1. Beleive it or not, I got my custom title from a SoBe Green Tea bottle cap...I thought it sounded awesome, so I changed it from "Up now and get 'em boy!", which was a line from Franz Ferdinands(sp?) "The Fallen"(awesome song. Check it out sometime) Now that I think about it, I'm not even entirely sure as to what "Sink The Bad Dog" even means....Maybe it's dirty....
2. Who do I identify with? I would actually have to go with Roy Mustang from Fullmetal Alchemist(Wonder why no one has said that yet..Or have they? I've been skimming...) Both of us are able to be the most serious people one moment(complete with that fiery determination that we're all so fond of), and the next...well, I think you may know... Also, I procrastinate to the point of no return. Example: Right now I'm actually supposed to be writing a 4 page essay that's due tomorrow. I have had 5 days to do it, and yet I still have not started on it.... :animesigh Other simmilarities I guess would have to be the whole fire thing. Now I may not be able to snap my fingers and torch the **** out of everything around me, but I do come from a long line of pyromaniacs, so that should count for something ..:modrod: Oh yea, before I forget! Mustang has an obsession with mini-skirts, and I have an obsession with pants!(And yes, that does count for something ...) Ok, that's all I've got for now..
3.
Life: A tricky bastard to understand at the best of times and an absolute enigma to comprehend at the worst. As it stands my life is just coming back togther as of a recent injury that has changed a number of things in my life at the moment and for the forseeable future.[/color']
HOLY CRAP!! Gavin actually started a post without Interesting. Most interesting.!! FEAR THE APOCALYPSE!!(No offence Gavin, you rock!) Ok, back to the topic. For me, life is amazing. I'm not saying it doesn't have its rough moments, but for the most part, it's goin' pretty well. I have a great family, awesome friends, and pants(Because what could be better than pants?) Anyway, life was not always great. I remember when I was 12 and 13, I was very depressed. I'm not gonna go into details, but I'll just tell you it was pretty bad. Then, one day, I woke up and thought "My god, I'm an idiot." I guess I realized I was wasting my life bein all depressed and such. Then, slowly, I became the bubbly little turd everyone knows and puts up with. The Noodle has spoken....
4. What a Christmas*coughJesusmascough* it was! The fat man really gave me some good crap this year! He got me: 1) LOT'S of Jack Skellington stuffs(Giant pillow, PJ's, the movie, shirts, a scarf, and some gloves and a hat.Oh yea, and a carpet) 2)A guitar/bass tuner (I have been in desperate need for one of these for a while.) 3)Kingdom Hearts:Chain of Memories 4)A bean bag chair 5)An Edward Scissorhands plushie(So adorable!!) And of course, the top presents of the year: A Zen MicroPhoto by Creative(I've been listening the crap out of this thing...I'm listening to it right now!) A book all about Johnny Depp(I worship Johnny Depp....What a nice piece of *** that man is... :tasty:) So, all in all, this was an AWESOME Christmas
5. Me, I'm 16.(with the maturity level of an 11 year old) I came to the Boards a couple of years ago( I was 13ish, give or take an ish) and since then have had 7 or 8 usernames(none of which actually ever got used, save for this one...) Anyway, I came to the Boards seeking world domination, but have long since given up that goal :animesigh ....Too bad. I was so close too....
6. Well, Christmas is just around the corner, and, as usual, those presents under the tree are driving us all mad. So, has anyone here given in to the urge and peeked, not just at Christmas, but any time for that matter? Or are you the kind who shakes/pokes at them? Or is "High Security" keeping you from peeking? Just being curious! Anyway, I am beeing watched like a felon around here, so I've only been able to get a glimpse at one. It was in a bag, no wraping, just tissue paper, so I couldn't resist!(It's an Edward Scissorhands plushie!!) I'm a bad person... :animesigh
7. That was a hoax? OH THANK GOD!! That had me pretty freaked out for a while! Man do I feel stupid though...Oh well! I'm just glad no one's hurtin' those poor little kittens! :catgirl:
8.
Introduction For centuries, people in the West have marveled at the delicate beauty produced by Oriental artists and sculptors. From gardening to tattooing to dance and martial arts, these craftsmen have enthralled us with complex forms and simplistic perfection. One of the most fascinating of the visual techniques to emerge from this highly cultured region is the Oriental art of miniature sculpture. Who has not been stricken with the expressive grace of Japanese Bonsai? Though once the sole province of Bonsai masters within Japan, Bonsai plants have been available to fortunate consumers throughout the world for some time. With this in mind, we are proud to now offer to you the animal complement of this art form; the Bonsai Kitten. Central Principles A bonsai plant, along with its more widely encountered counterpart the topiary garden, achieves its miniature yet mature form through a long and delicate process of trimming during the formative years of the tree. It is not possible to trim a kitten! However, fortunately the Oriental artists of yore were also expert in the modification of animal forms. Both foot-binding and head-binding were practiced in the Far East, for the purpose of miniaturizing the feet and shaping the head into attractive shapes. This technique is also the principle behind the well-known corset, which is regaining popularity in recent years. By physically constraining the growth of a developing living thing, it can be directed to take the shape of the vessel that constrains it. Just as a topiary gardener produces bushes that take the forms of animals or any other thing, you no longer need be satisfied with a housepet having the same mundane shape as all other members of its species. With Bonsai Kitten, a world of variation awaits you, limited only by your own imagination.
A Japanese man in New York breeds and sells kittens that are called BONSAI CATS. That would sound cute, if it weren't kittens that were put in to little bottles after being given a muscle relaxant and then locked up for The rest of their lives! The cats are fed through a straw and have a small tube for their Faces. The skeleton of the cat will take on the form of the bottle as the kitten grows. The cats never get the opportunity to move. They are used as original and exclusive souvenirs. These are the latest trends in New York, China, Indonesia and New Zealand. If you think you can handle it, view www.bonsaikitten.com and have a look at the methods being used to put these little kittens into bottles. So what are your opinions on all of this?
9. I would want to be Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell. Why you ask? Well, 1. She is an amazing hacker. She's able to control people, get in their heads; that would be awesome. 2.She can kick anyone's ***, and yet she still can act like a lady. 3.She is able to stay cool in almost any situation. 4.She's like a frickin cat! She can run super fast and jumps off buildings...I wish I could do that... 5.Most importantly: Her clothes. They are AWESOME (So many leather jackets...) Whenever I try and dress like her, I end up looking like a complete wh_re... In conclusion: I wish I was Motoko Kusanagi. That ***** has everything :animesigh .....
10. Well, I have been playing guitar for a year and a half now. I started out with a crappy little acustic guitar with my uncle showing me some stuffs to get me started. My god, learning how to play was the most annoying and the most frusrating thing I have ever done. Now, though, I'm pretty good(No Jimmy Hendrix, but I'll get there.....eventually...) I just got a Bass guitar about 4 or 5 months ago, and I'm learning to play that...Not going so good though...D@mn you Bass guitar, with your stupid 4 strings instead of 6.... The really sad thing about all this is, I have no clue how to read sheet music..... :animecry:

Gilmore Girls

Ok, I admidt it, I watch that show RELIGOUSLY(mainly 'cause my name is Lorelai). Actually, I used to hate that show. Lorelai was annoying, Rory was annoying, Jess was hot, and everyone else was annoying. It was just a whole bunch of one-liners that took up an hour. One day, though, nothing was on, and I noticed that the pilot ep. was on. With nothing better to do, I watched it. The next day, noting was on, so I watched the 2nd ep. Soon, I was watching the show everyday, and then the new eps. on the WB. So yes, now I am a HUGE fan of that show...
I want Luke to turn out to be a murderer or a CIA spy or something. Now that would justify the melodramatic voice-over
Now that would be the coolest thing ever!
12. Me, I work at a local Alt. rock radio station(107.7 The End.part-time Mon, Wed, and Fri, full time on Sat)I dont really know what I actually do there(friend who maintains the equipment got me a job there.I usually just help him or organize crap) Pay is HORRIBLE, but that's cause all I do is annoy the crap out of everyone. It is really cool, cause Jeniffer White and DJ No Name(the morning peoples) are now trying to get Bill Gates to come into the station for whats called the Thursday Music challenge...good times, good times....I'll get fired in a month, you just wait....
13. Well, I like just about every kind of music.(not that big on country, though) Anyway, if I really had to choose, it would have to be Rock/Alt.Rock. Why, I don't really know. What really got me started on it was the fact that all our local radio stations play pop and bad hip-hop. So, finally, I found The End, a radio station that plays rock, alt.rock, punk rock, and the good 80's and 90's music.Anyway, here are some of my favorite bands: The White Stripes-Really, I used to hate them. Then, White Blood Cells came out and now I LOVE them.Plus, Jack White is hott... :animeblus The Cure-I grew up with The Cure, and now it's pretty much my favorite band(next to the White Stripes) Green Day-Another band I pretty much grew up with(explains my bad swearing habit...D@mn....) Evanescence-What can I say, I just absolutly love Amy Lee's voice Coldplay-Just nice to listen to when I'm in a bad mood or stressed out Harvy Danger-It's a local band, and now they've kinda grown on me The Gorillaz-Again, I used to hate them.Don't know how, but now I love 'em and of course, William Hung-Who couldn't love William Hung? (I am so cool....)
14. OMG, I have the BEST song EVER! It's called Detachable Penis by King Missile Detatchable Penis, by King Missile I woke up this morning with a bad hangover And my penis was missing again. This happens all the time. It's detachable. This comes in handy a lot of the time. I can leave it home, when I think it's gonna get me in trouble, or I can rent it out, when I don't need it. But now and then I go to a party, get drunk, and the next morning I can't for the life of me remember what I did with it. First I looked around my apartment, and I couldn't find it. So I called up the place where the party was, they hadn't seen it either. I asked them to check the medicine cabinet 'cause for some reason I leave it there sometimes But not this time. So I told them if it pops up to let me know. I called a few people who were at the party, but they were no help either. I was starting to get desperate. I really don't like being without my penis for too long. It makes me feel like less of a man, and I really hate having to sit down every time I take a leak. After a few hours of searching the house, and calling everyone I could think of, I was starting to get very depressed, so I went to the Kiev, and ate breakfast. Then, as I walked down Second Avenue towards St. Mark's Place, where all those people sell used books and other junk on the street, I saw my penis lying on a blanket next to a broken toaster oven. Some guy was selling it. I had to buy it off him. He wanted twenty-two bucks, but I talked him down to seventeen. I took it home, washed it off, and put it back on. I was happy again. Complete. People sometimes tell me I should get it permanently attached, but I don't know. Even though sometimes it's a pain in the ***, I like having a detachable penis. I heard tis on the radio a while ago, and it took me about an hour to finally stop laughing.........
15. I don't know what religion I fall under, mainly cause I'm open to pretty much anything.I did, however, kind of abandon Christianity. I guess I got kinda tired of people saying "If you don't believe in God, then you're going to Hell." Then, when I was little, I went to a baby-sitter who was one of those people who give other Christians a bad name(Like the lady who was on Trading Spouses)and she practically(sp?) forced the Bible down my throat... I did go through a period of being an Atheist(and I would go around saying "thank God I'm an Atheist" 'cause I'm kool like that..)Now though, I just do kinda my own thing and adopt bits and pieces of other religoins.
16.
Funny how so many say they're not afraid of death. I would hate it if a loved one of mine were to be taken away. I would hate to die since I wouldn't be able to protect those close to me. Just think about it. What good can you do if you're dead?
Well, what good can you do while alive? Some people aren't afraid of death, simply because it's a normal part of life. I actually think it would be scarier to live forever than to die. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'll stick by it. Anyway, back to topic. I totally forgot to put up my WORST fear in my last post: Oompa Loompas(the old ones, the new ones are AWESOME(they have space suits :catgirl: ) I'm not even trying to be funny! Those things scare theWHOLLY LIVING CRAP out of me! I would rather be stuck in a room with spiders, needles, and Micheal Jackson than to be around one of those things.....*shudder*
17. Truth be told, nothing really TRULY scares me. It's true! Most people think I'm lying when I say that. But really, nothing really scares me. Snakes:My dad Hates them, and I Love them Heigts: I absolutly LOVE being high up Lizards: I find them adorable(same with frogs...wait, those aren't reptiles....) The dark: It used to FREAK ME OUT!(Not no more though!) Death: Doesnt even faze(k, I KNOW that's the wrong spelling, but go with me here!) me The only things that REALLY scare me are spiders, needles, and Micheal Jackson.Wow, I just realized how much the word "really" was used in this post....
18. Wow, another year at school has gone by and I still have no clue what category/steriotype(sp?) I fall into....... Not really much has changed since last year(except no I'm not a smelly little Freshman and I bought a bass guitar!))I'm still obnoxious and wierd. I hang out with prety much EVERYONE, and some how, by powers of which NEVER will be fully understood, I still get really(we're talking A- and up) good grades....It's wierd. I put absolutly no, I repeat no effort into school, whatsoever....Oh well, maybe someday I'll finally solve the mystery of which category I fall into....
19. Wow, gone for 3 days, and already lots of posts! Anyway, I'm still not very sure about what I'm going to buy(mainly cause I have untill Dec. to decide....) My first real choice was an I Pod mini, but the B****es at Apple decided to discontinue it! Anyway, right now and really only right now, I'm kinda leaning(Only leaning!) towards a Creative Zen player(Don't hurt me :nervous: !)
20. Well, I don't have much of a list yet(YET!) since it's not even Halloween, but here it goes! 1.Kingdom Hearts 2(if it's out by then) 2.Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on DVD(cause I'l die if I'm without that movie) 3.An MP3 player(kinda leaning towards a Zen by Creative) 4.This one really big pillow thing at Hot Topic that's of Jack Skellington's head. 5.World Domination(That's gonna be hard to wrap...) 6.Season 2 of Reno911 on DVD Well, tha's all....So far anyway....
21. Well, for a while now, I've been thinking about buying an MP3 player. The question now is, which one to get? I think we all know of the I Pod, which was my first choice. But, as I looked into it, the I Pod doesn't seem all it's cracked up to be. From what I've heard, I Pods aren't that fabulous. They cost alot, mainly because you're paying for the name, and you don't get really what you pay for. Then, I found the Zen player, from Creative. It costs less than the I Pod, has built-in radio, and(some) can hold pictures. There are also IRivers, Rios and about a million other MP3 players. So, in your opinoin, which of the millions of players would be worth spending all that money for?
22. I never really thought about it....I'm not a big fan of the super maculine peoples(way too full of themselves(most of them anyway) and it's kinda gross when people are sooo muscily(sp?) that it looks like they'll pop...) Short and simple, I guess it would have to be the guy with the 'bad guy' looks, without(or with) the 'bad guy' attitude.
23. [I am, as my cousin calls me, a mutt :catgirl:(wait, that's a kitty...oh well!) I am pretty much a little bit of every thing(except Asian.Bummer) I am, though, mostly German, French, Italian, Canadian, and Native American. There's also some Polish, Finnish, Irish, Sweedish, and a whole lot of other stuffs thrown into the mix. I'm like 5'7 1/2" or somewhere around there, I've got short burnette hair, hazil green eyes, and I like pie.Not much else to say about this one...Oh yea, according to my Magic 8 Ball, I'm also borderline insane. :drunk:
24. SEPTEMBER Suave and compromising. Careful, cautious and organized. Likes to point out people's mistakes. Likes to criticize. Stubborn. Quiet but able to talk well. Calm and cool. Kind and sympathetic. Concerned and detailed. Loyal but not always honest. Does work well. Very confident. Sensitive. Thinking generous. Good memory. Clever and knowledgeable. Loves to look for information. Must control oneself when criticizing. Able to motivate oneself. Understanding. Fun to be around. Secretive. Loves sports, leisure and traveling. Hardly shows emotions. Tends to bottle up feelings. Very choosy, especially in relationships. Systematic. Wow, that is pretty dead on. The only things wrong are the good memory part and the quiet part. Oh yeah, the organized part is way off as well.
25. My first manga(mangas to be exact) was Cowboy Bebop. I had seen a couple of episodes on AS and thought it was cool so I bought it. Then, later that day I went to the library to see if they had any, and I ended up checking out the first volume of Gravitation. To this day, I have almost all the Cowboy Bebop mangas and I've only read the first 4 volumes of Gravitation(our library only has volumes 1-4 and I don't live near a bookstore :animecry: )
