1. Like others that commented on this thread, I've never had an imaginary friend. But I did have stuffed animals that I believed would talk everytime I left the room. My favorites were a small stuffed killer whale named Liberty that had a missing eye (It fell out in a sandbox) and I convinced myself he was a pirate whale and thats why he lost it. I even made him a little black eyepatch. Don't ask. I also had this white teddy bear dressed in a clown-type of outfit named Bootsie and it was my favorite until I discovered one thing. I hate clowns. The more I thought about it, the more the bear bugged me. I guess after I saw attack of the clowns, he kind of scared me a bit so I put him away. And then I got a stuffed bear, Baloo from the Jungle Book. I thought he was cute and he's been with me ever since. Where Bootsie the clown bear went, I'll never know....I'm sure he's lurking out there somewhere...
  2. I was hoping someone could make me a new banner & avatar set. I really like mine a lot but I'm looking for something different that the one I have. I linked three pictures since I couldn't pick between the them and just do the one thats easiest for you. I'd like it to say "Pumpkin" and then underneath it that lines To fear death is to die. Don't ask ^^ if you could do this for me, I'd love you forever! Oh and try to make it mysterious looking if you can. That would help lots. Links were removed due to virus activity. I had attempted on getting the picture... and my antivirus had detected a xxxtoolbar installer. This is a trojan horse. If Pumpkin is willing to host each pic on imageshack, I'd be more than happy to attempt. THIS IS A WARNING: Do not click those links... unless you want a trojan program on your computer. Here is the image I want and it was hosted by me so that it should not have a virus on it. Hope this helps you out. 3. Johana had an unusual two weeks living with three angels in her apartment. Although she was 20 years old now, Johana still occasionally acts like a child and could not help her playful nature. Maybe in the end, that is why God chose her. She was use to bizarre things happening ever since she met God when she was 16 in a park. Every since then, her life was never the same again. Even so, the angels had just learned to earn her trust and she in return had grown fond of Gabriel, Metatron and Raphaelle. Meanwhile, they were eating at a local IHOP for breakfast when the angels began to feel uneasy. "Did you sense something evil out here, or was it just me?" "No, i definately sensed something not right." "Maybe its the humans you like so much. Maybe the massive absence of God here is what that feeling is." "No, It couldn't be Metatron. There may be an absence of God, but these humans can change that." "I doubt it, but whatever you want to believe." Johana watched them argue quietly as the conversation begun to get serious. She was their guide after all, but every once in awhile they would let her in on some of their secrets and missions. Next thing she knew, they were in her car, driving fast towards a bad neighborhood in New York City. Her stomache began to churn and her mind racing. A fallen angel named Belial. She had never met face-to-face with a fallen angel before, nor heard of them also having a guide. The anger of a human helping the other side overwhelmed her. She could only wonder what idiot is with Azrael now. She was going to do everything she could to help find him. Her foot hit the gas abruptly. "What are you doing Johana?" scowled Metatron, he had bumped his head on the window and was rubbing it furiously. "Sorry, I just want to get there in time, we might find Az-" grumbled Johana but stopped when she got a warning look from Gabriel in the back. "Ah....we're almost there." she said while laughing trying to break the tension off. Raphaelle seemed to mope in the back seat while staring at the scenery. "We're here." stated Johana proudly. The angels stepped out of the car and gave their thanks before heading off. Before they dissapeared, she shouted out to them " I'll be waiting here when you come back!" only to get a smile and a friendly wave from Gabriel before the three figures dispersed. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - OOC: Sorry that I haven't been posting lately, RL issues came up and I got busy. 4. Name: Sakari Natane meaning "Sweet Daughter" Age: 19 Gender: Female Appearance: [Sakari] She has pretty tan skin and green eyes unlike her parents. She stands around 5'8" and has black hair that she usually wears tied up in a bun. She is mostly seen wearing moccasin shoes and clothes made of deerskin but when she is in Japan is reduced to wearing a blue kimono with white flower lilys. She does not like the attention she gets from her skin, for she is 1/2 Japanese and 1/2 American Indian. Personality: Sakarai has always been a caring and sweet person, hence is the reason her father named her "Sweet daughter". She has a soft spot for people and hates confrontations. She would do anything to get people to get a long but do not let this full you. She likes physical activities and is a skilled hunter. Hunting is her passion and she loves to stock down prey despite her love for animals. Her favorite saying is To hunt or be the hunted. for she believes that is how life goes. She's lived in the wilderness for most of her life so is often very scared of other societies and confused by most educated people. However, the thing that angers her most, is the people who consider her barbaric or make fun of her heritage. Sometimes her anger can get the best of her.... Weapon of Faith Appearance/Weapon Specifics: [Tomahawk] Sakari carries around a tomahawk that is black with feathers and beads attached to it. She can throw it at many different angles and carries two on both her sides. What is special about this tomahawk though, is that one of the tomahawks call upon nature spirits for help and the other one is used for death. She only ever uses the one on her left side for emergencies. The tomawk has silver markings of the spirits that can be called upon up the handle and markings on the blade. This helps the tomahawk reach it's destination. Technique: Toku Karyuudo - "Virtous Hunter" is an attack that strikes the heart of the victum with almost a guarantee of hitting. 5.
*awkward cough* Um... yes, I did in fact make this poem by myself. Why do you ask? Is it too good for poor 'ol Retri's writing skills? :p I live in a city, and I get this feeling alot, so I wrote about it. I hate small towns -- I lived in one before, and everyone knew your fears and your dreams, your hopes and past. I prefer to be slightly more reserved about those. As for college, I would recommend going to a college city too! If you live in a small town all your life, you become sort of jaded, and subconsciously think that the world is full of these places when it's not. Expand your horizons, rather than talk to Barber Joe at 6pm every Sunday afternoon on your walk back from the store. But by the same token, I like to just watch the city grow.
Oh no, I didn't mean that you couldn't write it at all, infact its very good. Nice job *pats back*. It just seems so professional is all. You sure you didn't get it from a book? J/K. Yeah I think thats the thing that has drawn me to look for colleges in cities, I don't like the fact that everyone knows who I've been with, what my favorite color is, and who I'm related too. (I have two sisters that are quite famous in my town, its actually like a mini-city suburb with lots of small towns connected to it.) So while its still big and there are tons of people where I live, I'm kind of known around here for that reason. It sucks to get the "your so-and-so's sister" especially when I'm not like her at all. The closest to city life I have got to is San Francisco since it's close. It's a nice city, but it's too close for my standards. I'll find my niche' soon enough. Hehe, sorry I'm babbling again.
  6.
I strongly disapprove of suicide. My friend tried to commit suicide twice, and ever since, I've disapproved. The reason I do is because the person who says that they want to commit suicide are, in my opinion, selfish. They only think invertly and about how bad their life is. They never think "It could be worse." If they would have considered that, they would have never committed suicide. I also think of suicide as the coward's way out. Life is one big, pissed off lion, growling at you, shoving you down, and tearing you apart. The people who are too scared to push back commit suicide. I become reather annoyed at the large percentage of teenagers that the notion of suicide has affected. Every other day, I hear someone saying "I want to die" for no reason. Don't even start to tell me that I don't know the person, because most of the time, I do. They're usually really rich and spoiled and say that they want to die because their mom and dad won't let them go to a party. Sorry if that got a little long winded. Near the end, I think I got a little angry too. But that's my stand on it and I'll stick by it.
I'm sorry but I'm going to have to disagree with you on some respects. How is saying "Your life could be worse" going to help a suicidal person? If anything it will push them over the edge. So what if someone's life is worse off then yours? That's suppose to make everything better? I'm not trying to sound mean here, but just open up your eyes to a bigger image. A person could be rich, live in a mansion, and still not be happy with themselves. You don't always have to have a troubled past, and how do you know their life isn't screwed up? Just because they got money and a mercedes they drive around they should be happy? There is a big difference from the "I want to die" in just saying it as a phrase then actually meaning it, I hope you know the difference. This does not mean I agree with suicide keep in mind. I say this because when I was younger I was very wealthy. Everyone use to tell me I was so lucky because I would get this and that the second it came out. True I was showered in material items but my life at home was way worse then any of the kids at school imagined. And I'm suppose to be thankful? Every day people would tell me "Your life is perfect, just be lucky it could be worse. Your dad could molest you etc.". Well he didn't, but does that make my life perfect? No. I don't believe suicide to be selfish. Because most are confused about what they could do. They just need guidance. Calling someone selfish after suicide, I think is the biggest insult you can do. Also, you say that everyone has someone that cares about them? Sadly, this is not so for everyone. What about orphans who have no one? There are truely people out there that no one would care if died. It's up to the person to continue to live and believe me it takes a strong person to pull out of a deep depression (if obviously they are contemplating suicide). I know I didn't have the hardest life, but that still doesn't mean I had the easiest. I'm a stronger person because of that. But don't disrespect the people who committed suicide, you can only do so much to help. In reality, it truely is making the decision. You can't stop someone, but like I said, you can help. It's okay to disagree with what I just said, but I was just trying to state my opinion.

    Emo
I thought emo stood for emocore. Hm... Anyway, any rant about being labeled is a complete dead-end and here's why. The people label you do it to make life easier. So that they don't have to deal with understanding you as a person -- they toss you in a nice little clean cut box, and their day is a better one. Stereotypes exist whether you like it or not, even if you 'refuse' to be stereotyped or labeled, it happens. Not to sound mean, but deal with it. That's not to say that the people calling you 'emo' as an insult are right in doing so, but you can't really change what they think/say. It's better to not take their harsh words to heart, and continue being who you feel you are. That's what counts. People are using emo as an insult now because they find the music annoying, and those who identify with the music just as bad. I will admit, I'm not fond of emo music -- it feels like all it is, is a bunch of complaining about problems rather than facing them. But I don't hate those who enjoy that kind of stuff -- their cup of tea, and music's a great big opinion anyway. They use the insult because they find people who are 'in touch with their emotional side' to be 'cry-babies,' 'whiners,' or just general
pussies.
It's just like if you act 'in touch with your emotions' in front of a bunch of stoic jocks, you're going to be made fun of. As for my 'emoness?' I go no farther than black pants on a hot day... and I'm not sure if that's emo. I don't wear glasses, scarfs, my hair black, or anything else that one might possibly associate with being emo. I write poetry, but not the stereotypical emo stuff. *shrug*
I read everyone's description about what Emo exactly is and found out it means "Emotional". I'm still confused about what artists would be considered Emo, is Coldplay emo? Or just soft rock? Hard to determine. Anyways, I don't think being emotional would be bad. Everyone is in their own way. I don't believe in labeling, and I know thats said a lot but its true. Retribution is right when he says people just want to label you so they don't have to find out about you. If your being called a label, I usually ask them "How do you know? Is it because of the way I dress? How do you know if you don't even know me? Is it that easy to judge someone for you? That must really suck for you. " and most the time they get embarrased and walk off. If you just say you are who you are, they I guarantee no one will even label you. It's worse when people label themselves. Anyways back on topic, I can't say if I listen to emo cause I'm confused about exactly what it is. I knew a guy that would be considered "emotional" and yes wears tight pants and plays a guitar lol. He's a very deep person and he asked me once if I was emo. Believe me I've never been so confused. It's almost like people are starting to invent new labels which happens, if your emotional, thats great. Don't hold that over people and it's okay to like a certain type of music. It's a part of you. Your characteristics. Just because you like one thing doesn't mean you like the other. Stay true to yourself.
  10. As far as I can see the news is suppose to report trajedies. Don't you want to know whats going on in your area? Yeah its depressing but your educated about it. I don't know its never bothered me before. What's bothered me mostly, is that NBC and other high news stations are now mostly reporting only celebrity news and even have their own channel, "Celebrity Justice". Yet somehow their lives seem more important now then giving us the news? What I found a funny incident is when Paris Hilton's dog Tinkerbell went missing, every news station went into a frenzy and had broadcasts about it. A dog is more important then giving us the news? JUST because it's her dog. I just found that a bit sad. In the end, she was happy about the publicity and I wouldn't be suprised if it was all a publicity stunt. It's not hard to imagine what people do for fame. Anyways, yes I agree reading online is a lot better way to get the facts then the phony ones on TV.
  11. Wow thats pretty good. And you did that yourself? I've always wanted to live in a city. Seriously, it's wierd how where I live you know people who know people who know people that you know. Did you even get that? lol. Well thats how it runs in my small little town. I guess I'll only experience this feeling when I go to a college in a city. Nice metaphors by the way.
  12.
I think this is a good idea, but just as a side-note...you may want to consider what the main plot of the RPG will be. I mean, you'll need a premise that people can understand. For example, I know that a lot of people who play The Sims make up stories about their characters. And I guess that over time, little narratives sort of automatically pop up (in my case, it's usually like Melrose Place or something). With any RPG, there is always a risk of it being so open that people kind of lose track and they don't know where to go. So, you may want to consider developing some kind of basic premise related to a plot for this. It's not necessarily required, but I think it may be a good way of getting people interested in your idea. ^_^
I agree with James. I love your idea and yes I love the sims as well, but something is missing. It just needs the storyline to go with it and the pull thats going to want people to participate. If I can do anything to help like make a layout, help with storyline, etc., please feel free to pm me sometime. I love playing the sims and I think you might be onto something here. Hope to hear from you soon.
  13.
All I can say is that necessity is the mother of invention, and that us humans refuse to die. We'll find something -- be it in comets, the moon, Venus' atmosphere for all I care -- to sustain us for a much longer time. Until then, we're on a sad path to destruction, and all we can do is slow down the inevitable.
Retribution is right. I agree with the most important natural resources that we DO need to worry about are our forests and oil. Why do you think the U.S. is desperate to get oil? As far as I can see, people are pretty much going to war for it. (President Bush's want to take Iraq's Oil) It's pretty much necessary for our luxuries in life. It takes a large force to make a great change and that's why they have many groups helping to save the rain forest. Not only do trees provide the utensils and things we use everyday but they also provide most of our oxegen. If we do not have trees, I don't think we'll last very long. Besides, If your really concerned about saving natural resources recycling and other stuff is available and believe it or not it does help. Although it's not as large as an organization, atleast your doing something. There are people out there believe it or not, that try and help from us destroying our planet. But as Retribution said, it pretty much is inevitable until we find a solution to fix it. Which in the future, I have faith we'll find a better anwser.
  14.
Delicious irony, eh? I'm not looking to help mankind. I'm looking to destroy it. ~_^
Dido to that. But anyways back to the er...topic. It's true that some names have a tendency to get a bad reputation like Ashley or Alicia. I have met a lot of cheerleaders with that name so that everyone around here asumes them to be snobby, but the truth is I know an Alicia and she's a very nice person and not a cheerleader. My point? Not everyone is going to be the same. It is ironic though, how many people with the same name I run into and they look the same. (It's just a wierd coincidence) for example I've know two Kates who were red heads and we're equally vicious to others. Same goes for the name Lindsey. All red heads too. My name for example is Katie. Every Katie I've known has always been preppy and a big time party girl. It's not that I don't like being social, but it's not like I go to parties ever night. Just goes to prove you that judging someone by their name might not be the smartest decision you can make. I also was curious and looked up my name's meaning. It means Pure and Virginal. Ahem, I have no comment on that. :animeswea
One thing I dislike about certain names (this may be going slightly off topic) is when they are assumed to be of a certain gender. Like my name, for example, when I started my French class my teacher was looking for a boy and I had to shout, "I'm Jamie!" before she realised her mistake. Things like that annoy me, especially when I have people going "Jamie? Isn't that a guys name?"
Really? I've always liked non-gender names and found them interesting, an example the name Alex can be used in both ways too. I can kind of sympathize with you though with having to explain to people. Most teachers assumed my real name was Katherine and when they saw Katie on roll call they would always stop and ask if I wanted to be called by my real name. It takes me ages to explain to them that I'm not a Katherine or Kaitlyn and that Katie is my real name and not just a nickname. Either that or they call me Kate. How I dispise that name.
  15.
How would you feel if someone was 'evicting' you, for the public good? Your house was on your own private property first, and the government decides to take it away because it is for a greater good. Now you must pack up all your belongings, move to somewhere else, who knows how far away to find another house, and you must make new friends, new connections, go to a new school all for the public good? Just offering the other side of the coin, as most of the people here seem to be for eminent domain.
Finally someone says something for the people that are losing their homes. So what if they don't want to give up their homes? Especially if you have had a home for many years in your family, some things are worth more then a sum of money believe it or not. It's irreplacable. I know I would be pretty upset to see the house that I've lived in my whole life be destroyed for a stupid mall or private buisness to be put in it's place, especially against my will. Another point that's been brought up, is it's not so easy to move. It's like if someone were to walk into your house today and tell you to pack your bags and leave by morning. How would you feel? So you could say no I don't believe in Eminent Domain unless its for a hospital that desperately needs to be built (in which its still up to the residents if they want to move or not) otherwise no mall should be built on someone's neighborhood without permission.
In response to Godel's and Morpheus' posts, many people in the countryside, rich farmers or not just may not want to part with their land. When your family has lived somewhere for decades (the house I live in has been owned by my family for over 70 years) moving is a huge and painful task, and to do so because some sod wants to put in a mini-mall or something is a right kick in a teeth. The main question you can ask yourself is would you like to be served with one ?
Yup that pretty much about sums it up.
  16.
I'm going to Cancun, Mexico in early August! *does a short happy dance*
Lucky. I was suppose to go this summer on a cruise down to Mexico with my best friend, but we both got caught up with too much things this summer and couldn't come up with the money. She also couldn't go because she has two jobs. It really bites but hopefully I'll get to go next summer. I'm envious of anyone who got to go anywhere this summer really, because I've been missing out on everyone's great trips. My family is going to tour in London, Paris, Italy, Hungary and lots of other places in Europe. I wish I could afford to go somewhere but until next year......*sigh*
Well,This Summer might be the best ever! :catgirl: We went to diffrent places and we will soon go to Lebanon. My brother went to London (Luckily he choose 3 days after the thing with the Bombs..Phew!) and i'm gonna get a PSP,DVD'S and lots of stuff from my big sister who is in Maylasia on a trip. And i can't wait for Kingdom Hearts 2.Cuz i'm gonna buy it while i'm in Bahrain Visiting Relatives..YAY! :animesmil Cheers, Pumpkin Head
Just thought I'd reply to this one because we have similar names. 17. Oh how I wish I could schedulized and organize things. But I'm afraid I'm one of those "live in the moment" people, much to my dismay. I really wish I were more organized and I even have a calender to write events down, however things always go wrong for me. I never wake up on time for anything, or something always gets in the way of plans. It's not that I lack motivation, it's organization and the planning that is my weakness. Seriously, I've been stressing out over this summer of when and where to do things when I could have just put it all in my calender months ago and had everything scheduled so I wouldn't have to rush things. Now I feel like panicking since I have to do a lot of things before the school year starts. So you see, living in the moment is not always easy, and I admire anyone who can schedule their days and make it through without any hassle. For I truely wish it were that simple with me, but sadly it's not. It can be a great tool to plan out your day, and believe me would make life way less stressful if you got a lot on your plate.
  18.
Anyone that agrees with any form of bullying should watch Bowling for Columbine. It really shows first hand how horrible bullying is. 13 innocent (used loosely) people died because a group of guys called unpopular kids "fags". "Everybody does it" is comepletely correct. But look at the outcome of a mindset built on "Everybody does it".
I agree with Morpheus and everyone else that said they were against bullying. It can only result in violence and destruction. Saying that gossip is right, just because it's supposedly "common" does not mean it doesn't hurt people or give someone a bad name. You can seriously put a mark on someone. I've definately been both, so I know both sides of the story. It might seem "fun" when your on the side of bullying, but what you don't realize is how badly you might be hurting the person your talking about. I remember one time when I was in middleschool there was a stupid rumour going on about me in school that went to the principal and she almost expelled me over it. An adult believing in a rumour! That was partly the principal's fault, (being how stupid she is) and had no proof of me ever doing such a thing. All because some kids spread a silly rumour because they were bored one day. And what did this result? How was this fun? How did this make their lives better? What good did this cause me? Nothing. So it goes to show you, nothing GOOD can come out of bullying. You don't want things to happen like Columbine either, and yes most the time it's the kids fault for being cruel to one person. It happens in a lot of schools, and you never know when someone may snap. Everyone who bullys someone in highschool obviously has a big ego and will realise the world doesn't work that way. Your not always the boss. There will always be someone above you, and you can't always have things the way you want. Simple anwser to this question is no I do not think bullying is "tough love". I definately don't think everyone has equal shares either, some get bullied more then others. The people who do it or talk bad about others are just doing that to hide their own insecurities and end up making them look stupid.

Name: Johana Marilin ("Jo") Age: 20 Gender: Female Species: Human Appearance: [ Johana ] Jo has long light brown hair and dark brown eyes. She stands around 5'8" and usually is seen wearing her martial arts outfit or a sweater with shorts. Side: God (Heaven) Powers: A katana hidden in a white shealth and she also carries what appears to be a bamboo stick with two blades on the ends. Personality: Jo is a very complex person. She is definately compassionate about things such as destiny and love, and relies on her emotions to sort things out. She has a big heart and cares about others before herself, and is always willing to lend a helping hand. However she has few flaws that come in such as she tries to be a perfectionist and has quite a temper when she does not have her way. She is very respectful, graceful and has a strong will. This does not make her the perfect girl for she still makes mistakes and often sometimes her naiveness in others can get her into trouble. She hangs on to childish beliefs and dreams and is not as stern and realistic as most are. Her bravery could also be seen to some as stupidity. Biography: Dear God, Mother and Father were arguing again today, sometimes I wish he wouldn't even visit at all. Of course I don't get to see my brother, I haven't for the past year and a half because he's so "busy" all the time. I hate how they use us as trophies, like we were some kind of prize from the divorce. But anyways, I have something important to tell you, but I'm sure you already know. Something amazing happened God. I got to meet you. Do you remember how we met? I was on my way to my best friend Susanna's house like I always do, when I decided to take a shortcut to the park. I had never been through there and had always wondered what it looked like. As I was strolling through the park, I noticed a man arguing with a young girl around the age of 15, his face was full of anger and hate. As you know, I've been taking a lot of martial art classes lately, so you could say I had needed the practice. It's not as if this jerk didn't deserve it. I walked up to him and asked him what his problem was, and guess what he did? Spat right in my face. So what did I do? Well, I spat right back. Then he started to try to touch me. Do you believe that!? I was so angry, I had punched him the gut and gave him a kick where it hurt. The girl thanked me and quickly ran away. It probably wasn't the smartest thing to do to knock him unconcious, but it sure felt good. Hopefully that taught him a lesson. But thats not the amazing thing that happened. Shortly after the fight with that man, a homeless man came up to me. He had a wierd grin on his face and chuckled softly. I never heard a bum laugh before. He kept complimenting me and following me. Everywhere I walked, he would follow. It seemed I could not get rid of him, until one time I turned around, and he was standing right infront of my face. I had never been a believer of god, infact, after my parent's divorce is when I stopped believing. I've had a bad past and never expected to meet him myself. But before me stood a light so bright that I had to cover my eyes to see it. And what I say was a reflection of a man.....the man................God himself. The task I was given would soon change my life forever.
3) Yes, I got the bells idea from the book Sabriel.[/size']
Hehe, just wanted to say, I LOVE that book and that I liked your idea. OOC: Hope I wasn't too late and if you want me to change anything, please tell me.
  20.
And, maybe the drunk guy making out with a pole...
Okay Sean, you totally stole my wierdest moment lol. Except he was a bum. And except he wasn't making out with the pole, he was trying to "frisk" it.
On the way home from the beach, we were passing by farmland, and out the window I saw a bull riding a cow, well, you know what I mean. The weird part was that all the other cows were standing in a circle around them and watching..... as thought they're waiting their turn.
I've had a similar situation as well. I was on a field trip when I was in the 4th grade and we went on a bus. The teacher told us to look out the window and look at the pretty horses, just as we were passing by, we saw one of the horses mounting the other and the teacher got dead quite and some of the kids stood speachless. Some went "ewww" and there was one kid in the back that said "I don't get it".
  21.
15 cats. Some indoor, some outdoor. Buddy, Tese, Miah, Samson, Sophie, Evelin, Blue, Rico, Blacky, Cali, Riggs, Shadow, Patsi, Harmony, and Sirus. A half of them are siamese or have some siamese blood in them.
Wow and my dad thought we had a lot of cats. Seriously though, I love cats now. We rescued lots of feral kittens from my dad's shop which is near the dump. They were so sweet we ended up keeping three. I have 5 cats. I have one four year old fat cat named Harley (he's mine and we got him from the shelter), Paris the only girl, Rufus an orange tabby and Nyrobi the skinny one, and Trigger (and yes thats T-RIGGER not Tigger)who's now our outdoor cat that the neighbor abandoned (long story). I wanted to name Rufus, Kyoto since we went with the theme of naming all our kitties after places. Paris, France and Nyrobi, Africa. But my mom really wanted to name him Rufus. We also had other cats that got adopted. Kenya, Beijing, Sahara, Morocco, Douija, Maelisha, and Rodesha. Can you see somewhat of a theme? lol. Anyways, back on topic. I have one rabbit and one dog. The dog is a chocolate lab named Rowdy and my rabbit is named Honey Bunny or otherwise nicknamed "BunBun".

    Fate

Say it was fate for you to, let's say, be married to some guy you've known since childhood, well, what if you danced with another person at a prom, could somethingl ike that have major repurcussions that it could change fate? So, in simpler terms, do you believe in fate, and do you think you can change it?
In all honesty, I'm half-sided. I don't believe in the word fate, but I believe in going down different paths that LEAD to your fate (Dying is fate, we all are going to head down that road sometime). As Imi put it, I guess I believe in a destiny. A destiny that YOU make happen, and no one else "pre-determines" your future. You could change your whole destiny by just making a decision. The comment you made up there is an example of "chosen destiny" let's call it. I once knew a boy since I was one and he ended up liking me once I got to highschool. If I had returned his feelings, we might have gone out and still been together now. However, I would never have met my current boyfriend because I probably would not have left the school I was at, and graduated from there. That would also mean I would not have met my current friends. Everything that you do that changes your current life, also has an effect on your future and goals. If you move away, your friends and lifestyle will change and make you different. This could also change what you hope to achieve in the future. But as I said, it's all up to you and your choices.
You were going to make that choice. That's why it happened.
I definately don't agree with this quote either. I could change my mind at the last second and say something completely off of what I was planning to say, which happens a lot, since I'm not the best decision maker. No one can predict the future.
Fate is something people blame when they don't want to take responsibility for their stupid actions. When people say, "Oh, it was fate that we'd be together." when refering to relationships, that's only their brain having a stupid spasm.
I also have to agree with Lix. You were not met by fate, it was the series of choices YOU make that brought you together. There is chosen destiny, but not fate.
  23. Wow. I never reallized you could do this, if I knew how, I would definately burn anime and use these beautiful colors to decorate it. You've got some real talent and obviously have a creative mind, I would have never thought of something like that. I like the Aisheteru Baby ones the best, and the little snow fairy ones are also spectacular. Hope to see more of your work. Who knew CD art could be so interesting?
  24.
Hrm, how about drawing in the sky? Yep, I think that would make a good background.[/SIZE']
I agree with Revue, a sky and clouds included would go well with the picture. Maybe even the sun and some birds. Even though hands and legs are pretty difficult to draw, it would be really cute if her feet were sticking out. Maybe wearing sandles or something and her arms folded. But thats just me, I still think it looks pretty cute. Poor Bunny.
  25.
\m/ MACHINE HEAD \m/ You get props, dude. Green Day, Simple Plan... punk? I think not, my friend. Not saying they're bad or anything, it's just that that's sure as HELL not punk.
Green Day I would describe as soft rock. Bands like Simple plan and Good Charollete are not pink but pop rock, a new genre created by the media. Anyways back on topic, I like listening to metal songs as well, but hiphop songs can really get you pumped! Especially rap, even though most here probably from what I get the jist of it dispise it. It's definately a great way to bring out some energy. Also Mortal Kombat lol. No seriously. If you just listen to that song, you instantly feel more awake. Works everytime.
