Anno sat and smiled at the woman sitting next to him, trying to keep his thoughts pure "I'm not really sure why I came to the city, I'm just here" The woman looked at him as he began to dig into his food. She looked at him and smiled "Your a weird one aren't you." She said with a chuckle. Anno causually looked up with his mouth still half full with rice and eel "Yeah I get that a lot." She chuckled a little more to Annos' delight "So what are you anyway?" She asked politly. Anno turned his head and pointed his thumb to his sword on his back "Can't you tell, I'm a samurai" The girl looked at him weird for a moment and let out a full on laugh. Anno watched her for a moment and began to laugh as well. He was happy to have someone talk to him, esspecially a cute girl.

Tommy looked to the mysterious women and jumped to strike at her and she dissappeared in an instant. He recouped his stance and looked around the courtyard for her and couldn't see her but he could still feel that ominus presense around them. Tommy shouted at Flint trying to wake him out of his funk, but it was as if he was lost in his own universe. Tommy turned to Kiya "This is bad. She's still here, but I can't see her." Tommy began to panic. What was he suppose to do now? occ: Sorry it's so short.

Garon rose from his bed slowly, looking about the room as if to see if everything was still there "Guess that makes day twelve with no break ins." He said to himself as he got to his feet. He left his room and walked through the mess clutterd hallway to the kitchen where he quickly made some eggs and toast. He sat eating quietly, light russtling of feet outside. The city was already awake and alive, though it was seven AM. Garon took his plate and began to scan through out the rest of his single floor house. Though it was heavily clutterd, it was not that dirty. The kitchen had been particularly well taken care of. Garon made quick work of his breakfast and gatherd his equipment and left for the lair. He had to go pick up a new assignment or he wasn't going to get paided. His last job was already a week behind him and he needed the money pretty bad. He walked into the first floor to the emense lair and saw that, as usual, it was croawded with others trying to find the best jobs. While Garon scanned over the postings he saw one imparticular requesting the help of an alterd. It was for an un-named party and would pay top dollar. It was some sort of job involving Nadine, there had been more and more of those showing up. Even for as dense as Garon could be, he knew that it was only a matter of time before all out war broke out. He looked at the post optimistically, he had the power and it paid top dollar. But something didn't sit right with him about the job. To spite this he decided to at least meet with the client. He went to the main desk and registerd himself. As he left to the location on the notice to meet the client it started to rain. Garon turned his focus to the sky "I hate rain." He said to himself, he then turned his head back down and went on his way. He walked up 'The Pit', a popular bar for most mercs in the area and was a fairly common meeting place for private clients. He walked in and saw the dimmly lit bar strangly empty. Only four people in the place aside from the bartender, normally the place was packed. What was going on that noone was in? Ignoring this, Garon lifted the notice again to see where it mentioned the client would be seated. 'Far corner both' he looked up from the notice to see a woman sitting at the corner lot, so he causually walked over "So, are the client?" The young woman looked up from her drink and smiled "Yes" She said with a woice as smooth as silk, it was almost hypnotic "I have requested someone with alterd power. Do you meet this requirement." Garon smiled and brought up his hand and brought up a small flame with a snap of his fingers. He waved his hand quickly and the flame was gone. The young woman smiled "Perfect. Someone like you should have no problem with this job." Garon leaned in to the both and looked the woman in the eye "What kind of job is this anyway? Your notice wasn't very specific." She smiled again, this time it was much more sinister "I need some help dealing with someone." Garon laid back in his seat, assasination, he had done it a thousand times "So, what's the name and the location." The woman looked up again, the dim light refleting off her smooth, pale skin "Councilman Zane. He's been a thorn in my side for to long and I need someone with skill like yours to deal with him." Garon a bit taken aback "You want me to take out a council member. The war is coming fast enough, do I really need to spur it on." THe womans calm face suddenly became very vicous "So you won't do it?" Garon shocked to see such a mood swing "No, I'll do it if the moneys right." The tention that she was exuding was suddenly gone as the smile returned to her face "Very well. You shall be paid handsomely for your help in this job." Garon felt at ease again, this is exactly what he wanted to hear "So what are my mission peramators?" The woman bobbed her head behind herself "The man sitting in the front both will be your partner." Garon frowned a little bit "I don't like working in groups, I prefer solo jobs." The woman continued to smile "He is one of my men. I need someone to a company him." Garon sighed "Okay, if that's what you want." He looked down to the amn who was suppose to be his "partner". He saw a gaunt gittery man, fidgitting violently and whispering to himself as he widled with a knife. Garon suddenly felt uneasy again as he continued to watch the man. He looked like a lunatic, this pale, frail, babbling, unkept nut job was suppose to work with him. Something felt out of place, but he needed the money, but he also might not survive this job. He had quite a decision to make, work with the nut job who looks like he might kill you as likly the target or turn it down and starve. Neither decision seemed that great. Finally, never one to turn away a good challenge he shoke on it and decided to go ahead with it. He rose from the both and preceded to leave with the woman right behind him "You'll leave to ngiht and strike tomorrow morning. He has the equipment you'll need." She said gesturing to the crazy man again. Garon left the bar and the woman stayed inside to avoid the rain. Shortly after the door closed that guy came fummbling out after Garon. He reached out and grabbed Garons' coat sleeve "We.....partners..mission." Garon yanked his coat away from him "Yes fine. Just don't get youself killed or else she'll deduct from MY pay." Garon said in a haunty tone. Garon walked back to his place get his dads old pick up truck so they could reach Nadine by sunset and be ready in the morning. he turned back the strange man againa nd saw him clutching something under his cloak, Garon paid no mid to the insane man, if he tried anything garon would take him out in a puff of smoke. For some reason Garon still felt uneasy about the whole set up. Why does she want some politician from Nadine dead? Was it really a good idea to work with this nut job? Or should he fear for his life. Garon wan't sure what to think, all he knew was he was going to do this thing. They made it to his place and Garon went around back to get his dads old half deuce. He wasn't even sure this old thing would still run. Though he had kept in good shape, he hadn't acctually fired up the engine in over a year, so there was no way to tell. He stepped in and heard a thud in the back, that weird guy had already hoped in the back of the truck. Finally without distraction, he turned the key and listend for the engine to start. It took a few tries, but hell if the old thing didn't start right up. He threw it into gear and rolled out the back and left the city and went right through the forest, next stop Nadine. occ: Let me know if this is okay

"Maaan, It's soooo hoottt." Anno declared in a whinie tone. He walked the long beaten road to the city. He was hungry, tired, and booooorrrred. He had been on the road for three days and he didn't have enough money for any decent grub. He slugged on the road like he was half dead, dragging his feet and his sword flopped around on his back. Suddenly a buggy pulled up and he put himself in the way so it might stop "Please help meeee. I've been walking for three days, I was wondering if I could get a ride." The man in the horse drawn buggy looked irratated, but saw he had a sword and decided that he rather not have trouble so he gave him a ride to avoid a fight with Anno, though Anno wouldn't have done anything if he had just left, but he didn't know that. So anyway, he finally was off his feet and making good time. Anno looked to the man driving "So... uhhhh...where you headed?" The man glanced quickly at him "Heading to the city up ahead." Anno trying to continue in the conversation "Really, wow that's where I'm going. Uhhh... what are your plans there?" The man didn't even glance this time "Family matter, none of your business." The man said in a stern tone "OOhh, okay. I'm not sure why I'm going." This time the man shoot him a strange look and as he turned his head back to the road "Idiot." Anno didn't say anything since he was still grateful to have gotten a ride. After an hour in an uncomforable silence in the buggy the city appeared up ahead. As soon as they arrived Anno quickly jumped off and waved his hand vigurously "Thanks for the lift." The man in the cart never even looked back. Anno shrugged and started to explore around "Wow, there are so many people here. This croawd is starting to make me uncomfortable." He looked to the right of where he had arrived and saw a restuarant that proclaimed to have the cheapest food in town. Anno had a grin from ear to ear "Fooooood, at last a meal." He ran in to the restaurant like an excited child and yelled the instant he enterd the restaurant "GET ME SOME GRUB CAUSE I'M STARVING." Collecting many stares from around the room.

James looked ahead and saw the eatters falling one after another. He felt his body getting colder and his vision started to blur. He was begining to realize that Dante had a good shoot, but without help he wasn't. He tried to get back to his feet and found he couldn't muster the balance, the bleeding still hadn't stopped, though it was slowing. He didin't have time to stay, he needed help now. James couldn't bring himself to speak, he could feel the color drain from his face. He managed to roll over and look to Dante who then noticed the blood covering the front of James.

Are we ever gonna do anything with this. let me know, cause I was kinda looking forward to this one.

James wrapped around a tight corner slowly building speed. He was getting close to the source of the problem. He could feel the eyes for the eatters peering at him from the shadows as he sped down the empty streets. He had to hurry he knew that was only a matter of time before Kain decided to move. He finally was close to the school, maybe three blocks away. IT was at this moment he noticed that he was surrounded. He slammed on the brakes, knowing he couldn't just plow throgh them without getting shreded by the loose claws. He stepped off his bike and looked around him. He could hear the growls and the dragging claws, but they seemed hesitant to move. Finally one of them came in to the light, a smaller one but still it was very bold. Though this feeling was undeserved as James lunged forward and decapatated the pathetic beast. When this happend he felt there joint presense move back all at once. James was begining to feel confident that he could make it through them alone. Then one of them stepped forward again, this time it was much larger. It stood at least seven feet tall and had six inch claws and fangs, It's limbs were long and slender, but still larger then Jameses. The large eatter stepped forward still seeming hesitant. Seeing this james decided it would be best to move fast and exploit his hesitation. Jamees charged closing the gap between them with remarkable speed, James made hopped off his feet to throw his whole wait into the strike and he swung vicously. HE missed the vitals, but managed to injure it's left arm in the passing. For being so big it was very quick, but James knew he was quicker. he made a charge again and as he saw the eatter lead to left again james diverted his body and side stepped an put himself right in the eatters path. As it jutted to the left James slamed his blades into the bottom of the beasts head and out the top. James felt proud for bringing down on his own. He pulled his blades free and the beast fell to the ground. AS it fell James noticed that the eatters right arm didn't, he looked down to see the eatter had put two inches of it's claws into James stomach. The adrenaline must of blinded him from the pain, which was now all to clear. He wasn't worried about being infected since he was ammune due to his mark. He was worried that he was losing to much blood and he couldn't make it stop. The eatter must of clipped a vain, it had only been about 40 seconds but James was aready starting to feel cold and his vision was starting to fade. He could feel the other eatters moving in, they could tell he was badly hurt. James wasn't sure what to do, he could probably still kill them all but then he'd never survive, all that exercise would only increase his unceasing blood loss. James changed stances looking around himself waiting for one of the eatters to attack "Alright, what do I do know? huh, oh well. Guess I just drag you to hell before I go." James readeied his blades and prepared to fight "I don't run from slime."

Casey walked feet dragging into his hotel room. The window was open and he could smell the fresh saltwater. He walked to the bed and went face first on to his bed. it was just then his cell phone started to go off. He rolled over onto his back and reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone "WHAT DO YOU WANNNNNT!" He yelled still a little hung over and in no mood for chit chating. It was Shoma "Listen, theres been a dicovery. The hallows have planned a raid, it can't wait til tomorrow. I've already called Ayumu, Koske, and Dusk. I know you and Koske are in no shape to fight, but Dusk and Ayumu can't handle this alone and Koske will barley be any help." Casey let out a loud moan "Alriiiight. I'll go." Casey hung up without another word and sat up in his bed. He looked to the window and went over to it, he then turned and went to the door and headed to the others. As he ran he could feel himself stumble a little "How am I gonna do this?" he utterd to himself regaining his balance and finally reached the lobby. It was empty, noone was working the desk. he ran out the front door and looked around. He changed to reaper mode and took off to get to the others. He recieved yet another ring, but it wasn't Shoma, it was his hollow radar and there was one heading to the beach and would arrive in the next 5 to 10 minutes. Casey stopped now faced with a problem. The others might need his help, but if he leaves the people here would be defenseless against the hollows attack. Casey took up his phone and revealed his situation. Shoma told him to stay at the beach and prepare for the attack until further notice, his first priority was to protect the people in the local hotels. This was bad, fighting with the others was going to be hard enough, but now he was fighting alone "This is gonna be.... difficult."

James could feel the cold wind against his face as he drew nearer to the city. His senses began to fail him as they were over come with darkness. He could hear wind whistleing behind him. He turned his head to see he was being followed by another large bird like eater. It called to him "You are chosen. Come to me and grant me your strength." James smirked "How about I grant you this." as he trew shuriken tipped in gunpowder to the eatter. there was a large blast that nearly rattled him from his bike, but he managed to maintain control. He looked back and smiled as the creature lie headless in the road. He put his attention forward to see a blockade being set. James sneared "They've already acted." He pulled up only to be greeted by Kain "Hello James. Shouldn't you be at head quarters awaiting judgement." Kain said smirkly. James just smiled back "Well, I've never been good with official orders." They exchanged looks until Kain broke the silence "Go back. We'll deal with the mess you made." James glared at him with all the fury of a monster. he reached out and grabbed Kain by his neck, the surrounding troops contested on as what to do about two agents fighting. James finally broke the tension "You take these rookies, and you take your blockade you get the FUCK back to the base, this isn't your business." James released his grip as Kain fell to the ground, barely consious from lack of air. Kain rose back to his feet and turned and started to continue as planned. James reached and grabbed his shoulder "If these men die, your problems will have only just begun. Judgement from the council will be the least of your concerns." James released his grip and began to bypass the blockade, none of the rookie soilders had the guts to stand up to a ranking agent, rogue or not. James wheeled the bike past the blockade and hopped back on and stormed toward the source of the problem.

James rose in the elevator. As he moved higher and higher the voices of the eaters became clearer and clearer. Finally he reached the parking lot and stepped out. He walked down the long aisle til he reached the section labled 'section black' . There was a large steel panle door blocking the area off. At the base of the door there were four key slots. James pulled free a key ring with nine keys on it, each one uniquely colored. James pulled from the ring a black key, a red key, a blue key, and a green key. He placed he each key in the order he removed them from left to right in the slots to the door. Once he turned the last key, there was a loud cland as the tumblers in the door slide out. The door creaked open and inside were six different types of motorcycle and three different kinds of armored transport vehicle. Above the inside of the garage read 'Experimantal Vehicals: Use with caution'. James fore went this warning and hoped on top of a strem red motorcycle with the words 'Ignorrance is bliss' painted in black across the side of the bike. On the panle on the steering wheel were a group of nine different buttons each labled differently. James reached down and turned the engine on. The engine roared with all the fury of an erupting volcano, then came back down to light roll as the engine heated up. James placed his hand on the throttle and revved the engine a few times and sped off into the dark night ahead of him. As he came back to the highway he looked back to the base as the garage door closed behind him and he let out one more sigh. He then turned his head back to face the city on the horizon. Even from here he could feel and see the dark presense becoming more powerful with every second that passed. He could here the voices calling out to him. He began to look around and noticed that they were already closing in on him from all sides. He knew this was his chance to lead them to the source in the city and lead them away from any other innocent people. James revved the engine one final time "This is it." He said to himself as he speed off into the black light on the horizon.

Tommy reached out and took Kiyas shoulder "Okay, we'll leave. But remember, were your friends and you should come to us with your problems." He turned himself and urged Kiya out with him. She looked back to Tommy "We can't leave him like that." Tommy sighed "I know you feel ike were abandoning him, but this is probably what he needs right now. He has things he needs to sort through. He'll come to us when he's ready to talk." He continued to walk her back out to the garden. He sat her down and he sat beside her "Don't worry, he might be upset but he's also resonable. He'll come to us when he's ready." Tommy smiled at Kiya and looked out over the garden again.

Hey, I like the story, Still needs a little depth though. The animal chip concept seems interresting and I like the idea of the mech interacting with the pilot. If you decide to put it up you can count me in. I'm a fan of mechs and I like a good war RP so I'm totally in. On that note, just add some depth and reason to the wars in the gangs or you leave yourself open to people taking liberties, just think about it unlees you want people to do that. Me man I want to be with the Angels with a Holy class mech.

Tommy bowed slightly to the soreceress and backed from the room. He walked out toward the center of the shrine to where a garden had been planted. It was unlike anything Tommy had ever seen before. There was a whole aray of exotic plants that Tommy didn't recognize and the air was filled with a fragrance that set his soul at peace. He felt a warmth in the garden that brought out his fondest memories. This was a place of uphoria. Then Tommy saw her, He saw Kiya again. He knew what was going on and in this calm he could admit it to himself at last. He loved her. He couldn't explain why, she was just so important to him. He finally sat back up and looked over the lush green, when a light voice came out to him "This is a place of peace, I wouldn't expect a hired arm to be so at peace here." Though what the voice said sounded insulting, it was also kind and polite at the same time. Tommy turned to see a lovely woman drabbed in long robes, obviously one of the shrine maidens. She walked a little closer "My name is Machika. what might your name be?" Tommy looked over to her "My name is Tommy." Machika smiled and walked over so lightly you couldn't even hear her steps on the wooden floor. She sat right next to Tommy "Only one of pure heart can find happiness in this place, this is strange since you seem quite happy here and are a hired bodyguard." Tommy looked away from the girl "I ust do what I'm good at. I don't like it, but I need the money it brings me." She looked at him curiously "Why is money so important to you? Your obviously not a greedy person." Tommy sighed "Where I come from one needs money just to live. Food, shelter, clothing, water it all costs money, and I'm not very skilled at anything else other than fighting." The young girls face began to fade "Well I feel very sorry for you. Because someday that's all you'll know is violence." She said softly and began to leave silently like she had arrived. As she re-enterd the main shrine she turned to Tommy once again "I hope to see you again before you leave with soreceress." Tommy turned to face her but she was already gone.

James sat in the shower listening to the running water for almost an hour before deciding to leave. He slowly walked back to his room, not even bothering to dry off. He couldn't focus on even the most basic of thoughts. He knew he needed help but he wasn't going to get anyone else involved ever again. He sat in his room allowing himself to be surrounded by darkness. He was sealing himself off from everyone else who had sufferd for him. "Garet, Katrina, Dante, Kyle, Jory, Kean, and Darren. This isn't there battle to win or lose but if I stay they'll lose anyway." With those words James reached under his bed and put his blades back on, slid his coat back on, and filled his coat lining with shuriken. He filled a small duffle bag with clothes and medical supplies, just in case. he walked out of his room still locked in a daze. He made his way to the west wing and the elevator "They should have a spare for me to take." He whisperd to himself as he enterd the west wing. he stood just before the elevator and looked at the door. What was once a simple steel doors now seemed like the gates of hell themselves opening up to swallow him. James took a deep breath and set one foot in then the other "So this is it." he said to himself "If I stay they'll find me sooner or later, and then they'll find this place." James hung his head and sighed, and then he heard a voice calling out his name.

He thought he'd be all right, then he heard about the protest groups attacking these mutants. He felt unsettled. What if they found him out. He couldn't protect himself, but he didn't want to ask for help. One day he heard there was another mutant at his school. The protesters showed up almost immediately and demanded he be taken out of the school. On the fourth day of protests things were finally about to get out of control. While trying to get into the school a protester threw a bottle and hit Alex in the head. The crowd was on the brink of a riot. He was suddenly over come with a clostrophobic feeling. All these people around him, screaming, pushing, fighting. Alex snapped and spikes started to sprout from his skin. The look of the crowd turned to him. he quickly retreated. now he was lost and alone. though he won't admit it, he needs help from someone, anyone.

James enterd the combat simulator and gave the engineer the go ahead. All he could think about was those words that filled him with terror. He lashed out at the simulated images like a lunaitic, like he was actually trying to kill them. He was filled with such an uncontrollable rage that he didn't know what to do anymore. He finally succeeded in damaging the projector and the system shut down. The intercom came on "Sorry sir. But you've damaged the system, It'll be down for a few hours." James looked to the observation room and walked out. "what am I going to do?" He whisperd as he left to the shower to clean himself off. He walked into the shower that was still filled with cadets. "This place is always to croawded." He said aloud as all the others turned to face him. he looked up at them for a moment and walked right past to the back of the showers. A silence filled the room, all that could be heard was the running water of the faucets and the scurried movements of the worried cadets trying to leave quickly as to not invoke the wrath of a higher agent. Finally the last of them left and James chuckled "So, these cowards fear the wrath of strangers. The organization must be dragging there feet to be pulling up such losers." James chuckled and slide down to his knees and stayed in the silence of the shower, only the sound of the water to comfort him.
-
James walked into the council chambers to be assessed. He looked around and saw that everyone else had been asked to leave, this was highly unusual to ask the other agents to leave. Normally you were assessed before your peers. James approached the council table, where the leaders of the organization sat on high like inquisitors. The older gentleman in the center spoke in a deep grainy voice "Agent NP3228, Your response to the recent mission failure." James stood at attention and spoke loudly "Sir, I take responsiblity for the happenings in the city. I encounterd an unknown force and failed to report it." The man glared down at the strangely hummled James "You mean to say you encounterd this "new' Chaos Eater and failed to report it to the staition commander or this board?" The man demanded in an enraged tone. James took a deep gulp "Yes sir. It is entirely my fault." The man settled back down "Have any of the others encounterd this force aside from yourself?" James could only think of the creature, he didn't want the others to get involved anymore then they already were "No sir. I have checked myself, no one else has encounterd the same force that I have met, sir." The man Glared at Jame sharply one last time "Very well. This council will consider what you have said and decide on the appropriate actions to take against you." the man raised his gavle and banged it one hard time like a judge "You my leave and send in the next member of the team you were assigned." James bowwed and slowly backed to the door. As he walked out he saw the other waiting for their turn to enter James looked at all of them quickly "whoever's next go on in." James marched off to the barracks to meditate and rest for the evening. As he left he felt a chill in the air, he still heard the lingering words of the creature in his ears. "What did it mean when it said 'I've always loved you'." James whisperd to himself. As he said this the chills ran down his spine again. James mind began to wander thooughts, he couldn't stay focused. He went from marching to jogging to the barracks. He burst into the room as he did he noticed that the crew was only now getting it prepared for him, only full fledged agents and officers get there own rooms everyone else has to be in the barracks. They two cadets assigned to his room duty saluted "Hello sir. Nice to see you today. Sorry but your room will be ready in five minutes." The two Cadets stood nervously in silence not recieveing conformation from James, who then turned and stormed out of the room to the mess hall. James neede solitude. James stepped forward "They're at the hospital in the city still." Dante looked at james "Why did you leave them in the city?" James put his hands up "Don't look at me I was unconsious. She's the one who left them. And besides kyle demanded that they stop to treat Jory." Dante looked back and began to turn "Whatever." He shrugged and walked to the far end of the garage where a small eleevator door sprang open. James, Dante, and Katrina walked in and listend to the light up beat music play as they slowly decended. It took almost five minutes in this elevator to reach their final stop. When they stepped out they saw a bussleing warehouse reminisent of the one back in the city, but far more futureistic. james had been once before when he first joined as had Dante, It was traditional of new agents fresh from training to be sworn in here, but Katrina had never been so she found the place amazing. You could see it in here eyes. James looked around and saw that Darren had already arrived. James ran over to him "When did you get hear?" Darren turned to look at James "About an hour ago. We've informed the officials here of the happenings in the fity. There with holding there decision the course of action to take." James looked to the ground "Who else made it here?" Darren sighed "Fortunatly, Kean is here. Unfortunatly, so is Kain. Him and Kean are in the council chambers recounting the events up to now. After they come out the council will determine the course of action we'll be taking." James sighed "There going to use the sweeper team aren't they?" Darren sighed "Probably, but hopefully Kean can persuade them otherwise." James looked around the room seeing everone going about there business, preparing for battle "will history have to repeat this as well?" Darren put his hand on James shoulder "Sorry. All we can do is hope."

Casey looked at the two of them "Well thanks for the help Ayumu, but i think I need to get a hotel. I'm starting to come down and I can feel the throbing in my head." Casey shuffled out of the room. Koske looked down the hall "Where you headed?" casey turned his head "I'm thinking Cocoa beach. See you tomorrow for our suicide mission." Casey was feeling like crap. All that jumping around must of helped his system process the alcohol quicker and now he had gone from margaritaville to Hangover town. "Man, god damn thing messed up a good party." Casey took that note and left for Cocoa beach hoping for a peaceful night before he went out on the mission he might not return from.

Tommy laid flat on his back in the bottom bunk "I don't know anything. I recieved a call from my administrator and he gave me the order. i don't know why she wants me, but they called and I answerd." Flint sighed and Tommy stared at the bottom of the top bunk. After a while Flint sounded up "So, you've never met the soreceress? I mean your going to protect someone you don't even know, risk your life for a stranger?" Tommy "yeah, I guess. It's what I've always done. I don't know what to do with my life if I'm not..... fighting." Flint looked down "Fighting?" Tommy looked over the mirror so he could see Flint "Yeah, I don't have family. No friends. Fighting is how I prove I exist, that's why I do it." Flint rolled back over on to his bunk and went silent. They sat in the silencce for a little while longer.

James was alone in the darkness again, then he heard his name, then a strike. He jumped to see that he was still in the car. Katrina looked at him "About time you woke up!! Listen, I have no idea where were going so I need you to tell me where this place is." James was still a little disoriented "It's north. head north outside the city, Voltorice is two states north. That should take about a day in half to get there." James looked around the car and noticed that Kyle and Jory were gone "What happend to Jory?" Katrina nodded to him "I dropped them at the hospital while you were out." James looked to Katrina "Are you sure that's safe to leave them in the city?" Katrina shrugged "Kyle demanded I stop when we passed it." James sighed 'Well, she should be okay as long as they get some blood into her system. I got rid of the infection." Katrina looked at James again said nothing and focused her attention on the road again. After an hour of silence and a half hour since leaving the city limits. James looked ahead and noticed Dante's Correvette pulled off to the side of the road. James tapped Katrina "Look, Dantes car is up ahead."
