i agree. there should be somekind of test to see how mature people were to handle drinkin' smokin' and drivin' altogether. idon't consider it a privilege though to be able to smoke. it's just plain stupidity. in portugal where i live my homeland they allow you to buy alcohol at 16, and if a 16 guy buys it you could drink it from 14 up. driving license is at 18 an smokin' too. What you are all saying is true but let's not completly outrage hentai. Hentai along the internet is DANGEROUS for kids, because the internet holds the liberty to every single kind of image\Text. But Hellsing for example started out as an Hentai manga. you see TV series and Dvds have warningds on wheter the anime has hentai content or no. but in the internet it rarely happens. now that's outrageous.
