There weren't many people In EVIO who could actually say that they were sucked into the ground and had to go through what seemed to be a relentless labyrinth and come back out alive. However the first problem to try to figure out is, now that they had the requirement for the first, task/riddle down. Could they enter the labyrinth and actually come out with their heads on so to speak? ?Yosh!? Ixi exclaimed with a courage-filled conscience packed inside his body. ?Now then, apparently as this scripture goes, we should be able to go inside the labyrinth safely without the threat of being decapitated?Now the only question that remains is?who is going to go first and test to see if it is right?? Ixi shot a short glance at all of the others around him, he was sure that he wasn?t going to dare to try to do it again. ?Well, the way that I see it, just to ensure that it really is safe, and in the case that it isn?t?? Kaiser stepped into the conversation for a brief statement. ?I suggest the person to go forth first should be the one that has the least worth to us. ? Only mere seconds after he mentioned that the whole group looked over at Gippal, who at the time could only help but utter a light shriek. ?Ahh come now Gippal!? Ixi said as he placed his hands onto his shoulders and gently began to press him over towards the entrance. ?Don?t worry a bit, I mean, as long as we properly fulfilled the things that the scripture had said. You shouldn?t be harmed at all. ?He at least tried to give him some kind of support, to be honest not even Ixi wanted to go back in there for the threat of being decapitated. ?Oh and one more thing? Ixi leaned a bit closer to Gippal and whispered into his ear. ?If you die, I would be careful around the graveyard, you could get abducted by those of the shadow faction and turned into nothing more than a power up. ? By now they were close enough to the entrance to the labyrinth and Ixi just pushed him into the entrance, by now Gippal was either going to be decapitated and die a horrible and painless death. Alternatively, he would just fall on the ground and nothing else would happen? Luckily for him, the latter happened and he only fell to the floor, as well as Ixi let out a rather excited sounding, ?Yay? the quintuplet of heroes set off through the entrance and set off through the mysterious twists and turns that ran through the labyrinth. It didn?t take long for a problem to come up though, for in such a place with restricted confines, it was just imminent that such a thing would happen soon. The attack however was subtitle and rather secretive. A lone block was removed from the upper portion of the maze and a long, slim like tube emerged. For anyone who had seen some kind of move they knew what was coming, a lone dart was fired from it and struck one of the heroes in the neck, which one was it though? The dart chose to nestle itself in the neck of Ixi. ?What?The...? Ixi let his hand slide back over his neck and found the dart. It was then that he could feel his blood in his veins go down to a daring chill, something like that isn?t launched at someone for no reason, he was just injected with something, what was important to find out now though, was exactly what was it that was inserted into him? Everything felt fine. For now at least. They wondered about the maze for a little while longer only getting some minor damage as well. They only tripped some giant swinging axes, a couple of flying shrunken flying from the sides of the wall, and finally a trap door floor which Gippal almost fell down into. After all, of their subtle and rather short adventuring they met their first test. Well apparently, the cause of that injection of serum was apparent. Whatever it was, it had caused him to talk like that. Gippal was among one of the ones who had a great curiosity at the way he was talking, it was odd but finally after Ixi had began pointing to the wall moving closer towards them they had to pressed Ixi onto the door to let him actually read the scripture so that he could actually read it, and also because the wall was getting a little bit to close. What was odd though, when Ixi read it, it said. [I][CENTER]Well congratulations on being able to read this and get this far It is rather interesting since all the other attempts are sub par, This time to open the doors all you must do is recite this incantation. Yet you must be very careful, for on the other side is your final realization. ?Vobis viscum vis?[/CENTER][/I] Not to many seconds later the door slowly began to open, yet since the crushing wall had gotten so close, all five of them were actually pressed up against one another almost to the point that they were crushed, yet just in time the door was open enough for them to be able to get through, the door lead to a giant arena like room, it was rather ominous, epically with all of the blood on the wall. They all got up and briefly checked themselves and brushed themselves off. ?Next time I get that close to another male, I will be sure to shoot myself.? Ixi snickered and Gippal soon later patted him on the back at his noticing of his speech was back to normal. The group of five adventurers soon went out and around to try to find an exit to the giant arena like room, it looked rather.. Large as well as odd, why was there so many?ominous looking stains on the walls. Kaiser however, in his exploring of the room hit a certain tile that seemed to retract, as the whole room seemed to come alive. Two chambers on the side opened and two rather evil looking monsters came out, one a three-headed [URL=http://img86.imageshack.us/img86/8605/hellhound28wf.jpg]Cerberus[/URL], and the other a [URL=http://img206.imageshack.us/img206/3228/2e52scd0zz.jpg]Xintexies[/URL], both imposing looking creature, the walls then came to life as spikes came out of them and the walls began to compact on all of them, what an odd kind of situation? Juan Feng just signed heavily as he looked at the situation and groaned. ? Alright..let me get this straight, we must defeat these two monsters, find out how to stop these spike laden walls and escape to the next room before we die?? ?It looks like that?? Theodore mentioned as the warriors drew their weapons and looked at their current situation; it didn?t seem too possible, yet as usually anything could be changed easily. ------ Oooh wow, a monster/death puzzle fight, try to have some fun with this and although my mind is suffering from some kind of absorption you can add any attacks as you see fit, besides that try to have some fun with it? Sorry if this seems a little bit rushed though, I finished the whole thing then the computer froze and then I had to do it all over again. When I was bored almost to the point of death I decided to let my grace glide over this series. Dispite how much I hated the origional though of the idea, after seeing the last two episodes I think that all of that may have disapeared from my system. (Although for some reason, the way that they are launched reminds me just a little to much of Gundam.) I think atleast it was the late summer of last year when I was browsing about the net looking for some cool Naruto wallpapers. Since a good friend of mine had just recently taught me how to ...obtain an Anime version of the show, which my first reaction was. "OMG Look at the Color!" So I think after a while I wound up going and using a google search for it. I think I found a link that took me to Theotaku after that and for some reason I can't remember, I just signed up for it. (Perhaps to submit wallpapers for some reason? I really don't know.) So then there I was with my very own Myotaku and after sliding on through it I found that it had this nifty looking "Otakuboards Connect" Feature on it. So then I wondered. "Hmm what is this, Otakubaords that this feature speaks of?" So then I think I ventured to Otakuboards only to actually use that feature. Since I was still wary of going onto Forums at the time. So then after a while of waiting I eventually ventured out of my fear and starting posting here on Otakuboards and I was never the same again.[/FONT][/SIZE][/COLOR]

He did have many questions to ask the young maiden, yet he knew he had to try to restrain himself; she was suffering from a rather intense migraine. [/B] At this point, Zoraki couldn?t believe what he was doing now. At first, he wasn?t the one who went out to try to help people, yet she seemed so distraught and so out of reality for the moment. He had to help her right? Then he had opted to start a conversation with the same woman. He had to actually think for a second, why had he done this? Did he fell some kind of sorrow or pity for her? No, it couldn?t be that. Yet when he did actually did start to think of it, what if she was some kind of an assassin? Sent just to try to kill him, by using some kind of ploy of having a migraine? Even then, Zoraki realized that he was beginning to get ahead of himself. She was just a normal person?right? [B]?Well?Um? [/B] Rin stuttered as her eyes drifted across the room, looking at the cornucopia of activity it held within, some people were dancing, others were in a kind of conversation like she was in with him. Yet she could only help but wonder, what went on inside his mind. Did he think that she was weak, just because she had a rather harsh migraine[B]?? To tell you the truth, I really don?t know what to say. It?s all so much to take in at one time.[/B] [B]?Well I guess such thoughts would be true, especially for those who weren't prepared to experience such changes in a short time.? I think Megatokyo was one of the first webcomics that I have ever had the pleasure of reading. The art style is more or less like that of most Manga, Yet it could be the 1337ness, or even the giant rent-a-zilla, but I still adore this series. The best bets were that not any one of them actually knew where they were even going. [B]?Juaaaaan Feeeeng!?[/B] Ixi groaned stretching out the man?s name as he walked.[B] ?We have been walking around for what seems like hours, and I still don?t think you know where you are going.? [/B] His words did have some kind of truth in them; Juan Feng did have some sort of ability to get them lost whenever they went on a quest of some sort[B].? Besides? I think you should slow down a bit anyways, I think your leaving poor Gippal behind.? [/B] If one was to even look around at where Gippal even was, he was a little ways behind. ?[B]Bah, it doesn?t really matter anyways, its only you and him.? [/B] He scoffed slowly before stopping and turning around to actually get a look at how far behind Gippal was from the rest of them. [B]?Besides, don?t you find it odd that he, a fire faction fighter was around where mostly people from the wind faction reside??[/B] After he took a moment to catch his breath and rest up for a slight moment, Ixi?s eyes slid up Juan?s body to meet his own. ?[B]Don?t worry about it Juan Feng, he is only a newbie, he is just probably lost or something and wanted to tag along with us since we seem more experienced yeah?? I'm not going to stop you?[/B] It was only a couple of seconds later that Gippal finally managed to catch up with the rest of the party and had a confused look as he looked at the two, he saw them talking about something but the only question now though was what? It looked like the end for one of our fair heroes. Yet as an example of how deus ex machina can so easily intervene in an online game, as soon as Ixi seemed to turn around and avoid the carnage that was about to take place, it seemed as if something had taken a hold of his foot, maybe it was stuck in the sand or something. The second that he had tried to pull it out however is when all hell seemed to break loose, a giant hole that was a good twenty feet in diameter opened up. As the trio of adventurers felt themselves slowly being pulled down into it, the crater of unmentionable oblivion they all could help but say one thing. Gippal let out a newbish like shriek, not knowing what in the world was going on. Juan Feng could only hold himself to yelling a number of swears as he felt himself being drug down into the hole. While Ixi only mentioned one thing, which rather set the setting.[B] ?Now?this is anticlimactic.? [/B] After all was said and done the trio fell into the unseen darkness as the ground around them closed back again as if nothing had even happened in the first place. As the three of them fell not much was heard through the narrow chasm that they fell through other than screams, yells, shrieks, and some arguing most likely between Ixi and Juan Feng. Yet unlike the most reasonable answer of splat, game over, please try again. They actually survived the fall, landing in some kind of a trampoline like Jell-o... After the initial shock of the incident it was Gippal who came out first shocked as ever, it was to be expected, since he was still a newbie and nothing of the sort. [B]?Ohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh! Are we dead?!? [/B] He said as he got up and began to run around in a frantic manner[B],? Is this what happens when you die? I don?t know what is going on, what do we do now?! I think I ju-..? [/B] Yet the fanatical screaming of Gippal was soon interrupted by a smack in the face by Juan Feng. Obviously, his former lust to kill Gippal and steal his things had dissipated into almost nothing. [B]?Well first of all you need to calm down, I am sure that Ixi will be able to come up with something? as soon as I can find out where he just poofed off to?? [/B] Yet if Juan had though things out first before he mentioned Ixi?s name, he would see that he was actually crushing the man underneath his own body. It didn?t take long for Juan feng to notice though, because even he could tell that Ixi was preparing a spell to make him get off. [B]?Ha, and that?s what I call revenge for crushing my legs earlier??[/B] After some muffled curses and grunts, Ixi stood up himself and surveyed the area, from what it looked like there were in a giant cave, yet this couldn?t have been some accident, the ground doesn?t just accidentally open up and swallow people whole then close back up again, someone had wanted them here for a reason, yet not the only question to that problem was who and why? After their surroundings were secure for the time being, the trio once again headed off through the only opening until there were in another room, yet the roof was lowered greatly, it couldn?t have been higher than just fifteen feet or more. Yet it had grown wider, almost to that of a stadium. At first, it seemed like it could be some kind of an arena? However, the future had much in store for them and others. [B]?Hey look I think that is an exit! Maybe we can escape from this premature death? [/B] Gippal?s face looked as eccentric as ever seeing this kind of a sign, even though it seemed like it was a good ways away which it was, it still was an exit. However one would have to think that it was too easy?which it was, the exit was immediately sealed up as many stone blocks arranged in many different arrangements seemed to fly up and touch the low ceiling as the exit behind them closed as well, after all was said and done there was only one lone way and it was forward. It was an eerie sight though, because although the hall seemed to have no kind of illumination besides a couple of scattered torches that could be seen here and there.[B] ?Well isn?t that?nice...? [/B] Juan feng muttered looking into the dark abyss of what looked like a maze before them. [B]?Well it shouldn?t be to hard to figure out?? [/B] Ixi said as he began to casually walk into what could be deemed as a beginning of a maze. Luckily, he was able to doge the almost instantly fatal wound but still was slightly nicked along his cheek by the end of the weapon. He jumped back quickly letting a hand quickly dart up and graze along the blood dripping out from his slight wound while his head looked up and blinked a bit, he though he saw some kind of writing. Among further inspection of the top part of the maze he did, it was interesting to, as it seemed to be a kind of inscription. Before even stepping into this thread I didn't know what a Honorific was, yet after researching some more...I think I got even more confused, I feel ever so lost. Yet from what I could gather, in the dubbed anime that I watch atleast, I really don't mind the characters. I just try to implement the thought in my mind that. "Its a different country, its like this there, just live with it yeah?" So then my mind just shakes it off and its not that much for me. The only one I can even recall, (and I say this still not really knowing much of what a Honorific is), Is full metal alchemist..where I though it was kind of ...cute in a way? So yeah... In his case, his life had hit a restart button that never needed to be there in the first place. Yet maybe he could make this new life a little bit different from his last? We have seen the least come from the cloud village and yeah. Yet the one thing I find odd is that if Naruto does eventually make up this [spoiler]Jutsu that will make him stronger than Kakashi[/spoiler], he will still be a Genin thats stronger than a Jounin. [COLOR=#af992f][SIZE=1][FONT=Comic Sans MS]Ah, for me I won't be to pick when it comes to games, there tends to be only two major things that I like to look for in games. Gameplay is one of them, I tend to like a game when I can be able to fight through mobs of enemies at a time one second, then the next second I must use my skills and such to be able to solve puzzles, Kinda like with the Zelda series and God of War. As far as first person shooters go, I have to say that one of my favorite must go to the Ratchet and Clank series, It could have been the zany weapons that they had but I really loved it when you killed a certain number of enemies and your guns' would upgrade. The last one would be music, this is an odd catergory for me since I really don't tend to listen to music to much, but the kind I do listen to tends to come from videogames. For some reason I like to listen to music that has a slight techno ring to it in games that are set in the future, to me it just seems that they all just fit in well. To me it just feels important to have music that seems like it would blend in well with the time period. For example one wouldn't expect to see classical music in a game that took place in the future, yet some are able to pull it off rather well.[/FONT][/SIZE][/COLOR]
