I have every issue so far. The subsricption price is quite high, but you do get two episodes every issue. This is one of my favorite magazines, but I wish they would feature more information about the US anime scene. Voice actors, companies, and that sort of thing. I find the video game section worthless. Its nice that they don't rate anime either. A much better magazine than all of the others, especially better than that crappy Animerica.

Anime Cartoon Network Line-Ups...and anime on television announcements

Toonami just needs to take a back seat. Adult Swim should be airing the uncensored versions of YYH, DBZ, and RK. FMA is an incredible show that I was surprised by. The first five episodes were weak, but it picked up steam and is in full sail. GITS:SAC has been a good watch with great animation, and music. The characters are interesting, but the story is a little weak. Inuyasha has been as great as it has ever been. I really hope more Case Closed is aired. This is a great series to watch and really be entertained by. Can't wait for Samurai Champloo, although I have the first two DVD's. Hopefully, AS will air every episode even if the all of the DVD's haven't been released yet. PA and Scryed; I haven't seen yet, so it will be interesting to watch these shows. -
I would love see to see another Chrono type game. Chrono Trigger - Chrono Cross - Chrono ? CT is one of the best RPG's ever and another story to it thats a direct continuation would be great. The rumored Chrono Break maybe. Hopefully, Squenix will give me what I want. They haven't failed me yet.

Okay, on a different note have you guys heard the new OST? The tracks are quite good. It isn't better than TPM OST, but there is a good chorus track and some other great action music. :animesmil

Panties rule! ;) Fan service gives us guys something to talk about and drool over. I personally prefer full nudity like in hentai. The panty shots just don't do "it" for me. If you know what I mean. Everyone says Gravion Zwei is packed with it, but the first DVD doesn't seem to have anymore than what i've seen in some other series.

The Splinter Cell stories are nothing to write home about unlike in the MGS series. The SC gameplay is the winner in these games. The options that your giving seem limitless and anything you can think of can be done. Your also giving freedom to not kill anyone if your good enough. I still rate the MGS series higher than the SC series, but they are different types of games. MGS emphasises action over stealth and SC emphasises stealth over action. Or, thats just the way they play out.

Thanks for the info; I will definently pick this novel up as soon as it hits paperback. $25 is too much just for a novel. IMO.
I'm afraid you are mistaken Foshi, the Expanded Universe is the official continuation to the Star Wars Saga, and as such everything that happens in it is in fact canon and should be taken as seriously as the movies..
Alright, heres some proof that the Expanded Universe is canon for all those that want to know. Sorry about that earlier statment I wasn't thinking clearly. Some things went through my mind. The STAR WARS films are the only primary reference. With the exception of only a few minor points, they are indisputable. This is not a merely personal opinion; it is the explicit policy of the Continuity and Production Editors at Lucasfilm. They are interviewed in STAR WARS Insider #23: What's 'gospel' and what isn't? 'Gospel,' or canon as we refer to it, includes the screenplays, the films, the radio dramas and the novelisations. These works spin out of George Lucas' original stories, the rest are written by other writers. However, between us, we've read everything, and much of it is taken into account in the overall continuity. The entire catalog of published works comprises a vast history -- with many off-shoots, variations and tangents -- like any other well-developed mythology. Therefore the films and their adaptations are canon, meaning that they take precedence in essentially all matters. Any other form of unfilmed STAR WARS fiction may be official, meaning that it is subordinate to canon and is required to be consistent with other official works. Works which do not have the blessing of Lucasfilm Ltd (which is not the same entity as LucasArts) are unofficial and cannot be given consideration. Still I wonder if this includes the video games and Clone Wars microseries? I would say that it does because they are written to expand the universe.
5] That Old Guy was David Prose who happened to play Vader throughout the entire Old Trilogy, who was the body while James Earl Jones did the voice. Prose was removed from the ending scenes of the new ROTJ because of something that will happen in Episode III, what that?ll be I don?t know but it had better be good.
I think your wrong on this point. The old bald guy at the end of ROTJ when Luke takes off his helmet is not the same guy who plays him the other times. In the OT the force spirit at the end was the same bald guy just not bald. We never get to see who the real guy in the suit is.

I've rewatched Neon Genesis Evangelion so many times I can't even count them. Cowboy Beboop and Samurai Champloo are next on the list. I just find new things every time I rewatch these series.

ROTS will be much darker than the previous films so it will earn its PG-13 rating. Hopefully, everything is explained in full detail without the boring love scenes between Anakin and Padme. I'm looking forward to the duel between Yoda and Palpy in the senate chamber. It's gonna be sweet watching the two masters fling the pods at each other.

My spring break was the first week of March. We only have four weeks left after this week. Anyway, the bonus material is quite interesting. It goes into detail on some aspects of the first three movies and has a lot of never before seen content. There is a teaser for Ep.3 as well that shows how the Darth Vader costume was made.

What an amazing game. It is improved in every way. The graphics are phenomenal, sound chilling, and gameplay super tight. The freedom that the player is giving is perfect. No more will you have to restart a level over because you killed someone you weren't suppose to or being found and setting off an alarm. Quick-saving works wonders and the new interface is great. Online play works just as well as Pandora Tomorrow, and the new versus mode where two spies have to work together through an alternate adventure adds a lot of replayability. Your thoughts and comments. Merged with the original thread. - Desbreko

PS2 version will most likely suck. Ports of games made for one system don't work as well on other systems. To defeat the Ogre just shoot it a bunch with sniper rifle, a magnum, or a shotty until it kneels over and then jump on its back and tap the indicated button to kill its las plagas. Rince and Repeat until it dies. Oh, and watch out if it picks up the trees.

Wow, very good. But, you missed a few things. IN TESB the Emporers holo animation is different. The Anakin force spirit at the end of ROTJ is now Hayden Christinsen instead of the old guy. There are some new clean ups to animations and other things not worth mentioning.
I don't think we can actually determine Palpatine's exact age, as he uses Sith magic to transfer his "soul" from one clone body to another. The corruption of his Dark Side power causes his bodies to age prematurely and as such getting and exact age would be a rather difficult thing to do.
Expanded Universe fiend. The cannon is the only truth. Not to say I don't love the novels as well; its just the only thing that can be taken seriously are the movies. Ep3 is going to rule. The final Star Wars movie ever and maybe the best. Hopefully, Greivous's fights scenes aren't as stupid as in the last episode of season Clone Wars.
