what's up, people? i was pretty depressed yesterday, but i feel better today. maybe it's cause i didn't fall off the bed last night (long story). well, i've been thinking, &, it really could be worse. caratas is the best shelter around, & it's actually hard to get in. but they always let me in on account of my age, so i guess i'm lucky in that respect. & they give you enough meals for a day, unlike the others. so don't worry, everybody, i've been in a lot worse situations than this, & i've always gotten out alive & a little smarter than before. plus, i actually have money this time. *phew*

i just remembered a story. in my dorm last year, there was this guy going around saying he had a video tape of a ghost. i immediately demanded to see it. in the video, he was talking into the camera. he emphasized the fact, as i was watching, that he saw nothing at the time of the taping, that the ghost had been captured by the camera. in the video, you could suddenly see this black thing get right in his face, like inches away, then jump over his shoulder. the guy looked over his shoulder & stopped talking. i asked him why he did that & he said he had felt something. suddenly, in the background, his cat started freaking out. then you could see the cat go streaking across the room w/ the black thing on its tail. then the black thing disappeared into the wall. the guy just thought his cat was going crazy, but as it turned out, the cat could see or sense the thing & nobody else could. i don't know if it was a ghost or not, i have never seen a spirit that looked like that. but the video was pretty convincing.

that's weird... i'm reading it right now. it's not as good as [I]Demian[/I] though, if you like hesse you should read that one. that book seriously changed my life. all hail, abraxas!

yes, i have seen northern lights. they were burning in my bong, LOL. okay, that was uncalled for, but i couldn't resist. it was begging to be said.

*looks at vegitto4, shakes head* back to the subject, i like the way snow looks. it's pretty. but i'm starting to worry more about it. if it snows, it's going to be really cold, & that's not good. i don't even have gloves, & my coat is not exactly the warmest in the world. but it was 80 degrees yesterday, so maybe i don't have to worry about it. virginia weather is really random, though.

you can believe in christianity, & believe in reincarntion, too, technically. this one guru i met theorized that "heaven" is located in the 4th or above dimension & that jesus & other divine incarnate beings are actually visitors from higher dimensions who sacrificed their god-like state in order to bring a greater knowledge of life, etc. to human beings. as far as i know, the bible has nothing that can disprove it. vegitto, darling, do you really believe what you say, or are you afraid to believe otherwise? i'm not trying to piss you off in any way, but i had that problem for a long time.

well, i used to lie to my parents all the time & they thought i was an angel. then they found out how my brothers & i really were. they were a lot happier before, believe me. the most common lie i tell is usually some sort of response to being hit on. i'll say i have a boyfriend or something. i don't like hurting people's feelings, & rejection SUCKS.

i've been to a lot of places you can get to by hitchiking. i've only been out of the country twice, though. places that are the priority: scotland (to the land that once belonged to the macaiodhs) & australia. i think i might wind up moving to australia. places i'd like to go if i get the chance: amsterdam, japan, mexico, the himalayas. actually, the himalayas are a priority, too. i want to meet a guru.

i used to think as a kid that showing [I]any[/I] emotion at all was a sign of weakness. i was fascinated w/ the vulcans... i wanted to be just like them. nowadays, i can't cry. when i'm sad i just sit there silently, chain-smoking. sometimes i want to cry but i can't even make my eyes water. i wish i could cry, i'd probably feel better. i can cry on stage, when i'm acting & stuff, but not in real life. sometimes i'll act out a sad scene so i can cry, but the tears aren't for myself or anything. i wish i could cry right now, i'm so depressed. but i physically can't do it.

the government period abuses its power all the time. & congress would not stop the president if it agreed w/ what he was doing. they're all working together, bwahahahaha! sorry, i'm a huge govt. conspiracy theorist.
