1. Hey guys, I just wanted to inform you all that I'm going out of town tomorrow until August 9th. I've got no idea if I'll have access to internet, so I may or may not be able to post and check in on things over the week or so I'm gone. If I can, cool, if not, I'll see you all when I get back ;D ~Kre
2. The sound of another explosion echoed through the air of Telos IV, and another piece of building crumbled from its original place into the street below. Gun fire raged on between the Sith, who were invaded the planet, and their enemies. It was chaos at its best. Jedi Knight Ã?clair Hyiea did not expect to come to Telos and face a Sith invasion. But, there was no time to dwell on thoughts of those when there were squads of troopers zigzagging throughout the streets and killing anyone who seemed hostile to their takeover. In a way, these Sith almost angered the Knight. They were disrupting the balance between the Force by invading Telos and taking all of the lives they had so far. The Jedi found herself sticking to the shadows, striking the squads with a surprise that the soldiers were not able to recover from. Ã?clair soon came to wonder what she should do. Would it be better to head to the Alliance's barracks see what they needed help with, or if she should aim for the hangar and take off to go tell the Council. It was a tough decision. Running into a semi-destroyed building, the Knight planned to use it as cover to collect her thoughts. However, she was interrupted by the quiet cry coming from across the room, near the piles of rubble. She quietly approached, only to find a wounded solider half covered in debris, and blood all over the broken pieces of architecture. It seemed some of the debris got under his armor and cut into his flesh. What a mess. "H..Help me..." His bloodied hands reached into the air towards Ã?clair. Ã?clair grimaced slightly, the situation didn't look very good. She bent down over him, examining the deep cut into the side of his body. Reassuring the man it was going to be okay, she started going to work. Tearing the uniform around the wound to make more room so she could heal the cut. The Knight placed her hands on the wound, seeming like she was trying to stifle the bleeding how ever, soon the man's cells were rearranging and sealing the wound, eventually stopping the bleeding and healing all together. Ã?clair exhaled, wiping hair from her eyes with the back of her bloodied hands, it was then she looked down and noticed the soldier wasn't moving. He had died in the middle of the healing process. She cursed and closed the man's eyes, sitting back in the shadows of the building for but another moment.
3. Name: Ã?clair Hyiea Gender: Female Age: Twenty-Three Race: Human Class: Jedi Knight Weapon: A single lightsaber. The crystal is a light cyan color producing a blade of the same color. Character Description(Bio optional): I'll write this shortly Physical Appearance- Click! Personality- Ã?clair, although loyal to the Order, is more loyal to balancing the Force. And, despite being a peaceful Jedi, she's not afraid to be rather aggressive in her behavior to keep the equilibrium. Because of this, there have been a few instances in which she has stepped out of the Orders guidelines, and so they were hesitant at first to hand the young woman the title of Knight. But, they eventually complied when she was deemed responsible enough. Generally, Ã?clair is a quiet and reserved person who has complete control over her emotions. She is strong in her beliefs and doesn't mind going the extra mile to make sure she stays in control of her situatioin. Towards many she may seem cold at first, but underneath her quiet and calculative personality, she can be quite friendly and enjoys small talk. NPC Company: A some-what old astromech. R7-X5 - An older astromech who has seen its share of duty. Ã?clair has grown quite friendly with the creature and so she's kept him in her company for so long. The droid seems to enjoy jokes and has a rather outward personality; if a droid could be considered to have a personality. Ship/Transportation: Ã?clair owns a modified Corona-class transport. The ship's basic design has had another laser turret add onto it, as well as extra strength towards the shields and the engine allowing easier control in space and the ability to do more acrobatics while flying. Second Sight

Name: Eun-Suh Kim Age: Twenty-three Gender: Female Role Within Team: Tracker Abilities: Eun-Suh has a fairly strong control over her abilities as a Tracker. She's able track nearly any pysche with DNA contact as well as the ability to see an objects history with physical touch. Her abilities also can aid her in the discovery of enemy traps, part of the reason her locations remained unknown for so long from Second Sight. She knows how to cover her tracks, and she definitely does a pretty decent job at staying hidden. Physical Appearance: Click! Personality: Eun-Suh is very, very analytical. She enjoys taking in the minute details of almost every aspect to her environment. Because of this, she may seem slightly distracted at most times and she's also very quiet. Eun-Suh chooses to talk on a somewhat rare basis unless she's opened up to whomever. She was on good terms with the team, but its been a year since then. She's generally very stubborn, rarely admitting to needing any kind of assistance or help. Eun-Suh tries to deal with most of her personal problems on her own, but that's not to say she gets in the way of teamwork. Eun-Suh regards her teammates as the closest thing to family that she has. She would never admit it of course, nor tell any of them. Weapons: Eun-Suh generally carries and easily concealable handgun to use in case of an "emergency" situation. Most of the time, she utilizes the environment more so than "actual" weapons. Other Skills: Eun-Suh is fairly versed in hand to hand combat, studying it since she was a young child, even before Second Sight found and took control of her. As well as close quarters combat, Eun-Suh is a fairly strong practitioner of parkour, which conveniently aids her tracking abilities and performance. Writing Sample: Boston was truly a great city. Nice weather, a great population, and the history, albeit foreign to Eun-Suh was amazing. She had owned an apartment in the large metropolis for some time now, staying hidden from Second Sight agents who were hunting her. She had disappeared from their radar for a good four months now, and it was thoughts like these that only made her smile. Yes, she was starting to smile more often, the paranoia having slightly left. The girl did know, however, the consequences of becoming to lax. Eun-Suh kept up all of her daily security rituals to make sure she wasn't being tracked, and each proved to be successful. The Korean woman approached the door to the apartment complex she had been calling home, unlocking it and proceeding up the stairs to her actual area. Her hand grasped the brass knob, the recent life of the object dripping into her being. Her mind picked up the feeling of human flesh on the knob about a couple hours ago. A couple of hours ago, she was out in Quincy Marketplace. Had someone broken in to steal something? Or had Second Sight finally gotten smart and sent a fellow tracker to trace her down instead of sending the brutes who did nothing to hide their presence. Her hand pushed the door open, expecting close to just anything. The young woman clenched her teeth slightly, her muscles tensing. That was one of the things she had been taught while taking martial arts; keep your mouth closed. One never knows when they'll be hit with an upper cut, a closed mouth minimized the risk of losing teeth. Surely enough, as Eun-Suh had predicted, a slight glimmer gave away the attacker and his knife as he tried to swipe at the neck of the "unaware" target. Eun-Suh moved her head back, the knife sinking into the wooden door frame, stuck. With a swift hit to the attacker's wrist, Eun-Suh was able to make him let go of the blade. Picking it from the wall, Eun-Suh looked on as her opponent swung his right arm in a similar fashion. Again, she moved back to dodge, watching as the hand flew past. She knew exactly how to harm the Second Sight agent, especially if he was a tracker. With the need for physical contact, a tracker's hands were left unguarded and without hesitation Eun-Suh sunk the knife into the soft flesh of the man's hand, pinning it to the door frame. The unnamed assailant yelped as Eun-Suh hammered a hit into his elbow, forcefully dislocating it at the elbow. He cried out once more, turning around just enough for Eun-Suh to get a good grip around the man's neck. She pulled and pulled, and with his free hand he clawed at her grasp. His legs jerked, his eye balls going wide as he gasped for air. Slowly, he was soon realizing his life was ending as his vision tunneled and grew blurry. The man continued to struggle, but with one relentless yank, the merciless Eun-Suh hand ended the man's life right there. Left in shock for just a moment, Eun-Suh stood there, watching the lifeless corpse. She quickly ran into the apartment, grabbing any necessary materials and hurrying out the door after shoving the body inside the place. If she left, there would be no traces of her. No fingerprints, no identification; she had signed up for the housing with a false name. She wouldn't be tracked, her mission once more becoming clearer in her reawakened mind. The mind of a pysche on the run. That was her role once more, but she was growing tired. She would disappear, but this time ready to reveal herself on the doorstep of Second Sight.

9. Sad thing is, Sasuke's not going to die either way, if anything Madara will just tele him away when he's almost dead. I don't even get why he's letting Sasuke fight Kakashi in his current state. -sigh.- ...
10. Name: Aya Suika Gender: Female Rank: Fifth Seat Appearance: Aya has a rather young and innocent look to her. Her eyes are a pale sky blue which also adds to her seemingly lifelessness. Others have also mistaken her for being blind a number of times, though she isn't. Her jet black hair matches the unique cloak she decides to wear over her uniform on a regular basis. Aya stands at an average size of 5"4 and has a thin build. She isn't very strong, relying instead on speed and swiftness. Aya doesn't seem to show any physical sign of her hollowfication process, although it's possible her eyes became so pale because of it. The only way she is identified as a Vizard is her spirit aura. Personality: Aya's a very quiet and shy girl. This trait is especially drawn out since she is the newest addition to the 14th division. The only person she has been acquainted with is Kenta, whom she is friends with. Although quickly promoted to fifth seat upon entry into the Division, Aya's not cocky; in fact, she's not sure whether to look at it as a blessing or a curse. She's often bad at reading people's responses and because of that isn't sure what some of the older members think of a "newbie" coming to "steal" their spot. Because of this, she doesn't seem to trust her comrades fully. To hide this fault, Aya tries to keep an emotionless look upon her face, and it works, although to others who aren't close to her she may seem almost lifeless because of it. Zanpakuto Name: Hana Appearance: Aya's Zanpakuto resembles a normal katana despite it being primarily white. The hilt wrap is a pure white color as is sheath. However the guard is a black, ionized metal in the shape of a flower's petals. Shikai Call Out: Hana ni Nare. (Become a Flower.) Shikai Appearance: As well as the normal form of her Zanpakuto, Aya's Shikai accompanies her with a pack of flower petals that surround her. The petals seem to be multiple colors, suggesting they come from multiple flowers if they're even "real" petals; although they hold a slight shine when placed in light of any kind. Shikai Power: The flower petals that branch around Aya can be used for many things. The reason they shine in light is because they act like a metal, so they are capable of being sent out to attack and cut opponents from afar. Each petal is connected to Aya by an invisible string of reiryoku. So, by default, the petals circle Aya which both keeps them from being uncontrollable, and acts as a defense mechanism if an attacker gets too close. Also, since they're connected by reiryoku, they can act as a sort of fall dampener, slowing Aya's decent if she ever jumps, or gets pushed off somewhere quite high up. Bankai: Aya has yet to show a Bankai, it is not known whether she has one or if it's something she's striving for. Bankai Power: Hollow Mask Appearance: Aya's mask forms a translucent white diamond shape over her face. It's wider than it is tall, making it look like the rhombus is on its side. Of course, like all of the other Vizards, Aya's eyes change, the pupils become yellow reflected on the black 'whites' of her eyes. Three purple lines, all slightly angled off extend from just below the bottom of her her eyes. The top of her eye holes are outlined in a deep purple streak as well which then angles straight up and till the end of her mask. Level of Control: One of the main reasons Aya was promoted to the fifth seat so quickly was her control over her mask. It has never been officially tested, but it's been confirmed Aya can keep her mask on longer than the other Vizard, the exceptions being the Captain and Lieutenant. Because of this, it's also assumed she has a rather high spiritual presence. Specialty: Aya's granted a relative speed boost as well as an increase in spiritual power standard to donning one's Hollow mask. Extra Information Short Biography: Upon the girl's early entry into the Soul Society, Aya met another refugee named Kenta. Like Kenta, Aya had felt a familiar feeling when they first met, but the somewhat anti-social girl shrugged it off. It wasn't long until Aya's friend had left her to join the Academy. It took Aya awhile to decide, but after their time together started to get less and less until she wasn't seeing Kenta at all, Aya enlisted in the Academy as well. The girl passed through the Academy easily. It had been established that she had a rather high aura for one of her low calibur. She didn't realize it then, but that would certainly help her. However, it didn't help her enough when she was on a mission with her squad and was injured semi-seriously. The dark haired girl spent the next couple of days in the hospital ward of the Soul Society and was released as soon as she could. It had been some time, but she heared that her friend, Kenta, had volunteered for an experimental project while she had been in the hospital. Aya immediately signed herself up for it, her high spiritual pressure basically guaranteeing her success in admission. And thus, she had become a Vizard. Character Snippet: Sorry but I'll finish this soon if you guys don't mind. I'm a little tight on time with some tests to study for and homework, but I'll get it done in a day or two, the weekend's coming up anyway.
11.
In the game you play this random mission where you are undercover with these terrorists and you start in an elevator.
I wouldn't call it random seeing as how it's
the cause of the war.
But it was indeed an interesting turn to the storyline. I got really hyped up when I found out you went undercover, I thought they might throw some like espionage stealth action in the game.
Of course the end of the mission destroys those ideas
:P.Although, I think that would have been a sweet idea. But yeah speaking of graphics, I popped in CoD4 earlier today, and the graphics in Modern Warfare 2, are definitely superior, to my surprise seeing as when Call of Duty 4 came out, I thought those were like "the best of the best" when it came to graphics. Anyway, just my two cents, and I agree with everyone so far, the game is really good.
12.
Maybe the leader of the OB Facebook group could send out a message encouraging old memebers people to stop by as well.
There's an OB Facebook group?
13.
Well, seems we're about to have one of the immutable laws of Naruto either proven or broken in the next few chapters.
Kisame loses his cloak when he fuses with Samehada
and we all know what happens after that.
He's naked somewhere?
14.
Originally I thought it was Kenpachi who cut off the leg, but he berated Byakuya for taking the first shot which he'd hardly count a kidou as given the 11th's view on them. That to me insinuates it was Byakuya who took the leg. You're right about his bankai not making him any more powerful compared to shikai in terms of raw power. I just take issue with the idea captains he was previously shown to be stronger than can now defeat an enemy he could barely scratch at full power.
Well Ichigo did go through that long fight with Uliquorria(sp?) So maybe he didn't do so much cause he's getting worn down? I mean, at the end of the chapter, he wasn't able to summon his mask either.
15. The two gradually walked their way down the tunnels. Ishild seemed to be okay despite the fact her eyes and face were a bit red and swollen from crying, but Lucy didn't want to push her, so they walked. After what seemed like another interminable walk, they reached the end of the eerie tunnel. They approached what seemed to be a big brown door. Upon closer inspection, it was made of brass. But what truly surprised the two of them was the boy standing in front of the door. Lucy's amber eyes trailed to his back. The shirt and skin were ripped and torn, but there was no sign of blood and as she looked closer, Lucy noticed revolving gears within the boy. ...He was a Scrap. Lucy was silent. and finally Ishild spoke up. "Hello?..." The boy turned its head slightly, but did not say anything as he wasn't able to. All was quiet, a very uncomfortable silence to the two humans in the room. As if for the worse, the sudden sound of pounding along the floor was audible as the shiny and metallic beast came into view. Its metal knee joints braced, and the wolf growled in its mechanical voice. Lucy turned around and moved as fast as she could, taken slightly aback by the presence of the being. Lucy's face took on an actual emotion for one of the few times again. Fear. It was just like back then when the wolves had attacked previously, and just like then, she hesitated now.
16. Lucy looked down at the freaking Ishild. Her head twisted towards deeper into the tunnel, then back at Ishild as she held her head. Lucy's eyes widened, trying to coerce Ishild into a walking position, but it seemed the girl was too involved with her own thoughts to see Lucy's pleas. Then Lucy stopped moving. The environment was changing, the small orange light from the lanterns soon burned brighter. The flame grew and so did the light. Lucy turned around to see if the same was happening all down the pathway, but she saw caused her to jump. Bullet shells layered the sandy floor, and up against the wall there was a ruined Scrap sitting there. Lucy walked slowly over, her hands starting to shake in anxiety. Lucy's eyes than traveled to the ancient side arm sitting a ways off. She walked over, picking it up. It was out of bullets, she guessed some of the shells on the floor were from it. The trigger seemed to be pullable, but that didn't mean the rest of the gun's internal components still worked. Lucy set it in her waist band underneath her coat, even if it wasn't useful, it was still an interesting contraption. She ran back to Ishild, deciding not to try and help her anymore. Lucy simply scooped her arm under Ishilds, and placed Ishild's arm over her shoulders as she started to carry Ishild down along the tunnel.
17. The tunnels were rather dark and eerie. The stone was cold. It felt even more apparent down here. Lucy's fingers had snaked around the metal frame of the handle on one of the many lanterns. The lantern's were the only source of light in this dismal place that reeked of that familiar loneliness. Lucy and Ishild pressed on, the small light bouncing off their figures in odd directions. It was too quiet, and that was one thing that made Lucy's mind wander, wondering if another set of Scraps might jump out at any given time. She shivered slightly, the fear from before rising deep within the girl's heart. And then she looked at Ishild, and as that fear of those metal beasts crept up inside her, so did the fear of losing her only true friend; the girl she had grown very close to over these past years. Lucy stopped moving, her amber eyes leaving Ishild to look at the bleak light from the fire which matched the shade of her eyes. Lucy seemed to peer straight through the flames obviously in deep thought. Ishild couldn't help but look somewhat confused at Lucy. Afterall, the dark haired girl had randomly stopped while they were moving.
18. I actually choked up from a game today, don't know if you call that coincidence or not, but whatever. Anyway to be back on topic, the game that produced said emotions was Lost Odyssey, which I'm so glad I rented today, but anyway, it really brought me down when
you enter the first "Dream" sequence I believe, in which it tells about Kaim and the innkeeper's daughter named Hanna. Along with the beautifully renditioned music, some of the adjectives used in the text, and some of the dialouge itself really got to me, and I found myself rather depressed as Kaim went on to tell the bedridden girl her "final adventure story" and then at the end, she dies from her illness.
Truly heartbreaking.
19. Lucy was quiet as the girl spoke on, and then hugged her! Her mouth stood agap, her amber eyes blanked over in shock. And for that moment, Lucy was happy. It was the first time someone had hugged her since her parents were around. She felt like someone actually cared for her in this freezing cold wasteland of a world. Lucy's mouth cracked a smile, only for a split second, but it was enough. She brought her arms up, silently wrapping them around Ishild, hugging the girl as well. Transparent tears started to roll from her amber eyes, down her cheeks, and onto the floor. While hugging the girl, Lucy leaned forward, sort of burying her face in Ishild's shoulder. She didn't say anything, and for once it wasn't because she chose not too, it's because she didn't know what to say.
20. Lucy's amber eyes simply blinked in surprise as Ishild had run off. The girl's mind had simply gone blank in slight confusion, and in turn she stood stock still for a good amount of time before realizing her surroundings. Her hand slowly reached up, following Ishild as she ran off, yet her feet were cemented to the floor. Come on, Lucy, move your feet! her mind begged her, but she remained stationary. And so, the only thing that escaped from her lips was a simple reply. "Uhm.." As soon as she had said that, the girl realized what had just happened. Her left fingers gradually straightened out, but she tightened them quickly as to not drop her pack. The feeling of grabbing the cloth so strongly made her reflexes come back to life and the girl immediately started to walk towards the direction Ishild had headed. Lucy's head gradually looked about the room, seeing what the others were up too as she followed Ishild to wherever the girl was walking towards. "Uhmm..Ishild? Is everything okay, really?" She called out, her voice rather quiet as she tried to approach the blonde haired girl.
21. Lucy had found herself somewhat distanced from the group again. It wasn't that she didn't want to help Kilo, it was more of the fact that she was comfortable with this. Escpecially after what had just happened, Lucy needed sometime alone to cool down, a lot of things were racing through her mind. Despite the heavy coat on her back, Lucy could feel the unsatisfiable cold from the wall as she leaned back against it. She could feel it press through each layer of fabric and reach her skin, sending a slight shiver down the girl's body. Readjusting the scarf over her mouth to hopefully help her keep warm, her mind started to slip deep into thought. The whole situation replayed in Lucy's mind as her amber eyes seemed to start spacing out, just looking forward at the chilling shelter and the snow outside. During her replays she asked herself throughout the whole thing 'What if this happened instead...' and searched her mind for answers, but the clueless girl had none to offer for herself. Lucy sighed, a frown of disappointment on her face. She had done nothing during the whole conflict. How useless. Especially since Ishild was injured, Lucy's mind was focused on that. The one person she had grown close to had sacrificed herself, and what did Lucy do? She stood there, too dazed in fear. The insecure girl now only wished that Ishild didn't hate her or anything. That would be the last thing she wanted. With one final long exhale, Lucy curled her knees to her chest, trying to think of something else to get these disappointing thoughts from her mind.
22. Sadly Gavin, I don't think that'll happen afterall, it's pretty obvious in this chapter that somehow Sasuke has managed to be "even more skilled than Itachi."
23. Lucy groaned after being thrown to the ground by Heat. The way Heat had picked up the two hadn't of been the gentlest either, but it was now time to focus on the situation at hand, rather the possible injuries. The two others who had been carried by Heat for the short amount of time were already off doing their own things to outsmart these creatures, and before Lucy knew it, she was standing in the room gazing between which group to help. When the others started faring well against the wolves, Lucy's eyes wandered to Ishild and Zlota, who had two slowly pacing around them in a circle. Lucy took one step closer, watching as the two wolves circled Zlota and Ishild, who up til now hadn't moved, which kept the wolves currently circling them. Lucy had pulled the Scavenger's knife from her back pack, not sure exactly what it would do, but it was the only 'weaponry' the girl had on her. Her dark eyes constantly watched the two metallic creatures, adrenaline rushed through her veins and for the first time in awhile, Lucy was nervous and afraid. But, fear could not be shown...These 'things' would feed off your fear, and then kill you. Lucy could feel that, which only made her afraid of being afraid. Finally, she spoke up, calling out to the two of them. "Do you two have a plan of some kind?!"
24. Although she didn't show it, Lucy was still skeptic about the whole scaffold thing. Sure it had been cleared up, but she still wanted to make sure. As the group curled up into the sleeping rolls, Lucy lay awake. Her senses keen and aware. The absence of noise left an interesting feeling in her ears. But every now and then it was broken by a slight breeze followed by some possible metal clanging from said breeze. Lucy couldn't believe how cold it was out here during the night. In her sleeping roll, Lucy lay trying to keep her teeth from chatter so she could listen closely. So far there had been nothing suspicious and she had started to fall asleep. Although, it did feel nice laying in the quiet for once, but Lucy was tired. The whole deal from earlier that day was exhausting. Everything from getting ready, talking with people, to heading out itself. One thing was for sure; it was cold here, and it was only going to get colder.
25. Maya ran out of the room leaving Lucy and Ishild standing in silence. It took sometime time for what had just happen to set in, but finally Ishild spoke to Lucy. "We can't just let her run off. Even if there're going to be others, ya know?" Lucy fiddled with the sheets to her bed, if you could even call them sheets. Her dark eyes eventually traveled back up to Ishild who stood there silently, almost expecting an answer. "Yeah.." Was all that escaped the dark haired girl's mouth as her eyes traveled down towards the floor almost like she was ashamed. "I've decided! I'm going too." Ishild suddenly exclaimed. Lucy looked over Ishild once again wondering if she was being totally honest. It was quite apparent when she started packing that the girl was serious about going. Then rather obtrusively Lucy announced. "I'm coming too then." To which she immediately grabbed one of her bags and started packing. She didn't want to be left alone again on this Skycleaner. It was unbearable the first time, and she didn't want to experience it a second time. So, with a look of determination on her face Lucy packed her bag. Once the two were done packing, they headed from the room hoping Archimedes wouldn't mind two more on the trip. And so they headed down the hallway, following after Maya who soon disappeared around one of the corners.
