Shun turned to Hitomi as they reached the bottom of the stairs "You might want to get dressed. A guy with a sword is going to strange enough a sight without a naked girl running along side him." She looked down to realize she was naked and quickly ran off to get dressed. As she left Shun began without her "Sorry Hitomi, Iknow you want to help, but the guardian in me tells me your not ready to fight the darkness I'm feeling." Shun took off running, listening for any signs of Tomoe or Lee. He looked to the sky and saw it turning black, set off by red lightning. Shun felt his sword tremble with reverbarations, he could here Lees voice, but it wasn't his. He could here "I am the darkness" Whatever that menat no way that was good. He started toward the clouds and he started to hear more voices. Some were panicing people, another was the guy from the other night,Tensi, finally heard Tomoes voice. He looked ahead as he enterd the shopping district "Come on, I need to know where he is specifically." He closed his eyes and focused, heard Lee and Tensi, they were on the roof of the department building. Shun, not wanting to waste any time, placed the tip of his sword on the ground and set loose a shock wave and hurdled himself into the sky to the top floor. When he arrived he looked to see something he didn't expect, Lee was garbed oddly and his eyes. The darkness Shun thought was coming from Tensi was coming from Lee. Shun unsure of how to act picked up his sword and aimed the tip toward Lee, hoping to get his attention "Please snap out of it Lee."

James could feel the rage regresing, he was taking control again. As he laid there he could hear a voice call out to him "Pathetic..." James looked out a head to see he was once again in a warp of green. The voice spoke again "So I spent all that time teaching you to always be strong but here you are barely able to control your own strength." James knew the voice, who was it "What you can't remeber what your old man sounds like, god you are still just a child at heart aren't you." James snapped around to see his grand fathers sillhouette coming into focus in the background. James reached to the shadow "Grandpa....." "Come on kiddo, your not giving in like that. Though I suppose it's to be expected, you killed father, your mother, and your sister for a power you don't want and now you can't even weild it properly. have you forgoten everthing I taught you, have you forgotten what your fighting for. Have you forgotten!!!!" the voice shouted angrily "I.... I'm sorry. I'm not strong enough." His gradfather huffed "You expect me to be okay with that. You don't even know what you believe in anymore, are you really that worthless." James filled with a strange kind of anger and sadness "NOOOOOOO" James looked to his grand father "I have not forgotten. I do this to protect what's right, to save people to from the evil I unleashed. I still believe in my mission and what you taught me and to reach my goal I'll give up everything else nothing else matters." A the envelope turned black, then white and he watched as the two swirled together. He could feel the strength mounting, he would destroy all the enemies of humanity and send them back to hell. an echo filled the outside air and his physical body was engulfed in a tie dye rainbow effect. the long cylinder that encassed his body shatterd like glass and he stood in the middle transformed and a new strength filled him. he was filled by his own determination, a strength he had never known. James looked to Dante "Lets end this thing." occ: James reborn

Shun could hear Hitomi getting closer, but Tomoe still seemed far away "Hitomi must be trying to fight her off. Crazy fool." Shun came to the edge of the shrine and looked down to see Hitomi standing in front of a woman he didn't recognize, she was the enemy. Shun whistled and they both looked up to him "Hey you crazy bitch, what do you think your doing to my friend there." He said as he noticed Hitomi was naked. The woman smirked "And what do you plan to do to stop me little boy? Why don't you run along and let the big girls have some fun." With that Shun drew back his sword ans with a swing dropped a shock wave on the woman who quickly got clear of the crushing blast. Shun jumped to the bottom of the stairs, lightly landing as if he had wings. He stood in front of Hitomi "You got to try your power why not let me have turn to see what I can do, I am the guardian of the shrine, the master of Sound, lets see how powerful I really am." Shun lifted his blade and aimed it tot he women and let out another powerful shockwave that she dived clear of. Shun quickly charged her and swung for her as she retreated from the swing. They fought and fought, Shun constantly remaining on the offensive not giving her a chance to attack. Shun was going where himself out if he couldn't land a hit and the lady seemed to know that. Shun stopped and looked at her, the point of his blade still focused on her as it had been the whole time always prepared to strike "You think if you bounce around long enough you can just where me out." The woman smiled "You already seemed pretty worn." Shun was sweating and his arm was feeling numb from holing his sword straight at her the whole time. She began to walk towrd Shun "Since you don't seem able to fight at your full anymore I'll just deal with you then your little girl friend." The woman began rubbing her head. She continued to walk toward Shun, but was slowing in pace. She began to scowl "What's happening to me?" Shun began to laugh "Neat thing about being both a master of sound and a science wiz, I know how to hurt you without you noticing. By constanly focusing a ultra-low frequency wave from the tip of my sword toward you for so long your brain is actually begining to tremble in you head. I suggest you retreat or soon your brain will begin to hemeridge." The woman looked at Shun with a great hatred "This isn't over." She said as she disappeared into the trees. Once Shun was sure she was gone he went to one knee "Only problem with that is I have to constantly put out more power and I'm new at this." He said huffing and sweating. Shun turned to Hitomi "Where did Tomoe go?" Hitomi looked him over quickly "She went after Lee." Shun rubbed the sweat from his forehead and used it to slik back his hair "Come on, they might need us."

There were a few of them as I recall. There was Shadow, Ambian and a blue one I can't remember right now. anyway I will agree that Van had a much harder battles and was a much better pilot, but thats not to say Bit never had to fight for his life. If any of you saw the last episode when he had to defeat the beserk fury without any armor. THE BERSERK FURY, a soid that single handedly destroyed three Geosaurs at once with a single attack. So sure danger was far more common for Van, but Bit had his problems too, so don't go knocking him.

Tommy stepped forward "I'm sorry Vadane, but his heart has been corrupted by darkness and his lust for power. I will liberate him from his obsession." Tommy said as he lifted his Wan-Dou up into combat position. He began to change under the stars. He turned back to Striker one more time "Take them away from here. Get to the mountain." With that Tommy rushed Mallokai who transformed into a black dragon and attacked Tommy. Tommy moved with such great speed that Mallokai couldn't land a strike, at the same token Mallokai was such a fortress Tommy couldn't hurt him. They seemed to be locked, neither could hurt the other. This was proving to be very difficult. Kiya tried to call to Tommy as Striker pulled her out of the desamated shrine to escape. Tommy watched as they left and dropped his Wan-Dou and decided to use his claws, they would be more precise and faster "Alright Mallokai, lets see what the black dragon can really do."

Name: Samuel "Sam" Chartin Age:22 Gender:Male Personality: He's a bit free spirited and people find this irratating sometimes. It seems as if he dosn't care about anything and just lets himself get walked over. He claims to hate violence and avoids fights, but the scar on his bacck in the shape of a cross only seems to bring his true personality into question. He carries a word with him, but claims it's for intimidation. Gem: Sam Holds the Crystal Weapons: Below Appearance: Below Bio: He grew up in foster care switching from house to house frequently, as suck he has some relationship issues. He's never had a girlfriend, at least not for long. He has a hard time being honest, esspecially when the issue of his scarred back comes up. He dosen't talk much about his past and noone seems tath concerned, he acts so innocent for the most part noone ever really thought of him as being that deep. He found his gem six years ago. He was on a trip across country, hitchhiking his way. He noticed a strange man on the side of the road, about thrity feet off the road. He ran down to the man who was coverd in deep wounds that were filled with maggots. he tried to wave a car down, but noone seemed willing to stop for a stange man on the side of the highway. He went back down hill to the man and tried to comfort him in what were probably his final few minutes. As he sat there next to the man, he reached into his pocket and pulled out this clear gem, the likes of which Sam had never seen. The man pushed it to Sam and said but a single word "You...." The mans body fell limp the moment Sam touched the gem. Sam felt sorry for the poor man, he took him and buried him off to the side of the road in the forest about three hundred feet away from where he found him.Sam was unsure of what to do with the gem so he kept it with him. Two years after recieveing it, Sam was attacked on the streets of a city by a street gang. Sam knew that they would kill him, he had seen there faces. Sam was filled with fear. He handed them what little he had and they were obviously not pleased. He sensed they were going to kill him as one of them pulled his gun out and set it on Sams head. Sam filed with fear and anger and with a powerful yell a massive gust filled the street rolling cars and sending the thugs to the other end of the street. He looked in astonishment and felt into his pocket to find the only thing he had left was the gem which felt cold. He pulled it out to see it was dimly lit and fading fast. He wasn't sure how, but he knew that the gem did this. It was at this time he realized that what he had was vey dangerous. He now has had it sealed in a pendant around his neck which is held there by a tigth and heavy chain to keep it from being stolen. He knew it could never be allowed to fall into anothers hands, he knew what power in the wrong hands was capable of.

Shun stood locked in a trance, he was seeing his past and his fate through this staff. He could hear the old mans voice "Your friend was right, you had a desendant attached to this place, but it was not one of the ninjas. You are my desendant, you are the rightful guardian of this place and all who reside here. Your duties are to protect this shrine and all those who train here. Those girls lack the neccesary control to protect themselves for the moment, until they do and trancend your power, you must protect them from harm til there full power awakens." Shun was hit with a flash of brilliant light and he looked to see the old man was gone. He looked to the staff still in his hands, then he heard the old man one last time "This will be your weapon. For me it became a staff, it will change itself to best suit your skills." The voice faded away for the final time. Shun lifted the staff in the air and looked it over, he saw another flash. He looked again to see that the staff had become a long straight blade. Shun could feel imself gaining knowledge he lacked before "I.... am...... the guardian of this place,[B] THE GUARDIAN OF SOUND!!!" [/B] He shouted filled with a new energy. The room rattled and settled again, Shun could feel the cold chills again "Yes, theres someone here who dares threaten this place on my watch. That's what they think." Shun charged out of the shrine and headed toward the disturbance, he could hear Hitomi and Tomoe like they were right next to him. He listend carefully and heard a voice he didn't recognize "Don't worry, I'm on my way girls." occ: Shun improved and combat ready

Shun got down as a nother flare came at them "What the hell did we do?" The old man replied "You have violated the sanctity of this place, for that you shall be punished." Another charge came at Lee. Shn grabbed his sleeve and pulled him to the ground with him as the flare ripped by Lees head. Shun rolled over his back to his feet, as he did the old man charged another blast and went for Lee who was trying to get back to his feet. Shun reached out and tried to pull Lee out of the way and fell in the path of the charge. It came charging at him, Shun brought his hands to his face and then a flash. Shun dropped his hands and saw that he was perfectly fine, the old man recoiled "That's not possible." The old man struck again. Not wanting to tempt fate Shun jumped out of the way. The old man seemed addamant on getting Shun now, failing the first time must have hurt his pride. The old man attacked violently, he was awfully tough for a dead guy. Shun could hear him saying something under his breath, but he couldn't make out what it was. The old man fired again and Shun rolled back out of the way as he did the old man fired in attiscipation of his move. The blast was coming for Shun, who lifted his hands and hoped for a repeat of his luck. The same flash over came the room and Shun was left unharmed again. The old man suddenly stopped and made his way to Shun "Boy, who are you?" Shun stared at the old man "I'm Shun, Ibuki Shun." The old man hesitated for a moment and then lowerd the staff he held in his right hand "Here, let me help you up?" The old man said in a curious tone. Shun reached forward and grabbed the green glowing staff, as he did the old man gasped "Where are you from?" Shun was now more interested in the old man and why he was acting so strange "What's it to you?" The old man set his staff on the ground "Pick it up for me, would you?" Shun bent over and picked up the staff and he got the same feeling he did when he was standing out side by that weird marking, what did it mean.

Emilio could feel the heat coming off of Chrys' body, he looked to her and thought to himself [I]'She might be more interesting then I thought'[/I]. He quickly turned his attention back to the battle and pulled free a razor flail and charged to dumb struck soilders just standing there looking at Chrys "You fellas think shes the only scary one" He said as he whiped the flail and and ripped the first ones arms off and the second ones legs. A third man came at him and he took out his flail and with a slight poke to the spine sent the man to the ground in convulsions. Emilio looked to his left toward the seemingly endless horde and brought out his Wan-Dou and cut off three sets of feet and quickly whipped his Wan-Dou straight up and cut two of the three throats. The thrid one laid on the ground trying to crawl away like a coward, Emilio walked up to his pathetic body and formed a small blunt post and with great force drove it through his back and out his gut "Cowards deserve a crushing death, slowly draining cold so I might enjoy the red river that flows."

Shun woke in Tomoes parents room laying face down on the bed. He looked around the room quickly and thought back on all that happend last night 'man, last night was weird'. Shun got up and saw the others leaving, he quickly got up and went after them. He followed them throught he thicket to an old shrine, it was well hidden, no surprise that this was the reason he had never seen it. He didn't actually see them, but he knew they were up there. He walked up the steps leading to the shrine high up at the top, curious to what he would see. As he reached the top he looked around and saw that it looked like and old training dojo, but what were they teaching here. He turned his focus to the central shrine and walked toward it. Atop the doorway rested a strange mark that he couldn't read and beneath it read 'mark of the guardian'. What did that mean, Shun stopped and thought on this as if hypnotized by the mark on the wall. As he stood there he reached back and he started to rub his right shoulder, he could feel something touching it. He turned and saw nothing there, but the trembling continued. He reached under his shirt and touched the spot and felt it was eerily warm. he could feel a groove, he ran his hand along it and tried to think of what made such a strange mark. As he rubbed it it became warmer, he started rubbing at it more violently, like he was trying to make it stop. He started turning his head and looked up and saw the mark on the wall glow. He stopped immediatly and the glow quickly faded. he stood dumbfounded at what he had just seen, but it couldn't have been glowing. Any way the trembling was gone as was the heat, so turned his attention to the inside where he noticed Lee standing looking over the remains of a smashed statue.

Shun jumped quickly out of the spring and put his pants back on, Tomoe was right, Lee was acting really strange and that look on his face. There was no time to waste, they all got dressed and ran after him, trying to catch up, he had already gotten quite a head start. Shun was running behind Tomoe who was leading and Hitomi was right beside him. Shun felt a cold chill down his spine again, whenever something bad was about to happen he got this feeeling, but this time it was different, like it was actually chasing him and not warning him. He began to think on it and realized that everytime Lee had one of his attacks or headaches, he got chills. Shun was convinced they were connected so how, and he was going to find out as soon as he got to where ever Lee was going.

Shun looked at her "Of course not, what kind of man would I be if I left you with just that?" He leaned in on her and put his arms around her. He pulled her to him and positioned her over him. He set his hand on the back of her head and kissed her as passionatly as he could. He took his other hand let it slid down her chest, to her stomach, then her crouch. He slowly pused his fingers in trying to keep from making to much noise so the others there wouldn't hear. He kept his lips locked to her, so she wouldn't moan like she did last night. He then lifted her off him and moved her back off him "I'll give you the rest of that when we can get a little more privacy." He said as heturned and headed back to where the others were waiting "It's not polite to keep the guests waiting." he said with a smile as he put his hand out to her.

James began to lash out at everything that got close to him, the mark on his back was now dancing off the tips of his fingers like small steel threads, shreding all they touched. He swung like a man pocessed, killing eatters with every swing of his hands. James was reaching psychotic levels, his mind was slipping from him, he even started attacking angels that strayed to close to him. Everything was his enemy. On the inside he tormented himself, trying to take control of this power he knew so little about. He could see the truth before him but he couldn't reach it. Every inch of his soul was filling with an unexplainable rage, as cut down angels, eatters, demons like there was no difference. Everything was his enemy, he filled with envy of those who could control there souls and there own wills. He desired more and more darkness, more blackend souls to fill his void. He needed something to stop him before it was too late to stop him.

Shun was sitting quietly, relaxing in the water, without a care. He looked up and saw three silhouettes in the mist and decided to get a closer look as the three seemed to wander off to an isolated section of the spring 'who is that and where are they going' he thought to himself. He could here them, as he got closer the sounds became more and more familiar. It wasn't til he could almost see them that he recognized the voices he heard "SO the three of you sneak off without me ehhh?" He said with a smirk on his face.

Shun kind of laughed at the thought of him digging through her underwear like a troll "Hahahaha, that's great. You act cool, but underneath it all your just a little troll aren't you?" "Shut up I'm trying to help you." "I know, I'm sorry. Thanks for the tip. I'm gonna take off around lunch if you want to tag along." Lee chuckled "Nah, you have fun in the department store digging through the ladies undies." he said with a laugh. Shun turned from the locker an gave a causual wave over his shoulder "see ya later" Lee did the same "Sure, later". As Shun walked away he heard Lee shout out one more thing "By the way, were having her party at the hot springs at 8 o'clock okay." Shun gave another loook over his shoulder "Thanks for letting me know, I'll be there." Finally lunch came around, Shun got up from his desk quickly and ran from the room "Great now I can get out of here and get Tomoes gift. I've got eight hours so I'll make'em count." he said to himself as he headed out the front gate toward the shopping district.

Emilio ran straight past Achilies and went ahead with his fun "Okay boys, who wants to see blood first." With that Emilio started gathering what little condensation was left and brought it to his hand. He juke spinned to the right out of the soilders line of fire and set his hand on his chest and sent a crystalized water through his chest. He drew back what was left and charged the two men standing behind the first one and slit the first ones throat, nice and clean. He quickly ducked and rolled away fronm the next and pulled the watter on the ground up in a pillar through his head, completely destroying his face and splattering is brains on the ground behind him. The mans body fell and the two behind him shiverd and shaked, it had only been twelve seconds since he joined the fight and he had already killed three men with ease and now they were in his path. The first panicked and brought his rifle up, by the time the sigth had focused on Emilios location he was already gone. Like as if out of thin air Emilio came at the panicked man and bored out both his eyes. The second man screamed and tried to run as Emilio brought out the water out of his jug and split the man in half. The blood sprayed and Emilio stood and bathed in the blood of the man "Yes, only the blood of mortals supplies this kind of rush.

Shun walked around the school and noticed that Tomoe wasn't there, maybe she was taking the day off, it being her birthday and all. Shun thought he'd leave around luncha nd go get her something, all he ahd after lunch was Gym and Chemistry, both of which wren't big deals to miss. Gym was gym and he could do chemistry in his sleep so he decided that he just miss today and make up tomorrow. The only problem he had was Algebra, he hated algebra, and guess where he was at this precise moment. he was catching crap for not doing his homework again and he was just zoning her out, like he wanted to hear the same crap from her three days in a row. Only four days at this school and he had already gotten the same lecture from the same teacher three times, he was starting to think she enjoyed getting on his case. Anyway, the important thing was what would he get Tomoe. He wasn't sure what she might like, so he was kind of hung up on that at the moment. He wasn't sure so he figured he'd look around and see if maybe something would just kind of pop out at him. It was at this point he realized 'hey, maybe Hitomi or Lee might have a good idea'. So that was it, he was going to talk to one of them in between periods and find out whatever he could.

Casey marched through this sun scorched waste land wondering which way he was going. He looked bac to Koske "You wouldn't happen to have a compass on you, would you?" Koske shot him another look and sighed "Were gonna die." Casey "Shut up, we are not. Just follow my lead." "Like you know where were going." "Ohh and you do." They both went silent. It was shortly after that a cold chill shot down Caseys spine, he turned quickly to Koske but was cut off be fore he could speak "Yeah, I felt that." Casey pulled out his Wan-dou "They're surrounding us. We better brace ourselves, this going to be unpleasant." Casey looked to the right, then the left "I'll head to the left okay." "Sure." Casey jumped forward and swung to the ground as two hollows jumped into the air as his blade hit the surface. There were six of them, he could feel them now that he had gotten his adrenaline going. He took his stance and heard Koske already locked in combat. Casey charged ahead and started to pusk the two in front of him hack while to more were lying in wait some where, he couldn't quite tell where though.

Kyle stood guard over the convoy of trucks carring the civilians and the injured to the rogues territory. Kyle was on the edge of his seat fighting as best he could with only three others to assist. The odds were poor, Zeke was starting to overload from the stress being induced by the massive battle. Kyle switched his com and called to Sean who was satnding just behind him "I going into the SAFs alone, maybe I can stall them. When you get inside I'll fall back to the gate, tell them to have troops prepared for our arrival to provide support as we enter." Sean "Yes sir." With that Kyle kicked in to gear and ripped ahead toward the SAF. He engaged his camo and ripped through them one at a time trying to avoid all the loose fire. Over the radio he could here the chaos of all the other gangs falling back into the Rogues territory, it was at this time he realized that there would be some issues when they got inside, seeing as every gang in the city was coverging on that ons spot "All I can do is protect my people now." He said in a humble tone as if he were a king.

Shun spent the whole night coming in and out of consiousness, he couldn't get to sleep, too much had happend all day, the biggest being what happend at Tomoes'. He lais there for a moment in the silence and he could still see her naked body coming up and down, as he lay there he heard something outside. He got up and went to the window to see Lee running off toward the school. It had only been about five hours since they left Tomoes, guess he likes to run in the morning. Shun got dressed and hoped out the window and tried to catch up to him, he needed to ask him something anyway. He hoped out to the sidewalk and darted after Lee and came up on him standing on the crest of the hill that over looked the school. Shun slowed his pace and walked up to him "After all that last night you still had the strength to run all the way here, I'm impressed I thought you'd be to tired." They both laughed a little. Shun walked up next to him "Hey, after last night I got to thinking, when is Tomoes birthday." He looked to Shun "Uhhh, It's kind of today man." Shun looked and just dropped his head with a smile "Ugh, I was hoping to get her something, but it doesn't look like I'll have time. Unless I blow off school today." He said with an incuisitive tone. Shun looked down to the red sun slowly rising over the school "Wow, that looks pretty cool. Kind of like the schools on fire." He looked at Lee again and laughed a little "No luck that would happen today so I could do some shopping instead huh."

"Finally" Emilio yelled with the sound of lifting tention "I was worried this would be a boring mission." Gale turned to him "What's wrong with you?" Emilio smiled from ear to ear and without a word ran ahead. They were in a damp old tunnel, his kind of enviroment. Here he could exploit both the water and the shadows to better his fighting "Those poor saps will make for a good appetizer." Emilio charged on and ran his hands along the walls gathering all the loose condenstation he could. The water started to fill his jug, he then set his hand over it and pulled free a Wan-Dou as that other guy came into sight. The thought started to run through his head [I]'Yes there just up ahead'.[/I]

Tommy walked to the bleeding and pathetic Striker "You know what, your right, death is the only punishment your worthy of." Toomy pulled around his Wan-Dou and put it over his head. He swung with great fury and smashed the jewel on the ground "But too many have died because of you already. I'll just alleviate the world of this dark soul and we'll call it even." Striker looked up to the cold emotionless looking Tommy and tears built up in his eyes "I'm sorry." Tommy scuffed again "Don't apologize, you want to make up for it, take who's left and get out of here. I'm still not done yet." They all turned there eyes on Tommy "What, but you just killed Malokai." Tommy kept a fixed galnce on the shatterd gem. Their was a flask of light then a sillhouette standing in front of Tommy "It's been far to long since I got to enjoy the open air for myself." Tommy glared as Vadane gasped "Malokai, you have your body again." He laughed and looked to her "Yes and I intend to use it." Tommy took is Wan-Dou up again "Sorry to disappoint, but I'm your opponent." He began to transform under the stars "The Black Dragon will die at the hands of the Red Tiger!!!"

James smiled widely "Sure, just don't go dieing again." They both chuckled faintly. James jumped parallel to the right as Dante did the same to the left. James brought his hnads over his head and began chanting again, something in aramaic, and a sudden cold gust started to pull toward him. With a quick motion he jumped for ward and brought down three demons in a swing "heeh, Childs play." He said with a haunty, cocky tone. Suddenly the demons started to set there focus on James and Dante, they now saw they had a new, more frightening enemy to contend with. Dante charged in and James went in as well. The mark on James back seemed to come to life as he swung his and vicously and cut through the eatters and demons that came at him. The long, black, spinddling marks seemed to almost jump from his skin and grab and thing that came to close, as he killed more James seemed to become more and more vicous.

Shun walked home, he knew he'd have to sneak in since he had to sneak out to get there, but if he got caught, it was well worth it. He came to the side of his apartment and jumped to the back and climbed up to the porch and slide throught he sliding door in the back and creeped to his room. Fortunatly it didn't seem like Nanasei heard him. So slipped back into his PJs and side back into bed, as he did he began to think again "I wonder when Tomoes birthday is? I should get her something for the gift she gave me tonight." He said to himself with a smile plasterd across his face. He chuckled a little bit "This place is gonna be fun.
