I started with red and the original GB Brick, which I feel is the best because: GBA broke with one punch, GBC broke with 3 punches, and GB has been punched dozens and dozens of times but is the only one that remains working, I have literally dropped it on concrete and fallen on top of it (at the time I was arond 100 lbs) without it busting. Of course, I don't really punch my video game systems anymore , but I do drop them occasionally. On my first play through I didn't know how to use poke balls (I was in 4th grade), so I had a Venusaur by the time I hit Rock Tunnel :D . That game file mysteriously corrupted before I got out the tunnel. After much heartache I picked the game back up and played the game as it was meant to be played (caught pokemon). I beat the games 2 more times after that file (full dex), then proceeded to Gameshark everything that could be for around 4 more playthroughs. I ended up falling for the rumors and thus, searched every tile of the Sea Foam Islands for the Mist Stone. Good times indeed. I bought Yellow on release day and enjoyed it, despite there being little difference between this version and the previous. I spent many hours boosting my Pikachu Surfing record. I then played Silver and absolutely loved all of the new features. I got all 251 pokemon and even got Pokerus (I pretty sure it is a 1/12000 chance) on an Onix! At this point I had entered 7th grade, so I got all 'cool' and sold it :( . A few years later (after growing out of the aforementioned phase) I got Ruby and the series was reintroduced to me. I didn't catch all of the Pokemon, because no one plays it. All of the people my age seem to still be in the "7th grade" phase. I still got interested in EVs and did several of those. I then downloaded Fire Red-J (used 20%english patch), because I couldn't wait any longer and I felt it would be too similar to the original to be worth purchasing. I played it and my foreboding was correct, there was very little difference at all. So much so that I knew exactly what was going on (except the islands) despite not being able to read Japanese. So, it was a mild disappointment, but only if the one playing it has already played the original. And now I'm anxiously awaiting Emerald. I'm going to wait for the US release this time, as I feel it will truly be a great, original game.
Because that's what religion is all about. Making yourself feel better by randomly pulling deities out of... the garbage chute.
Actually that's what every action one commits on earth is about, making yourself feel better. In joining any form of faith one will feel they have a better understanding of the universe as it exists (sometimes to the point of elitism). The same could be said about atheism, in removing religious philosophies from one's life he/she loses the responsibilities of the faith and also will feel that their understanding is better. No one in the world tries to go against their own will, because that isn't possible. Murderers and sex offenders have a justification for what they do, regardless of how immoral our society views them. Therefore, in everything one does it makes said person feel better, even if in actuality it doesn't help at all.

-Lone toddler crying in a shopping mall. I would wait awhile, observing from a distance to make sure that it was a desperate problem instead of the kid not getting a toy from his/her parents. After that I would approach and ask what was wrong. I would then help the kid, as I don't feel it would be anything I couldn't handle. -First person at the scene of a car accident. I would dial 911 on a cell phone, if not that a pay phone. If neither of those were visible I would yell for someone to call. After that I would walk up to the victim(s) to see if I could help in any way. -Person drowning. I would first scream that someone is drowning. Then I would just dive in and get them. If geographical complications existed that wouldn't allow me to get them to land, then hopefully someone heard my scream. If not then I die a slow, painful death:( -Obviously upset person running down the street. Just let them pass by, if they were as upset to run from their problem then my talking to them would not be comprehended well. My action would be different if they were sitting down. -Injured animal. If I am doing absolutely nothing at all I may look at it and help it in any way possible (get it away from predator, free from trap, remove debris from its wounds.) Chances are that I would leave it alone. -Elderly person having trouble crossing a busy street. Just let them cross the street on their own. They wouldn't walk any faster if I was with them nor would my presence direct traffic away. If I saw an oncoming car about to them, and I was in range, I would pull/push them out of the way. -Person shoplifting. Alert the shopkeeper, then watch the thief to make sure he couldn't escape when security arrived. -Smoke coming from the upper windows of an apartment building. Spectate for a while, then dial 911 if it becomes dangerous. -Drunk fumbling to get his car keys into the door of his car. Take his keys and give them to someone who isn't intoxicated in the area, who offers to give them to him when he sobers up or drive him.

I'm not sure what the exact definition of crying is...I've never bawled at any anime, but I have shed a few tears and gotten a lob in my throat upon watching the afforementioned scenes of Full Metal Alchemist as well as when in Wolf's Rain
Blue's owner (don't recall his name) from long ago is meets Blue in the alley.
I'd like to get some random influx of money to go to college, graduate with a degree in some form of Computer Science, meet the perfect girl and get married. This obviously won't happen, especially the money and girl part, so I'll probably end up joining the Army.
