle he tends to try and keep himself perfect-looking. Shortly after joining the Dead Letters he died his hair gray with blonde highlights to disguise himself from his past. He has dark blue eyes and always dresses in white. He wears a simple black glove over his left hand, though. Weapon: Bullet-Gun: Being a member of the Dead Letters, he?s required to use the Bullet-Gun, guns similar to the ones we use today. The future of Durandel has brought around Electro-Guns, but for some reason the Dead Letters prefer the ole retro style. Specimen Oddity: Unknown Information: Lokes was only eighteen when he decided to hook up with the notorious group called the Dead Letters. Before then, his life was nothing, but bliss. But he found his true calling through gangster crimes and wonderful vice. He crawled his way to the top position of the Dead Letters within a year and a half and it was simple. He has a dark heart it seems and that?s what the Dead Letters? leader wants for his second in command. Lokes often does missions even though his life is rather important. If he dies, plenty of Dead Letter operations shut down. But he believes in himself enough to not let that get to his head. But his beauty does make him a tad egotistical. Name: Alister Gunn Player: NPC Age: Twenty-Three Sex: Male Appearance: Alister always made sure he was built and ready to fight government scum at any time. He constantly works out and gains huge muscle from it. He?s also a cyan-haired fellow who?s quite tan and 6?4?. His normal clothes consist of a white shirt, black pants, army boots, and occasionally some sort of classy robe. He tends to smoke cigs every now and again. Weapon: Spear: Any spear will do for Alister to plunge it into his foe?s chest. He may also resort to fist-fighting if necessary. Specimen Oddity: Abnormal Strength: Pretty self-explanatory. Information: Alister Gunn is a real trooper. He once lived with his grandparents in the Gardens, but when they died when he was fifteen, he moved out on his own. He constantly buffed up, so if he met trouble he could put up a fight. Not to mention the experiments done to him for testing strengths. The effects weren?t sudden, so the government through him back out on the streets with a device. But once he began to feel a change, he cut the device out and began using his newfound power. It was a hard road ahead, but now he?s the leader and founder of the most successful-looking renegade group the world has seen. He fully believes in Rook Vanguard and hopes to finally take down the government. Name: Aria Iro Player: ThatOneOddDude Age: 24 Gender: Male Weapons: Aria boasts a small laser stungun that looks like a magnum, but its blue and has a green cross embedded on the top. He also has a real magnum, but has no idea how to use it properly, though he has recently been training. Specimen oddity: In times of danger, a third and fourth eye appear on his forehead which are able to lock on to a target, allowing him to aim perfectly. Unfortuanately, he cannot control who he locks on to, though he will not open his third and fourth eye unless his life is being threatened. Information: Aria was born in the slums of Durge, and grew up an only child. Because he was a son of poor parents, he never had any toys as a child, so he trained himself to be a tough kid. One day, a man was being chased down by the government and decided to hide in Aria's house. The man stayed with then for a week and told Aria stories of how the government is corrupt. In order to keep the family out of troublle, he decided to leave, and left Aria with a laser stungun with a cross embedded in its top. Only 2 weeks after the man left, Aria found him dead in an alleyway. He decided to dedicate his life to taking down the government. He spent years practicing to use the stungun. When he was 18, he decided he wanted to singlehandedly take down the government. He was caught breaking into a government facility and was captured. The government officials operated on him, trying to create the perfect marksman. Unfortuanately, he lost all control of himself and began to mutate. The project was ended before the mutations branched beyond his arm. After his release, Aria immediately traveled back to his home, only to find that it had burned to the ground. He quickly dug through the rubble trying to find the bodies, but there were none. Someone nearby told him that the government officials had come and laid waste to the house 2 years ago. Aria spent the next four years traveling. He tried to leave Durge, but was chased down by the government. Along his travels he picked up some tatoos and battle scars. Just as he had lost all hope, he heard about Rook Vanguard. As soon as he heard about Rook Vanguard, he immediately sought them out. When he met the leader of Fook Vanguard, the he told Aria that there was a tracer somewhere on his body. The only place Aria hadn't checked was his arm which he had been to scared to look at. He found that it was hideos beyond imagination. The skin had eroded and the inside of the arm was a bulging red mass of flesh. Without the gauntlet, the mutation began spreading. The leader of Rook Vanguard quickly found the tracer, and Aria put his gauntlet back on. Finally, the leader took him to the garden. Currently, Aria is training to learn how to use a real magnum. Name: Mint Dejon Player: Pumpkin Age: 24 Sex: Female Appearance: Medium length light brown hair with light brown eyes. 5'5" ft tall and has a slim body figure. Is usually seen wearing buisness suit attire or something more formal and rarely seen wearing anything revealing. She is always smiling and never seems to lose her cool under tight situations. Weapon: Not very skilled when it comes to weaponry but carries around a laptop that she uses as research and when needed to actually fight can be seen throwing daggers or darts and has pretty good aim. Specimen Oddity: Has been known to have abnormal hearing and vision to where she can track someone down by smell or sight from miles away. Her abilities are hard to control and sometimes she experiences visions of the future that are hard to figure out because they come out in pieces. Her abilities are not yet at their full potential yet. Information: Mint grew up in a poor small house outside of the gardens by a harbour with her mother and her twin sister, Kelvia. She was always a happy child, even though she never knew her father who had gone missing days before she was born. She would play outside the gardens with her sister who was her best friend . One day, the government came to their house asking for Mint and Kelvia. They wanted to try and conduct experiments with twins since they had never researched on them before. Shocked and frightened, Mint's mother tried to hide her daughters in an old abandoned mill but were discovered. Because of her act, her mother was banished and she has not seen her since or known whether or not she is infact still alive. Mint and Kelvia were taken to the inner city where they were experimented on, but Mint soon grew ill from the mistreatment she received. Discouraged and having found no luck with conducting on twins, they tossed her out into the streets. She has no memory of what went on after she was taken from her house but has since had miscellanious flashbacks. She only had her memories of home and the times before she was torn from her family. Lost, Mint wandered into the gardens where she met up with a man that went by the name of Alister Gunn. He offered her shelter and food, and asked her to join up with the Rook Vanguard. She never wanted to become involved such a renegade, but the thought of finding her twin sister gave her hope. Hoping to find a way to get inside the place that conducts the experiments to help her sister escape, Mint decided to join the vanguard to reach more information about its whereabouts. To find her sister. To be reunited. To remember what happened. And to save the city of Durge in the process. :::Story The world is Durandel, a futuristic planet where technology quit too soon, but the people grew weary and weak. As the world slowly fell to slums, the government began working on their own mission. In a particular city known as Durge, the government has been taking people right off the streets and conducting experiments on them in search of the perfect human species?but all they get are mutants that they release or even deaths from their specimens. The government rarely succeeds with their tests, but those that do survive are mutated, unusual, have oddities, or special abilities. The government, though they let them go, keep a tracking device deep within the specimen?s body, so they always know what the person is doing. And to mark their pride, each specimen bares the tattoo: The Mark of the Specimen. Deep in the depths of Durge, there are places of beauty still. We call them Gardens. Within one of the Gardens, a secret organization called Rook Vanguard schemes against the government and plots mutiny. Led by a specimen named Alister Gunn, they plan to invade the main government headquarters and take out the source itself? their labs. As new people join Rook, specimen or not, they grow stronger. With each new specimen, they have to remove the device so their place in the Gardens isn?t seeked out. It?s no surprise Durge is falling under. It already has rogues, bounty hunters, and gangs like the notorious Dead Letters, led by a cruel, shrouded man with his second-in-command, Lokes. Obstacles are in the way of Rook Vanguard, but one must fight through them for what they believe in. Rook Vanguard is Durge?s and the world?s last hope? :::Overview A quick summary of the plot is that the world of Durandel is being corrupted by the government?s sick experiments on human life, especially in Durge where it?s a huge problem. Rook Vanguard, a renegade group of humans and specimens plan to annihilate the government one city at a time until they find the source of the massive problem. Some other notes:

Durge is a slum city, one large trash pile.
It has small sections of London-style homes called Gardens. One in particular that was abandoned is the Rook Vanguard HQ.
The Dead Letters is a massive gang of men and women who take no sides in the conflict. They just try to get by using their own methods. The man leading the Dead Letters is unknown, but his right-hand man Lokes is always seen leading the men.
Rook Vanguard consists of three actual players and numerous NPCs. Alister Gunn, the leader, is not a playable character, so you may not sign up as him.
A large government system is located within Durge where they conduct experiments. It is highly secured and not many know how to get in. Some of the geniuses behind Rook will solve that problem.
Word on the street is there is a man behind the whole thing, but if he?s linked to the government or not is unknown.
The government wants to make the perfect human? so far, not so good.
:::Sign Up There are only two spots to sign up in. Since Sage Kaley and I both created this RPG, we?re both participating and have positions claimed. You may see our character profiles in this RPG?s Underground thread. The deal is, you?re signing up as a specimen who is a part of the Rook Vanguard. You have already been associated with them for several weeks now. Because you?re a specimen, you can have some fun with your character. Give them some kind of special ability or oddity. Getting too wild with oddities or powers will kill off your chances of getting in, so keep it reasonable and don?t God-Mod. Also, no more changlings. Two is enough. You?re also not associated with the Dead Letters. As cool as they may seem, you?re not one of them XD Also, this RPG is rated PG, but it an contain some language and violence, plus alcohol and tobacco references, but please keep sexual scenes out of this. That means no prostitution, rape, porn, etc. I?d like to keep this clean for everyone. And be sure before you post your sign up that you run through spelling, grammar, etc. You may have a really slammin? character, but I may not be able to choose you because your mechanics are so poor it?s almost unreadable. I?d hate for that to happen. So yes, grammar and spelling count! Name: Check out the names of characters mentioned in this thread and in the Underground thread and try to make something similar. No Japanese names, please. We?re not in Japan XD (First and last name) Age: Twenty or more. Let?s not all be really young, now :P Sex: Male or Female Appearance: If you include a picture, I?d still wish for some description of their looks. Otherwise, I want a full, detailed one of them. Weapon: You can?t all be skilled with a weapon just suddenly. Especially if you were a bakery store owner before you joined Rook Vanguard. So be cautious of this. If you weren?t that big of a fighter before you joined Rook, be sure that your weapon isn?t too elaborate. Specimen Oddity: This is where you?d mention any oddities (tail, pointed ears, etc.) from the experiment. You may also mention any abilities you gained (telepathy or whatnot). Remember what I said above. Information: Everything up to Rook Vanguard. This is your character, make them unique and make me want to choose you for the part! That?s about it. If you have any questions, comments, etc, please post them in the Underground thread. I thank you. You could just have simply clicked the picture for the tutorial that this thread is about and read the first line in the new window: "This entire picture was painted using Photoshop 6.0 and a generic 3 button mouse." XD But ye know... Anyways, I think it's simply amazing if it was just done with photoshop, not to mention a mouse. I'm not sure I'd have the patience or time to do this. I applaud whoever did it and they definitely get a 10/10. I'm assuming the numbers are for the tutorial purposes, so I won't mark it down for that. Just... wow...
Personally, I think you're all just insane lol. I've been in situations where I'm like "this is somewhat familiar", but that's not really what deja vu is. It would have to be exactly the same to qualify and really, how often does that happen? Never? As for the visions stuff, I think you guys need more sleep and better nutrition. That or you're taking hallucinogens and aren't telling us. Anyway! :animestun
For one thing, this thread isn't even about deju vu. It was somehow transformed into that XD And there are numerous ways to hallucinate. Like I said for me, I think I was having a heat stroke.

I am unsure of when my next comedy RPG will be out. I'm a tad booked. Not to mention people don't seem to post in them XD I try to insert comedy into any RPG as much as I can without getting too stupid, so I hope you'll be pleased with the idea of muppets/sesane street in the future :)

I can't help it if no one replies, ye know. If you want this to stay up, reply more XD Just kidding. Anyways, Farse Tales results are up and I say congrats to those who made the cut. This RPG will most likely begin tomorrow (Tuesday) if I find time in my busy, busy schedule. I'm also slowly working on another comedy that I have yet to release even the name. EDIT: Farse Tales is now up and running. Feel free to click the linkage in the "Now Showing" section to check out the action :^D Also, I started writing a load of nonsense down called Druik the Deviant & the Demonic Sandwich. If you like stupid writing, it's the place to go. I gradually add to it when I feel the need to get some uncanny randomness out of me. It's classic DW work from the old days (and when I say that, I mean it's stupid like my old work XD). EDIT2: I haven't really updated in a while. The news is Farse Tales failed (no surprise XD) and The Poison Apple is being considered more of a story than an RPG. More on that some other time. My friend Sage Kaley and I are making an RPG together called Durandel that should be out this week. It'll be quite fun and hopefully successful. This will also be her first post, so woot! You may have noticed my Grover banner in my sig (if it's still there while you're reading this). I'm plotting a Muppets/Sesame Street RPG. News on that will be later ;^D
No freaky preminitions like that ever hapened to me, but once i stayed up all night, and the next day i was halucinating. i don't remember what i saw, but i was in my room, and it made me not want to leave. i just took a nap and i was fine. My mom says the same thing happens to her if she doesn't get enough sleep, so maybe it's genetic. i just have to be sure i get enough sleep i guess :animestun
That's not genetic. That's just the fact that you lost enough sleep that you're not getting enough oxygen to your brain causing hallucinations XD It happens to everyone. If we're getting into dreaming, I've had many unusual dreams that I can't explain, some that have come true, some that haven't. One in particular that I've brought back to mind would be one about a large, twisted tree with candles all over its huge branches. Then there's someone sititng up the tree with a single candle. I always wake before I see who it is. This dream has occurred twice in my life, but it was ages ago... ... I believe dreams can sometimes mean something.

I just recently watched Donnie Darko (excellent movie, bytheway) and got me thinking (as most movies do to me)... I've had visions before. I'm sure it's a normal thing, but it depends on how often you have them and what they're of. It's not like I have them constantly, but I can safely say I've had some kind of vision in my lifetime. I can distinctly remember it being a crow carrying a dead vine with a ripe grape. It's one of those things you can't make heads or tails of. I saw it in pure daylight... obviously it must've been me daydreaming while standing outside--even the sun causing me to hallucinate. Not too long later, my friends spoke to me and said they started growing grapes in their dead grape patch. Weird. I've had other visions like this, but none I can remember as well as that one. I'm curious--has anyone else had visions that have come true?

Women. 'Nuff said. But since I do have to say more to make this post count, I'll say I'm obsessed with womenses. Obviously you can tell by my constant sexy tea parties sweeping OtakuBoards filled with hott black mage womenses. It's not a bad addiction, but it can't always be healthy. Sometimes women can cloud someone's judgement... bad stuff. Women will surely be my downfall.

I too have used Animation Shop, but I always feel it limits me. I've officially moved on to Macromedia Flash, which is slightly harder to handle, but definitely more worth it. The options are numerous, plus you can make movies when you want to. It's not just for GIFs. So I'm just gonna say... Animation Shop: Simple, but limited. Flash: Harder, but more advanced.

I think this has potential. The names you chose for everything like "Yama Lands" and "The Thousand Hells" make it intriguing to the reader. And heck, you may even have a title for this already... I liked that "second breath" line. You could call it Second Breath. I'm guessing when you say "Asian" you mean things like Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon or Hero. It could work. All you need now to figure out is, are all the people who sign up traveling together through The Thousand Hells or seperately? Doing it seperately could be an excellent excuse for using the Chapter System James made and that'd be a very good bonus (as long as you get the right people who are dedicated). You'd also want to think through why these certain people were the ones chosen to go back. I'm sure many murdered people want to return and get revenge, but why just this group? And what lies in The Thousand Hells that is so important for them to achieve to get back home. Just some important plot points. Before starting an RPG like this, it's always a good idea to have lots of these things planned out (but keep it open enough for players to be creative). Graphics would be cool for this. If you need help, I might be able to get in here and do something. It's just about how much effort you want to really put into this.

Discuss POLL: What type of RPGs appeal to you?
Dragon Warrior replied to Redemption's topic in Theater
I'm particularly fond of comedy, just because I'm... well... I'm me :P Though comedy RPGs tend to get a little disoriented, if you get the right people and it's set up correctly, it can go places. I'm still on a mission to make an actual comedy RPG that gets somewhere. XD I also like Fantasy because it opens to so many possibilities. But I'm rather picky here too. I don't just join any ole fantasy RPG. I make sure it has somewhere it can go and have a focused plot. Not to mention the fact that most fantasy RPGs I see are cliche. We need to get our original minds pumpin'. -
It sounds pretty good, but I agree about the last line. It does sound off, but it also misses the beat, if ye know what I mean. I'm not sure if you're using new words like I do, but I definitely like the feeling of this. One thing I sometimes do in songs is get a line that's so freakin' sweet, but it makes no sense with the rest of the song. Watch out for that XD

Meh, you asked me... The first picture is the better of the two. But it still has its points. Like the left leg (from our view), which is kind of unusually short. The The leg below the knee is too short, not to mention it's an odd bend. Her face is pretty well done, but I fear that the nose is a little too far out there that it makes her look like a Who (could be the way the hair is over the eye that throws one off). The light effects are done well, though, as is the rest of the body. A good start. I didn't like this second one as much or a few reasons. The first would be that the head is way too large for the body. I seem to have trouble with proportion as well. The thing is, you got too into the hair that you might have lost track of the boundaries of the head. Then there's the face, which appears to have lost its anime-effect and looks slightly cartoony. It could be that her eyes are too small for the head. But you did do very well with the hair, which flows amazingly perfect. Not to mention that the body is pretty well done too. Just another tidbit... from our view, the left arm is way too long. Here's an art tip that any artist should know, but I'm not sure if you were taught... As you can see from my crappily-drawn example, the tricep extends all the way down to the end of the torso to your waist. The bicep will then carry on a little further past the butt and the hand ends before the knee. If you don't believe me, stand up and try it, because that's really how we're made. Also, I dunno if they taught you the gesture drawing technique (which is drawing your characters as lightly-doodled circle people), but it's very handy when you want to get proportions out of the way first thing. Simple draw your characters like I did (with the head, torso, hands, arms, legs, and butt circles), but in the position you want to make the character. Do it lightly so you can erase the lines when you've drawn the actual character over the circles. It also helps build your artistic abilities by just practicing drawing gesture people in different positions. Not to mention it helps your proportions. It helps me a load. And so... My Rating (Pic #1): 7/10 Gettin' there... My Rating (Pic #2): 6/10 Watch the head ;^D

No, because then people will try posting a lot more (and it'll be crap, I'm sure) just to reach higher ranks. It's a good idea to keep it simple with two member titles and it's even better that they aren't shown anywhere but your profile. The Black Mage has spoken.

Because I wanted to and people asked for it and some of you smell, I'm using this post not for another part, but for a character database. Now you can learn about the characters, some you've read about, some you haven't ;_; Also, check out the new shnazzy poster for the first post of this thread: Name: Druik the Deviant Gender: Male Role: Main Character What They Have To Do With Druik: He is Druik! Info: Ever since birth, Druik has been evil. I didn't say he was good at it (because he's not), but he's always wanted to cause havoc. Throughout his childhood years, he's attempted evil stuff and even attended evil college... and yet, he sucks. His pathetic attempts make for a fun series :P Weapon Of Choice: Massive Sword Name: Malkore the Demonic Sandwich Gender: Male Role: Druik's Master What They Have To Do With Druik: He's Druik's evil master. Info: He once was an ordinary sandwich made by some kid when suddenly, demons possessed him. The kid immediately chucked Malkore out of the house and into the streets where he sat immobilized and listening to Druik's rants. From there on, he has controlled Druik to do his evil bidding. Weapon Of Choice: Evil Demon Magic Name: Furlin the White Mage Gender: Male Role: Being a jerk What They Have To Do With Druik: He hates Druik, but follows him anyways. Info: We're not entirely sure why Furlin is around. He constantly yells at Druik and tries to sue him for massive amounts of money, but he also helps him in battle. His position in Druik's life is yet to be revealed. We're not sure why. It's just another one of our twisted plot turns. He enjoys giving Druik words of advice on his adventures. Back when he was a lawyer, he always said "When in doubt, seek me out," but now that he's a drug lord, his new slogan is "When in need, buy my weed." Words of the wise. Druik: Okay :) (slays Bully) Bully: Oh, for crappin? out loud! (dies) Lawyerton: For crappin? out loud? Malkore: Good job, Druik. Now get me out of here. After they left the school, they went to Dairy Queen for some ice cream :3 Druik: Butterscotch :^D Malkore: Mmm? (licks ice cream) Now, listen? we can finally start on our plans to rule the world and stuff. Druik: Isn?t eating ice cream like eating your family? Malkore: Meh? Druik: Well, you?re both food and stuff? Malkore: Nooo? I?m made of vegetables, animal meat, and bread. There?s a fine line between dairy and that. Druik: What do ye know? You?re right! (pokes line and it breaks) Whoops. Malkore: Now listen? while you were stupidly lolly-gagging about like a frickin? ninny, I took the liberty of building us an evil fortress on that hill over there. (nudges his body at the evil castle) Druik: Cool. (licks ice cream) But how could you build it while you were captured? Malkore: Technicalities aren?t important. What?s important is we can finally start taking over the world. Let?s go! Druik: ? Malkore: ? Druik: ? Malkore: ? Druik: ? Malkore: ? Malkore! We have a hot tub! Malkore: I know, I know. I built this place, remember? The hot tub was easy to do, but the wiring was a little more of a job for one of my demon minions. Druik: We have demon minions? Malkore: I have demon minions. You are gay. Druik: Not true ;_; Malkore: Now go frolick. Druik: Yay! (unsheathes massive sword) Lawyerton: Hold on, Druik. As a drug lord, I have realized you can?t charge into battle swinging your sword before you figure out your enemy?s stats. Druik: What?s that have to do with drug dealing? Lawyerton: I don?t know. Malkore: Over here, you imbecile! Druik: WHAT? OVER HERE? (points the other way) Malkore: No, over he- Druik: OKAY! (goes in opposite direction) Malkore: WTF?! Druik: Oh, wow? look at this science project, Lawyerton. I?m bound to get a good lawyer. ???: Did you call for a good EVIL lawyer? Furlin: Why, yes, yes I did. ???: LOL! Good! I can help you out then. Furlin: Good. But how ?bout you come out of the shadows. I can?t make out your face. ???: You can?t make out with my face! I?m not gay! Furlin: That wasn?t what I meant -.- ???: LOL! If they?re on trial. Muhahahaha. Furlin: I?m listening. Ferk: With my help, you can sue that crazy Druik guy?s ass big time. Furlin: How did you know I was suing Druik? Ferk: With my superiority in the court, there?s no doubt you will win. I have a way with judges. Furlin: What do you mean? Ferk: Did you know Arnold Schwarzenegger was a tap dancer? Furlin: He?s an action star and now a governor.
