Also, why the hell did I wake up? I have class in the morning. XP
Got something on the brain you want to get off your chest? Then again, I'm only asked that if I can't go to sleep... So I caught a glimpse (glimspe? both look weird.) at Sportscenter and I hear that the Patriots beat the Titans 59 - 0... WTH? I'm not a fan of Tennessee but, wow, where's the defense?

Given that I've been watching subs more often (it's the only thing I have access to right now...) lately, it's not as bad as I once thought it was, but at the same time I still prefer dubs over subs. I still need to hear everything in my own language.
I'm also betting Second Resurrection Ulquiorra actually did exceed the other Espada in terms of power, given Ichigo's claims he can "crush" Yammy.
Perhaps, although, I'm still of the opinion that Yammy's not stronger than Ulquiorra or the other 3 for that matter. But then again, the espada are ranked on destructive power so in terms of brute strength, maybe so. But I'm not sure if I really want to think about the rankings anymore.

Now that I finally got me a controller for my ps2 now I can get back to playing the games I've been itching to try out or finish. I started replaying Chrono Trigger and pretty much forgotten where I left off at. Good thing I already finished playing once before. I guess this would be a good time on trying to get other endings... Crono - 70 Marle - 66 - 68 Lucca - 65 - 67 Frog - 65 I just finished the little trial...
Bastards found me not guilty yet I still ended up in jail again.....

I saw Kung-Fu Panda today... I'm not a Jack Black fan, but the movie itself was pretty good. Action pack = me.

Kisame vs Killer Bee. A fight finally worth seeing. We've known this fight was actually going to go down (how long has it been since everyone was talking about that?), it was just a matter of time. I'll definately keep in tune with this just to see this fight. Afterwards I'm done. :) I don't even remember what else happened in this chapter lol.

About that mask thing... Yeah, totally blown out of proportion on my end. Thinking about it now, it'll definately be the same process as the last time and I don't really fee like bringing up the obvious "repetition" factor. Anyway, there's definately a mask upgrade there, minus the horns and hair. And I think I like this one a little more than the previous. Ichigo on the other hand... I gotta admit that this was the best chapter I've seen him in in a long time. Other chapters he's usually pissing me off with his "rush-in" tactics and stupidity in how he fight. This chapter he has more of a "bad***" pressence in how he's dealing with Yammy. I'm not so upset to see him again, hehe. I still would've preferred to see one of the other captains (except Mayuri) fight Yammy, but Ichigo was right there, so I suppose it don't bother me.

Watching Gungrave (ep 9) - I've seen Gungrave before, I just don't recall any of the events. I also remember stating that Gungrave was the best when it came to characterization. Even after coming across One Piece (where I find every character in that series is enjoyable to see), Gungrave's characters still hold up strong. I won't say much more since I plan to revive the thread and I have more to say :) Bleach (241) - It's sad when filler is doing better than its cannon half... This episode was probably the best I've seen. Although,
I still think Byakuya's the best character in Bleach, it's just becoming a tad bit nerve wrecking how they got him going on and on about his pride
, like they're trying to turn him into another Vegeta or something.
The way he took out Sode no Shirayuki was priceless though.
The fights and animation in this episode was also great. Shocking too, because, out of all the cannon episodes I've seen the only episode that I found great was the episode where Hisagi was fighting Findor..... Sad indeed. I'm just going to copy and paste the other 2 from the Fall 2009 season thread.
Inuyasha: Final Act - With my history of dogging Inuyasha I probably wouldn't even consider watching this back then because I couldn't get into the characters outside of Sesshoumaru, and that was the only reason I'd even consider watching it. Time went on, and I've lightened up on it quite a bit. They started off right where it last left off, however I'm a bit lost since I don't recall those events at all. Slow pacing can be cast aside now since the events are going by pretty quickly.. It's only been 2 episodes and
both Hakudoshi and Kagura already died.
I don't know how this is compared to the manga since I've never read it, but people are saying that it's been covering at least 12 volumes / chapters per episode... (Might be a misread there.) Anyway, it's been pretty decent so far. This episode coming up looks like it'll be its first snag... I hate Shippo. Fairy Tail - I just finished watching ep. 1 of this a little while ago. I wasn't going into this with high expectations at all considering my lack of interest in the manga now. But this was a pretty decent episode. I didn't expect much in terms of fighting, or action but, what was shown was better than I thought it'd be. My main concern here is the fan service. Hopefully it'll be toned down considering the manga is full of it. It's nothing extreme like Ikki Tousen but, to me it's like a lighter version of Tenjho Tenge. Like I said, I hope they lighten up on it because it's a turn off for me.. (One of the reasons why I don't read keep up with the manga anymore.) Other than that I'm fairly interested in seeing the next episode.
I voted for Bleach for the thought of discussion. I would've voted for One Piece, but seeing how it's overshadowed by the other 2 series I know there's no way we'll see any conversations generating any time soon.

I'm just bias right now because Kakashi's the only character I can get into and I've decided to stop paying attention to the story.. "coughs" It's the only way I'm going to get any type of enjoyment out of this series. If I keep trying to follow the story I'll just end up dropping it again lol. 500+ chapters of epicness. (Serious epicness that gets better with each passing arc.) Ace can attest to that. But I gotcha.
Also, Magus, half the fun of that video is the guy's voice itself. "**** you, Blooper!" ("How the **** do you—what?!! What are you doing there?")
Yep.. I should've reworded that though. I was basically laughing at him getting mad and whatnot.
It's a custom level. It's not actually in the game, though I sure felt like that guy when I played the original Super Mario Brothers 2. D :
I hate that game. (I still haven't beaten a single Mario game...) I have a toothache out of this world. (I never had a toothache before) Causing me to get a headache. I won't be in class tonight.

I definately would like to see a flip-flop sort of thing from now on since when Kubo spends time on one specific place for so long he takes forever to move it along. I don't know what to think about this weeks chapter. I'm hearing Ichigo's mask now has a horn... What, he automatically gets that upgrade now.. phooey. I know it'll just repeat with the training and all but still... I rather take that training over seeing Ichigo automatically know how to tame that beast.
-
I actually think this week's chapter might be a tad bit more decent than what we have been getting as of late.. But then again that's just me and my thought of Kakashi being temporary Hokage... "shrugs" Gavin, go read One Piece.

I've managed to catch a couple shows I wanted to check out. I got my laughter in for the day.. Seeing people actually mess up in games and having them do commentary with it can be really fun, especially if you like seeing people screw up. How do you even get that part of the game? I recall hearing about it once before, but I don't remember. Warning.. If you watch it you're going to hear a lot of swearing. I can't make it to 10 minutes without cracking up so hard. (I've yet to even reach 7 minutes without stopping the video.)

If there was ever a company that deserves "company of the year" I think Capcom should get it. Putting out hit after hit. Anyway, the new game that's currently in development is Ghost Trick. The same creators of the Ace Attorney series are behind this game, and it shows too.
Ghost Trick combines mystery, logic puzzles and the supernatural into a compelling experience on Nintendo DS. Part adventure game, part puzzle game, Ghost Trick's gameplay will challenge player's brains while its distinctive art style and character designs courtesy of members of Capcom's Ace Attorney series, will please the eye. In Ghost Trick, players become Sissel, an amnesiac ghost who must use his ghostly powers to protect the lives of several people while attempting to uncover the secrets behind his own untimely demise. Sissel can "possess" items within the world, such as flicking a switch to shock an unwary assassin or floating a bike through the air to scare mortals and even rewind time by four minutes to prevent further deaths.
CLICK ME (Video inside) It definately has that quirkiness that's in the Ace Attorney games. My only concern about the game is the replayability. I hope there are some extra things to do once you complete the game. Other than that I'm looking forward to this game.

I can understand that for the most part, but I still would've liked to have seen him anyway. Even if it's just to show him in the barracks doing nothing. It's kind of hard to have him not be in a single episode yet he's more popular than both Yumichika and Ikkaku.

Oh man, this Bount arc is horrible. (I've only seen about 6-8 episode) And people are saying that this is better than Naruto's fillers.... Boy, I'd hate to watch them if people are claiming this to be better. Let's see, from the past 3-4 episodes I've seen, there's been characters acting really stupid yet they were suppose to be smart.
Ishida being my main target. I mean Ichigo practically had the battle won against Kariya (however his name is spelled.) and they have this suppose to be "smart" character shoot an arrow that lead these bounts back to Soul Society and now they have some type of advantage of healing their wombs with Reishi or something like that.
(dumb@$$) This whole thing could've been done if it weren't for interruptions.
Byakuya and Ichigo could've done away with Kariya, but nooo, this stupid broad interferes just to say hi to Kariya....
I've also seen rip-off's of other characters and their zanpakuto.
This Maki Ichinose person is nothing but a light-skinned version of Tousen with a combination of Tousen and Aizen's zanpakuto. This guy hate's Kenpachi for killing a captain of the 11th division. (They shared the same type of flashback for this previous captain that was killed by Kenny in Tousen's flashback... Are you serious...?) Not to mention he's going on about honor. (justice.. anyone?) As I've said, his zanpakuto is a combination of both Tousen's and Aizen's put together. Instead of darkness, this guy uses light and it can cast illusions... (ok, a more stabled version of Kyoka Suigetsu.)
Last weeks episode alone was the first time I've ever seen so many inconsistent artwork/animation moments in 1 full episode of any show. (cartoon or japanese animation) One moment it goes from having some nice looking visuals to some freakishly hideous moments. (This is within about a 2 minute time frame) I know Kenpachi's not the easiest person to draw in the world (nor animate... his hair is ridiculous lol), but his back shots were terrible. It's really hard to describe what the back of his head look like, but it was some terrible stuff. They really need to stick with either crappy/good artwork/animation throughout the episode. (at least the episode) Can't be both. I hear there's 10 episodes left with this bount arc (Adult Swim btw). I don't know if I could last long enough to even wait for them. I did manage to check out some of those later fights down the line... Err... Let's just say I can't say I'm too thrilled about it. If I had a reason to look at some of the later episodes... It would only be because of the
embarassing Zomari vs Byakuya fight.
Even though I still think David Kaye would've done a better Byakuya, Dan Woren's Byakuya sounds really good. [/rant] _______________ Edit: Against my better judgment I decided to watch this new filler arc and, to my surprise it's actually been quite entertaining.
The idea of having zanpakuto's fight their masters
is an intriguing idea. There've been quite a few great moments too.
Particularly dealing with Sode no Shirayuki, Hyorinmaru and Senbonzakura.
(As much as I don't like Rukia her fight was still nice to see.) To see Toushiro's little flashback thingy was interesting and whatnot. The latest episode was pretty good too. My only gripe so far is that I don't think I've seen Kenpachi at all during all of this. He should be all over this trying to fight off everyones zanpakuto.
Naturally. Pity we'll never see either one. Unless we're really lucky. Overall though, fussing over it being on Toon Disney just makes me laugh. Though perhaps it's easy for me since I don't follow the show anyway.
I think they're fussing over it due to editing issues. They're already whining because they think TD/DXD's going to heavily edit everything. I've thought about checking it out, but then again I think I'll pass. All the stuff I've put up with in the series I don't think I'm willing to go through it again.

Haha, the only thing I'm interested at this point is the war. Everything else went over my head especially the talk about the moon and ten tails... Madara's a combination of Pein and Orochimaru >_>.

Is it sad for me to say that the best part of this whole war is Hiyori being cut in 2? Seriously, her being cut in two has turned this into something like a race against time and made the situation a lot more interesting. No healers are there with them outside of Hacchi and it seems like he needs both his hands to do any sort of healing. I wonder if Urahara is going to show up (if he shows up) with everyone.. (Tatsuki, Keigo and what's his name included?) I thought I would like Kensei's bankai, but I'm not sure that I do. I have to see more. Edit: I'm currently reading the TBTP part again and I'm starting to wonder if Isshin was one of the folk in the Maggot's nest... I think this was brought up before... (Reading it now, that theory is starting to sound nice about now.)

I'd rather see both Naruto and Sasuke get a beating from the disney characters.

It's been a little lacking in topics here lately.
Nathan Drake is back, and more uncharted than ever as he attempts to uncover the mysteries behind Marco Polo's lost fleet and the Himalayan valley of Shambhala. Featuring cutting edge graphics and design, this action-adventure game blends the line between cinema and gaming like never before. Explore exotic locales and encounter deadly enemies as you embark on the adventure of a lifetime.
I haven't paid much attention to the first game at all because I just thought it was a Tomb Raider clone and, I didn't care for that series at all. But the "movie-like" effect has pretty much hooked me. The game's not due till October 13 (next week I believe) and the game is already racking up 9's all across the board. (It's been doing that for about 2-3 weeks now.) Anybody else anticipating this game as much as I am? (Even though I won't get the chance to play it) Train Ride part 1 train ride part 2 Graphics are pretty amazing if I say so myself. And Drake is quite the character.

While it was a somewhat interesting chapter and, I know it should've been expected that someone was going to bail Sasuke out, I still think it was disappointing that he was bailed out. (Seriously, I'd really like to see someone knock him down a couple notches. Thinking he's superior and whatnot. I want the guy to be struck with fear like he'll piss his pants or something.) It's about time that there's another interesting female character though. Konan was interesting up until she did nothing. Mizukage, while a pedo, is probably the best female as of now. (Hey, all the other girly's are damsels.)
