How about 3 reasons why Avenged Sevenfold are horrible?
-
Man, I have watched tons of bad movies, but some of the recent ones were: Sin City-I know most people love this movie, but I just didn't like it. I really don't have a reason to be honest, I just didn't find it entertaining. Alone in the Dark-Oh my God. Seriously, why is Uwe Boll still allowed to make movies? Texas Chainsaw Masacre(remake)-As a horror fan, I just didn't like it. I felt when compared to the original, it fell flat.
I think we should all just stop arguing and admit it - Limp Bizkit is the heaviest and best metal to ever be composed. Fred Durst says so![/color']
Haha, seriously. Limp Bizkit and Korn just represent my angst so well.

Red from Red Dead Revolver. I loved that game so much. The inspiration from Sergio Leone's classic spaghetti westerns and Clint Eastwood's films just made it all the better.

My best were: Metallica w/ Godsmack - Godsmack suprised me that night, much better than I expected. Metallica were beyond great. I can't wait to see them again. Ministry w/ Hanzel Und Gretyl and Opiate For The Masses - Every band on this gig was amazing. That was the first time I had heard Hanzel Und Gretyl and Opiate for the Masses. I fell in love with both bands. I actually had a chance to meet a couple of members of Opiate for the Masses, so that was really cool. Sevendust w/ Nonpoint- This was great because it was my first concert and it was in a small venue, which made it even better. Big Day Out in ATL- I forget the year, but the two bands that made this really cool was Stone Sour and Stone Temple Pilots. STP broke up not long after this, so I was lucky I suppose. Nine Inch Nails w/ Queens of the Stone Age and Death From Above 1979- DFA1979 were good, Queens of the Stone Age were a little disappointing, and Nine Inch Nails were amazing. These are the worst concerts I have sadly attended: Seether-Saw these guys at some festival in Birmingham, AL. I am a fan of the band, but they were terrible that day. The Roots-These guys were at the Big Day Out in ATL I attended. They were extremely boring. Tonic-(see above) Crossfade-Ugh. It was like watching a train wreck in slow motion. If you thought their album was bad, their live show makes their album look like The Wall.

I, as usual, am a bit late on my Christmas shopping. Hopefully I can get that taken care of in the next day or so. As far as what I am getting, I wanted a X-Box 360, but that appears to be out of the question. So I really have no clue what I am getting.

I would say the most annoying time in my life was my Senior year of High School. i was just so fed up with it and didn't care at all about any of it any longer. It was all I could do to complete the year.

My custom is a line from the Metallica song Fuel. I've always really liked it and thus, it became my custom.
Also, is it just me or are all of Peter Jackson's movies remakes?
No. His earlier films were cheesy horror movies. They are great though, and I would suggest that you check them out. They are Bad Taste, Dead Alive, and another that really isn't horror, Meet The Feebles. One thing I don't get about the Kong remake is it's length. Did this REALLY need to be over three hours long??

My name is Derek, but everyone calls me Dooby for some reason. I honestly have no idea as to why. I am 20 years old and currently attending college. I did live in Columbus, OH, now I live in a small town in Georgia. I hope to own day move back to Ohio. I have no brothers or sisters. My intrests include music, anime, video games, comics, horror movies, etc. I am currently working on recording a demo for the band I play in, as we have pipe dreams of actually making it in the music business. I am part Native America, Cherokee to be exact. I am usually a fairly quiet person.

I have heard various reviews for House of Flying Daggers. Some have said it was a pretty decent flick, while others have told me that they wouldn't watch it again no matter what. So yeah, I guess I would give it a shot with a rental.
Personally, I'd rather not see them merge because I'm an avid fan of EB (And friends with the whole crew here in our EB), and our GameStop here is over-priced and the staff is just plain dumb about games, honestly, I mean, I hate to admit a videogame store staff being stupid but they are. The staff at *our* GameStop has no clue what a videogame is, not literally but you know what I mean. Whenever I go in there and ask questions about videogames, more just to see if they've improved than anything else, I get retarded responses pointing me towards getting rather horrible games, but when I go to EB I get competent responses and they tell me what I need to hear rather than what I want to hear, besides, EB just has better customer base. That just my personal opinion. ~Silpheed, gamer for life.
Wow, that sounds just like my local GameStop! The local store here is ran by employees who seem to have no knowledge of gaming whatsoever. I can't remember a single time that I have went in there with a question and it was actually answered. EB, however, has been nothing short of great.

Ummm, well....I find neither of the singers attractive. But from a music point of view, Green Day is better I suppose. I am not really into that "I'm Not Okay" song so much. I just can't get into anything that is remotely "emo".

Hmm, sounds great. I love Castlevania very much. Sad to say, but this is the first I have heard of this game. I can't wait to play this installment. The last game was a little disappointing, but still pretty cool nonetheless.

I have a weird phobia. I am terrified of frogs. Yes, frogs. It is a fear I have had ever since I was a small child. If I see one, no matter where it is, I either freeze up or freak out. It's humiliating to say the least.

This is just one of those games I try and force myself to enjoy, but I just can't seem to enjoy it. Basically I am the same way with the stealth genre as a whole. But I still think I may give Splinter Cell 3 a chance. I have heard nothing but praises for it. It sounds interesting.

I am a huge Tar Heels fan, so I can't say I wasn't thrilled with the way the championship game went. However, I can't take anything away from the Illini, you guys had a great year and an awesome team!

Very sorry to hear that. My deepest symapthy goes out to you and your brother. But yes, I have experianced something like that. I have had three friends to pass lately. I pretty much grew up with all of them, so it was very tragic. They all were killed. The first was killed in a murder, second was hit by a driver who was under the influence of meth, and the third was also killed by an intoxicated driver. So I, somewhat, know how you feel I suppose. It is not a good feeling at all when you get "that call".

I have to go with Ocarina of Time . I remember it as the first Zelda game I ever got a chance to play. I loved everything about it, the story, characters, gameplay, etc. It's also a game I could still pick up and play again today and still have just as much fun as I did then.
-
I am really looking forward to this game. I cannot wait to finally be able to play it. I was a big fan of the past Doom games so needless to say I am pumped for this. I never got to play it for the PC due to the fact that I have a less than stellar PC. Running Doom 3 would have been out of the question. But yeah, only a fews away from finally getting my hands on it. Should be a gory good time!

I can't pick one from these two, but here are my two choices, both from the NES: Punch-Out!- How can you not like this game? The addictive gameplay mixed with the wondeful controls/characters make for a wonderful experiance and a great time. I could play this game hours on end and still not tire of it. Super Mario Bros. 3- I think I like this game just due to the fact that it brings back so many great memories for me. When I think of this game I think back to being in elementary school and pulling all nighters just to try and make it through this game. Plus after all these years I can go back and play it and not feel a bit different towards it. It is still an awesome game.

NES- I gotta say Home Alone. I remember getting this for Christmas and playing it about 5 minutes that night and never playing it again. It still gives me cold chills to think about it. SNES-I have to go with Toy Story. Yeah I know, another crappy movie game. But hey, I was young and foolish! Sega Genesis- Gotta go with Lost Vikings. I hated this game so much when I was young and still do not have good feelings towards it. I guess it just never came off as a fun game to me. Gamecube- Rocky wins this one. Man what a terrible game. Horrible controls, bad graphics, bleh. Not to mention it wasn't that fun to play. X Box- House of the Dead III. It was just so short that it felt like you were cheated for paying full price for it. The voice acting was horrible, but that is to be expected in this sort of game.

Gah, there are way too many to mention. However, these are the games I have completed lately: Viewtiful Joe- Wow, what a fun/addictive game! This game was a nice throwback to the days of the 2D sidescrollers. The game was very innovative as well. The difficulty had me frustrated at times, but it still was a wonderful game. I am currently playing VJ2. While it appears they have toned down the difficulty in this game, it is still just as fun as the first. Demon Stone- I really enjoy the Forgotten Realm books, so needless to say I was looking forward to this game. While it was a pretty good game, it was also very short. One could easily complete it in a sitting. But it was still an okay game I suppose.

God, I would LOVE to see a Punch-Out! remake/sequal for one of the Nintendo systems. That game is so amazingly awesome, it deserves it. However I would also be afraid that a remake or sequal might spoil the legacy of the game. It would still be really great just to go toe to toe with guys like Bald Bull and Piston Honda again.

I never sleep, which isn't good. I can't help it. I mean, what can I say, the internet is like crack! You constantly have to have a hit of it. But yeah, like I said, I never sleep. With college that can be a bit of a problem at times.
