SSJ4 is not a true SSJ Level...its a Saiya-jin/Oozaru hybrid But Gotenks in SSJ3 looks the greatest! :D

BUt if you look at it another way...Super SAIYA-JIN 4 So if you look at it that way, than it is a pure Saiy-jin form...
