no we have it in england... but it is completely devoid of anime. seriously.

Fullmetal al alchemist is due for release on dvd in england sometime in a couple months. i'll try to catch it.

if they are remaking final fantasy 7, i have but one comment: IT'S ABOUT FRICKING TIME! final fantasy 7 rased the bar for the final fantasy games, and did the most for the series in terms of awareness. i'd say, give it a ffx-style graphics makeover, put back in the reviving aerith thing, add about 5 more "american monsters" - there you have it ff7 revamped.

of course it is possible. i admire people, but that doesn't mean I have to like them. for example, lets take bill gates. i admire him carving out a computer empire, and almost cornering the computer market, but that doesn't mean i have to like him (in fact i've never met him, so i can't say)

chi. simply because i've never heard of the other one. plus i like chi's image better.

star ocean till the end of time for the ps2. good story, good graphics, and the FMV's are few and far between (makes a nice change compared to some other games) plus you get to have blue hair!

Has anyone out there seen the film quadrophenia? i watched it recently and i must say it's a good film. it is dated, but it is an insightful look into the time it was made, and is unusually deep. any other thoughts?

personally, i'm quite fond of episode 5 (i think it's ep 5) where they go to kobe (i'm not sure it's kobe)

ok, I have been reading what has gone before and I'm a bit confused. Please define n00b. is it merely someone who has not been here for a long time, or is it someone with poor grasp of the english language and philosophy. Some might say that these two are symbiotic, but if this is true, then are we tarring evryone with the same brush? please enlighten me.

i guess the most common thoughts i have is running through final fantasy/other RPG's boss strategies and dungeon maps. sad i know, but it's always good to reinforce your knowledge on what's truly important in life.

my dream has always been to get a PhD in a subject and then go and teach over in japan, or work as a sound technician/voice actor on an anime.

unfortunately, there are no ff concerts in england, and i can't afford plane tickets to america on my salary. hopefully before he dies/stops doing concerts i'll be able to attend one.

tell me about it! damn... 55 dvds @around $ 27 each (as far as i can tell) .. whoah, that's about fifteen hundred dollars - not including shipping and handling. so at 55 dvds, does that make inuyasha the longest anime series in existence?

ok, well i can see that there is probably no way to determine how may inuyasha dvds there will be, so i guess i'll just have to keep checking back with sites in the future. thanks for the info bloodseeker.

embarrassing moment? probably when i was on a work experience program, working in a DVD store, i accidentaly tripped over a shelf leg. which disturbed the items on the top shelf. i ended up with about 5 "friends" dvd box sets hitting me on the head. one- by - one.
