Yeah, the order is 2, 3, 1 (middle, right, left). And for the fill-in-the-blank part of the question, it should be three words, not two. They're called the Deku Scrub Bros., not the Deku Bros. So, um, yeah... I guess I'll ask a question, then. :toothy: Question: In Ocarina of Time, how is the Hylian Shield different in the official art than when you see it in-game?

Well, you said besides all the Pokémon, so I only included the two main ones that it really focuses on. :cross: Anyway, here's a question, since I got that one... Question: In Super Mario Sunshine, there's a musical effect (as in, it changes the music a little) when you're riding Yoshi. What is the effect, and what Mario game did they originally use the effect in?
Originally posted by Sakuramon Final Fantasy 3 I think.
Are you talking about the US FFIII, which is actually FFVI? If so, then yes, that's correct.
Originally posted by BigCajones Just to make the quiz flow more I will tell you that you are correct and can post your question.
What if you don't know the answer to a question, though, or you aren't sure of it? :whoops: But yes, Moltres is correct. Go ahead and ask a question, vicky.

Yes, I L-Target him for the whole fight. That's the only way to do verticle swings, which seem a little quicker than stabs but with more reach than horizontal swings, in addition to being able to backstep while raising your shield at the same time.

OOC: If you haven't played much of FFIV, you probably won't get the end of this post. :p ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Black Chocobos fly in my world," Cecil spoke up. "So we'll have a flying Chocobo there, too, since we've got Shadow." "Really?" asked Zidane. "Wow, what do gold Chocobos do in your world, then?" "Heh, there are no gold Chocobos where I come from. There's just normal yellow, white, and black. Yellow can walk overland, white ones will restore your magic points but aren't good for riding, and black fly." "Can the black ones only land in forests, like gold ones in my world?" "Yes, it's the same in my world. That can be both a pro and a con, though, since airships can't land in forests. "I remember back when me and my friends had to get a Crystal back from the Dark Elf. The island he lived on, well, more like in, since he lived down in a cave, was completely covered in mountains and forest. So, since we couldn't land the Enterprise (our airship at the time) there, we had to get some black Chocobos to fly us over. And once we were in the cave, matters only got worse. Inside that cave the Dark Elf had cast a spell making it so any metallic objects became so heavy that you could hardly lift them, let alone use them. So we had to make do with mainly leather armor and staffs, and let me tell you, that was hard, since there were some pretty nasty ogres in that cave..." And on Cecil went, telling the story of their fight with the Dark Elf. "Interesting story," said Auron after Cecil had finished. "Yes indeed. Music can be a powerful thing."
Originally posted by Semjaza Azazel As long as they remove the damn fence on Rainbow Road... The MK64 version was weaksauce. I loved it on SNES and GBA. I'm sure it'll be returning. It's like a staple for the series.
Yeah, they better not have a fence around the edge of the new Rainbow Road. (It does seem pretty much guaranteed that there'll be a new one in Double Dash). It would have been a lot more fun in MK64 without the fence. I like the way they did it in Super Circuit, though, with the jump strips all around the edges. That makes for some insane shortcuts. I actually managed to beat the game testers' best time on that track, heh.

Yeah, I'm gonna write a post for the SSB Arena after I get done going through the Otaku Series forums and a couple other things... Question: In R/B/Y, what is the only Pokémon that learns the move Sky Attack from leveling up?
Originally posted by Tasis I'd find it quite easy, since you gave away all the answers that Takuya didn't have. There's really not much point to this anymore.
Indeed, there doesn't seem to be any point left to this thread. If you have more questions, vicky, you can use them in the Pokémon Quiz thread, though. Thread Closed

I now only need seven Heart Container Pieces before I go and beat the game. I'm getting there slowly but surely. :cross: And about the Orca fight, if you only do four hits and then back off, it's going to take a looooong time to get to 500. I just keep swinging until my sword bounces off his spear, as he's getting ready to attack, and then I stop swinging and raise my shield. If you only tap the button about once per second, to just keep doing normal swings, that should give you plenty of time to react to your sword bouncing off. Unless you just have really slow reflexes, all it takes is being able to concentrate on what you're doing. :p I would sometimes get in around ten hits before he'd attack, and other times I'd get in only one or two. Personally, I think it's pretty much random how long he sits there in between attacks, up to a certain limit. Just going non-stop until my sword bounced, though, I got up to 500 in a few minutes. I can't imagine how long it would've taken if I only went for four hits in between each attack. :twitch:

If people want help or cheats, they can post their own threads asking for them. So, yeah, it's generally a good idea to wait until someone asks for help... Thread Closed

I wasn't including Master Quest, no, since it's basically the same game as the original OOT. I was including Four Swords, though. It is a separate game from the LTP remake (which I'm also not counting, since it's basically the same as the original LTP), after all, it's just on the same cartridge. So yes, the last one was Four Swords. Krillen got it.

"Yes!" Zidane said once the members of team Tantalus were all back aboard the Cargo Ship. "I knew we'd pull this one off!" "Yeah, everyone did a great job. There's just one downside, though." "And what's that?" "We're still stuck with Zidane as team captain," Cecil said with a grin. "Hah, yes, that is a downside to winning," Freya laughed. "You think you'd made a better captain, eh Cecil?" Cecil chuckled, and then said, "I don't know. I really don't have too much of a desire to be captain, though, to tell the truth." "Yeah, you know you wouldn't be able to handle being captain." "At least he can handle an airship, unlike someone around here." "Hey, I'll have you know--" "Zidane, just be quite." "Hmph," he said, and glared at Freya. Cecil just laughed quietly to himself as he pulled the Cargo Ship away from the Highwind. "Well then, where to next, captain?"

Nope, Majora's Mask isn't set in Hyrule, so there's no Death Mountain. (I didn't think it would be this hard). :cross:
-
I'm not counting Dragon Roost Island in TWW, since it's not actually called Death Mountain. There's still one more left.
-
Well, maybe there's a reason for everything good that you do on the subconscious level (and I kind of even doubt that), but I don't think everyone always actively thinks "what's in it for me?" before doing something good. I've done nice things without getting any sort of reward or having any hope of a reward. And that includes satisfaction at having done something nice, too.

Wow...I love that. I like the kind of swirl of lighter purple, and the lines of the petals look excellent. I can actually see it as a flower, even though it's just the outlines.

Well, I'd like to get a job at the local GameStop store, but I don't know that they'd hire a 15 year old... Being a teenager sucks. :cross: Other than that, I'm going to have to do some school work over the summer. I know I'm going to end up spending most of my time playing video games, though, if I can't get a job. Umm, lets see...sleep is another thing I'll be doing a lot of, heh. Also do stuff with my friends...like play multi-player video games. :p So, yeah, unless I can get a job, it's going to be a lot like what I do now except with less school.

Nope, neither Oracle games have Death Mountain in them. They're not set in Hyrule, remember? :)

Answer: There's the Tail Key, Slime Key, Angler's Key, Face Key, and Bird Key. That makes five keys all together. Question: Which Zelda games have Death Mountain in them?
-
Not sure about Zelda II, but in the original you can't actually get in the water. Answer: A Link to the Past you got hurt, same with Link's Awakening. In Link's Awakening you'd only get hurt the first time, though, and you wouldn't take damage from jumping into deep water after that as long as you didn't leave the room/screen. And in the Oracle games, I think it only took half a heart instead of a full heart. Will you accept that? :cross: Edit: After having the question clarified a bit, I know the rest of the answer: In OOT and MM, they made it so you don't get hurt from swimming, since you can swim without getting flippers or anything. And in TWW, you can only swim for so long before sinking and getting hurt. I thought you meant a change to the effect of when you first jump into the water, so I didn't include the 3D games. (Since in TWW, you don't get hurt from jumping into the water, you get hurt from staying in the water). :cross: Anyway... Question: What are the diffierent colorings of the pigs in The Wind Waker?
