1. I have five favorites, actually. 1-That Taco Bell commercial with all the "I'M FULL" **** is so stupid, I laugh at it. 2-That soap opera Geico commercial 3-Bud...Weis...er...I love those frogs!^^ 4-this extremely gay local commercial for a grocery store around where i live. there's like, can-can everywhere, which is so incredibly ****** up that you gotsta laugh at it. 5-my favorite one is the one for the boost mobil phones. The old people trying to be young and cool just makes you crack up.
2.
The Beatles. No doubt, regardless of what anyone says, it's the Beatles. :love:I love the Beatles.
Well, it's cool that you have an opinion and are sticking to it, but personally, to me, as much as I love Linkin ark, Jimi Hendrix is the best. Ever.
3.
Ok, it was funny when it came out my Sophomore year of High School, but the potty humor is really old now.
I hate to say it, but that is true. The most overrated show on tv to me? Well, I have two. First, there is Friends, and then...well, I have 3 letters for you. T.R.L.
4. OK...Maybe I'm not considered "grunge" to you, but I'd just like to say that grunge is pretty cool. Some people consider me "grunge", though. O well. Grunge people are cool.^^
5.
How did these two hook-up anyways? Jay-Z and Linkin Park were two names I never expected to hear in the same sentence much less the same CD.
You know what? I wonder the same thing. Personally, I don't like Jay-Z, but I'm an lp freak, hence my username. But I have the album, and although it's not very long, it's got a lot of kickass songs on it..well, except for Izzo/In The End. Personally, my 2 favorites off the album are Big Pimpin'/Papercut and Points of Authority/99 Problems/One Step closer but I like Points of Authority/99 Problems/One Step Closer more, because it has my 2 favorite lp songs in it.
6. Gothika-one of the most awesome movies I've ever seen. As said by kittychanann, it has a lot of plot twists, which I love in a film Signs-I LOVE SCI-FI FILMS! This was one of the best I had ever seen. Pure and simple. The Mothman Prophecies-Because it's based on true events, because I lived in the area where it took place, and because it's just so chillingly eerie.
7. I have a few, actually. "RESPECT MAH AUTHORITAH!"-Cartman, South Park "Dude, where's my car?"-the quote IS the title of the movie. "What time does that ***** say?"-from Puppetmaster vs. Demonic Toys. I don't think anyone has seen that, but it's an awesome movie. "Alright, Nevins! Time to die!"-from the Cat in The Hat. That line WAS funny, but I didn't watch the movie willingly...T.T
8.
I think music keeps changing too much to stay popular with the times, and that's not what music should be about. And especially not Punk Rock. Punk Rock used to actually mean something back in the day, people either loved it or hated it. Now it's actually a FREAKIN CLOTHING STYLE?!!! :flaming: I hate that. Way too many kids these days wear a Misfits shirt or something and haven't even heard a single song by them. Punk is sure as hell not about popularity, but thanks to places like Hot Topic, everybody's got a freakin studded belt and a Ramones shirt. Hot Topic is the Anti-Christ to what actually used to mean something. As much as I love Punk Rock, I can honestly say that places like Hot Topic, and those stupid "pop" punk bands like Good Charlotte, have brought about the demise of punk. Bands these days just keep becoming less and less musically talented, and more and more sing-along. Does anybody feel the same way as me, that punk has become way too popular and means practically nothing anymore? I wish it weren't so, but Punk Rock is either Six Feet Under or somewhere close to it.....
I believe a lot of the same things. Hot Topic IS a cool store, but unfortunately, it's also a way to draw in the posers...-- It's real ******* sad, it really is.
9. Numb-Linkin Park Well, I'm expected to do things to be successful, but most of the time, they do not meet the standards of what I want to do. Behind Blue eyes-Limp Bizkit My eyes aren't blue, they're hazel, but still, to me, no one really knows just how messed up and sad I really am, and that I'm basically an empty shell of a prson, in spite that I do not give off that impression. Rollin'-Limp Bizkit Just because I talk like that when I'm pissed off. lol
10. it sounds pretty cool to me. I'm not exactly TOO much interested in the shounen-ai thing...no offense.
11. I draw manga because, well, I liked reading it, and I draw pretty good, and I'm one of those people ho gets ideas pretty easily, so I created my own without a problem. And also, because my friends in high school had talked me into it, because they thought I could come up with something cool. That's all.
12. True, it was hard to read without the line breaks, but I think it sounds pretty friggin cool. As phxshadowwolf said, keep up the good work.
13.
Exactly. We can compare America’s foreign policy, and it’s results, to this sentence. While our intent is good, we’ve slipped up in places.
My thoughts exactly
