3. If I recall correctly about tripping, the chance to trip starts off very low initially but slowly scales in damage. Some surfaces have a higher percentage to trip (Ex: Ice Climbers stage, Ice Stage in Pokemon Stadium 2). You can only trip when you start a dash and fail to follow through into a run. It was probably made for eliminating Foxtrotting. Apparently you are supposed to be invincible for the entire animation so you won't be open for attacks, but this doesn't seem to be the case.
 4. Within the blink of the eye their little trope had escalated from just Nam and his mother to two others, one that could apparently distort space or something, when Nam recalled the incident he couldn?t shake the thought what was the force holding the knife in the air. While the other could probably crush bone with the ease of a child crushing clay with his incredible strength, although it seemed he really didn?t like bookcases. The simple thought made him laugh to himself. These thoughts of these two swirled about his head during the trip to Felix?s home. Juliet drove while Nam and Harvey enjoyed the trip as passengers. Part of him had a bad feeling about following him to his home. Part of him couldn?t shake off the feeling that there was a trap there waiting for them. It must have been due to Felix keeping him guessing more then the other guy did, something felt off about him. He sighed heavily placing his hand to his forehead in an attempt to ease his mind. Thinking too much would do nothing more than make him sick. ?Why?d you stop me?? The words finally came out. It was the question that had been plaguing his mind for the last couple of minutes. Hopefully talking would help quiet these questions from buzzing about in his mind any longer. Juliet quickly glanced over to her son for a moment before turning her eyes back on the road. ?You?re my son, of course I?d know what you were about to do.? Nam didn?t even need to turn to face her, nor did she to him. Even with her eyes on the road Nam could feel her piercing gaze through the shadows around him. ?It wouldn?t have killed him anyways, it wasn?t even a point! It was only a line; at worse he would have only lost an arm.? He huffed. ?Who knows? Perhaps he has some inane regeneration power to go with that strength of his.? The thought caused Nam to inadvertently caress his wrist. ?We don?t have time to make more enemies now?? Her voice trailed off reminiscing back to the cries and screams she had heard back in the Museum, ?Especially after?? Nam?s ears perked up at the word; however Juliet was cut off by a sharp turn from the car they were trailing, ending the small tidbit of conversation. So much for gaining more knowledge. At first look the place seemed to be uninhabited. As much as he?d want to say that this situation was looking grimmer by the moment. Nam tried at best to quell his rage and waited to see just what would unfold. ?So is this the place?? Harvey said from the back seat craning his neck trying to get a better look out the window. ?It appears that way.? Juliet quickly answered. ?He doesn?t seem to be leading us anywhere else.? She seemed to be doing a similar thing as Harvey, trying to take in the seemingly abysmal scene. ?It looks as if nobody has lived here in quite a bit.? So much for the fleeting thought that this wasn?t a trap. Nam tightly gripped onto his knife nestled in his pocket, ready to attack at a moments notice. The three of them exited the car, Nam taking a quick chance to stretch out some kinks as Harvey quietly exited behind him. They all met up at the front door of the lackluster home, the host swiftly ushered them inside and Nam quickly took in the scenery of the house sighing heavily. ?Oh wow, this is going to be interesting.?
 5. So I finally was able to catch up on Gundam 00 and I don't think my heart can take it anymore. If it wasn't enough
to kill of Lockon they had to run salt in the wound by killing just about every other person that matters in ONE episode is just too much.
Code Geass R2 better make up for this Sunrise.

 8. Well seeing as this has been quiet for a bit I'd probably like to add my own request. Torture would be a good means of death. The kidnapping would probably be because of a frustrated love relationship. As far as torturing goes as long as its a metallic weapon I'm kine, knives, barbed wires, daggers and everything in between is good. Make sure Revelation does it though, lord knows she has been wanting too the last couple of weeks. Other than that have fun and enjoy yourself.
 9. -Resurrection- Well judging by the age of the last post I take it that nobody has heard the news? Slayers is apparently getting a new 6 month series. The date is has yet to been announced but the news was enough to get me excited. Read more here. This is probably the best thing I've heard all day.

 11. Now that I finally have time I've been playing catch-up with most of the winter season series. To be specific: Gundam 00, Kaiji, Shigofumi, and Wolf and Spice. Needless to say I've had a heck of a marathon session just to catch up with everything. The only new thing that really took my breath away has to be Mnemosyne. While I'm still trying to wrap around
just how Rin was able to survive being shot, being tortured to death via poked with holes , falling off a building, and being shot again.
Most of what I want to say has already been said by Dagger but, I am willing to say with confidence that I would be honored to have Rin's babies. She really is just that awesome. As for reading I've only picked up two new series, one of which I haven't started reading yet (but I'm planning to). The first being Jo Jo's Bizarre Adventure which has been an interesting feat of manliness but I still haven't made it to part three where
the stands come into play.
I'm still in the midst of part 2. I'm looking into reading Berserk, maybe Vagabond but thats most likely going to be after I finish Jojo.
 12. Within moments of walking into the room Nam could tell something was wrong, be it a kind of bond that family members share with one another or a mystical spirit string that connected them, but he could tell that she was in pain, an ungodly amount of pain. Almost instantly he rushed to her side only to be ignored as if he weren?t even there and instead moved away from him. For someone who was in pain up until a few moments ago, she moved through the dark halls as if she were an athlete. It wasn?t surprising though, she was his mother after all. And that?s when it began to get weird, rather than race down the hall like any normal person would, she did something else. It sounds almost unbelievable but she?melted into the wall itself. Maybe melted isn?t the right word to describe what had transpired by the point is she disappeared into the wall and was gone leaving Nam alone in the dark hallway. ?Just where did she disappear off to now?? His head snapped from side to side, maybe he was seeing things, maybe he was mistaken and she had instead turned the corner? Yet he was met with disappointment to not find her there. ?Just how can you expect me to watch you if you just go and disappear like that? Honestly.? With no other leads to go on Nam decided on returning to the main hall was the best decision on where to go next. With a dash he was off, every passing second was another second that his mother could have been in danger. Nam didn?t have a clue as to just what it was that seemed to cause her such mental anguish. For all he knew it could have been a person or some kind of spiritual disturbance. However even he knew that if she was alone she was vulnerable in her current state. After turning around a corner he found her. She wasn?t where he had though he?d find her but he found her none the less. He took the chance to look around and found that they were not too far away from the library. An odd place to end her search but what about this day hadn?t been odd anyway? He quickly caught up to her in front of the library doors and took a quick break, running all that way did take a lot out of you. He didn?t see what happened next, Nam was still hunched over trying in an attempt to regain his breath from his sprinting, but apparently someone else was here, someone else had entered their ?home away from home? without either of them knowing. Unforgivable. Were they thieves looking for a nearly priceless item to steal only to sell to some unsuspecting customer? It would explain their ability to enter the building without either of them knowing, but why enter the library? The two of them entered the room searching around for the intruder only to see no one at first. The two of them made it to the front desk until they finally heard it. Tap. The unmistakable sound of footsteps on a carpet. To be more precise it sounded like a shoe tapping on the carpet. Either this was about to get very interesting or whoever the person doing this was a master of taunting. And it was working. Tap With every tap Nam could see it in her eyes; Juliet?s rage was slowly building. It was building up to the point where her eyes seemed to have the power of a thousand volcanoes, and she was about to erupt. And erupt she did. ?Show yourself and I may be kind enough to leave you unharmed!? She shouted, throwing her head back in an almost blind rage. Surprised, Nam quickly stepped forward again. His hand slid into his pocket tightly gripping his knife while still holding off on using his gift. If it were just a common thief it would be a waste to use them. ?Don?t trouble yourself Mother,? The man said taking a stance in front of his parent, ?just leave this situation to me.?
 13. Are people really that bothered by an X-ray machine that can do that? I mean sure, if I had a bomb implanted in my chest or something of the like I'd be angry that they could see it. Its not like they are looking at anything someone hasn't seen at one time or another. Making a fuss about it is just pathetic. The one and only useful thing that I think I've ever got out of flying in my numerous years of flying is that sleep is golden. There is no better way to turn a six hour trip into one that seemed to happen in a second. Also depending on the people you're setting next to being drunk is interesting, but thats a story for another day.

 15. The light pitter patter of the rain helped ease the tension that Nam had welling up inside his gut. Let alone the rain which gave him chills down his spine (or perhaps that was just the cold now that he thought about it once again), but the seemingly trance like state he had just woke his mother from did make him think for a bit. It would be a lie to say he wasn’t thinking of it. Best to let bygones be bygones though, who would know what kind of unpleasant memories reminding her of the past could bring up, although that still didn’t fully explain just why they were here. “Oh yes that reminds me, just why did you want to go to the Museum today anyways?” He paused as the rain seemed to only intensify with his every word. “It is not like these are the most ideal conditions to be out in.” Juliet’s face hardly moved, no, she didn’t even bother to turn her face away from the ground in front of her. At first Nam though she may have lost herself as she had before, yet she turned with that same smile that felt as if thousands upon thousands of sharpened blades were being skewered thought his body. Normally most would have been frightened at such a scene, but, call it experience, but Nam had come to expect this “warm” embrace. “Call it hunch if you want to or not, I just need to check on a few things, that’s all.” Slightly puzzled, he turned his head away from his mother it would take an idiot to not feel something was different, something felt different. Either she was hiding the truth, or there really was more going on than he could realize at the moment. “If you only had a paranoid fear, why did you have me come along with you?” She laughed; the sound of her laughing only seemed to come once in a blue moon now a days, so it would be a lie to say he didn’t enjoy her small fit of laughter. “I guess you could say that, but then, weren’t you the one who asked to come with me?” He huffed in response and was quiet for the rest of the walk to the academy, be it because of his own misjudgment or his mother’s quirky response. They finally reached the door of the building with only the sound of the drizzling rain to accompany them. For what its worth the Museum itself wasn’t at all that different to what it was before the Hans had rebuilt it. An expansive and detailed starry sky covered the roof in a nearly exact intimidation of the real night sky. Articulate and detailed sculptures lined the seemingly endless halls of the building as portraits and mobiles hung from the walls and ceiling. “Everything seems fine at least to me.” The building was as deserted as, well a desert. So needless to say, the building was initially dark and as cold as the cold rain filled air that surrounded it. While Nam took in how different the place seemed to look with little lighting and the pitter patter of rain, Juliet simple wondered off into the twisting halls of the darkened building. “This place would be a horrible nightmare to get lost in while like this…” It was then that he had noticed, or rather saw, the silhouette of his mother round the corner, not one to be left behind (or in the dark for that matter), he quickly caught up and rounded the corner, only to be met with a darkened hallway with not even a single person there. There was no way she could have moved that fast, or so he thought. “What the shit…?”
 16.
Agreed, but the majority of people think he is Madara, and I have to agree with them. It just seems like everything is pointed towards Tobi being Madara.
Quick point, Tobi said that he had acquired the power of Uchiha Madara, not that he was him himself, meaning that, as he was the first holder of the Sharingan, meant that he had the Sharingan or something like that. Then again Pain did say he was ordered by Madara and whatnot. So I'm going with Tobi is Tobi with Madara inside him ala Naruto style.
 17. Oh wow, I can say that I never expected to see something like that come out from Mnemosyne. I must have had some kind of lowered expectations or something, but that series looks great. Easily now one of my more anticipated shows this winter season. February 2008 looks like it's going to be awesome.
 18. After finally getting a good outlook on what this season may bring I can finally say, this season will greatly help me out of the depression that was the Fall 2007 season. The 2008 season looks to be full of things that I am actually interested in. The things I'm readily interested in now are Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (I can feel the despair from lack of subs already starting) , although if something like what happened with SZS happens this season I'm probably going to just wait it out till the end and marathon it. Macross Frontier is also a must as a mecha fan. As well as Persona (after playing the game) and Gunslinger Girl II. Although I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Wolf and Spice! Shame on you. At first I was a little bit worried about Mnemosyne seeing as it seemed dark. Not to say I don't like the genre. Only it has to be done in the right way so as its not about a bunch of people saying how good it feels to be able to cut themselves. This doesn't seem to be the case with this though, of which I am very satisfied. I'll probably pick up more series along the way (being my laziness to actually check out trailers and whatnot), but for right now this is it for me.

Because the destruction was destined, this method completely ignores any defenses (ex. Armor). Curse: The effects of his curse range with how long his gift is used; shorter instances will usually give intense headaches, and distorted vision, while longer uses will yield temporary blindness, paralysis, and if long enough, death. Name: Nam Han Age: 29 ------------------------------------------------------------- {Past} The night had a crisp clean smell to it, mixed with the hefty near metallic sent of blood. It was the perfect scene for death. The burning pile of twisted metal that was once a car perfectly mirrored this. Nam?s vision slowly came back to him, bit by bit. First, a foggy scene of what seemed to be a giant glowing light, next the like took the shape of a ball of fire, finally the scene of the car wreck was displayed before him. ?So much for leisure time?? His words came out with more of a hacking cough then his normal voice. Apparently he had been hit by that speeding car or something of the like. One minute he was walking only to be face down in the asphalt the next. His entire world seemed to change with the passing of a heartbeat. His body instantly tensed up, limbs began to stiffen almost as if he were going through a pre-death rigor mortis. He tried to move only to find a piece of metal pinned his leg against a nearby tree, oh what luck. His instincts were screaming at him, ?You have to move, if you don?t you will die?. His lower half however, was entangled in the mess of metal pretty well. Another heartbeat. The flow of blood throughout his body increased, he could feel the heat of panic wind its way through his body like a snake through the grass. Coupled with that, his sight began to determinate with each passing second like a fog encasing his vision. Was there any blood? Any injuries? He lamented only thinking about this now rather then having it as a priority before. He couldn?t tell, the heat of the moment was too much to be able to distinguish that any long. That along with his already fading vision? Another heartbeat. This one was different. This time it felt as if a needle had been inserted into the middle of his throat and pierced him until it reached the other side. His head shot back, eyes wide open. The rest of his body wanted to follow suit and arc backwards but was prevented by the metal encasing his lower half. His eyes almost instantly shut just after the pain in his neck had finally subsided and he fell back onto the cold earth almost like a lifeless body. When he did actually open his eyes later the entire world looked different. Well, the sky was still the same of course, the ground though. It looked like someone had attempted to break the earth by hitting it with a giant hammer. Everything looked like it was cracked. Lines ran across everything. Criss-crossing and intersecting one another like a web. Curious, Nam looked for something, anything within his reach, be it instincts or some kind of subconscious knowledge, he wanted to run something along them. Anything, it just needed to be sharp enough and he?d be satisfied with it. A large piece of broken glass? It would have to do. Nam tightly gripped onto he fragmented shard, tight enough that blood began to run down it as he plunged it into one of the lines on the metal. Surprisingly, it sank into the black mass of the line. Still not unbelieving of his luck, he drug the sharpened piece of glass through the line till it reached the other end. It seemed impossible but the metal just broke away as if he had just torn through paper. His legs were not nearly as badly injured as he had through before hand, maybe a couple of scrapes and bruises here and there, but nothing he hadn?t ever experienced before. He quickly got up, dusted himself off of the dirt that had been clinging to his body from the ground and continued on his way, away form the crash site almost as if nothing had happened only to collapse a couple of meters later clutching his head in pain.

Hmm lessee what we can do with this. 1st, I'd want Electrokinesis: although probably more or less in the way that Enel has it (ex, Able to turn self into lightning, control it, ect.). There isn't much of a reason to why I want it other then I know it is something that I'd love. 2nd, Giant Robot: Probably not EVA big, (lord help us all if its the size of Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann), but probably something more Gundam sized. If I had to get picky and choose, I'd either want this, or Dynames. Both are pretty good. 3rd. Mystic Eyes of Death Perception: I was going to say I'd like a Death note, but then that comes with a heaping of extra drama. Besides, I would love to be able to kill a rock. Eyes like that could come in handy in many a situation.

At least the intro made me laugh though. As of late I've been getting into Kaiji which is basically the exact same thing as Akagi only with Rock - Paper - Scissors. I tend to find it funny while watching an episode of it and realizing idiotic it must sound, yet I almost always find myself disappointed when an episode is over. It just draws me in that much.
Plus, its funny to watch the majority of Kaiji's plans fail right when he thinks he has won
. Also, Funai. I also just started watching Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro, but I still am unsure what I think of it thus far. A first look tells me that it is basically Scooby-Doo mixed with Hellsing.
