I've always loved old-timey and vintage everything, and ever since I went to my first air show when I was little, I've wanted to fly an old plane. Ya it'd be awsome to live in Bebop's universe, but I've always wanted to see what it's like living in the past rather than the future, instead of just hearing or reading about it. I dunno. It just seems more interesting to me. And about Dio...I was kidding, but I still think we'd be a good team because we're both equally crazy(well, maybe I'm just a tad more hyper), and we would most likely get along better than say, Dio and Claus...or it could end up in complete disaster...I think you get my point... but really, Alis would be my 1st choice. So basically, I used to hate the friggin song, always got stuck in my head and then it annoyed me to the point where I actually liked it. I think it's also the fact that it puts a good imprint in my head! :P ......So I guess...it's my favorite...and least favorite...at the same time! I also like the theme for Gunslinger Girl...I forget the title though....which is kinda sad seeing as how it says it in the opening sequence...but I haven't watched it in a while so ya. ...But I still hate techno!![/color]

Ya I read some of it in the bookstore, but I actually -bought- vol 1 of Azumanga Daioh yesterday, I didn't stop laughing. Tomo-chan reminds me of myself lol.

BAH! My old hyeskool. There were of course the "popular" kids who were suck-ups so the teahers loved them, and they would only communicate with "their group" and would diss/make fun of anyone outside that "group" if they tried to speak to them, or any other time for that matter. And the posers, who were one theme one week, then the were another the next, etc. There weren't really any gangs there, cuz it was a small town and most people were wimps anyway. I was picked on, along with many others, but I didn't really care. I'm a hyper, nutty weird person that likes to wear bazzar, different, or unique stuff that nobody else would dare to, I never match...I'm like againt the concept, I'll wear whatever I feel. that's how I've always been, I don't care what anyone thinks. and I actually had some friends who liked me for who I was, and there was this b**** Jenna who thought she was the best thing since twinkies, and was so mean to everyone that she didn't have any friends, and I guess felt like she had to be "better" or something than a lowly artist like myself, so she had to pick on me. But I would just annoy the hell out of her til she left me alone. I was never really in a "group", I had a mix of friends. We just hung around, and had fun. I still don't understand why you'd wanna be popular, because, (I've never been so I wouldn't know) you have to be "up to the standards" and never have any fun because you have to "keep up with trends" and crap. What's the point, anyway? I mean, you waste your life trying to be popular in skool, then you get out on your own and have to actually communicate with all kinds of people, and it's not all about you. And you have nothing to look back on except say, "i was popular." Some accomplishment, eh? Nobody's really gonna care. Life's too short. Have fun and be yourself. Don't change yourself/what you like based on what "popular" people like. Set yourself apart and try to enjoy life the way you are. .......Ok...........I gotta go drink coffee now...

I have vol.1 somewhere burried under artwork and other stuff that is my disaster of a studio/bedroom, I haven't even read the whole thing yet lol. I'm gonna have to read it over...that is if I can find it...I need to get this stuff organized. Oh, yay.

It would be awsome to live in Last Exile's Prestale, with the airships and battles n stuff, and even at the end where there weren't any. Flying a vanship just seems like the most awsome thing ever...I would like to be a fighter pilot for one of the battleships, mainly one of the "unregistered" ones like the Silvana. I love the setting and the time period in which the show is based, around the 1900-1920 era, and airships are the main transportation. That would just be so cool! I would love to live there :animesmil

Last Exile, no doubt. Why? Everything, really. It was well animated, the dub was awsome(the origional Japanese voices mostly sucked though), great soundtrack, 3-D/2-D mixing, and it was cool how everything was connected somehow, I loved that. Awsome characters, the ones who stood out for me were Dio, Alex and Alister :D I love steampunk anime too, so that was a plus. I've also been interested in flying like, my whole life (my bro too, lol), so that was cool. I also love how they made it so realistic, yet still a fantasy. And of course the character designer, lol. My favorite artist, Range Murata. Plus, it's not overpopular like Inuyasha, so it doesn't get old from everyone talking about it. I was surprised it came from GONZO, too. It was so good because it was their 10th anaversary piece lol. Memorable, it was my first anime, and it's still my favorite. :animesmil

Ah...I only got into the anime/manga thing last November when I visited my cousin, the anime fanatic, so my first was Othello, which is still fairly new; there's only 3 volumes out in the US...the 4th comes out this month I believe...after that was Rurouni Kenshin, and it just went on from there :D

I dunno......Azumanga Daioh is pretty funny. I haven't read much of it, but from what I have it was hilarious^_^

OH this is easy! DIO!!!![Last Exile] Cuz he's a hyper crazy weird person such as myself, and jumping on people and hugging[and annoying the hell out of]them is fun!! I do that for a living!! We're so much alike it's almost scary...'cept I don't like chess too much...I dunno why but I find him cute too. :D And Alex rocks too. I like him. My other fav is Triela from Gunslinger Girl, I like her rebelliousness that the SWA hates so much :smirk:
