I believe you can use the Sword and Shield at the same time, by charging up a Spin Attack and having the Shield equiped, but the effect is still the same as using them separately. They're not really used together, just at the same time. Sort of like jumping with the Roc's Feather and swinging your sword in mid-air.[/color]

A good way to keep it from being a problem, though, is to go back and proofread your posts to correct mistakes after you're done typing. Still, the gameplay was pretty much the same as the original SNES version. (Someone just gave me a copy that they found at a yardsale, so I got to play it for a while until I sold it). If they wanted to do another remake, I think they should have gone with DKC2 or DKC3. From what I played of those, they seemed like more fun than the original. (Which I found to be pretty boring/annoying). Still, I wouldn't buy a remake of any of them, just because there are quite a few better games out there that I've yet to play.[/color]

And a question.... Throughout all of the link cable switching, the games never give you error messages about having lost the link with the other GBA? Whenever I pull the plug out on any game I've played (admittedly, I've never traded in R/S), it gives me a connection error message of some kind and I usually have to reset.[/color]
