I just rented the first DVD of this series "Ex-Driver" and I gotta really admit that it was excellent. The dvd is 6 eps long and almost 3 hours long and the time just flew by while I watched it. This series is really one of the best ones I've seen yet. I'm about to go online to buy it and see if there's anymore made out there. :) But I do recommend anyone to at least rent this from BlockBuster or from any place for that matter.

I just rented the Harlock saga...damn was it long, and I fast fowarded though alot of it, but I got the entire gist of it tho. It's VERY similar to Queen Esmeralda(or however you spell it).

I just rented Slayers The Movie...and that was quite interesting...kinda short but good.

Escaflowne is one of the best anime's I have ever seen. I have the first 2 DVD's on it and really really need/want to get the rest soon. But the plot is there, the graphics are there, the everything is there. 'Nuff said.

Blue Gender had alot of plot twists sorta...well things that you didn't expect anyways. *spoiler* Like that little girl that he said he was gonna protect and you wouldn't figure they would kill a young girl. WELL, scratch that idea...lol And the other member that he was getting close to, didn't think he would die(don't remember names right now, sorry), and now he's dead as well...same with the captian. Kinda cool actully.

I swear it looks like Vegita vs Vegita because I have that same video. Even tho I haven't seen GT at all to be sure. Does vegita fight himself or like a clone in the bebi saga before he gets possed or something?

Hey rick...at that anime convention I went to earlier in the year...they had a booth with TONS and I mean TONS of anime soundtracks. Too bad I didn't really know any good ones. Got anything to recomend for me to listen to? Something like techno or hard like static x or something like Linkin Park?

During the fight scenes, would like something a little bit harder than what they used. To set the mood more, like it's more dangerous, instead of like it's just childs play. Ya know?

I haven't read any of this thread so I wouldn't read any spoilers, but I just bought the first DVD and I gotta say it's very kick butt. Only thing I don't like is the music that they have.

What 13 eps did they get rid of?

I want to take some kind of Martial Arts, but I only see one problem with me taking it. I'm not flexible at all...would that be much of a factor?

I was a freshman in high school and my friend would always wear a DBZ shirt and I thought that kind of stuff was stupid. Well I sat down and watched DBZ and was a fight scene and I was in awe. So then I was flipping through channels and saw macross was on and decided to give it a shot. I liked it and then started seeing more and more anime. And that's how I got started.

Ya, I enjoy this movie every time I see that it's on t.v. And it's true, shows what they really go through.

I would buy a new comp system then put the rest in the bank. 10k is not alot of money anymore.
