Well, it's not much, but as you all know, I am a fan of simplistic art. It took about ten minues, because only I had to find the damn picture for it, and the text was being a *****. Eh, well, here it is. Easy to do, and hopefully it will get me back into the swing of things.

Funding pre-college education is money down the drain
Originally posted by Harry Now you're accusing me of being some stupid white racist huh?
You did that on your own. To the matter of military school, by the way, guess what? It doesn't do ****. I've been to Boot Camp, and you want to know something? The sarges and privates and generals there cannot MAKE you do anything. By law, they cannot lay a finger on you. And if they do [which one cocky private did to me], you can defend yourself. Boot Camp and military school are only worth your money if you do what they tell you. If you'd get off your suburban asses, you'd realize that. -
Originally posted by Harry You completely didn't see the point of my post then.
And you did not get his. He is stating, quite obviously, that you are judging what you see in front of you wrongly. Maybe if you opened your eyes to the fact that your deluded little world isn't what it seems, and that this 'different world' that you paint for us is wrongly accused. Don't judge what you don't understand. I'll say that point no more. I hope if finally gets through you damn, thick skull. -
Originally posted by Meier_Link Madre, I believe you have a problem with me now, since u gave me that childish little angry face. I know what I'm talkin about so worry about the topic and off me please. As I learned from these posts, this has happened before? where he stops breathing? When was the last time u had a doctor check up with him? You live in California, I believe. Some babies are born with a tumor in their throat, the tumor grows as the child grows older. In my hometown Dowtown Sacramento, there is a hospital that treats this tumor. But then again that might not be the case, maybe yur brother has a different problem, and I understand you couldn't have done anything at that time, but a child's birth disease is the parent's fault. No offense to yur parents Anyway, you talk about how yur brother told u many stuff in life, this is a fascinating story, it reminds me of Anime movies instantly. HAHA, I remembered how happy I was when my grampa died, he can't boss me around no more, and I have less people in the family to use money on. Do u understand? One more thing, everyone here is offering some help by replying to yur topic. I'm sure it makes u feel better that so many people care for u. Don't u feel special? Medra or Madre? calm down, I'm not trying to be anyone's enemy
...You are a ****ing idiot. You're laughing when someone's brother, of whom she LOVED, not hated like you apparently did with your grandpa, died. Have some respect, moron. By the way, I'm a guy, and not a spanish woman. Funding pre-college education is money down the drain
Chaos replied to Harry's topic in General Discussion
I have a few things to address here. I have a few ebonics in my vocabulary, and I'm white. I can't help where I grow up, and I can't help HOW I grow up. Have a problem with me, meet me in the street. Saying some crap about me proving your point, however, to my comment is a crock. Just because I take offense to your racist and closed-minded views. Your ****ing cursing us out because sometimes, a few of us don't want to be yelled at by someone who should have no right to do jackshit to us, yet get in our face no matter what? You know what, **** both of you. I had respect for both of you today, before I read this ********, but that's gone. If you can't understand what people like those [and I am included in that genre of people, according to you] have to live with, day by ****ing day, then you need to hurl yourself face-first into a speeding bus. Imagine waking up to police kicking your neighbor's door open and shooting him in his sleep, not even bothering to tell him to get on the ground. Imagine going to school and seeing a shootout on the way. Imagine coming to school and finding out one of your best friends got killed in a drug deal. See how much you understand when you live it. People often say people mock what they are afraid of. They also say they are afraid of what they can't understand. So, if you ask me, YOU two need to go to ****ing school and take some courses on modern living, and see how ****ing much you find it 'mockable'. Idiots like you are the real reason we need better learning facilities. You sit back and ***** about the lower class while your own homes are falling to ****. Be like all of the other hypocrites and go yell your narrow-minded views down in the ninth ward, Bronx, or any other ghetto area. By the way, how well you spell portraits how intelligent you are, and, Jenni, I must say... ...Your comments make me think of you as nothing but a moron. -
Honestly, nothing makes me feel better than to sit and think for a little while. Just the stopping of everything and you can actually hear your own heartbeat. Stereotypically, however, seeing a small animal's body slowly shutting down is always fun. It's just so sadistic to see the furry little darling settle down, watching the breathing slow, and that final shudder. I like to stand in the rain sometimes. That kind that just comes down, not too soft, not too hard. It's just always so relaxing. Darkness is a plus. Sometimes, when it's raining outside, I'll go in my room and close everything off. I also love boxing. While it works my body up, I get rid of all the rage that's always installed into the fiber of my being. But most of all, I like to chill with friends. That seems the best of all.

Unless you're going to change it to 'JVF.com', don't even think about it.

Not really. Trunks in the special was just not as strong; the Trunks from our timeline was born naturally strong, and apparently with the ability to go Super from the get-go. It's just a bunch of inter-dimensional ********. :cross:

That's actually good to hear. The more support the more of a chance we have of iradicating this plague upon our homes. I'm seriously disappointed by France though. If it wasn't for the US and the British back in WWII, all of their country would be hell****ed about now. Of course, they have to think of their economy. What, with their twenty plus unemploment percentage. Guh. Damn fools. If they helped us out, maybe we'd send them money, or give them a portion of the earnings of oil once captured. As for Germany...this is one of the few times I am sad to say I am of German decent.

Somehow I doubt those barrages of...'questions'...could offer anyone any type of condolances. :demon: Jenna, I really must say I'm sorry. I..I'm not too good at what to say when **** like this happens. Just remember the good times, and that you went away to college, because that's what you do in life. You move on from one thing to the next. And that's what your brother did. From what I remember, he had some problems [unless that was another sibling], and often needed a lot of help. Well, he won't have to live that anymore. By all means, you'll miss him. But he's better off. Words for comforting escape me at this moment, so I leave you with the simple thought of paradise.
Originally posted by treton_noir im doing that right now.
*boots up Adaptec Easy CD Creator 5* Yeah, me too. I'd want to be a dictator of some kind. Maybe the supreme dictator of the world. I'd have loose taxes, more liberal laws, and the only thing that would be illegal is to curse my name in public speech, other than quoting. I would install a semi-socialism pattern of govenment, and you could take one thing from a store a month like Walmart [reason being is because I want to do that with SOCOM and Battlefield 1942]. "Crimes" such as statutory rape will be abolished, for if someone says 'yes', that is their choice and their's alone. Murder will be taken seriously, as well as severe physical harm. Eye for an eye will be enstated for such matters, and discrimination against races will be illegal, with offenders thrown into a room of the race they discriminate about. There will be no waiting periods for executions. You will be drug out back of the court house after conviction and brought before a firing squad. Every home in the world will be the same, unless the household puts money out of it's own pocket. Money will be produced by the day, and quite a lot of it in that day. Each household will get 100 dollars every two weeks per child, up until the time they have a job, simply because I know the hardships of not having cash. Request forms for such things as car repairs and house repairs will be sent to local area court houses if in dire need of assistance. Areas that are not used for farming and cattle ranching will be urbanized, with the exception of preservations. After cutting down trees in areas like the Amazon, companies must plant trees on the far side of the forest where they cut first. All will r0xz0r, and theOtaku.com and affiliates will recive a fixed amount of funding, and active workers on the site(s) will be paid. I'd be a kick-*** dictator. Take that, Saddam.

Fine, whatever, I'll be a good boy and follow your post. -- -- -- -- Medra, steaming with rage, went into the bedroom, and slammed the door. He sat on the bed, looking at the wall. It was as if he was just...waiting...waiting. Nothing was happening. Silence crept back into the suite, giving it an errie air to it all. The only sound was the faint murmering of the TV in the front room, an awkward ticking of the alarm clock in the bedroom, and the sounds of cars going past outside. Inside his head, however, it was not so quiet. "You should go kill him...he could have hurt the girl when he was in here. And he knows where you're at. He should be dealt with." "Quiet. If she wishes his death, I will grant it. If she wants him to live, I shall not act." "Look at you; you're turning to mush. You're going soft." "At least I have pride, and I don't have to sulk around in a mind of my own undoing." "You're so foolish. She's clouding your mind. You can't stop thinking of her soft touch, or her red lips, or any of her, you freak." "You're the one paying attention to detail." "Never mind that. I am saying what you feel. If you continue on this path, you will die for another person, one like you whom of which was tortured into this life. Do you really want to help someone with those horrible scars and memories?" "Shut up, shut up, SHUT THE **** UP!! I have SWORN to protect her, and I WILL! NOTHING YOU SAY CAN PREVENT ME FROM THAT!!" "You're really just going to throw away your life so that she will just end up on the street and raped and killed by a group of nothings?" "No, I will make sure that never happens. I will live until the day she is safe." "And the young Rena. What of her?" "The same to her. I will never cease to help them. I owe them that much." "Why, because you feel sorry for them? Or is it...that you perhaps love them? Hmm? 'Love at first sight', eh, you ****ing BLEEDING HEART!" Medra jumped forward, eyes closed, not even in control of his own body. His hands shot upward, tugging at his short hair, as he screamed in rage. His body twisted and turned, quite literally 'spazing', as his screams turned to curses, as he fell back onto the bed, face red. His fists came down, making an 'L' at his elbow. He sat on the edge of the bed, breathing heavily, trying to calm his heartbeat. Why had he gotten so offended with that statement? Were the voices in his head right? Did he more than just care for them, and quite possibly, truly love them? ...No, it couldn't be. He was designed to be completely anti-social. But then again...he was also designed to be a brainless wad of muscle. He looked up, seeing out of the corner of his eye, at Shalistrae, who's face was curious, as she leaned to the side of the doorframe, arms crossed. Their eyes locked for a moment, before Medra turned away, and laid on his back to peer straight up. His blushing face told him that his inner demons...just might be right. -- -- -- -- That is just so suckage.

Normally, I wouldn't get involved in such a topic since I can easily get *****-smacked from either side, but I feel like inputting my say in this. It's not so bad, you're life. It could be worse. You could be like all physically and mentally deformed and whatnot, so you have something looking up for you. I can't see past two feet of my face without lines and textures getting horrbily misconfigured. 'Bad' eyesight isn't really a curse. Remember those specs I had? Got some compliments here and there from a few people because of those. Pick you out some nice sytlish ones, or get contacts. Jaimie dumped you, eh? Big deal man. If things were so rough for you, then maybe she wasn't "that special someone" that you were looking for. Plus, with all of the controvercy of the inter-relationships that that whole group has, I wouldn't be surprised. Your dad yells at you. So does every father in the world to their own children. Get over it. Or better yet, don't do it at all to make a statement, like I do with my mom. She yells at me once, I don't do anything for her for a week. Learn to play them. Best of luck. You know where the hammer's at.

...Rai, Medra was gone already. And the card was in the front room, which was how he actually found out that Donovan HAD been in there. Duh.
-
Medra unhooked his arms from around the girl, and pushed her lightly and jokingly out of the room. Medra: "Oh cripes, go watch TV..." He rolled his eyes as Shalistrae stuck her tounge out at him, and continued to wash his dishes. His face was still burning hot, his emotions running ablaze. He had seen stars, literally, when he kissed her. He'd heard all of the stereotypical sayings about 'love' and 'soulmates', but this was truly and honestly setting him on fire. He adjusted his collar, and he could literally feel the steam coming from his chest and onto his neck. He finished his chore, and went into the front room, seeing the two girls curled up on the sofa, watching some old, black and white movie. A suspence thriller, or whatever they were called. Medra went to go lock the door, his hand on the deadbolt-- The door was already locked when he went to sleep. He turned around sharply, his eyes quizzical. He scanned the room. Nothing much was different. Chairs and all were unmoved, the loveseat next to the door was the same, and his card was... ...was on the other side of the table than where he left it. His hand shot out like a snake and grasped th card angrily. His eyes shot to Rena, whom was still watching the movie with her 'mommy'. In a second flat, Medra had crossed the room and picked her up forcefull by the arms. Yelling a protest, Shalistrae stood up and tried, futilely, to pry the girl from his grasp. Medra: "Rena, listen GOOD and listen NOW. WHO WAS IN HERE?!" Rena: "You're hurting me! Let me GO!!" Medra looked away, gritting his teeth, as his grip on the small-bodied girl, and placed her gently on the couch again, before storming off into the bedroom, where he slammed the door so hard that it nearly splintered straight in half. He went to a monitor, and slid the card through the slot above it. At that moment, Shalistrae burst in the room, screaming about "What the Hell do you think you're doing?! You could have hurt her!" and the such. Medra payed no attention, his pressed and stern face showing his rage. He ran out the hotel room, and was heard thundering down the stairs. Shalistrae, pissed off as well, looked at the screen at which the man had been so furiously angered from. Her eyes softened as she saw the cursor blinking next to a slot on the card's purchases; there were two rooms bought at this hotel. One was their room. Another's was... Donovan Bison's. Shalistrae hurried out the room, and told Rena to stay on her way out. The girl listened, and locked the door as she left... -- -- -- -- Writer's block strikes. Ugh. *Red Faction*

Medra scraped his plate clean, and licked the sauce off of his fork. He moaned semi-sarcastically, and leaned over and kissed Shalistrae on the foreheard. He blushed lightly at his own uncontrolled reaction, but shook it off with a smile. Medra: "Shal, I don't think I ever had a better dinner in my life." Shalistrae: "I try. And don't call me Shal." Medra: "Will do." Rena giggled, and finished her plate. Shalistrae took her time, but with due time, ate her meal and wiped her mouth with her napkin when she was done. As soon as she did so, Medra, being the ever kind guy that he was, picked up the plates, smoothly, and brought them all in the kitchen. He came back, getting whatever glasses and utensils he missed, and started washing the dishes. Shalistrae came in after about five minutes, and watched him from the doorway, arms crossed over her stomach while leaning on the doorframe. Medra heard her enter, and when he didn't see her next to him or getting anything out of the refridgerator, he turned around. His partly careless look turned to a questioning smirk, as he chuckled slightly. Medra: "Shouldn't you be watching TV with Rena?" Shalistrae: "...There should be more guys out there like you." Medra: "Ah, but then, the world would be screwed. And you know it, so don't even try." He turned back to his dishes, ignoring the footsteps that approached a second after. He scrubbed the plate that he had been soaking, with a sponge, when he felt arms wrap around his waist. He stopped, putting the plate under the running water, and turned around to face Shalistrae. Her eyes sparkled, and he couldn't help but to gaze into those pools of silver, which seemed to have a tint of blue in them. Stunning, in a word. His own hands reached up, as if against his will. He just went with what his heart told him to do. His fingers gingerly wrapped around her shoulders, and he hugged the woman to his person for a few minutes. They stayed there, just listening to the water run. Another impulse took over his arms, and his hands came up to her jaw, making her look upwards. His lips met hers, and they swayed with each other. They held one other there for a while, before her face came back down, and she snuggled against him. He stood there, arms forming a barrier between the world and she. He would indeed protect Shalistrae, and Rena, with his life; he told himself that, and made it a pact within his own heart, right then and there. -- -- -- -- Mushy stuff. 'Tomorrow Never Dies' will do that to you. Damn Cheryl Crow to Hell.

It has to do with manipulating ki to a physical and stable form. It would take a highly focused and trained mind. And we all know, Piccolo is a master at the manifestation of energy, as seen easily by the Special Beam Cannon [creating two different ki beams from two fingers and then controlling them] and the 'Hellzone Grenade' [The move he used on 17 in which he would have most likely killed the cyborg had he not performed that shield.] So, obvious to us that he can control energy, it's only a thing that is seemingly obtained by extreme training and concentraition. As for other Nameks, they also seem like a smart bunch to me, and they can freely control their own life energy, so why not? That, or all of those plants they were so worried about when Furiza attacked had multiple uses.

The suprise of such a possition sent Medra into a state of instant worry, and he sprang himself backwards, and against the wall. His eyes were big, pupils small, as he grasped where his heart was on his person. He breathed heavily for a minute, regaining his composure. He looked to the side, thoughts racing about in his head. His hair was mashed a bit, and his clothes were ruffled. He looked at the giggling Shalistrae, and his red face slowly turned back to it's normal tanned bronze. Medra: "I uh. I'm gonna get a shower, all right? Just eh. Don't kill anybody." Shalistrae winked, and he removed himself from the wall, and collected his change of clothes; he was dressed in a black shirt and non-visible seam jeans. He had a few shirts, mostly black, a faded pair of blue carpenter jeans, and some Nike workout shorts. He also 'bought' some Adidases and Nikes from the shoe department of the store, as well as a few pairs of baggy, plaid boxers. He backed out of the door, shy smile plastered on his face and eyes locked on Shalistrae, whom was sitting up, legs forward on the bed, and arms back behind her to prop her up. He heard the faint whisperings of a kids' show on the television, and saw Rena asleep. His smile turned to one of serenity, and he walked into the bathroom, kicking his shoes off at the door. Within a minute of closing the door, the shower was running. Steam bellowed from under the door, and he leaned back in the small walk-in shower. His weary eyes went out of focus as his eyes fixated on the ceiling, thoughts wandering. But one thing had stayed in his mind; did he do anything to Shalistrae? He'd, honestly, feel horrid if he hurt her in anyway, and she was just being tough about it. His mind came snapping back to reality as the click of the door opening drew his attention. He turned his back to the water, his muscles clearly tensing. His right first pulled back, until his elbow silently hit the tile wall. He watched a form through the frosted glass door come slowly closer, and he felt the breeze come through the open door. He got ready for a spring forward, as adrenaline coursed through his veins, filling every nerve and capillary with extra strength, not that he would need it. A delicate hand tapped on the glass with the middle knuckle, and the familier voice came through his ears and filled him with relief. Shalistrae: "Hurry up, Med. Dinner's ready. Plus, I want some hot water too." Medra replied after a second, his voice breaking slightly. Medra: "Y-yeah. Be there in a s-se-second."
