Originally posted by Herman Nation How in the heck did it only take you a half an hour?!! It took me so much longer than that just ask Nerdsy!!
I just kept walking to and from towns until one of them had their locations on the route I was on. It surprised, they switched pretty quick....
Originally posted by Crazy White Boy I think the GameBoy Advance one looks great, but I'm not too sure about this PS2 version. Hopefully, they've updated the graphics since the last time I saw them (if they even were the real graphics from the game).
This is the first time I've ever heard of a GBA version..... I'm just hoping that the graphics are better than previous games. The graphics on the last DBZ game I played just clean pissed me off.....

It's a good game from what I've played of it, though I haven't played much. It's better than the games before it, in my opinion. Good purchase. :)
-
I dunno, I kinda thought it was alright. Sure, it started off slow, I know. That was the only thing that annoyed me. Though during the rest of it, it started getting interesting..... It's alright with me, they can take it off, I won't exactly be pissed off. I can live without it....

Although it has nothing to do with the game, it's still a good anime if you ask me. I like the storyline in it. The good thing is, you can watch the anime, and then play the game- as a completely different story.... :drunk:

Well I like Age Of Empires II the best out of all them, it's pretty hard. I mean, I haven't even beaten the first level second level of it yet..... though I like a challenge... :)
Originally posted by Lady Katana No, because that guy by the Route 44 exit will keep stopping you until you beat them. and plus, Lance gives you HM 6 (Whirlpool) so you have to meet him.
Well there's something that hasn't changed from G/S.... I thought they would've atleast changed that.... or removed it...
-
When it does come out, the first thing to look for would be the graphics. I thought the DBZ games on the PSOne, the graphics were disgusting. I hope the graphics on this one will be better.....
-
Well I thought they were easy to catch, I mean, it took me half an hour to catch them all..... though it took me longer to catch the Three Legendary Birds....
Originally posted by Legand I would say Mew it can learn any move and it's always on level 100. :excited:
No it's not, you can change it's level in gameshark, and you can get it at different levels at tournaments.

There's only 6 sparkly pokemon of which I know of. All of which are marked with 3 dots for the gender. Gold Caterpie Gold Mewtwo Red Garydos Purple Onix Yellow Charizard Green-eyed Tentacruel Though there could be more.....

I used to have that book, though mum thought it was an old piece of rubbish, and threw it out..... can you still buy it in stores?

Even though it's cool to be able to play GBC games on the GBA, I still prefer to pley them on it's original system, GBC. It just feels weird playing a GBC game on the GBA, and especially with half the game sticking out the top of it..... The GBC is more comfortable for games that are made for it, in my opinion.
Originally posted by Char-Char,Mander-Char! Wow, my weakest Pokémon in G/S are, like, level 15's or so. I can't remember; I'm still trying to create a good lineup. Sad, yes...
Well the only pokemon that I put in my boxes a strong ones, which means I raise all the weak ones until a reasonable level.... that way I have strong back-up. :D
Originally posted by Char-Char,Mander-Char! Just don't go bankrupt buying Pokéballs. ;)
lol, that once happened to me. Though I went to the Pokemon League, beat it a few times, and got rich again! :D That's the good thing about the Pokemon League..... And most of my weakest pokemon now are..... a Rapidash, a Hypno, an Electabuzz, and a Mewtwo..... all on level 79...

This is the game we're talking about here... :) I'm pretty sure the Meowth card was included with the game here in Australia, maybe I was just an unlucky buyer? Or maybe I bought it too late.....
-
Well, I think if it was considered cheating, they would've only made them available through cheats, like Mew and Celebi. I don't know, I'm convinced they're worth the time, it kinda makes your team..... valuable....
-
Wouldn't it be just crap if you got in battle with the Red Garydos, and had no room! I dunno what I would do, maybe start over again.....
Originally posted by jcgoudy Mario actually started out in the arcade, in the game Donkey Kong. He was named Jumpman, though, but then Nintendo changed his name. The first actual Mario game is Mario Bros. which was also an arcade game. Then it got ported to a bunch of early systems, like the Atari; it also got ported to the NES, after it came out.
Jumpman! I have a game of that on PC! :D I can see that during the years of producing the new systems, Jumpman has become to be a great character, and very populer.... And who would've thought he'd appear in Donkey Kong?! That just adds to more surprisement for me, just by looking at what he is now....
