oh, yes, the packers. they have been my team for eons. i don't watch soccer, though, just play it.

my christmas is going to totally SUCK. first of all, my brother's going to be in jail so we're celebrating on the 19th. secondly, i'm not getting s--- b/c my parents are pissed at me. third, i'm going to be homeless on christmas AGAIN & that sucked last time. fourth, it's probably going to be really cold & i'm going to have old men hitting on me wanting their present. *shudders* anyone want to invite me over???

before any charges were formally brought up, there'd have to be an autopsy... where the coroner would determine whether or not it was murder or if the victim died strictly from the accident wounds... also, considering how long they were in the ambulance before the crash, there might be notes hinting at how serious the injury was... plus, you have to take into account whether the assailant was apprehended, how many witnesses there were, what happened on the scene, etc. it seems unlikely that anyone would be able to positively determine how the victim actually died. so, i don't think any actual murder charges would be brought, maybe attempted murder. also, what country did this happen in? that makes a difference. even if he was convicted of first-degree murder, he'd probably do 10-12 years in the u.s., tops.

[/SIZE] [/B][/QUOTE] not true to me, i've died in dreams loads of times & i'm still here. :) i dream of flying fairly often, but it's never very fun. usually i'm being attacked by something, or some other desperate situation, & i have to fly to get away. i'm only able to maintain an altitude where i'm just above the reach of whatever's trying to kill me. if i try to go higher, i can't. i just float there. sometimes i can fly away, sometimes not.
