Originally posted by Semjaza Azazel It's possible your friend read this somewhere though, as I'm sure there's a million fanfics on the subject. Sadly.
Probably. It wouldn't surprise me any if he did. Anyway, he now knows that they didn't have a baby or anything, but I just remembered another issue he brought up. He said that Link isn't completely Hylian or something of the sort, something about Link's uncle not having pointy-ears or something. Since I haven't played any of the older Zelda games I couldn't really say anything about this. Is it because his Hylian blood was thin or something?

I grew up in Utah until I was four, then we moved here to Georgia and have lived here ever since, which is about 10 or 11 years. :)

Okay, I was talking to this guy during geometry, and we started talking about the Zelda games since the teacher wasn't teaching at that moment. We started talking about what might have happened to Link once his adventures were over, and he says
"All I know is that he and Zelda had a baby before Ganondorf was banished." I know they never got married, but this guy kept saying that it was in the original storyline and the editors cut that section out of the games and stuff.
I'm asking this here just to get things straightened out because I don't want to chance taking his word on it (
mainly because he came up with some other crazy things. He thought that the Link from Ocarina of Time was sent forward into the future and is the same Link from the Wind Waker.
) So I would appreciate comments about this, and please let me know if I'm wrong. :)

If I could, I would go trick-or-treating, but my mom says I'm too old....I'm only 15 for Fred's sake. :grumble: Anyway, there was an away football game on Halloween, so the band of course went and dressed up in our costumes since it was the other team's homecoming game and we didn't have to do our half-time show. It was fun. We got candy, partied in the stands, and had a costume contest, and I'll go ahead and say that there were some very interesting costumes, lol....
Originally posted by amibasuki my younger sister is in high school now. it's quite...... different. we'll have to see where that goes, lol.
Yes, we shall....:cross::p:shifty: Anyway, I can't really say I'm closest to any of my siblings. They all seem to gang up on me, especially my little brother....Hmm. But out of all of them, I'd say I am closest to Stephanie. Ever since I started attending high school and started hanging out with her alot more, she's actually starting to talk to me OUTSIDE OF CONFRONTATION. That's a nice change.

This was the ORIGINAL lineup for Spirit Week: Monday: Twin/Hero Day (Dress either as a twin or your hero. This was pretty cool. (This day was one of my favorites.)) Tuesday: Opposite Sex/PJ Day (Dress either in your PJs or as the opposite gender) Wednsday: Country Day (Either dress in red, white, and blue; come dressed as a redneck; or come in dressed like a cowboy) Thursday: Decade Day (Dress in the clothes your decade wore. Freshman were assigned the 1980's, Sophmores had 1950, Juniors had 1960, and Seniors had 1970. (This was my other favorite day, but some people didn't dress to the assigned years, but that made it all the funnier. One girl was dressed up from the 18th century, and another guy was dressed in a toga. He was doing the decade 40 AD. :cross::D:p) Friday: Purple and Gold Day (self-explanitory) But then one of the teachers *cough* Mrs. Alday :shifty:*cough, cough* didn't like the idea of Tuesday's lineup, so she had it changed to Occupation/Tacky Day. Alot of the student body did that, but there were a few here and there (mainly the guys) who dressed oppositely. As for the pajamas, people wore PJs to school no matter what day it was since Dress Code was abolished just for this week only. Starting Monday we have to tuck our shirts in again....>>; Bleh.
Originally posted by Queen Asuka And about PJ day, my school had it my Freshman and Sophomore year, but my Junior year, they didn't have it. So TONS of students signed a petition to have PJ day, but they still didn't approve it. So one of the days, they wore PJs as their costume. It was a big deal. So my Senior year, they didn't have PJ day again and they said if anyone showed up during any day during spirit week in PJs, they would get sent home. I thought that was a little ridiculous, don't you?
Interesting....Some people dressed in PJs every day of Spirit Week and they weren't sent home. I wonder what changed their minds? Anyway, tonight's Homecoming, so this should be fun....

Iris emerged from the forest, which was practically the wall of the crumbling city. The roof-tops were poorly patched, the shops had ragged curtains over the windows where the glass should have gone, and the street was littered with garbage and filth. She carefully stepped over the junk in the road and made her way towards a tavern. The tavern looked just like the other buildings---in fact the only way she could tell it was a tavern was a small sign that was hanging beside the door. She stepped inside. As soon as she did, the innkeep looked up from what he was doing. Innkeep: "Another one?! Alright. They're in the back room." Iris nodded her thanks and walked towards the back where everyone else was waiting for the others.

If you had supernatural powers what would they be?
Deedlit replied to Max's topic in General Discussion
Powers, eh? I would love the ability to fly, have psychic powers, and maybe even summon a few spells here and there. ^^ Ah, the awesome-ness. *starts to plot some evil scheme, or at least attempts it* :shifty::demon: -
Iris walked out into the morning sunshine and shivered. Fall was coming early this year. She pulled her cloak closer around her and started walking to the southern exit of the small town. On the way she saw a friend of hers, Rebecca, who was married to a young man who ran the town bakery. She stood in the doorway, and Iris noticed that she was waving her arms wildly, signaling for her to come over. Iris quickened her pace; Rebecca seemed a bit anxious. Rebecca: "Iris, a letter arrived in town. It's addressed to you!" Iris was a bit surprised. She never recieved mail. What was more, she traveled around so much, how did anyone know where she was? She quickly recovered in time that Rebecca hadn't noticed her reaction. Iris: "Who's it from?" Rebecca: "I haven't a clue. It has no signature, plus it's a bit distressing." Rebecca reached into her apron pocket and withdrew a sheet of yellow parchment and gave it to Iris. She looked at it for a moment as if unsure about something. Iris: "Would you mind telling me what it's about?" Rebecca: "Oh, no. It's very confidential." Iris raised her eyebrow, was about to speak, but shook her head and opened the letter. The writing was somewhat scratchy, but legible none the less, and not to mention short. It was only a few sentences long, and spoke mostly about a Sword of Void, a man named Lython, and a meeting in a nearby town called Griecan. She quickly folded it up again, and quietly chanted the magical word "Allya!" The letter promtly burst into flame, leaving nothing but ashes in her hand. Rebecca pulled Iris' hand back down to her side, looked around nervously, and whispered hurriedly into her ear. Rebecca: "Why'dyou use your magic to burn it?! You know that this place hates mages and the like! What if they had seen you? Then you would've---" Iris: "It's alright, Rebecca. No one's awake yet. Besides, this letter may be too important to just leave lying around. At least this way it won't fall into suspicious hands." Rebecca sighed and glanced over her shoulder again. Rebecca: "If you say so. Anyway, I take it you're setting out again?" Iris paused for a while, then glanced over her shoulder at the direction in which she just came. Iris: "Well, I was planning on heading south for a while, but....I think I'll head north of here instead." Rebecca: "So you're really going to Griecan?" Iris: "I might as well. One place is about as good as any place these days. Not to mention I'm a bit curious about all that." She indicated the small pile of ashes on the ground. Rebecca: "Well then you best hurry afore anyone comes out into the street and sees you. Griecan isn't that far, so you should reach it a few hours before the evening comes." Iris nodded and quickly set off to the northern exit of the small town. As soon as she passed the gate, she set off down the main path, then broke away from the path, which went right, and went left. She knew of a shortcut that could possibly get her there by midday if nothing went wrong. She cluthched her cloak tightly around her and set off at a swift pace through the woods.

My economics teacher Ms. Whatley has cussed a few times, but not intentinally. She only cusses when 1.) she's not thinking straight, and 2.) when she's really pissed. One time a student asked if another answer was acceptable on a quiz, and she said "Oh, what the hell. Give them credit for it. :)" Then she said "damn" when the class was really acting up. Minor cussing like that doesn't affect me at all, but if it's something like "F-this," and "F-that," or "F-you," then I would probably have a problem with it. If it's not, it's not a big deal since you've probably heard alot worse language riding the bus or walking in the hall between classes.

*starts singing quietly* ?Lizzie Borden took an ax..." Other than that, I've heard of several murders where nurses, doctors, and attendents in hospitals and such have injected patients with poisons. Gee, that makes me want to trust them all the more....:shifty: [edit]spelling

We read Antigone in literature last year. It was pretty good, but pretty short. Some students called her name "Antee-gon" just to try to be funny. It got annoying very fast....>>;

Name:Zelyiiris ("Iris" for short) Race: Human Gender: female Age: 17 Appearance: Iris has long brown hair that goes down her back and a little past her hips that she keeps tied back into a loose braid, slender, pale, about 5'4", green eyes with a few specks of gold, and her ears have a slight, hardly noticable point that suggests that she had an elf in her family, probably far back as a great, great, great, great, relative of some sort. She wears midnight blue robes that splits halfway up the middle from the bottom of the hem and wears a knee-length black skirt under it, and the robes and her wide sleeves have a silver edging. She wears small black leather boots and a pouch at her side, and sometimes she wears a black cape. Personality: She can be very distrustful about people at times, but that doesn't mean that she can't get along with them. She is very friendly and caring, but she loves to be in a quiet and secluded place where she can just relax and think. Bio: Iris' mother died when she was only three years old, and her father was never around due to the fact that he was drinking his life away at the nearest tavern every night. When he did come home, he would beat Iris until either he passed out dead drunk on the floor or until Iris fell to the floor unconcious. When she was nine she ran away while he was out with some of his friends and ran until midnight. She got lost in the woods and wandered around aimlessly until sunrise came when she came across a large building made of white marble. Runes were engraved into the pillars, and Iris knew immediately where she was---the Citadel of High Sorcery and Magic. The location of the Citadel was unknown, since the Elders had cast a spell on it long ago. If any mapmaker were to mark the place down on a map, the marking would immediately turn into a crimson "X" and burst into flame, destroying the map and erasing any knowledge of the place from the intruders mind. The Elders however took Iris in and taught her the Art and all kinds of magicks. She soon learned that she had a great skill for magic and quickly rose to the top of her class. Almost ten years have passed and Iris decides to leave in order to further her training. She never stays in one place for too long and tries to avoid contact with people as much as possible. Weapon: She carries a rapier at her side, and wears a dagger concealed in her wide sleeve. Magic: She has many basic spells (ie: sparks to light fires, flashes of light to illuminate areas, ect.), but also has some offensive and defensive spells (ie: lightning bolt, flame wheel, small cyclones, shields, ect.) Last night I had a dream that OB became illegal, and whoever was a member had to be executed. When it came time for the execution, it turned out that they had a plastic axe and only pretended to decapitate you. Then the executioner would say, "Alright, you're dead, get off the block. NEXT!!" Very wierd....o0;

Stupid things you thought of or did when you were young
Deedlit replied to DragonArcher's topic in General Discussion
I ate leaves off trees, jumped off bunkbeds, left Barbie dolls in the bathroom sink to drown them, ran away from home whenever I could, fell down the stairs numerous times (some were not on accident....), slept on the floor in a sleeping bag, and for my third birthday I wanted a cake in the shape of a spider with green frosting. Oh, and I thought that the evil birds from "The Wizard of Oz" were living in our backyard, thanks to my sister Anna. :cross: That's all I can remember, but I bet that if I asked my mom she could come up with some other stuff. -
