Gaming .hack//INFECTION / MUTATION / OUTBREAK / QUARANTINE
dragonandante replied to DotHacker32's topic in Noosphere
I often wonder why didn't they just molded all 4 parts into one game. I know of course this was probably to increase profits, but still I think they would have done better with the game if they just had it all in one game. -
Everyone in my town who knows me call me Dragon Andante, or Dante for short. This originally was two seperate nicknames. I got the Dragon part from the dragon chain I always wear. I got this chain before my brother left for the navy ages ago and now resides in hawii, lucky bastard... Anyways one day while I was playing basketball, everyone was talking about nicknames for basketball and such. So because of the chain I wore a lot they dubbed me as Dragon. Later on the part Andante came from piano playing. I always liked playing songs in andante. I recall going to a party and getting bored, but since my ride was still there I couldn't go anywhere. Anyways I was explorer the house the party was at and found a nice grand piano. Anyways, I started playing Andante by Mozart. I had the sheet music embeded in my mind, so it was no problem playing it. Anyways, some girl walked in and nearly gave me a heart attack, because when I play I'm pretty oblivious to whats going on around me. So the girl comes over and starts playing a few things herself. This girl looked pretty beautiful to me. Anyways, she asked me what was I just playing and I told her it was Andante by Mozart. She told me she always liked playing songs that were played in andante. I told her that playing things nice and slow can make the music come alive. One thing led to another, and so I was kissing her in that room. Some of my friends came in to get me since they were leaving and interupted us... When the girl left, and I was talking to my friends about it, they decided to call me Andante, better yet, Dragon Andante.

Favorite quotes, sayings and lines
dragonandante replied to ChibiHorsewoman's topic in General Discussion
Everything in my signature... The first one was a thought that struck me once on graduation day. The next two quotes were from some excerpts I read, and I sort of agree with them, even though a lot of my crew thinks it is bs :) . -
You have to play one game, and only have two choses. One of the games has the best graphics imaginable, but has horrible gameplay, while the other has the best gameplay you've ever seen, but horrible graphics. Which game would you play? (This question might seem quite obvious to some, but everyone looks for certain things in games)

Gaming Which new generation systems will fail?
dragonandante replied to Morpheus's topic in Noosphere
No matter how shiz or "bomb" a console may turn out to be, it all boils down to this: the games. Y'know, it just wouldn't make too much sense to me if a 'gamer' buys a console because it "kicks ***" and the majority of the games for it is purebred sh**. (Alright, I might've messed that sentence up but as long as you got my point, who cares lol.) Well, I'm gonna guess that Microsoft may fail. I mean, their next console isn't even gonna be backward compatible, is it? That can be one of the things that may kill it, if not the biggest. If Microsoft Windows is buggy, I don't expect much from one of their consoles. I know I'll buy an XBOX eventually, just for a couple games (sad, in my opinion), but there's no way in hell am I gonna get their new console. I'd rather buy a bunch of games instead. (Quality over quanity? Psh, I'd rather have both. ^_~) EDIT: Ok, well, the GCN prospered and it wasn't backward compatible but hey, the GBA was. I'll include that in there. :whoops: (Plus Sony.) XD
I agree with you on that, if Xbox had majority of the games under its system, then PS2 would have been doing badly. Whoever has the most great games, also tends to have the best profits... -
Hmm... can't wait for next game... although I'm not sure why they changed the artwork around. Well, as long as the game is good... it doesn't really matter much to me...
i heard that they were makin 2 oavs for the series it called Saishu Heiki Kanojo: Another Love Song (tenative title) i guessing that it will occur sometime after the events of saikano but im not sure... if u wnat more info take a look here official site http://www.saikano.net/ova/ unfortuantely teh site is in japanese so it might not help that much unless u can read japanese. Please watch your spelling and grammar in future; using abbreviations is against the site Rules- anything too poor in quality will be deleted as spam. -Solo
I believe it is one oav and a live action movie, but correct me if I'm wrong. Anyways, I think that the oav will revolve around the storyline, but it will be taken from another person perspective. Check out the following site the official site and look for the word ova that links to a trailor for the ova...

Anime At what age did you start watching anime?
dragonandante replied to Elk's topic in Otaku Central
Hmm... I started watching anime back since I was about 5 or 6. Of course I didn't realize it was called anime. I fully came to realize what anime is last year, but I had been watching anime since that particular age...
