Japan takes center stage in this end of 19th Century plot in order to not let the entire human race be turned into Akumas and the Exorcists have the power of "Innocence" that was given to them by God on their side.[/QUOTE] I'm a little sad no one has mentioned it yet, considering the anime came out the exact same day as Death Note's did. :( I've only seen the first three episodes, but I know the story from what I've read from the manga. Pretty much, I love the anime as much as the manga, sans a couple baby complaints I have regarding how some things were done. I think Allen looks a little older than he should, as he's only like fifteen...but that may be the fault of anime being colored, as I'm used to it being white like most everything else. They also skipped Chapters 2-4, for some reason, which kinda sucks considering I really wanted to see it animated... :animeangr But, that's okay...I love Allen's voice, as he sounds as young as he should, but still...

It's been around for over two years now, but I haven't heard anyone really mention it, which makes me sad, considering I think it's really good. It's currently on Chapter 96, but I'm only on 21, the third volume, but I love the manga so far. Answering this will decrease my manliness factor... :animesigh lol Well, the time I can remember was once during Full Metal Alchemist...that one episode including Nina, they just had to have her around being all cute and stuff, and have that adorable little way of talking that I've dubbed "Little Girl Speak" (...no comment... :animeswea )...and then...[spoiler] her damned father had to fuse her with their dog, Alexander, and turn her into a chimera.[/spoiler] That was bad enough, I was already punched in the face emotionally, and watched on sorrowfully... But then...[spoiler] she ran away, and ran into Scar, who killed her to end her pain. [/spoiler] I was on the edge. I could feel my eyes getting heavy, as I watched Ed, crying, but I held it in. But, just I started to think I was gonna make it, the ending theme came on...and they snook in a cute little picture of Nina and Alexander cuddling. That was all I could take. :animecry:

It's weird...I already know what's gonna happen in these earier episodes, but it still managed to recapture me, though I saw the events coming. I'm only on the second episode currently, but I enjoyed every moment of the two episodes! :D There's one part that I really want to see in the anime...but I won't post it, just in case anyone's curious and ruins it for themselves.
