yeah, having a global launch would just make some people wait longer for it to come out while people in other countries are still localizing the games and whatnot.

cool story, but there's a mistake. it says that electric attacks don't affect Ground and Rock Type Pokemon. electric attacks do affect Rock Types. again, cool story!

i never heard anthing about a 'global launch'. i've heard that it was going to be released in Japan in September, in the USA and Canada in November and the rest of the world in Spring 2002.
