There is a few that I watch a lot. But I think the one I have watched the most is "Rurouni Kenshin" I watched that like a million times!!!!!Before that was Samurai X, which in my opinion, is even more fascinating (I still cry everytime I watch Reflection and the second episode of Betrayal). After that, would be Fruits Basket, then, I learned of Peace Maker Kurogane, I fell in love all over again!!!!!!!!Magnificent!!! I reconment everyone who has not seen it to watch it! After that is all the other masterpiece anime shows like Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Gravitation, Samurai Champloo, and Hellsing.

Love Hina is great! I watched the whole series in 2 day, but I have to say the Naru is just.....well, a little bit annoying. One second she likes Keitaro and the next, she punches him through the roof. It's funny at first, but after a while I was screaming in my head, "make up your mind woman:mad: !!!!!!!" Besides that, It's all good.

I would have to say my favorite story would have to be Samurai X. It was made shortly after the show "Rurouni Kenshin." Samurai X is based on the time when Kenshin was a little boy,to the time he was a man slayer, then a wanderer, and then to his death. I have to say, it is the SADEST OVA I have ever seen, but the greatest. You really begin to love the characters and feel as if they are all real. I recommend everyone to see it. But I must warn you, if you are sensitive to shows with killing and splattering blood every where :animeswea.....then just dont watch "Trust" but "betrayal" and "reflection" are safe enough :catgirl:

I just finished watching all of Witch Hunter Robin yesterday and I thought it was awsome. The music was fantastic!!!!!!One of the composer I believe was Taku Iwasaki, he also composed some music for Rurouni Kenshin. But I have a question about the ending, it kind of confused me a little bit.
At the end, Nagira said Robin and Amon had to have survived from the collapse, and Dojima said they died. At the end I only saw Robin, does that mean that only ROBIN survived and not Amon?
Added spoiler tags. Please be mindful of what you could be revealing to people who've not yet seen the series. -Solo

I would be in Fruits Basket only if I could live in shigure's house as touru. I would be in cowboy Bebop only if I could live on the Bebop with spike as a bounty hunter or on the Red Dragon with vicious as a crazy killer!!!! Any of those would be fine, because all those people are just so awsome!!!!!WWWOOOHHHOOO!
So, If you were to go to Japan, what would you do first thing?? I know what I'd do... GO GET SOME HOT SAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im with you on that one! But before that i'll have to go find hot japanese guys to drink the sake with! YAH BABY!!!!!(just kidding) But I would really love to go have some sake then eat until I pass out on the ground. After when I wake up I will go look at some anime, shop for kimono's and eat some more! :catgirl:

Well for satilite TV, you must have a high definition TV, and two satilite dish's for whatever reason, at least that is the case for us. (I know this because we called the dish network the other day). So getting anime network is a little harder than I thought. :animedepr That is just nice.

I do have two friends that like anime, but one of them are more into the more kiddy anime.(thats not a bad thing, just something i dont watch)....Anyways, most of my friends make anime seem like its all pokemon! Im like....NO!!!!!! .....But they were never bothered about my continous anime speeches (At least I hope) :animeswea The people I hang out with all have differant interests so we dont critisize each other because of what we like.

My dream is really to live in an anime world. That would really just be perfect! I mean, try and imagine it! The expressions, the looks, the atmosphere, adventures? I know it sounds cheesy and I know it will never come true. But I still think of how cool it would be to have that come true. Silly, I know but you have to admit that would be so awsome! :animesmil

What;s the most funnist thing you have ever seen?
randalion replied to WhiteAoiFox's topic in General Discussion
One time in class last year, this guy was passing by my friends desk. Purposely she stuck her leg out and tripped him. The fall looked hilareous because it looked like it was happening in slow motion. But what really made me cry tears of laughter was the face expression he had afterwards, he looked like a turtle or something, Im laughing just writing about it. It was just priceless! :D -
My summer is made up of anime, food, music, and video games. Thats all......not very interesting is it. :animedepr ...........But you know, it would really be hell if i didnt have any anime so i am quite blessed. lol :catgirl:

I like AYA as well, I have the full season and I have to admit it is creepy how aoi is just so obsessive and whenever she comes on the screen, she is always apologizing for no reason. She also talks too much, and not even about cheerful things. She says things that make you just want to shoot yourself or something :animedepr . My favorite characters are Tina and Chika, they're just like the life of the show. As for kauru, he's just a little bit shy, but eventually he'll start to grow on you.

I am in love with classical music and just anything instrumental. I think that after a while, you can get sick of peoples voices and lyrics. But classical/instrumental music never gets annoying. Jazz though has to be my favorite, it just makes you want to dance. :catgirl:

Well, the main reason I read manga is because I think its something entertaining to do when you are bored....And because they are so differant than normal books or any other comics you come across. It's also good because if there is an anime show you want to watch that has a manga and your unsure if you will like it, you can just read the manga first.

Manga What is the funniest manga that you have read so far?
randalion replied to WhiteAoiFox's topic in Otaku Central
I think Fruits Basket is the funniest manga I've read so far. ^^ All of the characters have very well developed personalities and it's just really fun to read. There are a lot of funny parts in it. ^^;
I would have to agree with Ms. Honda here......Fruits basket is really funny and Love Hina and negima are great too....but they (especially negima) has so much nudity and flying skirts and all that. It doesnt bother me that much though. -
I have seen the anime.....Its a great show, but it all depends on what kind of anime you watch and how open you are to it. I have to say it is a bit girly but your right about it being funny....I guess i can say its not too girly because even my brothers watch it with me....so i would say boncider buying it, i think you will enjoy it.

Anime Dating Anime Characters: Would You?
randalion replied to ChibiHorsewoman's topic in Otaku Central
For one, I would never even concider dating Demon eyes Kyo from samurai deeper. Dont get me wrong, i think he is sooo hot but he is scary and mean. How could anyone feel comfortable to be near him! Also I would never date anyone else who lives his life killing everyone, because well......that would be like a living nightmare! The only killer I would date retired from his duty to slay and thats Kenshin Himura from Samurai X......He would be the only acception. :catgirl: -
Anime favorite and least favorite anime songs
randalion replied to ChibiHorsewoman's topic in Otaku Central
I have to say that i am so in love with the ending theme for Peace maker kurogane called "Hey jimmy" It just has a nice beat to it and the lead singer has such a cute voice. My second favorite is the Saiyuki Reload opening theme....I believe its called "wild rock".....Anyways its just a great song in my opinion. I guess mainly because im into rock and all that. But as for the worst anime theme......I would have to say that is the Fruits basket opening theme. It is just way too slow and boring! For a fun show like Fruits Basket, maby a more upbeat song would do. Im also not too hot about Samurai champloo's opening theme......I just think it is too ghetto....But i guess it matches with the hip hop theme the show has. :D -
I would say it goes both ways depending on the manga or anime you are refering to. Like a show i watch called Hellsing, but before i learned of the show i came acroos the manga, it barely says anything and the art was just so wild! So you dont even know whats going on, but of course the show clarified it all and i turned out buying the manga with all those wild pictures and and enjoyed it because i then knew the story. Same thing with manga, it can clarify what the show is trying to say. :animesmil

PLEASE TEACHER has to be worse than any anime i have ever seen! The storyline is so stupid and the charcters get really annoying......the runner up has to be weiss kruez. Its a shame really because it had a great story and some of the guys were so hot. Anyways the music stunk, the dialogue was so cheesy, and the missions were really random (in a stupid way) Other than that i have been pretty lucky. :catgirl:
