I personally believe that if you have the money you should get a gaming computer. They can be a lot more fun, IMO.

Thanks for all of the ideas, guys. (and gals) I'll be sure to give some of them a try. Going to class well rested just isn't enough for me to make it through some of the really boring classes.

How do you guys manage to stay awake during the boring lessons in school? I have extreme difficulty trying to fight my urges to sleep in class, even when well rested. How do you do it?

I use the word y'all, it IS a perfectly good word. I also say 'word' and 'I'm down with that', and thats about it. as far as jimmies go... lol I've never heard that. And lol, Where I'm form people who say pop get the weird looks xD

I think it does help with some things. Self esteem gives confidence. Confidence is necessary for some things in school, like speeches. I know from personal experience that confidence helps. I've gone up in front of the class, made up speeches, and acted like I knew what the hell I was talking about and done better than a lot of people who did their work but presented without confidence.
