cool story dude. how many chapters ya got written so far?

You live in Toowoomba? I live in Dubbo, and i've been to Toowoomba. I remember them poke olympics. and i don't think they'd be held again, and even if they are, i can't afford to go if it is over seas.

Hey, i need help. On pokegold, it says in the trainers guide book that you can't battle red,blue, or yellow. but my friend has gold, and he battled me on red. how dids he do that now when i try to battle red,blue,or yellow with my pokemon, it won't let me. ----------------- and when i trade with blue, not red or yellow, just blue. if i trade any pokemon on level 60 and above, it duplicates that pkmn automatically. so if i do trade it, i still have one of them left. that might be good a first, but it gets d@mn annoying after a while. is my game seriously f*cked up or what?

[B]Chapter 15: The Carnival[/B] "Haunter level 29, Yanma level 19, Diglett level 24, Sneasle level 21, and Growlithe level 34"Tydan said."I think I've got a fairly good party here, Brad". "Yeah, you do.Especially after finding that Growlithe"Brad said.They were walking up the road that would lead them to Cerelean City.But something had caught Brad's eye.A place that had lots of rides, food, and people.It was a carnival! "Hey, Tydan, look over there.I think it's a carnival!"Brad said excitedly. "Yeah, so"Tydan said. "Ohhh, you're not telling me that you don't want to go"Brad said. "Nope"Tydan said back. "Ohhh well, you don't have to go, but I am.There's gonna be lotsa prizes there, like games where you can win pokemon!"Brad said.As soon as Tydan heard Brad say that, Tydan started running for the carnival, with Brad following. They walked up to the entrance.There was a ticket booth next to the gates.On the side of the booth, there was a sign saying People=$4.00 PKMN Trainers=$5.00."Why do pokemon trainers have to pay more to get in"Tydan asked. "Because pokemon trainers are the only people who are goin' to want to play the games where you can pokemon"Brad said happily.They walked over to the ticket booth and both paid $5.00 each.They got a wrist band that they had to wear so the sideshow owners would know that they had paid.They both put on the wrist bands, and went through the gates of the carnival. "Where's all these games you were talking about?"Tydan asked Brad. "I dunno, but they're here somewhere"Brad replied.They both walked around looking for a game where you could win a pokemon.They, looked, and looked, and looked, until they did, after hours of looking, find one.It said above the counter POKEMON CONTEST-Catching Competition.They read it out aloud.Then they raced each other to the counter. "How do I enter?"they both asked at the same time. "Hey, hold ya horses there, young boys, are yas both enterin', or are only one of yas?"the man behind the counter said.The two boys, Tydan and Brad, looked at one another."Both of us"they said together. "Righto"the man said as he handed them six pokeballs that were blue and red."These are called tempcatch balls.Tempcatch means temparary catching.These tempcatch balls only hold pokemon for 30 minutes.The competition runs for 20 minutes.When you get into the competition field, you have to try and catch a stronger pokemon than everyone else.The person who wins, gets to keep that pokemon.You are only allowed to hold one pokemon at a time.If you catch a pokemon, then you catch another pokemon, you have to decide which one you want to hold.You have to let the other one go.You are not allowed to use your pokemon to fight it.You have to catch it straight off, and not battle it.Ya got it?" "Errrr, yeah, I think so"Tydan said. "Um, yep"Brad said. "But first, you have to leave your fingerprints and name here"the man said.He held out a notebook with an ink pad.They both left their fingerprints and name.Then the man walked them into a field, then left them there. "Your time starts now"a speaker boomed.Tydan and Brad looked around and saw that there was about 20 or more people competing in the competition.They knew this was going to be a hard competion. Tydan crawled around in very long grass, while Brad was looking up in trees.They had caught nothing, and 5 minutes had passed.Nearly everyone in the competition had caught something now.But still, Tydan kept crawling, and Brad kept climbing. 10 minutes had passed, and all Tydan had caught was a Caterpie on level 7.Brad had caught a Pinsir on level 45.It looked to be sure that Brad or the other person who had caught a Scyther would win.Tydan was starting to sweat, over all the looking he had done.But he had found one pokemon, nothing else. 15 minutes passed, and Tydan had switched a Spinarak on level 14 for his Caterpie.Tydan had come close to battling a bulbasaur, but it ran away.Tydan chased it, but lost it in the shrub.So far, he was getting no luck.But Brad was.He had caught 4 pokemon, and so far he had a Charmeleon on level 48.Tydan wished he was Brad for a moment there, but then thought again."I can catch a stronger and better pokemon than you can, Brad"he thought to himself.Tydan kept on crawling through the grass, looking for a stronger pokemon. 19 minutes had just ticked over.Tydan had one minute to catch a pokemon.He crawled frantically, hoping he could catch one at the last minute.Then, out of nowhere, he encountered an Evee.It was on level 49 his Level Checker told him.Tydan had to catch it.He threw a tempcatch ball at it, but the Evee broke out of it.Tydan threw another tempcatch ball at it, but it broke out of that one too.Tydan could see that the Evee wasn't going to give up.Tydan threw his second last tempcatch ball at it, and it broke out.Then the Evee ran. Tydan chased the Evee, knowing that he had 20 seconds left.He took out his last tempcatch ball, and hoped it would catch the Evee he was chasing.At 10 seconds remaining, he threw the tempcatch ball at a last hope attempt.The tempcatch ball landed and rolled along with the Evee.It opened up, and swallowed up the Evee.The tempcatch ball stopped rolling, and wobbled as the speaker called full time in the background.Wobble, wobble, wobble.It wobbled three times, and then came to a stop.Tydan looked at the ball in astonishment.He couldn't believe what had just happened. "YEEAAHHHH!!!!!"Tydan yelled so everyone could hear him.He walked back towards the shed where he had started, with the tempcatch ball in his hand."........hhhh........hhhh.......kwhhhhh"Tydan coughed as he walked slowly back.He had dust and sweat all over him.Sweat was dripping off him like he had just hopped out of a pool.He walked through the door, and Brad was following him, looking at him."What happened to you?"Brad said. "Ohh, nothin'......hhhh......I just caught......hhhh......a pokemon that is stronger than......hhhh......your's"Tydan said. "Naaaa, ya couldn't have"Brad said. Everyone was talking when the man started to talk."Okay, everyone quite please, we'll now determine who the winner is"the man said."If you could please put you're pokemon you caught onto the desk up front".Everyone put their pokemon onto the desk, next to a man who had a computer."Okay, quite please, we will now scan the tempcatch balls to see who the winner will be"the man said. "How do they know which pokemon is the one I caught, or the one you caught?"Tydan asked. "They have a scanner, it tells you which tempcatch ball was used by which trainer"Brad answered. "How?"Tydan asked. "By the fingerprints on the ball.Once the fingerprints have be confirmed, the scanner scans everyone one of the people int this room, and finds which person has which fingerprints.Then they match them up with what we left at the beginning"Brad replied. "Ohhhhh"Tydan said. "Quiet, quite please"the man said."We have noe found us a winner".Everyone was nervous."The winner is by the name of Tydan Hodge". "Holy.........."Tydan didn't swear."I won?"Tydan asked stupidly. "Is your name Tydan Hodge?"the man said. "Yes"Tydan said. "Well, you're the winner"the man said. "WHOOOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!"Tydan yelled across the room.Tydan walked back to where Brad was."Congrats Tydan"Brad said.They walked out the door.Tydan now had 6 pokemon.

[B]Chapter 14: Whoa! What's That?[/B] Tydan and Brad were walking out of Pewter City's gates when someone from behind called"Hey, guys, wait up".Tydan and Brad looked around.They saw an old man huddling along behind them, trying to catch up."I wanted to give you this"he old man said."It's a Level Checker.It checks the levels of pokemon"he said. "Wow, you're giving this to us, for nothing"Tydan said. "Well, not for nothing, for finding my Raichu"the man said. "......oh.."Tydan said.He didn't even want to think back to what happened. "Here, take it"the man said.He handed it to Tydan. "...Thanks....."Tydan said.Brad thanked the man too, and then they continued on their way. "I don't need that, I already have one.You can keep it"Brad said to Tydan. "You do.Well then, thanks, I guess"Tydan said. "No problem"Brad said.They were walking along the road as Tydan was putting the Level Checker in his pocket when they heard a load screeching noise. "What's that"Tydan said. "It sound like a....."Brad didn't get to finish his sentence as a wild Sneasle jumped down in front of them. "Whoa, what's this"Tydan said as he got out his pokedex.The pokedex said"Sneasle, a pokemon who likes the cold.Generally calm, and likes to live in trees". "Here goes nothin' "Tydan said. "Haunter, go!"Tydan yelled.Haunter was let out his pokeball. "Use night shade!"Tydan ordered.Haunter used night shade on Sneasle.Sneasle was hit, but not damaged badly.Then, Sneasle attacked Haunter with ice punch.Haunter was hit, but not that hard. "Haunter, use shadow ball!"Tydan said.Haunter shadow balled Sneasle.Sneasle was hit, and put on low health. "Now"Tydan said as he threw a pokeball at Sneasle.The pokeball opened up, swallowed in Sneasle, and just caught him.Sneasle had nearly broken out of the pokeball. "Yes!"Tydan said.But just as he did, Haunter came over to Tydan. "What's happening?"Tydan asked Brad. "It's trying to learn a new move, so get out your pokedex"Brad said.Tydan got out his pokedex. "Now point it at Haunter, and choose which move it should forget to learn its new move"Brad said.Tydan pointed his pokedex at Haunter.It said"Haunter is trying to learn a new move.Which move should be forgotten to learn confusion?".Tydan looked at the pokedex. "Hey, what happened to the move curse?"Tydan said."I'm sure Ghastly knew that move?". Brad looked at Tydan and said"Ghastly probably lost curse when he evolved into Haunter". "Right, well how did Haunter learn faint attack then?"Tydan said, getting confused. "Haunter probably learnt that move when he evolved. You can't know if pokemon learn a new move while they are evolving. The only way you can know if they learnt a new move while they evolved, is by checking their stats in the pokedex"Brad said. "Okay, I think I know what you're talking about"Tydan said."Anyway, I'm gonna make him forget lick"Tydan said.He moved the arrow on the pokedex down to the move lick, and clicked on it. "You have chosen lick, are you sure you want Haunter to forget this move?"the pokedex said.Tydan clicked on yes.Then the pokedex turned off. "What happened, my pokedex just turned off"Tydan said. "I know, that's what always happens.The pokedex sends a signal to the pokemon, and makes it forget that move, and learn the new one it is trying to learn"Brad said. "Okay"Tydan said.Then, Tydan opened up Haunter's pokeball, and returned him. Tydan had caught a Sneasle, Yanma, Diglett, owned a Haunter from the start, and found a Growlithe.That was now five pokemon.He was now going to check their levels with his Level Checker.

yeah, cool idea, liamc2. i'll give them two bikes, by finding the abandoned bike shop. and sia, that isn't the ending.(just thought i'd tell ya) tydan's still gota catch an umbreon at a carnival yet.and he has just caught a sneasle-i'll try to this chapter up now. ===== i'm trying really hard to get these chapters up quickly, but my computer is just too stuffed up, so i'm gonna have to go at its own pace.

[B]Chapter 13: A Loyal Friend[/B] "I'm just so good!"Tydan shouted."Yeah!"Brock was looking down at the ground when Tydan walked over to him.Then Brock looked at him. "You won fair and square.You have earned the Boulder Badge"Brock said. "Yes, thank you"Tydan thanked Brock. "You're welcome.Now go and face your next challenge in Cerulean City.And catch yourself more and rare pokemon"Brock said.He turned and walked away.Tydan walked over to where Brad was sitting."Well, you beat Brock"Brad said. "Yep"Tydan answered. "Well now you got the Boulder Badge"Brad said."Come on, lets get on the road to Cerelean City".They walked out the huge entrance doors, and went and healed their pokemon. "Hey, what's that over there?"Tydan asked Brad as he pointed over at a pokemon he had never seen before.Brad looked and said"Oh, a Growlithe.I wonder who's it is"Brad said. "I dunno, but if nobody owns it, I get to keep him"Tydan said. "That doesn't worry me, I already have a Growlithe"Brad said.They walked over to the Growlithe.As they got closer, the Growlithe ran behind a tree. "I think he's scared"Tydan said. "Oooo,you don't say"Brad said sarcastically.Tydan walked up to the tree and held out his hand."I won't hurt you"Tydan said.Still the Growlithe hid behind the tree.Tydan put his hand closer, and said"Here, little fella, I won't hurt you".The Growlithe looked up at Tydan.Then he sniffed his hand, and went over to Tydan."Hey"Tydan said."Looks like he likes me, and I get to keep him". Tydan walked back to Brad with the Growlithe following him."I'll see if he'll go in a pokeball"Tydan said.He got out his second last pokeball."Pokeball, go!"Tydan said.The pokeball landed near the Growlithe, but Growlithe ran away.After a few tries of trying to get the Growlithe to go into the pokeball, it became clear that the growlithe wouldn't go in."Well, I'm gonna have to let walk by my side all the time"Tydan said. "Yeah, that's alright, isn't it?"Brad said. "Yeah, it's okay"Tydan answered.They both walked up to the gates that were on the road out of Pewter City.And, Growlithe by Tydan's side. =========== Sorry I haven't been able to post these chapters very quickly.It's because my computer somtimes doesn't start up, doesn't even turn on (that's most of the time), and my mouse doesn't work. -Squashed Snail

[B] Chapter 12: A Curious Battle[/B] "Haunter, go!"Tydan yelled. "Go, Geodude!"Brock said calmly. "Quick, Geodude, use tackle!"Brock said.Geodude to tackle Haunter, but missed. "Haunter, use night shade!"Tydan yelled.Haunter cast a night shade over Geodude.Geodude was hit critically. "Okay, Geodude, use rock throw!"Brock said.Geodude pelted a bundle of rocks at Haunter.Haunter was hit, and was on medium health. "Haunter, use shadow ball!"Tydan ordered.Haunter attacked Geodude with shadow ball.It hit Geodude, and Geodude was now on about 2HP. "Here, Geodude, take this potion"Brock said.Geodude swallowed a potion, and was put on 3 quarters health. "Quickly, Haunter, use faint attack!"Tydan yelled.Haunter faded into the air, and attacked Geodude out of nowhere.A critical hit!Geodude fainted. "Go, Graveler!"Brock said. "Haunter, use night shade!"Tydan shouted.Haunter attacked Graveler with night shade, but it didn't affect Graveler very much. "Graveler, use earthquake!"Brock said.Graveler shook the ground under Haunter, and he was hit.Haunter was on low health. "Haunter, use faint attack!"Tydan yelled.Haunter faded again, and attacked Graveler out of nowhere.Graveler was hit hard by Haunter, and was on 1 quarter health. "Graveler, use body slam!"Brock said.Graveler body slammed Haunter, and Haunter fainted. "Go, Diglett!"Tydan shouted. "Graveler, use tackle!"Brock ordered.Graveler tried to tackle Diglett, but missed. "Diglett, use dig!"Tydan yelled.Diglett dug a hole into the ground. "Graveler, use earthquake!"Brock said.Graveler shook the ground, and hit diglett while he was under the ground. "Diglett, finish dig!"Tydan shouted.Diglett dug underground until he was under Graveler, and hit him.Graveler fainted! "Go, Onix!"Brock said. "Diglett, use tackle!"Tydan yelled.Diglett tackled Onix, and it was critical hit!Onix was now on medium health! "Onix, use crunch!"Brock ordered.Onix opened his mouth up wide, showing all his big sharp teeth.He went to bite Diglett, and got him.Diglett was now on very low health. "Diglett, use tackle!"Tydan yelled.Diglett tackled Onix, but didn't damage Onix much. "Onix, use pound!"Brock said.Onix pounded Diglett, and made Diglett faint. "Go, Yanma!"Tydan shouted. "Onix, use pound again!"Brock said.Onix tried to pound Yanma, but Yanma dodged. "Yanma, use poison powder!"Tydan ordered.Yanma sprayed poison powder over Onix, and poisoned him. "Onix, use crunch!"Brock said.Onix went to crunch Yanma, but missed.Onix was hurt by poison, and was put on very low health. "Yanma, use poison sting!"Tydan shouted.Yanma speared at Onix, and hit him with poison sting.Onix dazzled around a bit, and then fainted.

[B]Chapter 11: The Gym Battle Begins[/B] Tydan and Brad walked up to the huge entrance door for the Pewter City Gym.Tydan walked up to the door and knocked.Tydan stepped back as the door slowly opened.The door opened all the way, and two guards stood their ground side by side against one of the walls.Tydan and Brad walked through the door, and past the guards.They walked into the huge room, while the two guards pushed the door shut. "Yes"a voice asked out of nowhere.Tydan looked around, but Brad pointed to where it was.Between to big poles that held up the roof a man stood in darkness."Errr...., I would like to battle you"Tydan said.The man walked out from where he was and said"Very well, follow me".Tydan and Brad followed the man to a big battle field.Brad went and sat down on a bench, while the man talked to Tydan."My name is Brock"the man said. "Um, my name is Tydan"said Tydan. "I see, now go over to the square over there"Brock told Tydan. "Okay"Tydan said.Tydan walked over to the square where he was supposed to stand in.Brocked went over to his square.Then Brock said"Prepare yourself for rock hard defence and powerful K.O. attack".His voice echoed around the Gym.Tydan stood there, not saying a word. "Geodude, go!"Brock yelled. "Go, Ghastly!"Tydan yelled. The battle was under way!

rite, what i'll do, is make tydan catch a growlithe first (on his way to Cerulean City), then catch a sneasle, then he gets an evee at a carnival. hows that sound?

ohhhhhhh, yeah. what a good idea. I know: After tydan beats Brock, he'll go to a pokemon carnival outside Mt. Moon. there he will catch an evee ina catching contest, a bit like the bug catching contest in g/s.then i gotta figure out how it will evolve? any ideas? thanx for the idea, liamc2

hey, both of them r cool, but think about it. He'll catch it in grass, and i want it to be special pokemon. like a silver ryhorn, or a golden arhcanine. somethin like that. if we can't think of nothin, i'll use one of those 2.

[B]Chapter 10: Pewter City[/B] "hhhhhh.......hhhhhh....."Tydan and Brad breathed in deeply.They were exhausted after being chased by that big Raichu.And now they're being tracked down by a group of kids after Tydan and Brad stole their motorbikes.Anyway, apart from that, they were on their way to Pewter City.And they were nearly there. "Hello, 'ow are you doing?"an old man said from behind them. "Ah!"Tydan jumped, thinking it was the Raichu again. "Hey, it's only me, an old man"the old man said. "Oh, right, yes sir, what do you want?"Tydan asked. "Oh, not much, I was just going to ask if you had seen my Raichu?"asked the old man. "You....mean, ....a..big....giant..Raichu?"Tydan asked, starting to shake. "Yes, why?He's a big Raichu, a bit bigger than a normal Raichu"the old man asked. "A BIT!Did you just say he was a BIT bigger than a normal Raichu?You gotta be jokin'.That bl##dy Raichu is ten times bigger than a normal Raichu!"Tydan said. "Well, I don't know about ten times bigger, mabey 9 times bigger.But that isn't too big"the old man said laughing. "Ummmm, ye....yeah, ...I seen hi.....him, dow...down that way".Tydan said, shaking again.Tydan pointed down the road. "Oh, really, thanks you boys, I miss him so much".The old man started walking down the road. "Oh man, I can't believe the day day we're having"Tydan said to Brad. Tydan and Brad walked down the road to the gate.They saw a sign saying"Welcome to Pewter City".They walked through the gate.They walked up to a fence that went around a garden.They looked over the fence and saw someone walking around in the garden spreading somw sort of powder."What's he doing"Tydan asked Brad. "I think he's putting some repell on his garden to keep out pokemon"Brad answered. "Ohhh, okay, .......what's repell?"Tydan asked. "It's stuff that keeps pokemon away"Brad said. "Ohhh, cool"Tydan said.They left the garden fence and walked around. Tydan walked up to the window in the Pewter City Museum.He looked through and saw two fossils of an Aerodactyl and an Ominyte.They were inside a glass box."Cool"Tydan said.Brad went and had a look too. "Don't you think it's time you went and had a battle against the Gym Leader Brock?"Brad asked Tydan. "Why, have you battled him?"Tydan said. "Yeah, and I beat him"Brad said. "Did ya, well guess what, I will too"Tydan said.They both started walking towards the Gym building.

[B]Chapter 9: Surprise Surprise[/B] Tydan and Brad kept walking up the road.Not until long did they relise there was a group of motorbikes blocking the road up ahead."What's this?"Tydan asked. "How am I supposed to know"Brad said back.They continued to walk up the road until they got closer."Looks like the owners of these bikes are all in that pub"Brad said.He pointed to a pub on the side of the road.It was old and torn down.It was a wonder it was still open. Brad and Tydan walked up to the cracked window in the pub.They looked through it to see a group of kids wearing leather jackets standing around in a circle."I don't think this pub is running anymore.If it was, those kids wouldn't be in there"Tydan said. "I think it's there hideout or somethin' "Brad said. "I dunno"Tydan said.Then suddenly Tydan was pushed into the window by someone.And it wasn't Brad. "What do ya think ya doin' , @$$hole!"Tydan yelled as he turned around.He thought he would be saying it to another one of those kids, but he wasn't.Instead, he was facing a big Raichu! "Holy sh!t!"Tydan shouted.He stumbled back into the window."Geez, what is that thing!"Brad said as he turned around. "Errrrrr....errrr....errrrrrrrrr.......D@MN, IF I COULD GET THIS BL##DY THING OUT, I'D KNOW!!!!"Tydan yelled as loud as he could as he fumbled for his pokedex."Got it!"Tydan yelled as he grabbed the pokedex out of his pocket."Now, what is this d@mn pokemon?!"Tydan shouted.He pointed the pokedex to the pokemon, and it said"Raichu, an electric pokemon.Raichu loves to eat berries by roasting them with its electricity".Tydan folded up his pokedex and put it back in his pocket, shaking."Well, well, well, lookie here"Brad said. "If that's a Raichu, well I'm the Empire State Building!". The Raichu was huge.And if it was huge, that meant that it would more electricy than a normal Raichu.And Tydan had already caused trouble with it by calling it an @$$hole! "Errr....Brad, I think we better RUN!!"Tydan yelled.They started running up the road, but the Raichu followed. "Umm.....It's sort of like....FOLLOWING US!!"Brad said as they ran.Tydan looked around, and saw that the Raichu was following."I dunno about you, but I'm gonna pinch one of those bikes!"Tydan said.Tydan ran around the old pub, with Brad following.They ran around the pub, and back to where they met the Raichu.They ran over to the line of bikes, started them up, and took off like a bolt of lightning. They eventually got away from the Raichu, but they were never going to forget it.

What should I do now? I just got blamed for smoking when I don't even touch the **** things.My friend smokes, so everyone thinks I do! I dunno what I should do!:flaming:
