I love reading. So reading manga was kind of a no-brainer for me. I mean I like anime + reading = what do you think? I only read it when I really love a series most the time. Or if I borrow it from a friend. There are certain titles that I've read that don't have their own anime like "Call me Princess" and "Peach Girl". I really love looking at the artwork of these books. Lately, I've been reading Fruit Baskets, Fushigi Yuugi, Magic Knight Rayearth, Tokyo Mew Mew, Love Hina, and I've read Chobits. I've read a lot of different mangas, and I usually do it when I'm bored or simply want something lighthearted. I also love fantasy novels, they are my favorite.
My favorite show is Futurama, Dr. Zoidberg is the coolest!!
*dies laughing* Okay I don't know why I found that so funny, but I did. I love Rocko's Modern Life! I use to watch that show all the time. I loved how they always called him a beaver. No one I know remembers that show it's frustrating whenever I try to bring it up. For some reason I like a lot of the early 90's and even 80's shows that come on late at night or in the mornings. Right now I like watching the Fresh Prince of Bellair and Rosanna. I remember Daria, I use to watch that all the time when I was younger, thats funny. I also like watching King of Queens, it's actually quite a well-thought out comedy show. Plus I like seeing the wife kick her husbands ***. What? Its entertainment. I also have to go with Futurama and Family Guy. I know it's been listed like a million times but I have to agree that these animated shows are very funny and well thought out. Futurama has more plot to it where Family Guy is more of spoofs off events in real life. I love each one, Fry and Peter are two characters that just can't be placed. Everyone loves the dumb guy. lol. I mean look at Homer.

Oh god I hate that song "Hot in Herre" it sucks. I even like some of Nelly's songs but that one is just aweful and stupid. It got played constantly to the point where I was going crazy. That and Madonna's "DJ" song. I don't remember what it's called. I hate that song! I always have one song that haunts me and it plays everytime I get into a car. Those are it. Right now, I don't have one that I hate...but I'm sure one will come to me sooner or later. You did the right thing, but I also agree with retri (sorry) but I realize you were upset about your grandmother. It can happen to anyone and make them upset. Calling the authorities was a smart thing to do, because you never know if he would have done that to someone else and seriously hurt them. Also, it's scary having a knife flash at you, it's hard to be tough when that stuff happens. Be lucky that the guy wasn't that strong and you weren't seriously hurt. This guy was just waiting to pick a fight, and being an *** on purpose to get you to fight back, he obviously was looking for some action. It's his fault for getting busted and you sound like you did a brave thing. Good job.
Whoa your hardcore. I know she killed alot of people, but maybe North America wouldn't have exsisted if she hadn't funded him... Well anyhoo, I was born on July 2. My mom always says how my birthday is inbetween two great nation's holidays (Canada day, July 1st {like that Ayumi Hamasaki song...} and Independance day{July 4th}.) I was born on a Sunday and my mom said that when she went to the hospital, the nurse made my dad fill out the forms, and by the time he came back I was already born! I guess that happens after having three kids before... :animeswea She said one of my aunt's missed church because she was looking after my siblings. :catgirl:
I can so relate to you! My birthday is between those dates too, My birthday is July 7th. It's right inbetween important dates but also I've never found many people with my birthday. Many friends of mine have had birthdays that are July 2nd all the way to the 10th minus the 7th. I only know two people with the same birthday as mine, and thats my uncle and this guy I dated who's still my friend who has the same last initials as me too. We were the two K's with the same birthday lol. But anyways, thanks for the link Ozy. I now know that I have the same birthday as Ringo Starr the drummer from the beatles. Also when their album "All you need is love" was released. I also share it with the ice skater Michelle Kwan and soap opera star Jean Lederc who plays Jeremy Hunter on All my children (oh goody! I love soap operas *shoots TV*). It's also when the 4 Licoln assasinaters were hanged and a holiday in Japan that is called the star festival otherwise known as "Tanbata". It's also the day Spain holds the running of the bulls festival. That's the only thing I found really interesting. Other then that, yup my birthdate sucks.

My deepest apologizes to your Aunt Benakitty. It really is a bad disease. My uncle has Schizophrenia and is currently on medication, which helps a lot believe me. He would freak out from the hallucinations and one time had one where the house was on fire and threw my sister into the snow. This subject is very sensitive to me, especially since many say its hereditary. I would not like to get this illness, and definately glad that I don't have something as serious as that is. My uncle also claims that Jesus talked to him when he was in a hospital bed. It's a really sad thing to watch and it's not as if he can help it. I've learned to accept many things about people with disabilities, because it's hard to go through life being different, especially when your that different from others. That is why I don't approve of making fun of those people. They just have problems. Serious ones that can't be helped. My grandma is growing somewhat senile especially after her stroke, but thats what happens when you get old.

It's funny, I was watching the Terminator last night and the storyline of when the Cyborgs (robots) go to war with the Humans is 2014. Thats like in what 9 years? It's so fun to watch the movies that portray the 2000's as "The end of the world". I remember the christian papers who said that a meteor was going to crash on earth destroying everything. Sadly my gradmother (who's very religious) believed in this crap. Also like r2vq said there was the Y2K thing. There's always going to be some jumble about the world ending, and even if it did, wouldn't you want to not know? Like James said, life your life and don't worry about things that are possibly never going to happen. Scientists predict that the sun will go out, but by then I don't even think Humans will exist anymore. There will always be natural disasters, and things like this happen every so often. It's best not to think about it.
Hate is stronger than love because of the fact its higest aim is to take another's life (ultimately, anyway). And when you reach the level of taking another human's life, I don't see how you can go any higher.
Retribution is right. Hate can be a stronger emotion infact it is possible to hate and love someone at the same time. That is a very strong mixed emotion. Although I would say I've felt anger and hate very strongly before...I'm going to have to go with.. Guilt. Everyone feels guilty sometime, but its the kind of guilt you have when you know you have to do something even though its going to hurt someone else. I don't mean guilty as in you cheat on a test and get an A+. I know I've felt guilty many times because I got something that one of my friends or someone close to me will never have. I've felt guilty when my friend lost her grandmother and mine was still alive. An example of deep guilt is moving away and leaving all your friends behind, that can make you feel sad and guilty. There's so many different kinds of guilt. Guilt also relates to envy in a way, but thats an emotion that I can't really say I've felt much. Guilt is also part of Sorrow a.k.a Sadness. So I can say that being really sad, is one of the strongest emotions you can have. It's not as powerful as love or as strong as hate, but its something that we have all felt. This is a great thread, glad you decided to post this.
I've sent out some more Guild invitations today. If you log in and you haven't received one, please leave your character's name here in this thread. If you have multiple characters don't worry - just add your first one's name. Then all others will be added automatically. I've got a healer and a warrior, but I'd like some more warriors and healers. It really doesn't matter though, as you can make multiple characters anyway. But those are the two professions that we are lower on at the moment. I'm sure it'll all even out in the end anyway. ^_^
Awww...I didn't get one =( and my character's name is Yazela Dubrin. Hope I can join if thats alright.
Your other mention, Batman, pretty much fights directly against the idea of all DC characters being invincible to begin with... He doesn't have super powers, he's just a mortal man. That very idea has been something toyed with during the entire run, with him and his friends/allies/enemies within the comics.
Batman owns. Seriously though, Superman is a little over-rated I can admit that. I don't really know much about the labels of the comics so I can't really say that I'm an expert on the subject. Like Generic said, Batman is unique because he doesn't have super powers. It proves that mortal beings can kick butt also, [strike]either that or he's on steroids[/strike] and also he was more realistic then a guy who's scared of a green rock. It kind of reminds me of the wicked witch from the wizard of Oz. He sees kyptonite. Superman : "Ahhh noo I'm melting." Superman turns into a puddle on the floor. I really wish superhero's would lose the tights though, it really isn't a good look. But anyways, Batman will always be a classic to me because he was something different and no, he did not win ALL the time. The joker also always got away from him. Explain that. Plus haven't you always wanted to drive the bat mobile? Come on, you know you've thought about it once.
I mean, a lot of people say that because he was in bed with kids that this automatically made him a pedophile. This same mentality is the kind that gasps in horror when a teacher pats a student on the back, or when a father hugs his son/daughter. I think it would be a shame if parents couldn't read stories to their kids in bed, because of overzealous political correctness or whatever. I think it's true that Jackson brought a lot of things on himself (with the whole baby dangling thing and such), but still, I could also understand if he were simply a child in a man's body. Afterall, he really doesn't seem to know what's going on most of the time.
I have to agree with James and also Mistress Roxie. I definately think Michael needs medical help since he's had such a bad childhood and it's obviously affected his life. I respect him as an artist and I was glad to hear that he got not guilty. I seriously think he was innocent, but also that a 40 year old man trying to be a child again is kind of a sad thing. Think of it this way, he's just like an over-grown child. He's an adult with a child's mind. They said that if he lost this trial and was found guilty that people thought he was going to commit suicide. He's had a lot of troubles in his life and I think with a pyscologists help he'll be doing a lot better. He needs therapy, and someone to advise him on the things he does. Having kids go on his theme park is okay but letting children sleep in your bed is going to make people think bad. That's just how the world works. Thats society for you.

I just got guildwars last night and I've been waiting to get it all week. It's pretty addicting and the graphics are amazing. I chose Elementalist/Ranger ( I liked the purple hair ). But I'm having trouble with acouple quests especially finding one of the ranger trainers (help!) so if anyone could help a newbie like me, that would be great! I'm level 7. I have to say I'm enjoying this game a lot more then I did with wow for some reason, it's simple, easy, the only complaint I have is that people in town seem a bit....crazy. Don't know how to explain it right. Oh well, here are some screenies of my character Yazela Dubrin. Don't be afraid to give me a whisper! I get bored soloing after awhile ;/ and your guild sounds interesting.

The hooded figure of Lord Mugundus took off into the middle of the desert. A sand storm had hit and he needed to take shelter. A large rock stood infront of him, if you hadn't looked at it closely unlike with the badger's cave, you would never have noticed the small round door that led into a room. A room so dark and mysterious it made the centaur's hoofs twitch. It wasn't easy to fit a half-man and half-horse body into such a small area, but somehow he managed. An old woman led him inside and sat down. "I thought you might be coming around soon, I take it the badger took it well. A little too well." mumbled the woman while sipping what appeared to be herbal tea. "Yes, I'm sure you know why I came. I need to know as much as I can about who is involved in this. The stars tell me there is a group of six..and one that will if the rebellion does indeed prevail, will be the new king and lead Calormen to greatness. He must come from another world. Like the old Narnia tales." explained the centaur who looked greately worried. "Now now, I'll be getting to that." sniffled the old woman who had a bit of a cold, she picked up a spell book and placed it on the table. "Let's see here...visions...crystal balls...how to use foreshadowing powder...hmm..ah hah!" exclaimed the old woman, who by the way's name was Mrs. Umarna. "What is it?" asked Mugundus for although he knew some magic, he knew nothing about fortunetelling outside of the stars. "Hush now. I know exactly what I will do. But it must be quiet"Mrs. Umarna stated for now she was sitting in a meditation position. Her eyes rolled back inside her head and she began to mumble words. Mugundus shocked and not knowing what to say, sat and watched. Slowly, for what seemed like forever, she began to speak.... "Someone is riding a horse up ahead....I see a young woman with short black hair..Her name is Zydrelle Bandal, a Tarkheena no doubt from the looks of it, she is in disguise as a boy. But I tell you it isn't working for me, for I can see all her memories. She has run away from her father, and impersonated the bandit Akoor Torvic!" shouted the old woman dramatically and made Mugundus jump. "Why do you have to be so dramatic?" complained Mugundus who was a bit annoyed. "Hush..it makes things more interesting." She said swapping him on the head with her walking stick. He did not respond after that. "I see two others coming from behind her....both on one war horse horse...a man. A former older Tarkaan warrior who goes by the name of Salorid Diamore. Behind him is a young girl as well. Her name is Jundai. A former slave...a potter. She is different from the others, her look, she must have been born in Anvard. Poor dear. They both seem to be getting along." stated Mrs. Umarna. She took another sip of her tea, wiped the sweat off her face and continued her vision. "There is an older man, he is walking at a wierd pace, and has a worried look on his face. This man is named Willewik Saveres otherwise known as Nigh. He once was a servant for the Tisroc and then turned into a gardener." explained the old woman and soon after another sip of her tea began to go on. "I see three others coming into my view...another Tarkheena..this one is very passionate. She is great with constructing weapons, she is walking alongside with yet another horse but is holding it by a rope. A young boy is on it. She is followed walking besides a young man of the same age. His name is Ashem Hilt. A thief from the looks of it, he is having an argumental conversation with the Tarkheena. Her name is...Eliania Wynne. The young boy upon the horse I do not know. He has a myserious presence, one that comes from another world. He looks around 12 and must be the chosen one. It will be his task, to slay..the tisroc." Her eyes rolled back from her head and her breathing became normal. Mugundus let out a breath for he had been listening intensely for the past half an hour. He was speechless. "Zydrelle Bandal, Ashem Hilt, Willewik Saveres, Salorid Diamore, and Eilania Wynne. These are the five guardians. The boy from another world is the chosen one. Together they are the elite six of the rebellion. That is as much as I can tell you." whispered Mrs. Umarna for she too had been shocked by her vision. "Your telling me a Tarkaan, two Tarkheenas, a former slave, two peasants, especially one that works for the tisroc is going to help save us?" said Mugundus grabbing his head, he did not understand it. "All we can do...is hope...for the future. Let us hope that the boy know what he's doing, for its all up to him...and let his guardians help guide him on his destiny" foretold the fortuneteller, for she worried for the sake of all Calormen. Hey guys! Sorry I posted such a long thing there, decided to make it somewhat unique. I just want to say that I was really impressed with EVERYONE's sign ups and it took me like all day to pick the 5 people out lol. Whoever did not get picked, that doesn't mean I didn't like your character, I just found others more detailed since I only have a limited number I can choose from. Thanks for applying and I should have the RPG up by monday since I'll be on vacation this weekend. Also, we still have one slot open for the character of William Sharp. I realize it may not be desirable to play a 12 year old boy, but he is a main character in this RPG. I would be really grateful. If your interested PM me, If not I'll figure something out. Congrats to those who made it and I'll see you in Calormen! Love, Pumpkin

I live in Sonoma County. That is northern California (US). It's considered the wine county since I live right next to Napa (which is famous for their wine). I also live next to San Francisco. Even though where I live is nothing special, I somehow live next to famous cities and towns. Strange. And yet there is nothing to do in my town, or anything special what-so-ever about it, except for that Charles Shultz lived here and the kid from lassy. Poor guy probably gets teased constantly. My friend is friends with Charles Shultz's grandaughter, our town is pretty much obsessed with him and everyone I know's grandparent's or friends are friends with a relative of the family. REALLY strange. Anyways, alittle off topic, but yeah. Thats pretty much all thats interesting about it. It's like a bunch of towns that make a city.
It's not proven that what you eat has any effect on acne. It depends on who you ask, though a doctor will tell you the first sentence that I just wrote.
Really? I heard if you eat greasy foods, like fast foods you break out. I know my friend says he does. I'm lucky for I don't have acne too often but what I use is Plexion. It pretty much clears up everything within two or three days of using it. Also, when using a cream, it can dry up your skin A LOT. So buy some dry skin cream. You can use the cheap stuff, I got mine at like wallmart. I recommend Pond's Dry Skin cream, it always make my skin soft and smooth. For girls, I recommend always taking off your make-up or coverup before going to bed, as thats what causes a lot of your acne if you don't. I also recommend seeing a dermatologist, and if that one isn't helping you, go see another one. I've had to switch twice and finally found something that works pretty well.
I think that we have a fanboy/fangirl on our hands. She hasn't done anything yet to make me believe that she's not completely stupid. If she weren't dumb, she would be using her extreme popularity to promote the family business that she might end up taking control of sometime in the future. How hard would it be to convince her family to put her on commercials advertising their resorts?
Okay clearly you don't read the posts how I want them too. Obviously you don't get that I don't like Paris Hilton, so how does that make me a fangirl? lol. You could be right, and infact I think she's an airhead too but how stupid can you be and still own your own buisness? I hear she's starting her own corporation, and she actually you know, has cut down on the partying and been doing buisness lately. The only thing I was getting at is would if she were smarter then we thought and half of it was just an act? Never believe everything the media tells you. But then again..she could be just stupid..I guess the world may never know the true anwser. I'm definately not argueing over this.
If anything, I'd say more people are going to buy her album now. Controversy sells, and this lady is related to the man who organized the greatest terrorist attack to occur on US soil in our nation's history. Had the 9/11 attacks not[/i'] happened, I'm sure none of us would even know her name.
I have to agree with Manic that the more controversy there is, the more money she is going to make off of her CDS. It's a shame that she has to be related to such a terrorist, but this will infact give her publicity. It's good that she also changed her last name. Her music might not be for everyone, but atleast she's doing what she loves.
And what exactly is that something, again? Partying and being a dumbass? And staring in the world's stupidest "reality" tv show which even she admitted was staged? She's not doing anything with herself other than using her beauty to make guest appearances on VH1 and MTV specials. That's not exactly what I'd call trying to do something. She's probably not even going to take over the family business. I'd be willing to bet that its going to be left to her smarter and more productive sister, Nicki.
Sorry but this makes me laugh. Nicki more productive? Why just cause she strays away from the spotlight that makes her so much better? No, she's just as bad. She's just not in the tabloids as much. This is a girl who got married for two months and then split and had her mom talk her out of it. Yeah she's really more productive. Also, even though Paris has no talent whatsoever (dont get me wrong) atleast she's trying to make it on her own. She's coming out with an album (yeah I listened to it, it sucks yes we know), had her reality show, has a perfume line, starred in a movie (she actually did some good acting. suprising) and has her own corporation. Don't get wrong what I'm saying, I hate Paris as much as you do, but for her cockiness, and the fact that she puts on such a dumb act, but saying Nicki is better is just not true.
On to the other point. Its hard for me to believe that Paris Hilton isn't, well, completely retarded lol. I've never seen her make a smart point, about anything. And if she has, it sounds like shes reading it from a card or its being spoken into her ear. Now, I imagine there is people behind the scenes making sure Paris gets all the exposure she does, which is why shes so popular. Besides the fact that shes pretty. As dumb as she may be, shes pretty and girls want to look like her, unfortunently. Britney Spears is a publicity whore as Paris is just a regular whore lol.
I agree she acts dumb. Completely stupid. But how much of that is an act? People eat up dumb blondes. I mean just look at Jessica Simpson. People love it. She has a corporation, she has to run it somehow, I'm sure 98% of that corporation is run by people she hires, but what about the 2%? I'm sure theres a pea of a brain working in there..no one can be THAT stupid. I think she's using it for publicity, since you haven't noticed, she loves the attention. She was even happy about the attention she got from the sex tape that made her a "celebrity". But then again you might be right. It just seems like someone drilled a hole through her head. I just can't believe someone can be that dumb and have a corporation...you actually you know..have to work in that buisness... You have to be involved in it. I wish I could get payed just for parying though...think about it...Oh and by the way, Paris Hilton is a bigger publicity whore easily. Britney is just hanging onto her fame since she lost it.
Just remember that once you're famous you're always going to be even after you die.
This is actually not true. Ever hear of one hit wonders? Not all fame stays forever. Sometimes people can be famous for awhile and slowly fade out. Its only those that keep up with trends or make something truely unique that actually make it.
I'd like to be relatively obscure for most of my life, and then die a really cool, bizarre death, after which anything I've done goes into the public spotlight. Then I'll be famous, but I won't have to deal with all of the crap that comes along with it. That seems pretty ideal, to me.
Now that would be awesome.. As for me, I would never want to be world-wide famous. At first, the glamour of it seems enticing, but imagine not being able to leave your house or go restaraunt without a camera flashing at you? Not fun! I know it sounds common...but I'd love to some day, write my own book, direct my own movie of it, and maybe star in it. Hey you never know! I'm up for playing any role really. Acting is something that really inspires me, I'd like to get more into it.
I'm not interested in going public at all. I would rather be very successful with out any of the problems that come with being famous. If I were to go public so to speak I would want it to be as a writer. Yet even then I would like it to be like it is here at Otaku. You may write a revew or do wallpapers or other such things, but people only know you by your user name, thus you get to be published and share your work with others and still keep your privacy at the same time. I know if I ever get any books published it will definately be under a pen name and not my real one.
I would use a pen name as well, I just need to come up with one lol. Thats the good thing about becoming an author. No one can know your real name if you don't want them too.

Name: Saionji Michiko Gender: Female Age: 16 Sign: Sheep Instrument/Job: Tamborine She doesn't have a big role in the band, but she's happy and honored just to be in the background. Appearance: Click Michiko is usually seen wearing her school uniform or a light pink and white kimono. She is an attractive girl that wears alot of skirts and feminine outfits. She has light long brown hair and light blue eyes. Personality: Michi is very caring, calm, passive, kind, understanding and practically never gets angry. This makes her appear somewhat goofy, for she's very clumsy and often this gets her into trouble. It's hard to imagine someone so sweet getting in trouble, but some hot-headed people find it annoying and her naiveness doesn't help much. Michi has never disliked anyone before and has always seen the good in everyone. She can break up every fight, and can very easily been made to cry although she is happy majority of the time. She smiles a lot. She acts younger then she is like a child, but during serious moments, can act like an adult which shocks most people. Suprisingly her strong points are cooking and academics. Character Snippit or Bio: Michiko skipped her way to lunch. She was hungry after practicing on her Tamborine last night but was excited when she would finally be able to perform. She sat down with her friend Yumi and ate her rice cake she cooked and packed herself. *flashback* Michiko waved her head back and forth while smiling playing the Tamborine in her room. From Downstairs... "Michi! What are you doing up there?" shouted Michiko's mother. "I can't hear myself think!" shrieked Michiko's father. "I think I need some asprin..." muttered her mother. They both shivered in torment at the loud banging noise. Michiko continued to sway and pound on her tamborine, too busy and having fun to hear the voices from below. *End of flashback* A group of girls from Michiko's algebra class ran up to her while she was eating her lunch. "Michi-sama, would you mind helping me with my algebra homework? I really don't get any of it..." said one of the girls. Michi just smiled and began to help the girl in solving an equation. "Sugoi! Your so cool! Thank you, you really helped me a lot Michi-san, with finals coming up, I've really been stressed" said the girl bowing. "Your welcome anytime" replied Michi smiling. The girls walked off with the others giggling. "I can't believe how much influence you have over this school. How can you be so nice? If it were me, I'd charge those girls." Yumi said while shaking her fist. Michi of course stared at her clueless. "Oh nevermind. You probably don't get what I said anyway" sighed Yumi shrugging her shoulders. "You know, half the boys in your class are like madly in love with you already, You've got looks, grades, *cough*even though half the time it seems like you don't have a brain *cough* don't you atleast have a crush on one of them?" complained an annoyed tomboy Yumi. Michiko put her hands to her chin as if she were thinking. ".........Whats a...crush?" replied Michi blinking clearly confused. "Oh...forget it!" groaned Yumi as she stuffed some vegetables into her mouth. This was how everyday went though. Michi was clueless and happy-go-lucky, while Yumi was grumpy and frustrated. And thats what made their friendship so great.

Atleast Paris Hilton is actually TRYING to do something....even if I don't all agree with it...here are some things that just don't make sense... How Britney Spears brags about Kevin Federline and how proud she is of him and his work. I don't like Britney, but she does sing, dance, etc. and pretty much make their whole income. But what does Federline do? Let's see...hmmm...according to a magazine he stated " I can sit on my butt and play videogames and she'll still be proud of me". He's done nothing, and everything he's planning on doing is all hosted by who else, his wife. He left his girlfriend of two kids without telling her, has no money really, and yet she's still proud of him. I just kind of find it interesting, when she brags that he's just the greatest when he really hasn't got around to doing ANYTHING. Lil' Jon for being famous for saying "YEAH" "OK" or "HUH?". Those are phrases we use everyday and yet he makes a profit out of it. All I have to say is Ok? Huh? Proves how much people get impressed easily these days.
Yet oddly enough, in countries where there are restrictions on guns, the murder rate is shockingly low. In fact, in Australia, we've never even had a school shooting. I wonder why? You're right, gun's don't kill people. But they provide an easier-access and more remote way for people to kill other people. Perhaps a guy has just found out that his girlfriend cheated on him. Odds are, in America, Land Of The Free, that if he gets angry enough, he'll just grab his Constitutionally recognised gun and mosey on out to the other guy's place and shoot him. Perhaps in another country, if he can't get hold of a gun, then he'll let his anger work off, or he'll go to the other guy's place, and maybe they'll fight. ]But he probably won't kill anyone. Guns are an easy solution for people who think only in the moment. Gun registration and prevention laws do help. To just say "Oh, they'll just kill people some other way", you're not considering people as beings. Sure, there is more than one way to, err, 'skin a cat', but you don't get much more impersonal than shooting someone. Besides, it at least gives both parties a fairer chance if it becomes a knifefight, lol.
I have to agree with Baron on this one. Getting away from a knife sounds a whole lot easier then running from a bullet which is impossible. Plus if all else fails you could always just kick the dude where it hurts...hey..if its a way to fight back, I'd go for it. If its hard to get a gun, chances are, they won't bother with it.
Also, it really ticks me off when people ask you the time and they point at their wrist. I know where my watch is! Do I point at my crotch when I tell people I need the toilet?
lol....Fallen you just made my day.
