You put enough pressure on them that they pop, allow the fluid to move more freely, and you feel better. Of course, I've also heard that it can help lead to arthritis... --J.C.[/color]

Since then I've played FF7, FF9, Legend of Dragoon, Granstream Saga, Dragon Warrior 7, FFTactics, Chrono Cross, FFChronicles, SaGa Frontier 2 and I'm sure I'm forgetting something.
