However first a quick poll: Do you like dark themed anime? Do you like androids? Do you like a dark themed girl kicking much buttocks with a shotgun? Good because this series is only some how like that. Now here is a brief intro. From what I can guess, this series takes place in the future where a big Global Environmental like Apocalypse has forced a majority of people to live in a bio-dome like city (Kinda like those in Big O) named Romdeau. Inside the walls of this city, humans and androids (called Autoraves in the series) live together in a somewhat state of Consumerism. However, what would a series be without some kind of a twist thrown in there somewhere? A rather mysterious virus known as the Cogito Virus threatens the delicate balance between these two species as well as a number of murders that have been tied to a group known as "Proxy" So yeah, while I may not have the best over viewing skills I have a feeling that this anime will defiantly be big if it ever comes to the Westside. Like I said before though this anime is very similar to Witch Hunter Robin, (Probably because they are directed by the same person Shukou Murase) the settings are rather dark, the environment and characters seem dark. Everything about this anime seems to hit all the right buttons as well. Produced by manglobe Inc. (Also known for Samurai Champloo) as well as WOWOW (Who also are known for Trinity Blood). So yeah, in my book, I would consider giving this anime a run by if you have not already, yet all I can say is to be prepared. Ah, oh well, moving on >.>; I really don't know what my age was when I had my first childhood goal but it must have been when I was either 5 or 6, maybe even 7 but yeah. I was really into Sci-fi at a really young age and with my lust for making rather odd things out of legos I wanted to build something that could fly into outerspace.I used to live not to far from an airforce base in california where there were many things launched into space. I remember one day sitting ont he roof with my mother watching a rocket blast off into space. I think it was then that I wanted to do that. Espically with my mom being an electrical engineer and I saw many of the said rocket ships and such. So some time passed, I began to watch some more sci-fi and began to start playing with many things that involved with robotics and such, so while my dream still relied on making things that went into outer space. Now it more or less revolved around robotics and such, or if that doesnt work, making some kind of thing thats like a wormhole generator, or something that allows people to go really reallly far, really really fast is an easier way of saying it >.> Yet now, the only other goal I can think of besides that is to try and make it through school, which elementary and middle school was nothing, if the rest of high school is what it was like durring the freshman yeah. I no longer know if I will be able to survive. Now I am afraid to think I have to go through atleast 5-6 years of college, ah, life is cruel to a 15 year old boy T_T Thats all I can think of for now, I don't dream about a lot of things obviously. Its nothing more than the browser that I am give since my parents use SBC or something like that, I tend to grow accustomed to it just because it seems to take what is good in firefox, and what can be said that is good in IE and just puts it all in one tabbed thing. Yet on the one time that my browser tends to act up all wierd like I always go to firefox, because other than having a slightly different view, its just about the same thing. Plus you can change skins which if I may say is just something thats to cool to pass up. There was this one time though, I was fixing a friends computer since he managed to get some nasty bug on it, and I had to... -shutter- use IE to get a patch and it was like hell in a house just trying to get through to the site. Now I just think that the PS3 just went down to the last consol on my wish list. I think that sony is trying to piggy-back on "Oh, they probaly won't mind that we raise the prices a bit. We have such good games they will be blind as we collect their Moneh!" Yet with what we have all seen from the Wii, Sony is getting way to cocky and lazy for their own good. I mean heck I knew that game prices were going to raise, and I was prepared to getting accustomed to paying fifty, sixty and maybe seventy dollars at the most for a Next-gen game. Yet a hundred? I have to say thats just a little bit to much overboard for me. However the one thing that may draw me back is the games. If some of the Sony exculsive games stay on the PS3 then I think I just may sacrifice it all for it. Yeah I know I am easily manupliated. Its just the games!
