when an anime gets cyclically repetitive, that's when i go and do my trigenometry homework. a couple of anime I have seen (sorry but I cannot remember offhand) have the almost exact same storylines throuought all of its series', just changing the characters a bit. This I think, cheapens the means of expression that is anime.
