Sign Up Full Metal Alchemist: Corruption's Demise [PG-VL]
Tyler Koregaten replied to Che's topic in Theater
Name: Tyler Koregaten "Thunder Bolt Alchemist" Age: 24 Side: Military Division: State Alchemist Weapon: Alchemy. Personality: He's a very stern person, but an excellent leader. He's usually silent and serious, but sometimes his humor slips out. If you were not on his side in war, his face would be the last thing you saw. Bio: He grew up in Khletsson, a town close to Central. His family was wealthy and owned the country's largest auto-mail designing company, Gotz Auto-mail. When he was 9, he began taking alchemy lessons in East City. He returned two years later, to find that his mother had died in an accident. The next year, his father died of sickness, leaving him and his sister, Maria, alone. Tyler left again and studied more alchemy. When he returned three years later, making him 16 and his sister 18, he went to Central and became a State Alchemist, while his sister ran Gotz Auto-mail back home. He started out under General Hakuro. One year later, he was sent, with other State Alchemists, including Basque Gran and Roy Mustang, to Ishbal. After Ishbal, Tyler was never the same, he couldn't shake the memories of what he'd done. He was also promoted to a colonel and given the Medal of the Fuhrer's Honor for "bravery". At age 22, he was promoted to a brigadier general and put to work at Central Headquarters. Two years later, he was put on the "Corruption's Demise" case... -
Of course I love Europe, I was born in Denmark! It is a beautiful place isn't it? Some of my favorite places are Gilleleje Harbor in Denmark, Bonn, Germany; Paris, Sankt Pyotrsburg(Saint Petersburg), Russia; and anywhere in Scandanavia. I'm actually going to Europe next January to visit my house in Kobenhavn. I'm glad that you share my love for Europe.

THAT WAS MY BEST TRIP EVER. The Fullmetal Alchemist movie was absolutely FABULOUS! It makes you cry, laugh, smile, remember good times, drop dead and scream. I'm not going to give anything away though(hehehe). Kaatis aad Quuqaat iaat lis, lasid kij. That means "To each their own, never the other way around." in Greenlandic. Sorry.

Hey, guys, I'm on Jake's side here. I agree that you should actually try out the metal we're talking about before criticizing it like that. Korn, Slipknot, and Children of Bodom are some of my favorite bands. This argument should have ended about twelve posts ago. But, if it continues, like I said, I'll be on Jake's side, hands down. Another thing, Children of Bodom's musical structure stands out so much, it could just about slap you in the face. Ossenfjeld unsa dauten aans jossrjik bjeln assiuj katten Olschtt. In my native language of Danish, that means "Try things before judging them like you tried them your entire life." Forrsje. CHILDREN OF BODOM RULES CURRENT METAL AS WE KNOW IT. Thank you.

Jake, the link was supposed to go to some Children of Bodom fan site that played their songs. The link didn't work all that well for me, either.

Anyways, Isn't this just great, I just got done unpacking yet now I'm packing up again for my flight to Tokyo to see the Fullmetal Alchemist movie, Conqueror of Shambala. It's definately going to be worth the flight, though! Well, I'll definately tell everyone about it! Sayonara!

If you want a Bond CD, check the classical/easy listening CD section in the electronics/home entertainment department at Wal-Mart. There shoul be a tab that says "Bond". Look there. So far, I've found Shine, Classified, Born, and Explosive at Wal-Mart and purchased them. You could also try going online for Bond: U.S. Re-mix or Bond Live DVD. Visit CLICK HERE TO VISIT BOND'S WEBSITE Thanks!

I like classical, Bond*, Japanese music**,and metal***. I listen to them all at any time. I usually choose one of the above, then pick a song depending on my feeling. If I'm angry, it's usually a very loud, rage-like song, like O Fortuna by Carl Orff or Symphony No.5 in C minor Op.67 'Fate' by Ludwig van Beethoven. Nothing else to say. *Bond is a string quartet of four women who re-do classical music with electric instruments and MIDI, etc. Click here to learn more about Bond and hear some of their music **Usually anime themes. Click here for anime radio ***The type Jake described. Click here for that type of metal For classical music, Click here

I'm just wondering, who, besides me, likes the string quartet Bond? Bond is a string quartet of four women who take classical pieces and re-do them with additions like MIDI sounds and electric instruments. They've also written pieces of their own. Their song Explosive was used as the theme for Australia's coverage of the 2004 Olympics. If you want to discover more about Bond and hear some of their songs, click here Please help to support this thread.

A fan-subbed version would be perfect! Thanks for that(Now I can see it fan-subbed and in original form...hehehe....) Wow, it feels good to be back! If anyone's wondering why I haven't posted since last week, it's because-if you check on the calendar-I was on a military trip to China. Sorry, the place didn't have internet! Thanks again!

I've been thinking. "Self, why would I wait 2 years to see the movie version of my favorite anime in English when I could see it in Japanese, it's purest and original form? I have no idea!" I'm probably going to take off a week and go see FMA: Conqueror of Shambala in Tokyo! As a matter of fact, I'm going to book my trip right now! I'll add my trip to the calendar. Sayonara!

RPG Full Metal Alchemist: Broken Alchemy [PG-VL]
Tyler Koregaten replied to Sir Gawain's topic in Theater
Tyler and the others lay in their hospital beds, all thinking about the strange group of people they ran into. "They're probably still there." Tyler thought. Roy and Ed were thinking the same thing. At that moment, to the astonishment to everyone, the Fuhrer walked in. Everyone, including Tyler, Roy, and Ed, stood and saluted him. The Fuhrer said "No, sit down." After that was said, the Fuhrer presented all three of them with The High Medal of the Fuhrer's Honor for bravery in the field. "You all deserve this greatly." After the Fuhrer left, they went back to thinking. Tyler pondered for awhile until he finally figured it out. "That's it!" Tyler got Ed and Roy and they all left immediately for the 'Broken Alchemist' HQ once again. -

Great character! Let's say that you kind of make your way up through the ranks until...poof! You're the God of Blood's right hand man. Sounds great! I read about an interview with Vic Mignona(he does the voice of Ed in the English version of FMA) that Funimation had told him that they planned to release the movie after these things happen: 1: All 51 episodes air on television 2: All of the video games are translated 3: All of the episode DVD's come out 4: When all of the FMA merchandise(toys, posters, etc.)become available. 5: The movie versions of the video games(Broken Angel, Curse of the Crimson Elixir, etc.) are released on DVD 6: When new actors are hired to fill in some new characters who weren't from the series. :animestun They estimate it'll make it to theaters sometime in either late Winter 2006 or early Spring 2007. Wow. :animedepr Long wait.*falls asleep  *

RPG Full Metal Alchemist: Broken Alchemy [PG-VL]
Tyler Koregaten replied to Sir Gawain's topic in Theater
After their car arrived at Central Headquarters, and Tyler declared the mission a success, him, Roy, and Edward were taken to the infirmary and given medical care for their injuries. Tyler thought about that girl Celia and how she showed 'Broken Alchemist'-like symptoms. "Hmmm... I wonder if they'll show up. Knowing those idiots they'll probably bust in right about...now" Right then, Celia and the others burst in, surprised by the three alchemists severe injuries. "What the hell happened to you?" Celia asked Tyler. "It's quite simple, I was injured on duty, it happens." Afterwards, Lieutenant Hawkeye walked up to Celia, leaving her seat beside Roy's bed. "I'm afraid you'll have to leave here. All three of these men are severely injured, and you don't have clearance." Roy said "I doubt that'll bypass her stuborness." he said, pointing at Celia with a grin. A nurse then walked up to Celia, telling her to leave. "No one understands their stuborness." said Tyler. -

[adult swim] last showed episode 26 "Her Reason". Episodes 50&51(the last two) are ep. 50: "Death" and ep. 51(it has no name.) They are absolutely tear jerking, because of the large amounts of sad scenes. Trust me, you'll be overly satisfied.

Exactly. I believe that no matter what,
Envy would have killed Hughes.
Thanks for refreshing my memory, Meggido. Oh, yeah, even if
Hughes had've survived
, the Fuhrer would've dismiss his claim because he was
aiding the homunculi, because he was a homunculus.
Thanks for all of the memory joggers.

"Are you sure misleading them was right?" said Roy. "Of course. Those bastards didn't even deserve that. I'll let that one slide as my concious getting in the way." "Yes, sir." The three mighty alchemists then walked over to Lieutenant Hawkeye and Major Armstrong and boarded the car and left. Tyler thought to himself, "I'll come back when the time's right."
