Heh, the only thing that I actually liked about Nintendo was the Metroid and Team Ninja collaboration. I don't understand the whole Wii Motion thing at all. It just look like what the Wii controller was doing all along. Can someone explain the purpose of it? Sony isn't doing any better IMO. I caught myself changing the channel twice, and almost falling asleep. Uncharted 2, so far is the only game that caught my interest. Metal Gear Solid: Peace (Something) looks interesting. And then the new footage of FFXIII looks nice. Other than that, this thing has been fairly boring so far. Edit: Forgot about Halo: ODST. I also find that game interesting as well. (Forgot to mention that when I was talking about the Microsoft conference thing.)

First thing first. I wasn't nearly as bored with this as I was last year. Let me get all the negatives (for me) out of the way now. Live, project natal, camera/eyetoy, motionless controller. All this stuff has never interested me one bit. I'm a boring person. I like my stuck nice and simplistic. (And I'm lazy XD) With that said though, Peter Molyneux introduced some Milo game thingy, and with me not liking all that that I mentioned above, even I have to admit that this Milo thing is impressive. That is if it does what he says it does. I'm curious to see what all that can be done with that game. Now onto the games. First and foremost, [b]Metal Gear Solid: Rising[/b]! Metal Gear Solid: Rising for the 360!!! It was just a matter of time before it happened, but still I'm happy. While I still haven't played MGS4, I'm all for MGS:R since I have a 360 (YAY). [b]Splinter Cell: Conviction[/b] has me sold as well. I've never been a fan of the games but the way this one is handled had me glued to my tv. The way Fisher is interrogating people looks awesome, and it almost looks Borune-like (favorite movies) and that's a double plus [b]Modern Warfare 2[/b]. The only FPS's I really play are Halo, Goldeneye007, and Perfect Dark. And while I don't remember too much about the game, I just know ice climbing never looked better. Of course FFXIII, but there was nothing new here.

Well, it's here. (2 hours before Nintendo does there conference, I think.) Honestly, I'm not really all that excited this year. I guess it's because I haven't seen much of anything that has me going "ooh and ahh". In terms of games, I'm not sure if this year will be all that great compared to last year. (or was it 2007 where all the goodie goodies were revealled?) Last year Microsoft was said to have won the press conference showdown thingy or whatever. Honestly, none of the console press conferences do anything for me. Camera's, motion controllers, online means nothing to me. I am curious to see what Hideo Kojima has this year. It's rumored that there is a new Metal Gear game and that it's Greyfox instead of Raiden... (O_O!!) Whether that's true or not, lies with Kojima. I'm also hoping to see more info about Final Fantasy 13 Versus. I love me some hack n slashers, and hearing that the gameplay is similar to Kingdom Hearts has me hooked. This could possibly convince me to buy a PS3. Yeah, anything you're hoping to see this year?

If it seems like I'm being a jerk, sorry, I reread the chapter again and while I don't think this fight is over (not by a long shot) it's still pissing me off. (This fight has me angered at Toushiro fans because they keep defending him with bogus stuff.)

I hate the summer. Cookouts are nice and all, but I cherish my sleep over cookouts. And trying to sleep during muggy nights is the crappiest thing ever. (I need an air conditioner in my room.)

As far as I'm concern, Toushiro can rot for all I care. His explanations on everything seems to be complete garbage at this point. However, going from what you're saying though, about none of these espada's being vastolordes. I can see that. But then again, we still have a problem. In Nnoitra's flashback we have both Nell and Nnoitra out to recruit vastolordes. We don't know if it was a success or not. However, I don't think none of the top 3 espada are fighting at their full potential. Starks lazy. Barragan is idiotically toying with Omeada. Hallibel.... I'm so dissappointed with this. This fight should've been long over with, with her as the victor. I don't even care about abilities at this point. Even if Toushiro is matched against someone with almost the same abilities as him. If he wins this fight this also means that he's stronger than Ichigo, Kenpachi, and Byakuya. Which means Ichigo's mask is pointless also making Vaizards pointless. And yeah, we know all of that is a load of garbage.[/rant] I'm still not certain about Yammy and this 0. IMO, 0 can be taken as either high or low. (Like an Ace being 1 or 11) And I'm just not buying the whole 0 is the strongest argument. I need to see what he can do. Expanding his size means nothing to me.

That's what I get for never keeping up with events. Edit: Oh, in other news, my GPA is a 3.0. (YES!!!) Kind of shocking because I got 5 B's (2 of those are B+) and a C. Break it up into a quarter system, for this quarter I got 2 B's and a C and still managed to get a 3.0. I don't know how this works anymore. 1st quarter I had 3 B's (2 B+ and a reg B) and that came out to a 3.4. Well, whatever. I'm happy. I'm not gonna dispute it.

I haven't been keeping up with the playoffs as of late since all 4 teams were playing like idiots. I hate it when teams take unnecessary 3 pointers. But I agree with you, Korey. I also like Lebron and would've like to see the Cavs in the finals. But truth be told, they have bad matchups against the Magics, as well as the Lakers. It still pisses me off till this day. Joe Dumars trading Billups for Iverson.. ARGH!! (IDIOT!) We had great matchups against all those teams. (Not to mention a consistent bench) Getting rid of Billups, I would've went after Darren Williams. Relying on Stuckey was a no-no. Firing Flip and settling for Mike Curry was a double no-no. Joe D messed up big this season. It'll be a long time before we make it back to the eastern conference finals. (I have no faith in Detroit teams lol) Des you're evil for that skin.

My ps2 controller gave out on me (I think it's cursed.) so I can't continue playing FF4... Sad too, because I was starting to have fun. Went back to playing Tales of Vesperia. I'm in Nordepolica (however it's spell.) Getting ready to head out I believe. [spoiler]Judy left me :(. While I never played as her, she always had my back in fights... I'm gonna miss that.[/spoiler] Rita's become more annoying. I used to didn't mind her, but her obsession is really annoying. Karol.. Let's just say I never liked kids. Estelle's gone from comically naive to annoying as well. None of these characters compare to Luke in annoyance factor though. Yuri, Judith and Raven are my favorite characters. (With Judy being on top.) Karol sucks while controlling him in battle, as does Raven. I don't ever want to use long-ranged fighters or fighters with big bulky weapons in action rpgs again. Question. How important is synthesizing? I've yet to do any synthesizing. I bought all of my weapons and managed from there. Is it better to synthesize or buy my weapons? Combination of both? I think most of my characters are between levels 32-37. (But I think almost everyone is at 36)
