I agree with Vicky on this one. As much as I used to watch DBZ back then I can't stand to see it now. Half of it is due to obnoxious fans that think they know everything, or trying to BS some excuse to get you to understand something that you already understood... (At the same time, trying to make it sound so deep when DBZ's not a deep series to begin with) The other half is due to exposure to other series. Back then I was never into character development. I was only into action and that's where my fix with DBZ came in at. However, being exposed to Rurouni Kenshin, Yu Yu Hakusho, Cowboy Bebop, and Gungrave (and now One Piece, Bleach and Psyren for manga) set an entirely different standard for me for when it comes to my action. Each of those series gave me tons of characters to like, while Yu Yu Hakusho was the first series to actually get me to feel a connection (if you will) with characters. (I saw a lot of myself in Yusuke and Hiei) Not only did those series bring great characters but they brought nice fluidity in the action department, although it took a while for YYH to hit it's stride. When I go back to watch some of DBZ's fights I'm mostly bored of them because of how many times you see fighters doing the same motion over and over. (Naruto, when it get its act together excel in anime fighting though) And then I can't stand any of the characters now. I've always hated Krillin, and Goku's character is being done to death by other creators which made me hate him in return. And then there's the "rely on Goku" factor. (Naruto has headed down this same path) Man, I can't stand that crap. And even then, do we really need more DBZ? DBZ was too long to begin with, and now we have DBZKai. And then Funimation keeps on milking these boxsets like there's no tomorrow. Without repeating itself I don't see what else can be done with the series. I seriously hope these rumors just stay rumors.

Greatest crossover....? While I haven't played any of the Professor Layton games, I couldn't say that. But then again, our taste in games are quite different so, yeah... One thing I'm hoping for is replay value. (Do the PL games have replay value?) As good as the Phoenix Wright games are I tend to only play it one time and sell/trade it because there's just nothing else to do with it once you beat the game, and I'd rather not waste money buying games that're like that. This combination does look interesting though.

(The ones I do like are dead) And when you don't satisfy me with my action, or rather when it don't interest then we start having issues, and that's the case here. It seem like it was fly, fly, talk, blast, stupidity, fly, talk talk talk, blast...... = BS. That's was it felt like anyway.

Best chapter since One Piece returned. Seriously, I hated last weeks chapter... I know, I said it wasn't bad, but still I hated it (most of it was due to Luffy's ignorance). Oda rebounded nicely with this chapter.

And people wonder why I hate Naruto's character so much.

Still playing this silly/addicting card game which is pretty bad because in some cases it would interfere with homework, almost like I am with rpg's lol. I beat the game (I think it's been 2-3 weeks since I bought the game) but I still have a lot to unlock. This is kind of what I need, or was expecting with DS games because the last DS game I played (Phoenix Wright) had no replay value (although it was a great game). Anyway, I have over 30000 DP and have quite a few good decks to boot. I think the next DS game(s) I'll end up buying will probably be some mystery game (perhaps Hotel Dusk) or Chrono Trigger (had fun when I was playing this on the PS)

Interesting chapter indeed, although, I was kind of expecting a lot more out of Mithra as well. This is the time an anime adaption is needed so some of these action scenes can be expanded a bit. However, being a fan of Grana, I can't say I'm disappointed with the way Mithra was did in. Don't know if I like the buddy-buddy thing between Grana and Miroku though, but then again, I gotta read some of the older chapters again, particularly the fight between Grana and Miroku. Anyway, the chapter was still good, just need to chill out with the quick defeats, then again, no one can complain about the pacing in this series. So that's probably a good thing lol.

Ok, I've neglected posting long enough. (been busy playing this silly game) [u]Manga[/u] [b]Fairy Tail[/b]. Despite the pointless fanservice that's being thrown in my face left and right, Erza's been too great of a character, and at the moment she's the only reason why I even got back into reading this series. Gildartz is a new character that's been mentioned a couple of times throughout the story and he finally popped up. Hopefully he'll be another character that's actually worth caring about. I've compared this to One Piece on quite a few occassions, and it's no different here with this character. He puts me in the mind of Shanks. (And, well, Shanks is currently one of my top favorite characters in One Piece) Gildartz got some big shoes to fill. Don't disappoint me now. [b]One Piece[/b]. I'm thinking about re-reading this series from the beginning. Anyway, this is the 3rd week since it's been back and after a stellar release for the past couple of weeks, I found this recent chapter to be on the crappy end, mainly because I'm sick of Luffy's stupidity.

I actually don't find that to be great at all. And to be honest, I'm a little aggrivated with this chapter. After all the anticipation I had the 1st 2 weeks with the return, that quickly diminished with this chapter. While it's not bad (and it's probably because I'm getting a little impatient with everyone getting back together) I didn't think it was good either. The main thing that really got me is Luffy's stupidity. Now I don't expect him to smarten up. Hell, I didn't expect expect him to gain any type of knowledge whatsoever, but the one thing I do expect from him is to be able to know his crew. Come on, this guy recruited every single one of these people and he can't tell the difference with his own crew? I get it, it's been 2 years, people can change but there is still a feature there you'd be able to notice about them. This is exactly why I cannot stand this type of character as a main character. It's a big peeve of mine as well. (I'll never understand why creators keep using that role either)

Yeah, take away Naruto's stupidity and you'd have a rather decent setup for the next chapter.

Forget Ian's kid... Well, not forget him as in "forget him". I'm more curious about how this is gonna play out. I'll be truly impressed if a villain actually succeed in what they're trying to do. I certainly don't see how anyone at the moment is going to be able to stop Mithra's assault. I don't even think Ageha's father can do much in this situation. Like I said, I'll be real impressed if Mithra actually win and they have to get to her in the present to prevent what happens in the future. However, one thing I do not hope happen is some plotkai jutsu, like the planet has its own life energy or granny is giving her last ounce of strength to fend off that assault even though she's dead. Anything like that will probably cause me to drop such an epic series... (If I don't drop it I'll be pretty close to it)

Yeah, I definately prefer the Ace Ventura look. The haircut does not fit him.

I'm hoping we get some much needed answers when that break is over. I'm rather mixed on this chapter. The parts with Rukia departing was good, but some of the other stuff was disappointing.

You lost me there. I actually thought that chapter was rather interesting. Here, I was wondering how Madara was gonna handle the joint alliance considering he was short on people, and only to find out this guy got 100,000 Zetsu's. Also, it appears that everyone seems to have some form of relation to the 1st Hokage now. (Not relation as in blood, but more ties to him) Lovely. Personally, I think I'd rather see more about the 2nd. Hashirama's ability(ies) hasn't exactly won me over. It's pretty for landscaping but no one (whose capable of using his wood) has done much of anything to impress me with it. Thinking about it, defensively, it can be quite impressive.. Offensively, I'm not so sure.

Tell me about it. I didn't even think about some of the battles until you mentioned them. Especially The End, that will be a fight to see on the 3DS. Like I said, if I see Snake doing anything remotely similar to what I saw in MGS4, you just might get a squee out of me.

Eminem ft Lil Wayne - No Love I'm no fan of Lil Wayne anymore and honestly, I think he shouldn't even be in this song. Anyway, The way Eminem "flows" in this song is really good. Lyrically speaking, I haven't really paid much attention to what he said yet but in terms of just flowing, this is what I like. Fast flow. Even if you start out slow and pick up like he did you'll probably have my attention. (I listen to Bone Thugs n Harmony for their fast flow and it's the reason why I like them overall everyone else)

Yeah, Kubo pretty much walked into that one. He should've just had Ichigo's attack kill him instead of being sealed off to begin with.

Only thing that really comes to mind is Hellsing/Hellsing Ultimate. Both versions has a lot of blood and has of zombies/ghouls.. (they're the same imo lol) A bad### vampire killing them off and whatnot.

Epic chapter but a rather disappointing end to Miroku. I mean you'd think we'd get another battle similar to that of Miroku vs Grana here where Miroku shows why he's the [strike]top[/strike] villain. I think Iwashiro in collaboration with Kubo here. Neither Aizen nor Miroku went out putting up a decent fight with these newly transformed characters. I can only hope that the fights in the present will be a lot more dynamic, but then again I would think that the W.I.S.E in the present is a lot weaker than their future selves. With the defeat of Miroku I'm now under the impression that these chapters are being rushed. Anyway, as I've stated, the chapter was still epic though. Ageha is pimped out.

I don't know, that color spread has been accurate with how the characters look so far. Perhaps he will have different modes. Only time will tell. But still the haircut and the giant look sit well with me.
