Call me Shinichi, as I'm not so inclined to give out my full name, unless I get know someone.

I've been hanging around OB on and off since, I wanna say.. 2003, or maybe 2004.

Anime is something that I've been into since 1998, with my first two series being the Japanese version of Pokemon, and Detective Conan. I was only 9 when these series were introduced to me, and I only found out about them back then because my best friend at the time was Japanese. Her whole family stuck very much to their culture, it was always cool to visit their house. That's how my interest in Japan and anime started up. I haven't given it up since then, and even though I'm not longer a little 13-year-old who thinks Japan is animu land, and wants to move there, I'm still very interested in the culture as a whole. I'm also into the language; I'm getting into graphic design/advertising, and also hope to major in Foreign Language. I'd love to each teach or translate Japanese somehow, if not.. I'll fall back on advertising. With that, I'd try to work in a dubbing studio. Maybe land an occasional voice role, sounds cool.
