I REALLY hope its not too late to join. I think this charcter has potential as either a villain or a loosely aligned hero. What do you think Name:Serevayis Marx Age:39 Race:Human/Wraith Class: Auramancer Height:5'6" Weight:149 lbs/ Insubstantial Eye Color: Blue or Red Hair Color:Black Bio: Twenty-four years ago, at the age of 15, Dale Issac, in an attempt to become an omnipotent being, did one thing that one should never do: He tryed to tame the shadows. Dale, being a fairly gifted Auramancer, attempted to created a Seal of Will and place on the shades, beings of immense darkness who draw from the life of others. The spell was, as to be expected, a failure. The shades descended upon him, intending to make him their next meal, when the rebound of the Seal of Will caused a temporal anomaly, forever binding his flesh with that of the shades. From the ashes of Dale Issac rose Serevayis Marx, the prevurbial Dark Phoenix. Soon After becoming Serevayis, he was banished from his village. Unable to stand direct sunlight, he was forced to hide in the shadows and wait until nightfall. One fateful night Serevayis stumbled into a traveling merchant. The merchant seemed to possess astrange stone, which he was trying to auction off to the highest bidder. Serevayis, having one been a skilled Auramancer, new at once that the gem was a sunstone. Its purpose is to bring things from the dark realm into this plane of existence. Serevayis slew the merchant, the crowd at the auction, and set off with the stone to finally achieve his dream of becoming the most powerful being in the world Equipment: 1 Sun Stone (allows Serevayis to remain in a human state), 1 Ceremonial Dagger Armor: Cloak of Shadows Spells:(In human form) Dark Metamorphosis(transforms him into a wraith) Seal of Darkness(Blinds all enemies within range) Stream of Shadows(A mid-Level Dark projectile spell) (In Wraith form) Shifting Shadow(Teleportation, short range through the shadows) Shadow Reaver (Drains HP by touch) Abilities:(in human form) Skilled Lock Pick(In Wraith form) Invisible in Shadows, Slight HP Regeneration, Shape-Shifting, Night Vision Weakness: (In human form) Mid- and Strong- leveled Physical Attacks (In Wraith form) Light Spells Strong Against: (In human form) Spells (In Wraith Form)Physical Attacks Quote from the character: "Embrace the Darkness! Let it consume your soul. Then you shall know true power! HAHAHAHAHA!"

Samurai X : Reflections would have to be my favorite. It is a beautiful conclusion to the Rurouni Kenshin, and a decent tear jerker, I might add, despite all of the awesome sword-fighting action that we've all grown to love from that wandering samurai

Let's face it folks, everyone wants to know the big secret, become the next Casanova, but to be honest, not everyone is going to accept you. And there's another thing; don't try to change yourself so people will accept you. It's just not worth the effort. Don't take any advice from anyone, because "The fool thinks himself to be wise, but the wise man knows himself to be a fool. " Admitting that you don't understand is the first step towards accepting it. Besides, most dating tips you'll here are either incredibly generic common sense, or stereotyping and seemingly forgetting about an important part of the human psyche called INDIVIDUALITY. What you should do is keep trying the things you are doing, and eventually you will meet the person you were destined for anyway.

Well, everyone has their issues. Unfortunately for you, you were caught in the middle of his sick world. But then again, you kind of have to pity guy like that (not like or respect, pity). He'll probably end up slowly ruining his own life. I am sorry you had to go through that traumatizing experience. That kind of thing just happens too much in this world, but unfortunately there is nothing anyone can do to prevent a situation like that from occuring to others. I would if I could, but in all serious there is nothing I can do to stop this from happening again. Gentle souls are normally the first to be tainted by the darkness of this world, and despite the actions anyone takes, misfortune will come to everyone in some way, shape, or form. Sadly, you were one of the unlucky, and it hit harder than it should ever hit. For anyone to have to go through that makes me hurt inside

I would have to agree. At this time I currently find myself heterosexual, but I know that could probably change if I met the perfect guy for me. And yes, anyone can tell if someone is attractive, regardless of their sexual preference. I know I can tell an attractive male, but just because I find them attractive doesn't mean that I am attracted to them. Does that make sense? It does to me. Here, lets try this scenario. Say you are homosexual. You would probably see someone of the opposite gender who others find physically attractive and think Dang, that person looks fine and still have no sexual impulses whatsoever. I think of a good-looking person as like a piece of art. You should both acknowledge and respect an appealing person, even if you would not want to partner up with them. Okay, I know that sounds shallow, but the same thing goes for a personality. You know all you out there have found at least one person of the same or opposite of your sexual prefference and realized that you would want to spend the rest of your life with that person, even if you don't want to be a couple. Those special people are called best friends, and your life partner, regardless of their gender, should always be first your best friend, your lover second.

Let's see, there are an OUTRAGEOUS amount of bad games out there, and, unfortunately,I happened to have owned most of them. These are probably the worst, though. NES: Has anyone ever played The Hunt For Red October. There is no point to this game. You go around in the ocean and shoot missles, and I never made it past level two. Oh, don't get me wrong, I love the book, but it is nothing like it. If you ever find it in a bargain bin, you're still paying too much. PSOne: I found this game at a store, and when I read the back, it sounded invigorating. However, when I opened the package to Darstone and put into my PSOne, I couldn't help but flinch. The graphics burned my eyes, and the gameplay was crappy at best, and the story wasn't even woth the twenty bucks I paid for them. These are the biggest standouts at the moment, but there are more. Oh, are there more... :(

Have any of you even heard of Tales of Symphonia? I'd have to say that it and Final Fantasy IX are my two favorite games. I mean, come on, the intricate story line, the unexpected plot twists, the undeniable fact that those games are addictive? And don't forget Tales of Symphonia's unique battle style. The only downside to FF IX would have to be the somewhat DBZ feel that I get from it, but I guess that would have to be part of its charm.

Yeah, I know exactly what you guys mean. But you know what's the worst? When you actually finish the post, submit it, realize you totally screwed up and forgot to put down your main point, and you have to submit a new post, making you look like a total idiot who just loves the attention.Yep, that happens a lot. But hey, I guess it can't be too bad, its just a little irritating, that's all :animeangr .
