I agree with Siren. I think the issue may be more of you are considering suicide yourself and want to get feedback on the issue. If this is something you are considering, you need someone to confide in and talk to about your feelings. Killing yourself is just an easy way out. You've got to find a way to surpass it, to be stronger than that.

I think I just wet my pants. Anyway... I'm looking forward to this game. I've been holding off on getting a gamecube unit until this game comes out (then I'll get Windwaker as well). My PS2 is lonely and needs a friend. Thanks for sharing screenshots. I was poking around recently trying to find some info, but I didn't find any new news.

I really loved Paper Mario. Think I'd enjoy this one as well. Thanks so much for sharing; this is exciting news. I, too, always wondered why they never made more Mario RPG type games. I always enjoy this type of game.
Grave of the Fireflies
I read about this one, but still haven't seen it. It's on my to-see list. The visuals looked very worth watching.

Kagome from Inuyasha and the doodle are new stuff. I posted the other anime piece in my Otaku a while back. PG rating for a little boobage in the last pic. From left to right: Kagome Postage Stamp, Anime Girl with a Lance, and Liberation My Fan Art Section-Drop by the site and say hello there if youre too shy to say hi here. :tasty: http://fanart.theotaku.com/artist.php?user_id=55610

I do agree that the moderation on the board seems a little tight at times. I've been rebuked for speaking in too short of sentences, even though it was quoted "that I have worthwhile things to say". Too me this doesn't make a lot of sense. However, rules are rules. I respect that. However,a key point coming from a grownup (somewhat grownup anyway). It's life. Life suxs sometimes.

It takes a long time to master getting things from your head onto paper properly. It's just part of life. Keep trying and you'll keep getting better; the more you repeat draw, the better you'll become at it.

I do have a suggestion on the ratings system. However, I am guessing the work required to do this would be more trouble than its worth, but I'll open it for discussion anyway. When a user votes that they do not like desired fanart, e-cards, etc., somehow a link will post to the voters Otaku site. There are a lot of great artists here at Otaku that I never get a chance to see because some idiots vote them down on purpose. It's very frustrating. This way there would be no favoritisms. So, if I were to say, no I don't like this piece. Then the person who owns the fan art will know it was me who did it. If they want to know why I voted them down, they can ask me. Then I would say...I didn't like the composition, it was too generic, etc.

Who do you think makes the most visually stunning anime? If your a super anime buff (seen everything from A to Z), it'd be interesting to here some of the less obvious choices. So, covering the obvious...I'm a big fan of Miyazaki and the Square team (Final Fantasy Video Games). Also, the various teams that brought the Animatrix . Visually stunning. I'll shut up now and let someone else talk. The Quick and Lazy Method There are many ways to get those lines smoother, so I'll just suggest one technique. A quick and simple one since I don't like to spend a lot of time on line art. Depends on the style of work you're scanning as to what works best. Step 1. Scan it as a black and white drawing. In my example, I used a standard pen for inking. The edges are very rough, but they clean up easily. Iusually scan at a 300 DPI scale. It's grainy, but the lines are thick so they clean up nicely. The figure is the strong focal of the piece, and nicely done as well. Very bold and good realistic qualities. As far as improvements, nothing major, but I think I'm supposed to say something along the line of crits. I think a little tighter hatching or a cross hatching (on the penciled background) will bring the figure to the foreground more and make for a better effect. Does that make sense? Too much white will kill a contrasty piece. Great work. ^^

I have wanted to do something like this. Unfortunately, my professional experience just about only extends to the fine arts. Secondly, I don't have a lot of time to work on anything past classes. Perhaps you could post something here at Deviant Art in the Pixel club- http://pixel-club.deviantart.com/ Could you post some examples of the the kind of thing you're looking for? That might help.

OoT is one of my all time favorite games. I liked most of the temples and bosses in this games, save one...the evil water temple. I remember getting caught on one part and having a ton of trouble. Then there was the part in the game where you had to get the hammer...remember? That was kind of a headache. (I believe that of OoT and not Majora's Mask). :)
