It's odd, because during your time at school, it feels like it will never end, and then next thing you know you're in your last year and the year's flying by so quickly. I remember my time in school and it was definately quick now that I think about it (though I've been to 3 different High Schools, lol).

hmm... lol, at first I thought you meant cheaters like card games, board games, etc. But the dating game? Indeed, I've been cheated on, and my ex has regretted it ever since. Cheating basically confirms someone's cowardice to break it off, and also shows that person isn't so much into commitment. What I'd like to know is why someone would go out with a person that's cheating on their gf/bf? Do people really think that person is trustworthy enough and won't cheat on them? Just a general question. I guess if the cheater is sincerely sorry, well there's such a thing as a second chance, but it's usually not a good idea. As I always say: 'cheat twice and pay the price', lol.

Seriously, this topic bites (not this thread, lol, bad choice of words, but that's all I can think of at the moment). Anyways, it all comes down to racism. I know that a lot of races have pent-up feelings of 'hate' or 'despair' from events in the past, but it's rather sad how we can still let things in the past keep us from stepping forward into the future. I for one pretty much have a multi-cultural heritage, and sometimes it was hard as a kid growing up because of people saying I'm this race, or another race, and it's all so judgemental. Why not try and get to know people of other races rather than prematurely judge them on what you've heard someone else has done. It's all down to the individual. I mean, don't hate germans just because of hitler, or don't hate americans just because of bush, lol, or don't hate the japanese just because of Pearl Harbor (eh, it happened a long time ago). Sure there's still some hurt in various cultures/races over certain things, but if you let it, the hurt will ferment into something bigger and it'll be just plain hate. Once again, don't judge a whole race because of one person or event - that's why we're all individuals, and I'm positive that 90% of the population has a bit of another race in them anyhow.

unfortunately people think being a virgin is something to be ashamed of, whereas it's quite the opposite. Congrats to those who are still one. Anyways, basically there's too much sex in the media, because as they say, "sex sells". It's rather unfortunate that most teenagers give in to peer pressure, media pressure, etc, etc. So many lives have been destroyed - yes, sex can destroy lives. Here's a short list of Sexually Transmitted Infections/Diseases (STI's/STD's). ~Genital herpes ~Chlamydia ~Gonorrhea ~HIV/AIDS ~Human Papillomavirus (HPV) ~Chancroid ~Lymphogranuloma Venereum (LGV) ~Urethritis ~Syphilis ~Hepatitis B ~Hepatitis C ~Human Herpes Virus 8 (HHV-8) Most people say "but it won't happen to me", so here are some quick facts:
More than half of all people will have an STD at some point in their lifetime. [1] The estimated total number of people living in the US with a viral STD is over 65 million. [2] Every year, there are at least 15 million new cases of STDs, some of which are curable. [2,3] More than $8 billion is spent each year to diagnose and treat STDs and their complications. This figure does not include HIV. [4] In a national survey of US physicians, fewer than one-third routinely screened patients for STDs. [5] Less than half of adults ages 18 to 44 have ever been tested for an STD other than HIV/AIDS. Each year, one in four teens contracts an STD. [6] One in two sexually active persons will contact an STD by age 25. [7] About half of all new STDs in 2000 occurred among youth ages 15 to 24. [8] The total estimated costs of these nine million new cases of these STDs was $6.5 billion, with HIV and human papillomavirus (HPV) accounting for 90% of the total burden. [9] Of the STDs that are diagnosed, only some (gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia, hepatitis A and B) are required to be reported to state health departments and the CDC. One out of 20 people in the United States will get infected with hepatitis B (HBV) some time during their lives. [10] Hepatitis B is 100 times more infectious than HIV. [11] Approximately half of HBV infections are transmitted sexually. [12] HBV is linked to chronic liver disease, including cirrhosis and liver cancer. Hepatitis A and hepatitis B are the only two vaccine-preventable STDs. It is estimated that as many as one in four Americans have genital herpes, a lifelong (but manageable) infection, yet up to 90 percent of those with herpes are unaware they have it. [13] With more than 50 million adults in the US with genital herpes and up to 1.6 million new infections each year, some estimates suggest that by 2025 up to 40% of all men and half of all women could be infected. [14,15,16] Over 6 million people acquire HPV each year, and by age 50, at least 80 percent of women will have acquired genital HPV infection. [17] Most people with HPV do not develop symptoms. Some researchers believe that HPV infections may self-resolve and may not be lifelong like herpes. [2] Cervical cancer in women, while preventable through regular Paps, is linked to high-risk types of HPV. Each year, there are almost 3 million new cases of chlamydia, many of which are in adolescents and young adults. [8] The CDC recommends that sexually active females 25 and under should be screened at least once a year for chlamydia, even if no symptoms are present. About two-thirds of young females believe doctors routinely screen teens for chlamydia. [18] However, in 2003 only 30% of women 25 and under with commercial health care plans and 45% in Medicaid plans were screened for chlamydia. [19] At least 15 percent of all American women who are infertile can attribute it to tubal damage caused by pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) , the result of an untreated STD. Consistent condom use reduces the risk of recurrent PID and related complications: significantly, women who reported regular use of condoms in one study were 60 percent less likely to become infertile. [20] Consistent condom use provides substantial protection against the acquisition of many STDs, including statistically significant reduction of risk against HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes, and syphilis. [21,22,23] Some studies show that, for those who already have a clinically apparent genital HPV infection, using condoms promotes the regression of HPV lesions in both women and men. [24,25] ~Note: [number=references] found in the site below:
^from The American Health Association Girls, don't have sex unless you're planning on getting pregnant. If so, also be prepared for an abortion. If you're really itching to have sex, then look up these terms. If you're still wanting to, well at least use a condom. Seriously, don't ruin your lives for a night of 'fun'. I'm not saying that if you do get married none of this will happen, but at least you'd have been able to get to know your partner/bf/gf/fiance more before you ran into it) :D (omg, I have a lot more to say, but won't bash you over the head with it ;) ).
Don't worry, the specialists are on their way and do not panic, OR! do anything drastic. please...don't But anyways, it seems like the server for Myo is acting up again and it should be fixed up again temporarily, Or they may have taken it off for a while to finish up those things they said they were going to do to TheO and Myo. So just be patient..everything will be alright.
lmao! *hugs* thanks :p I was actually seriously thinking I did something because the last action I did on myO was to edit my profile and then I was like "omg! what'd I do?!" *dies* lol, I looked over the codes and nope, everything was fine *le sai* I almost had a heart-attack, though :animeangr Ah well, even if they do say ignorance is bliss, it can also be extremely hazardous :animesigh Lol, I guess now I'll be spending more time on OB

It really depends on the age of the 'younger' person, because with age comes experience and knowledge, so if you're say 14 and you're going out with a 17 year old, it can sometimes be okay. I guess the older you get, the more the age gap is accepted. Example: my parents. My mother is 17 years younger than my step father, yet they're happily married for 18 (almost 19) years, whereas they never got married until mum was 29 so it seemed alright. However, my mother was also 17 when she had my oldest sister, lol, so you can see how akward it may be. Four-year gaps may not even seem much, but when you're under 18 it can do a world of damage. And don't mistake lust for love, it's all too common and obscenely stupid.
hes so sweet and hes got the most gorgeous green-gold eyes that are always changing color. lol! nomally i would like guys just for looks , then worry about personatlity, but this time its been different.i actually got to know him first and i just cant help it! i really like him. those eyes simply charm me! lol!
Why not be friends first? The best relationships start with a friendship, grows into an awesome friendship (such as best friends) and then becomes a partnership. When you're friends, you're equal, as it should be with all relationships. Just think about it before you run into anything, you're still young and more likely to be hurt.
thanx alot mate im checking out that site now its good
lol, you're very muchly welcome. I also get info from the 'chuunin' community in livejournal, where people converse about the anime and manga, the upcoming episodes, old episodes, new episodes, chapters, etc, etc. Plus they have fanfics, avs/icons, banners, etc, that naruto fans make :) There was a debate recently as to wether or not we preferred dubbed to subbed naruto anime, lol, and most preferred subbed, mainly because the voices are much better in Japanese (well, that's my opinion and a few others' as well). Anyhow, that leafninja.com site is really awesome. It has full biographies of each of the characters and is constantly kept up-to-date. OMFG EDIT!!! [Link Removed] & [Link Removed]!!! I have to say I love the opening ^_^ It's really good and the song is great too! The ending is... well... I don't care much about it. XD" My only reaction: Cellphones... wtf???
Shinjitsu, please do not provide links to copyrighted materials. Manga Naruto Manga [Warning: Spoilers]
Shinjitsu replied to Ryo the Tactician's topic in Otaku Central
Oh I'm sorry. Computers can suck like that. What bothers me most about Sasuke is that
he keeps his Sharingan activated constantly from what I've seen so far. He's not Itachi! And more so, Sasuke despises Itachi so tell me again why his Sharingan is on?
Paranoid freak...
lol, don't be sorry! I'm thanking you for the info which I couldn't get myself :P *hugs* eh, yeah, that's true. I've noticed that
Sasuke keeps his Sharingan activated; which is basically the only other thing besides his 'outline' that tells us he's really Sasuke, lol. I guess it could be because he's learned to control it more so? I mean, that's the reason he came to Orochimaru in the first place, for more power and such? And from what we've heard thus far the Sharingan drains a lot of power, so perhaps he's gained quite a lot, just like Naruto has with the kyuubi
... or perhaps it's wishful thinking, lol. -
lol, your'e welcome. And I'm looking forward to more AMV's from you. I know that you'll be getting better as time goes by and you get more experience, and if this was really your first one, then I'm expecting great things from you :D Anyways, I'll be looking forward to the next one, it sounds good. And I agree, you picked a good song to go with it. Don't worry about your computer being slow, because usually the longer it takes to make an AMV the more you can clean out any mistakes made and such. Patience is a good thing to have when making AMV's, lol. Take care & peace out!

Included in the preview disc with this month's Official Playstation Magazine is a playable demo for a game I've been looking forward to since hearing about it at last year's E3 - Okami, which is being brought to us from Clover Studios, the lovely people responsible for the Viewtiful Joe series. Okami is an adventure/platformer in which you play as the goddess of the sun taken the form of a wolf, charged with restoring color and vibrance to the world and defeating the demons responsible for bringing darkness to the world. Your abilities are standard fare for platformers including running, jumping, and dashing into objects and enemies, you can also paw at the ground in search of items and bark to inspect your surroundings and talk to people. The magic of the game is revealed in brush mode, by pressing R1, the camera shifts and the scenery becomes monochromatic as if showing you a desktop print of the action of the game, with the directional stick and square button, you can draw on the scene and repair broken objects or fill in missing pieces of architecture. In the demo, you use brush mode for filling in constellations, repairing a bridge, and drawing a river to swim through. As you progress through the game, other brush strokes and techniques are made available to you. As with Viewtiful Joe, Clover studios again brings for a unique and imaginative visual style in Okami, the game's style resembles Eastern style ink paintings and looks absolutely gorgeous in motion; to the point where there's a very slight grain over-top of the action to give you the feeling that everything is taking place on sheets of rice paper. Okami presents both a fun and entertaining adventure game, as well as a visual experience, in my opinion, on par with Shadow of the Colossus, so I'd easily recommend this to fans of adventure or platforming games and gamers who're looking for titles which further push the medium as an art form. Designed by Clover studios and published by Capcom, Okami is set to be released in Japan later this month, with US and PAL territory releases in September. Right now, the game is a PS2 exclusive; no word of a release on any other console. Hmmm... I guess it's hard for me to describe love. Unfortunately nowadays a lot of people mistake love for lust. I myself think of love as an undying friendship, where you find no fault in the other, and they in you. Love would have to be something that changes you for the better, though sometimes if it's a one-sided love, it can just hurt like hell and devour you, so sometimes love can be a bad thing.
I wish to have a faithful, hot, smart, and overall perfect man-servant to serve me and my crazed fan-girlness.
Granted! Congrats.... however, your faithful, hot, smart and overall perfect man-servant is so in love with you that whilst pouring a drink for you, he didn't notice he was pouring you Sulphuric Acid instead of water. *le sai* you're dead. I wish I could be burnt to death.

Ooh! I watched all three Lion King movies this past week, and ah, the sweet childhood memories of popcorn and bashing people over the head with pillows and little mermaid videos ^_^ o_O;; Anyways, I love most Disney movies. I did love Finding Nemo, but I also loved Aladdin, The Sword in the Stone, The Incredibles, The Little Mermaid, Beauty & The Beast, etc, etc. Lol, my fav. Disney character would have to be Donald Duck ^_^
