He somehow escaped custody, and has been on the run ever since. He finds himself in the city of thieves....and hears about the Bandit Game. He decides to attempt it, knowing his special abilities can only help him in his quest.

Well, it was when I was alittle kid. I was excavating a pyramid of some sort, and all of a sudden, arnold schwarzenegger starts chasing me around the pyramid. And all I can remember is how lost I am, and he's got these fly wings, and they keep buzzing really loud.... Scary as all hell.

Background story In the not so near future, the inevitability of world war is upon us. Rival nations, square off behind closed doors. Third world countries, funded secretly boil the waters of peace. While larger countries battle for supremacy, the tension grows to large. It's unclear who had fired first, but within a matter of hours, North America was literally split down the center. A nuclear barrage from the countries of the east, barrages to coastal and eventually the central areas of the United States, Canadian, and Mexican countries. With retaliations going back and forth, within a week, countries were wiped out. The world in chaos, the future was all but lost for civilization..... Alas, mankind has always found a way to survive. 73 years after the war and nuclear era, a new world has been created. The continents of the world have been mutilated by weaponry, the atmosphere a chilling expression of the aftermath from nuclear radiation. The populous of the planet cut in half, the remaining government officials of the world, combine to form a hierarchy of dictatorship. Simply known as "The O.U.T.F.I.T.", this organization rules the planet with a iron fist. With small resistance factions scattered throughout the world, the O.U.T.F.I.T. kills first, and asks questions later. The continent's of the world, are simply labeled with numbers and letters, courtesy of the O.U.T.F.I.T. The resistance factions of the world, are not without hope. Due to the radiation and nuclear fallout, a large number of men went through a mutation state. Altering their mind and body, giving them powers beyond wildest dreams and imaginations. THis new "spacies", is called Gears. The resistance faction's only hope, is to reunite all Gears, and awaken their fallen leader, named "justice", who was captured and murdered by the O.U.T.F.I.T. On the small continent of "B-17", a resistance faction sends out one Gear, Nool. A warrior with extensive power, Nool's sole purpose, is to collect Gears along his journey, and storm the headquarters of the O.U.T.F.I.T., and resurrect Justice. With the O.U.T.F.I.T. on constant observation, They are hot on Nool's trail. He will need help...... end background.
