1. 1 ~ What is your NATURAL hair color/colors? Black 2 ~ Have you ever dyed your hair? If so, what color[s]? No, and I never intend to, trying to dye black hair means you have to bleach it to get rid of the dark color and I?ve no interest in bleaching my hair just so I can have a different color. 3A ~ If you have, do you regret it? Has it damaged your hair? Don?t intend to so I doubt I will ever regret it. 3B ~ If you haven't, do you want to? Goes back to the previous answer, no I don?t want to. Though I?m not against some temporary spray on colors that you use for either parties or Halloween. Though usually if I want my hair to be different I just get a wig. 4 ~ Are you satisfied with your current hair color? Definitely. 5 ~ What is your favorite style for your hair? [[long, short, bangs, etc]] I like it to be a few inches past my shoulders. Just long enough to do stuff with and yet not long enough to require a lot of care. 6 ~ What kind of hair do you like in the opposite sex? I really don?t have a preference, wait I lied, I don?t really care for the shaved look. If it?s natural I suppose it can?t be helped, but I?ve never found the completely bald look all that attractive. Other than that, short, long...if it looks good I don't really care.
 2.
Regardless of what people might feel, the fact of the matter is that the Chinese were faced with a problem and did what they saw fit, and no one has the right to pass judgement on those people - they did what they thought to be right. In the end, do we not all act upon what we believe to be right? So, again, what right do we have to point fingers and cast stones?[/SIZE']
It?s already been mentioned, but just because we think it?s right doesn?t mean that an action is. Ignoring the more obvious example of the Nazi?s... people think nothing of speeding or driving drunk and yet such actions kill people every single day. So just as I have the right to say I feel that what they did was wrong, so do they in complaining over something I did that they feel is wrong. Somewhere down the line judgment has to be passed, the idea that no one has the right to judge is also short sided as in many areas we have already decided that certain actions are considered crimes. Whether or not our judgment towards them is correct is another matter. But it shouldn?t stop people from speaking out against acts they feel are wrong.
Another thing - why the hell are "we" sitting here complaining about an action that has already been executed?
Because as Charles put it, this is a forum and discussion is why we are here, otherwise why even bother to log in and post?
Do you think whining about it will bring back those dogs? [/SIZE']
Don?t be silly, bringing back the dead is beyond our scientific ability, especially when the body in question has been ruthlessly damaged when it was killed. But sitting on one?s butt doing nothing will ensure that the next time around it will most likely happen again. As it said in the article:
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals called such killings a "hideously cruel response," in a statement on its Web site. After last week's slaughter, the group canceled about $300,000 orders for merchandise made in China and called for a boycott of Chinese-made products to protest what it calls widespread cruelty to animals in the country.
So there?s in immediate difference right there in that China just lost business for what other?s perceive as barbaric and inhumane behavior. Who?s to say that other?s won?t boycott them as well? If you don?t complain, nothing changes. Even if for the most part it?s beyond our ability to change, by saying nothing you are passively agreeing with the behavior and I for one do not agree with it.
Oh, and one more thing, as a very basic thing in this, and in many other things, I am entitled to my opinion, and not once did I pick at anyone else's.[/SIZE']
No but you did imply that the only reason it was even mentioned was because people see animals as other people and then proceeded to explain why that view was stupid. It wasn?t directed at one person but instead at anyone who loves their dog like it?s a member of their family. So just as you are entitled to your opinion anyone else is entitled to disagree. Overall I really don?t have a problem with you having a different opinion, but I find your lack of sympathy a bit appalling.
 3.
Let's see here - when it comes down to it, animals are no more than organic machines with their own individual niches in the ecosystem.
The exact same thing can be said of humans as well as only our ability to think has us believing that we are more than organic machines who find a niche in the ecosystem.
Furthermore, the dog has been bred throughout the years to be 'domesticated' (another term for 'stupid') for its use as a 'companion' to the human, and, by doing so, warping its place in the ecosystem.
And humans have spent centuries altering the ecosystem to suit themselves and destroying other ecosystems in the process. How is that any different? Women were considered property for countless centuries. They were raised and bred to be the perfect companion to their husband. A practice that is now considered barbaric.
Now, not only is this absurd, but the dog population has been rapidly rising due to its popularity as a 'pet.' Then, by acquiring infectious diseases, and by having no true purpose anymore, it becomes an imminent threat to the inhabitants of the overrun area. The people merely solved an equation and executed an appropriate, if not convenient, solution.[/SIZE']
And so has the human population as having babies is the in thing these days. Humans carry and transmit all sorts of dangerous diseases but we get medical treatment for them. Pets are the same way, responsible owners get them spayed or neutered so they can?t needlessly breed and keep them current on their shots so they don?t spread diseases. The solution may be convenient, but it?s hardly appropriate, or rather the method to achieve it is not civilized.
And to the animal rights activists out there: Face it - animals do not have souls; they are not people. Animals are governed by nothing more than basic, primal instinct. If an animal appears to 'show emotion' then understand that emotions are simply responses triggered by neural synapses in the brain in accordance to the current stimuli level in a situation.
And to the stupid humans out there, face it, you can?t prove that you have a soul either. Being a person does not automatically mean you have a soul. Just like dogs are taught how to respond, humans are taught from a very early age to talk and behave in certain ways. The only real difference is that dogs lack the ability to speak. Our ability to reason and speak is not instinctive. If it was schooling would not be necessary. We learn our emotions from our parents and other peers. And even then it?s still nothing more than responses triggered by neural synapses in the brain in accordance to the current stimuli level in a situation. Our very ability to reason and respond should make us better than the dogs and therefore less cruel when dealing with a problem. Beating any living thing to death is sadistic and unnecessarily cruel. How can we claim we are better than other animals if we turn around and resort to such violence? We should be the one?s not behaving like a dog when it comes down to it.
 4.
As sick as this is, it seems like lately you hear about more and more cases of this kind of behavior. I would have to imagine it?s because now cases like this are being reported more, not that they are happening more.
Exactly, it isn?t so much that more are happening but rather that they are being reported or making it into the news. There are hundreds of cases that though they are reported, they aren?t aired on the news. It would be interesting to see what type of relationship her mother had with her own parents. I would be greatly surprised if she had a normal childhood. And even if she did on the surface, somewhere she?s got to be pretty messed up and dysfunctional to allow things to happen and to even participate. I?ve yet to see a case that I?ve worked on that somewhere there wasn?t something else going on. I would imagine that her boyfriend is similarly messed up as well since most guys don?t have sex with their girlfriend?s daughter who is technically jailbait. It?s kind of sad. I really hope they completely separate the girl from her mother and get her the care she needs. It?s going to be a long and hard recovery, if she even does recover from what has happened to her. I just love how the mother is pleading not guilty. She knew damn well what was happening was wrong and she was too much of a coward to stop it. Or she could have been perverted enough to actually enjoy it. Ah well, it?s not the first time I?ve heard of this type of thing and I?m sure it won?t be the last. I do agree with others in that the penalty should be more severe. Right now it?s hardly adequate in my opinion.
 5.
Actually, I don't mind doing numerous quests outside of the story, without being overly spoilerrific FF XII's minigame is all about sidequests and I'm really looking forward to it. The quests in Star Ocean are annoying to me because: 1. They're obligatory (although there are a few optional ones) 2. They have little to nothing to do with the actual storyline (for example the quest in Vanguard which is just a tutorial with no connection to the story whatsoever. Why couldn't Fayt just crashland in Elicoor II to begin with?!) 3. They're highly unrewarding (in most cases, the only things you get are experience and money) When the whole game is constructed upon this sort of quests, it gets all over the place without any focus point. :/ I was also expecting more planet-jumping, but apparently Elicoor is sooooo important. :P
Ironically I felt the same way about it until I got the game guide. Once you take the frustration out of figuring out some of the levels, it became a lot more fun. Especially the level in the
4D dimension as there are so many floors in that one that you can just skip as there isn?t any treasure to be had.
I wasted a lot of time running through that place and like you said the only good thing was the experience and money that I got. ;) As for planet hopping, that is the one thing I found a bit disappointing. I too would have liked to see more worlds than I did in this game. They really had a lot going on Elicoor II and I would have loved to have seen the same on a couple of other worlds, but then I suppose that would have made it even longer and more frustrating, not to mention, it probably would have required three disks instead of two. I think it?s a great game that with a little tweaking could have been even better. So I guess we can agree to disagree? ;)
When you find out
that our galaxy was a fake. I totaly forcefully bugged out my eyes. WHAT THE!
latter on I started to think maybe it was true. Sometimes you just get hypnotized by story plots and think it could be true. Albel is one of my favorite characters.
I admit that kind of threw me off at first as I was expecting the
religious twist that it was appearing to follow when the Executioners first showed up. So it was nice to actually be surprised by a game for a change.

Well since we are mentioning that a certain character is gorgeous, I?ll admit that so far my favorite it Fayt. I just think he?s adorable. ^_^ I love his outfit, blue hair, and the way his sword is strapped on. I read online that if you get certain battle trophies in this game you can get other outfits and I?d really like to see what other ones they have for Fayt.
Well though I like Albel?s yaoi looks the best, Fayt certainly does come in second with his more innocent boyish looks. He certainly is an adorable character, even if he is a bit naive and predictable. Cliff is funny, but I don?t really care for his looks even with his tight fitting outfit. So it really comes down to just Albel and Fayt if were talking about them being cute. I?m sure some of the girls are but that?s more of an abstract area for me as I?m not into girls. ;)
 6. Although killing the dogs is a good short-term solution. In the long run it?s a shortsighted one as well. In Asia it?s a big problem as you can see here: Rabies The occurrence of Rabies is a huge problem and killing dogs, unless you are willing to outright exterminate them is not going to solve the problem. As it says in the page I linked to:
Vaccinating domestic dogs in rural areas would substantially reduce the numbers of human rabies cases. For this goal to be achieved, government-funded registration and licensing for all dogs would have to be compulsory and vaccination and sterilization of owned dogs in rural areas would have to be implemented and regular vaccination of dogs in urban areas continued. If the medical infrastructure in rural areas is strengthened by educating more professional healthcare workers and improving the availability of biological products, especially vaccines and rabies immunoglobulin for human use in postexposure prophylaxis regimens, China would be able to realize the goal of the World Health Organization to reduce by half the number of human rabies cases worldwide by 2015.
The problem with simply killing the dogs is it?s a far from perfect solution. By education and working on providing the means for citizens to be able to vaccinate their pets eventually they could end up like other places, virtually rabies free. Take the US, like Aaryanna mentioned death from Rabies is relatively rare. As it also says in the page I linked too:
Owned dogs do not have to be registered in China, and the number of dogs has been estimated at 80?200 million. In rural areas, low vaccination coverage of dogs is widespread, largely because of poor awareness of rabies and the high cost of vaccination.
So killing off 50,000 dogs isn?t much of a solution at all. It?s like making a tiny less than one percent effort in dealing with the real problem. Which in this case as I already mentioned is vaccination along with education and providing the means for spaying animals to help keep the population under control. It?s a high cost solution because it doesn?t even exist so a fair amount would be required to get it started, but once they did they would actually start to reduce the number of human deaths from this disease. Unless they forbid people to have dogs at all they are never going to make much of a difference by killing them, as there are too many. And even then that?s ignoring the other wild sources of rabies. So it may be cheaper, it?s in essence ignoring more long-term and effective methods of ending the rabies problem over there.
 7.
As for getting a guide, after doing a little research into the game I?ve decided to get one. I usually do if it?s a game I like and the company has a good reputation for making guides. That and I?m a sucker for all the details that the good ones provide.
I'm the same, if it's a game I really like and the company is known for making good detailed guides I always end up getting one. Which is why I recommended it for this game. I've used mine so much that it's a wonder it's still staying together. ;) But then I really enjoy playing this game. I've yet to work up the courage to unlock the hardest level since playing on the harder one has been quite the challenge and once it gets too hard I get too frustrated to continue. If you take the time to unlock everything you could easily sink over 200 hours into this game. And just because I'm curious, how far are you now Aaryanna?
 8. Kimonos are typically made out of silk. However for a cosplay uniform getting it exactly right doesn?t really matter. The whole idea is to pick something that will look similar and yet be affordable. In this case you could look at different synthetic materials or just simple cotton materials to make your outfit. More important would be to have some form of pattern for making the outfit. Again you want to find something that is at least similar and not necessarily the exact same thing. So long as you?ve got the right idea going everyone is going to know who you are dressed up as.
 9. First of all your story is coming along nicely and it?s definitely an interesting read. However I?d like to mention that you?re current format for the conversation in this chapter is a bit confusing. The way you have what they are saying running together like in this paragraph was very confusing the first time I read it.
"We have two agents just gone completely off-line," he said, chewing furiously on the end of the liquorice whip, "They must have found their implants and removed them. They've gone AWOL in the city, and one of them..." he tapped on the keyboard, and a personal agent profile appeared on-screen, "Is Agent Revelation, the agent that had the confiscated terrorist weapon in her possession.""Jesus," said the Director, "Are you trying to tell me that Revelation has gone rogue?""Looks like," said Will, "And she took another agent with her. Sandy, I believe it was.""So we have a rogue agent, possibly with an accomplice, on the loose in the city with an extremely dangerous weapon in her possession? Where's Agent Jones?" asked the Director, standing up straight.[/size']
Perhaps if you separated it like this it would flow a little better?
"We have two agents just gone completely off-line," he said, chewing furiously on the end of the liquorice whip, "They must have found their implants and removed them. They've gone AWOL in the city, and one of them..." he tapped on the keyboard, and a personal agent profile appeared on-screen, "Is Agent Revelation, the agent that had the confiscated terrorist weapon in her possession." "Jesus," said the Director, "Are you trying to tell me that Revelation has gone rogue?" "Looks like," said Will, "And she took another agent with her. Sandy, I believe it was." "So we have a rogue agent, possibly with an accomplice, on the loose in the city with an extremely dangerous weapon in her possession? Where's Agent Jones?" asked the Director, standing up straight.
See what I mean? You?ve got the director and Will?s conversation running together and it just seems totally weird to me as it makes it harder to keep track of who?s actually speaking. Even though the quotes are in place, set?s of two of them just look like a typo instead of the indication that someone else is speaking. Also it looks like you?ve got a typo here as well:
"Is Agent Revelation, the agent that had the confiscated terrorist weapon in her possession."[/size']
I?m assuming you meant to write It?s Agent Revelation instead of Is. Anyway keep up the good work.
 10.
Pfft! Why pay for something you can get free from GameFAQs? ;P
Because to be blunt, most online guides suck. They do give you the basics but they are often poorly written and miss out on a lot of details. I?ve yet to see any online guide that really gives you what you need for this game. ;)
The pacing of the game also sucks. You'll find yourself doing numerous indifferent quests fetching stuff you'll soon find needless and fighting out-of-the-blue bosses with absolutely zero background or foreshadowing. As said, I haven't made it to the end yet so I can't say anything about the conclusion, but my hopes certainly aren't very high up. :/
Ironically that?s part of what I like best about it. The numerous different quests getting stuff. I guess it just comes down to preference. For example as much as I enjoyed Final Fantasy X it bored me to tears with the lack of additional quests as there wasn?t very many woven into the main storyline. At least not enough to satisfy me as I like a game that doesn?t rely on going forward but instead sends you all over the place a little.
Out of the massive amount of characters crammed into this game, Albel is my number one. ;D
 11.
Anyway, anyone else currently playing this game?
Not at the moment but I?ve got the game and I?ve played it. It?s actually one of my favorite games as there is so much to it that you can really spend a lot of time doing different things in the game. And then once you?ve beaten it you can play it again on a harder level. I tend to start on the easiest and work my way up. Being able to choose the difficulty level on a game is one of my favorite features. I really hate games that are so hard that unless you enjoy going nuts figuring it out you end up never playing it again. Anyway if you just got it I would advise you to get the guide to the game. I hear so many people complain about this game being too complicated but the truth is with the guide you really get to play it to it?s full potential. I think the guide is over 250 pages long so it really helps you to get the most out of your game. Especially since there is a lot involved beyond the actual story line. If I remember correctly you can get the guide at Amazon for less than $15 dollars. Trust me, it's money well spent if you like the game. As for the characters, yeah Cliff is pretty funny. The further along the game gets the more sayings he will use when he goes up or in battle. The same for Fayt as well. So just how far into Elicoor II are you? There?s another character that I know you?ve at least seen but I don?t know if you?ve dealt with him directly yet. His name is Albel and I think you?ll get a kick out of that little warmonger. He?s pretty funny in his own way just like Cliff. I?ll leave it at that, as I don?t want to accidentally spoil it for you.
 12. Well first of all there?s no such thing as a little sex game. Especially when you?re newly into a relationship. I agree on some level with pretty much everyone here. Asking you such a question lacked tact, and even though you were trying to be honest, you lacked it as well, especially if you knew the other boy was his best friend. No matter how much they claim they want honesty, most partners are on some level insecure and are looking for you to tell them that they were your best experience. Now since you haven?t given us the details it?s possible that you haven?t slept with this guy yet and his question might have been more of a morbid curiosity issue instead. Perhaps you could clarify this for us because if you?ve slept with him and then you turned around and told him his friend was better in bed, well that was completely unnecessary as others already pointed out that a simple I don?t know or telling him that he was would have worked much better. And then though you say you want honesty, how would you have felt if he told you his best experience was with one of your best friends? Can you honestly say it wouldn?t bother you? In these situations it?s better to be a little less frank as often all you do is end up causing more stress in the relationship if not destroying it altogether. I suggest you do as Retribution suggested and try to work out some sort of compromise if possible. But it?s entirely possible that for you and him, it?s pretty much over.
 13. I?ve decided to re-open this thread. First of all because upon re-reading it I realized that Papa Smurf?s comments were directed more towards the government instead of other members, so I?d like to apologize for misreading their intent. And secondly because Billy Shears apologized and explained that they didn?t intend to be so harsh, and I probably read a little more into that as well, especially since the debate had been pretty heated already. So please accept my apology for being harsher than was necessary when dealing with the heated debates going on in this thread. However, I do want to remind people that flaming, even if it is directed at the government instead of members is still discouraged. OtakuBoards uses a censor in its software to protect against most inappropriate language. However, it is not acceptable to use special characters in order to bypass the censor. Swearing and offensive words, in any format, are considered spam at this site. So lets please keep it civil as I would hate to have to turn around and re-close this thread due to more flaming.
 14. In addition to the rules already mentioned by Petie and Marsh, it?s also a good idea to check any sticky threads in each area. In this case the one on How to post in Anime Lounge is a good one to read. It?s conveniently posted at the top of the section along with any other threads which you might need to explain how things work here. Please make sure you read the rules before posting again as we have pretty high standards here when it comes to posting. Since your opening post is more along the lines of spam I?m going to close it. Usually when starting a thread you need to do something to get the conversation going, in this case you could have taken the time to describe an anime movie that you yourself found funny. Asking others to list a funny movie is not enough as simply listing a movie is considered spam as it does little to encourage conversation. If you have any questions feel free to pm myself or another member of the staff. ~indifference Thread Closed
 15. Quite Possibly The Most Useless Piece Of Legislation, 2006? I don?t know about that, I?d have to see all the other things they are attempting to do. Our government seems to be pretty good and tackling useless issues instead of the more important ones. However I can on some level see why they would want to do it. But if they aren?t paying for it then they need to leave it to the local government. I know that in a town south of where I live the city wanted high speed Internet for all the businesses and town, including the library. What happened? The federal government didn?t want to pay for it (not that I think they should mind you) so they charged several million in taxes to the citizens without giving them a chance to refuse it. So now the businesses and the library have the access courtesy of the citizens paying for it. So at this point banning myspace or other places even though I don?t use the library really ticks me off since it?s the taxpayers money that paid for the connection to be installed in the first place. So if for some reason I do go to the library and I want to browse a place like myspace, otakuboards or any other social place since it?s my tax money that partially funded it, why shouldn?t I be able to do it if I want? Occasionally I check in here at the boards when I?m at school when my homework is done. I attend college and I pay a fee in order to have access to the computer lab so it?s not like I?m getting it for free. Unless this bill doesn?t affect colleges, in which case ignore what I just said. Still the whole idea is kind of ridiculous as I think it should be handled at a local level. I know plenty of teachers who allow students who work hard and finish their assignments to browse online as a reward for their dedication. And for the rest of the time, I always understood that when setting up a network you can choose to limit your access keeping the students away from sites if you wanted to. So pushing for a ban is just doesn?t make any sense to me.
 16. The most important person in my life? Probably my mother. No matter what has happened she has always been there for me and I know I can talk to her about pretty much everything. We?ve had our ups and downs, but through my teenage years and all she?s always done her best even when we didn?t always see eye to eye. After that would be my father. I?m not quite as close to him as I am to my mother, but in his own way he tries his best as well. So when he does fall short it?s not because he failed, but only because he did what he could and it?s not always enough. For example he?s supportive of my career in psychology even though he grew up thinking that psychology is for someone who is weak. He tries, but it?s hard to understand since for him a man doesn?t seek help he solves his own problems. I hope that makes sense. Anyway, I?d feel pretty lost without them. After my parents the next people would be my siblings and then my friends. Especially my friends since I live quite a distance from home so having them makes it that much easier to be out on my own.
 17.
I have a car and I?m old enough to drive. I say we team up and make a run for it! ^_~
Don?t forget to pick me up on your way. Especially since I happen to know that the quickest route is to take I-80 so you?d have to pass through Salt Lake City anyway. ;) I?d actually forgotten about this until the thread was reposted. I really ought to book mark it so I can keep checking back to see if there are any new additions.
 18. I?m almost sorry I asked. Poor Mersis. I agree with SunfallE, you?re off to a good start if you are attempting to create a villain your readers want dead. So is Dirk just torturing him for fun or does he actually have some devious plot in mind? As for the scene where Aries behaved like a dog and rolled in the blankets so to speak. I can almost imagine your own dog doing that as well. Though I suppose that unlike Aries she doesn?t speak to you. ;) Anyway, keep up the good work.
 19. Pieces Of A Spiral is basically a story of reincarnated souls who must continue an ancient struggle to rid the world of demons who intend to conquer the Earth. The main characters Sakuya and Wakyo who are reincarnated souls from feudal Japan, have more in common that physical appearance. Though born separately they look like twins and both of them have been reborn with aspects of their former mentor Bishu who was born of a demon father and a human mother. In this life both Sakuya and Wakyo posses the tremendous power of Bishu, even though they are still unsure of their ability to wield such power. When they learn that their former mentor Bishu is also reborn in this time they must work to rescue him from the demons at work in this world. The biggest thing I enjoy in this series is the gorgeous artwork. The storyline though not the most original is really brought to life with the work that went into drawing this series. I?ve been thrilled that it?s finally being translated and published here in the US. So far I?ve collected the first four books and I?m looking forward to the remaining ones being released. One of my favorite characters, well besides the main characters Sakuya and Wakyo and Bishu, is the demon Yuki/Ruki who is a cute little bossy thing. She?s taken the body of a human in order to help both Sakuya and Wakyo protect Bishu in his reincarnated form. It?s cute the way she just bosses them around and in spite of seeming carefree and perky she?ll out of nowhere clobber them for not being more serious about their job to protect Bishu. So anyone else following this series? And if so what did you think about it?
 20.
^^; Yeah, the pictures I have there are the original sizes. I really just wanted to get the feel for coloring my pictures, so I just picked random sketches I liked.[/color']
Fair enough. I was also over at a friends who uses an older monitor and now that I?m back on my own computer I can see them just fine. So that being said? The first image is nicely done. It?s got a good messy feel to it and the colors and shading are varied in the sense that it gives the picture a bit of realism to it. The draw back, the lines on her sleeves are a bit jagged and the black lines in her hair a little to thick. The second image is similar to the first in terms of color, though it seems to blend together a little better. It too has a little bit of a messy feel, which lends itself to the overall look. It could use a little cleaning up as a few stray lines like the red one along the blade near the base is distracting and the gray one that sticks out near the end. It would look much cleaner if those two lines were gone. The third one I like the least. As far as the coloring goes it seems to be more unfinished as it lacks the messy look that makes it look more realistic. (Not sure if I explained that correctly) The biggest things I see that need change is the lack of a line along her art and her chest could use a little rounding on the side to give it a more curvy look. And now for your latest picture. By far out of everything you?ve posted I like this one the best. The details on her sword and the shading have a much smoother and cleaner look to them. Her outfit, hair and skin tone though a tiny bit messy still have a nice look to them. The two things I see that need some work are the proportions on her hand as her fingers seem a little off (something you already mentioned) and the streamer hanging from her sword, the way the material thins as if sideways and then back to a more full view is uneven where it narrows to a small line. It could use a little tweaking to look more flowing. The one with the guy and girl also has a nice messy feel to it and the colors flow quite well. The biggest problem I see is that a number of the lines have a jagged look instead of being a clean line. But then I don?t draw so I don?t know if it?s easy to get a smooth line or not. Anyway, great job on the pictures. You?ve definitely got a nice feel to how you color and sketch the pictures.
 21. As others have already mentioned, it?s most likely that she is either one an original character created by someone or she could be part of a collection of non-series specific art. There are a number or artists out there like Yun Kouga (creator of Earthian) who in addition to the artwork of their own series will create original characters and drawings that are not part of any series. Often they are included in the art book by that author and then on the Internet should someone choose to scan and post it. At this point I see very little conversation value in this thread so I?m going to close it. If you still wish others to contact you regarding the picture cuter, you can put it in your signature by hosting the image at imageshack and then putting something along the lines of ?If you know what this picture is from (link to picture here) please send me a pm.? That way anyone who takes a look and knows what it is can contact you. Be sure to make it a link since the picture in question is too large for the signature requirements. If you have any questions, feel free to pm myself or another member of the staff. ~indifference
 22. I swear Charles, you are like the picture God of the Internet. I must not look hard enough as I never seem to run into the images you post. Oh and by the way. I don't know whether to cringe over your new signature banner or just die from laughter. ;) As for the topic (since I don't have a nifty picture) my Jessica Simpson moment would have been earlier this year when I forgot that it was spring break. I got up, got ready for school and it wasn't until I got to campus and saw how empty the place was that I remembered that I had no school. I wasted a perfectly good chance to sleep in.
 23. I think it would certainly be an interesting idea to try in an individual RPG. To be honest, for those of us who have not been part of very many RPG?s the way other members who have been participating here for much longer post is rather intimidating. Only in the sense that it?s obvious that they are quite skilled at it and even though the posts are long, they are well written. So you almost feel like you have to somehow match that even though you really can?t yet (only in that I feel it takes time to learn to write for an RPG) and it just makes the whole thing seem more stressful than fun. Having an upper limit would help take out the feeling that you have to write a long quality post when as others already mentioned quality isn?t necessarily about length. And for those who do write longer posts, it could be seen as a challenge to shorten your posts or to re-word them a bit to fit over two different instances of posting. Either way, I?d be interested to see it put in action (in a few individual RPG's that is) just to see how it worked out.
 24. I ran across this the other day and since I know there are members here who are big fans of the Star Wars series (I'm looking at you Gavin ;) ) I figured they would get as much of a kick out of them as I did. Though you've all probably already read this list. Anyway... You know you're a redneck jedi when...
· You hear . . . "Luke, I am your father... and your uncle..." · You ever said the phrase, "May the force be with y'all." · Your Jedi robe is camouflage. · You have ever used your light saber to open a bottle of Bud Light. · At least one wing of your X-Wings is primer colored. · You can easily describe the taste of an Ewok. · You have ever had a land-speeder up on blocks in your yard. · The worst part of spending time on Dagobah is the dadgum skeeters. · Wookiees are offended by your B.O. · You have ever used the force to get yourself another beer so you didn't have to wait for a commercial. · You have ever used the force in conjunction with fishing or bowling. · You have ever had your R-2 unit use its self-defense electro-shock thingy to get the barbecue grill to light up. · You have a confederate flag painted on the hood of your land-speeder. · You ever fantasized about Princess Leia wearing Daisy Duke shorts. · You have the doors of your X-wing welded shut and you have to get in through the window. · Although you had to kill him, you kinda thought that Jabba the Hutt had a pretty good handle on how to treat his women. · You have a cousin who bears a strong resemblance to Chewbacca. · You suggested that they outfit the Millennium Falcon with redwood deck. · You were the only person drinking Jack Daniels during the cantina scene. · Your father has ever said to you, "Shoot, son come on over to the dark side...it'll be a hoot."

 25. I love cottage cheese. I always have some in my fridge along with baby carrots, green peppers, tomatoes and all sorts of veggies as they go so good together. And lets not forget cottage cheese and crackers. Definitely one of my favorite snacks. I even have a little fabric lunch box with blue ice so that I can carry cottage cheese in a container along with various veggies with me to work and school. In fact it makes a yummy breakfast as well, much better than plain cereal. As for it being spoiled, if you stop and think about it, there are plenty of things we eat that aren?t exactly fresh but processed in some manner and in this case, it?s a delicious result.
