1.
D'aww you're not creepy Gavin :)
I might not be... but this is... And now, a moment with grown men laughing alone with their fruit salad...
2. You may. I'll probably have the other two songs up by then as well (and more covers possibly) if you'd like to make a different selection. On a side note: I am very happy you know Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin. That band is way good... plus they have your name sorta in it.
3. Well, you got the main part right at least :] I was hoping the Studio Ghibli artstyle would give away which film it is. It's Miyazaki's "Castle of Cagliostro." I agree, there are quite a few, but that one is surely the best :] Your turn.
4. Well, technology as a whole is advancing every day (obviously) and because of that, what used to be simplistic and single-purpose pieces of equipment have all been striving towards becoming what thirty years ago would've been barely workable on your Macintosh computer. Cell phones are becoming mini computers, so I'm not surprised at all that they're advancing gaming consoles. And why not? I mean, Microsoft did make the 360 and they're a computer company, so it's no surprise they would work on such a goal. And with youth today, we spend a lot of time on the internet (for Facebook and Twitter and such), listening to music, playing video games, watching YouTube, watching movies, and etc. I agree that the next generation of consoles will probably have some bigger computer-esque features. If the 2nd generation PlayStation had the capabilities of a DVD/CD player and now the 3rd can use Linux, it's a no-brainer the route they're taking. Even workout programs/games have been made for these puppies. If it keeps up, consoles will pretty much be all we need anymore. Especially if it can toast bread, play Call of Duty, and download pornography for you all at the same time. Every college guy's dream...
5. Well, it's not like I have hatred towards Will and Elizabeth either. I just felt they were getting dry by the end. They did what they could for their story and considering the creators didn't plan to make more than one Pirates movie, I think they did well with extending the love story as much as they did. Heck, they took several items like the broken compass and made them into actual plot points whereas if the series ended with Black Pearl, they would've remained unimportant features. I still think that's pretty cool. They have so much detail to each film that there's plenty they can work with. In the third one, you see when Jack has no shirt on that his torso is completely covered in bizarre tattoos; that alone opens up a whole book of side stories and possible plot elements. Obviously I'm with you, CaNz. I want this new movie and more.
6. Well, here's a fairly easy one to get things rolling again... bonus points if you can name the specific movie.

8. Hey now. Don't be leavin' those casually sexual comments on my page!

9.
Also, that Creepy guy probably creeped off somewhere to make another thread in another forum about another Korean TV drama.
Nah, I'm still around.
10. I have recently have gained enough recording equipment to start doing music projects at home rather than waiting around for the studio at my university to open up for my two other bands. This means I can finally put in the time to work on my solo music project Banditlight that I've reluctantly had to put off for so long. I categorize it on Facebook as "indie lo-fi scarf rock" because I basically don't know what to call it. After searching enough genres those seemed to fit. My influences are bands like Margot and the Nuclear So & So's, Sufjan Stevens, Andrew Bird, Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin, Aqualung, Great Lake Swimmers, Tigers That Talked, and Sleeping At Last, which may be apparent when you listen (if you know 'em). As of right now, only one song is up, plus a cover, but a few more will be up as the week goes. 11. On the upside, good for you. Not a lot of fellas turn down a casual fling; they'd actually strive for some sex along with those pictures. I've been in your situation before as well... a few times. It sucks when the girl is actually what you want in a relationship. If she didn't want anything dating-wise, I wouldn't waste my time on her either. But it's your decision. Here's to hoping that other guy is a nobody now and she gets her head on straight.
12.
I hope this one works
Much better :] And well worth the suspenseful wait. Two things I love in one...
13.
I love this... If only the new movie would be this.
And if only the image would show up :P Haha. Welcome back, Lilt!
14. Any moment when you fight a Colossus in Shadow of the Colossus. The music immediately picks up from silence once you're near the creature, then becomes exciting when you make your first strike. And as if your adrenaline isn't pumping enough, the closer you are to defeating it, the more wild the Colossus gets and the more intense the music becomes. Those guys really know how to make it feel like you're there. It's like playing a movie the whole time.
15.
So I went to a black light party for New Years. I achieved most drunk at the party along with my roommate. Those 3 bottles of wine... Just... whoa.
Didn't go to the ball drop at Rosa Parks Circle? I didn't either. The rain was making me not up for it.
16. All I can say is this really puts a damper on things... I mean, my birthday is May 31st. Stupid prophecies...
17.
If Otakuboards.com was a country, it would be larger than Pitcairn Islands with its 52 daily visitors!
"And if you look over there, you can seem the historical forum of the Anthology, which hasn't been used in decades."
18.
also, she just texted me again at 2am telling me she is sorry she fell asleep... I really like this adorable woman.
Gotta love the blossoming romance. It's when life seems too perfect. But I'm a hopeless romantic :D
19. That makes sense. Some places have certain groups and lack more towards your standards. I am fortunate to have plopped myself into a city where there's an abundance of my type. I just have to hunt 'em down.
20. School is a great way to meet people... are you in college? I would suggest getting into groups of interest if you are. Meeting people in your interest groups would be best :]
21. I would feel a bit awkward about my parents paying for an online dating account for me. But then again I always feel like if I got one it'd be me giving up on myself. Though I know online dating is a good way to meet people and isn't lame at all, I still feel like people would think I was lame to use it. Does that make sense? Haha. Either way, I date enough people around here... I'm just picky.
22. Oh... this is just for January? Hey, I'm the talent. I'm not supposed to be smart.
23. You also left out International Talk Like A Pirate Day. Veeeeeh-ry important... arrr.
24. Nice :] You even named it by its Japanese title. Americans know it better as Star Blazers.
25. I actually do cook since I wanted to be a culinary student once. That's the only time I can handle wine haha. I make a good shrimp dish with some White Zinfandel.
