Other than that, Nickelodeon can burn for all I care.

To put it simply, the only person that would really know would by Akira. But can anyone knock on his door and ask him? I HIGHLY doubt it. Any other information out there besides directly from Akira is purely speculations. Vegita's age wasn't stated in the beginning of the series, so, therefore, we can't possibly know without going to the source of it all.

Kakarot was only taught the Kaio-Ken because King Kai only believed that he could handle it. As for the Instant Transmission, we find out why King Kai didn't teach that to Kakarot in the Cell Saga:: Kakarot didn't ask about it. Edit: Whoops. Forgot the "didn't". That's what I get for multitasking and hurrying.

In Movie 13 "Dragon Fist Assualt!", Gohan doesn't go SSJ because he still has the ability to go 'Mystic'. This is a prime example of why we cannot link the movies with the series.

I'd make myself my character 'Blank', who first appeared in DB: BTAS, an RPG right here on OB.
