Lidan and Sethi both knew that Gordon was going to be furious...and likewise, neither of them gave a ****. ... The small shuttle had been docked in the main hangar of Gordon's craft, and both women exited the shuttle's ramp to find themselves held at gunpoint. "What's the meaning of those?" Sethi gestered (how do you spell that dern word) towards the guns. The four men in soldier uniforms might as well have let their drool run down their chins as they stared at the dark-haired beauties, "We're bringing you to the General." "Ah yes," Lidan mocked, throwing Sethi and sideways glance, "the General." Sethi was tempted to take out all four men at once, being escorted by soldiers pointing guns at their backs wasn't her idea of a warm welcome. "Excuse me," one of the men who had been studying the younger sister touched her arm lightly, "you look familiar." "I doubt it." Sethi made her tone sour, which caused Lidan to stifle a snort of laughter. "Do you know a Greyg Jenson?" Sethi refrained from wincing, but her complexion paled, "Why do you ask..." The soldier lowered his eyes a bit, his voice softening, "I served with Greyg in our younger years, I knew him pretty well for about 4 years until we were stationed in different command groups. We still kept in touch though, and he even sent me a picture of his fiancé. She looked every bit like you." "Because it was me." She retorted almost bitterly. "I'm sorry, miss." He sensed the irritation and dropped the subject. Another soldier pushed them forward, rather roughly, "Here's the General's office, inside, both of you." "Stop shoving your God damn guns in my back." Lidan snarled. "Gentlemen, let them be." Gordon's voice heeded a warning. "Yes, sir." "You are dismissed." The four men filed away from the office. Gordon turned towards his sisters and glared, "You two have no right interfering with military matters?" "Gordon, shut up!" Sethi and Lidan simutaniously burst. Sethi's face was turning red, "I don't give a rat's *** if this is a military matter?!" As was Lidan's, "They destroyed our family?!" "And, god dammit, my fiancé was killed in his line of duty...under your ****ing command, Gordon?!" "This has every single thing to do with us just as much as it has to do with you!" Lidan finished. Both girls stood shaking, leaving Gordon to stare at them. "Ok, um..." Gordon gestered to the chairs around the small desk, "let's sit down...and talk."
Originally posted by Son Goten but usually i'm a jedi. a master of the force.
Lucky :shifty: I had a dream last night that I went to India on a photo assignment (must have come from my story...) and ended up going to a pier that had a bunch of dead birds floating at the bottom. There was a dead stork that a bunch of photographers thought would be cool to photograph (me included) and so they started to arrange its body and stuff...weird :drunk: Then my dad appeared and I was pissed because he had to join me on my trip and I didn't want him too. The only good thing he did was save my camera...which I had some how left on the pier. Agh...messed up...dream...::dies::

Fett, you were right about Dennis Lawson playing Wedge...and he is Ewan McGregor's (young Obi Wan) uncle. 1 Has there been a Hutt jedi? If so give his/her name... Yep! Beldorian the Splendid from Planet of Twilight. That book really sucked...I hate Hambly's writing. 2 What species was Thrawn?: Chiss...I believe...I could go look it up in my book but I'm too lazy for that... 3 What pirate gang uses tri-fighters: You have discouraged me...I shall not attempt this one :drunk: Edit: Just kidding, hehe, I thought maybe I would attempt it by making wild guesses...is it some oganization mentioned in the Rogue Squadron series? That's the only thing I can think of...and I bet I'm wrong :D ________________ My turn again :naughty: 1. Where/how did Jabba meet Salacious Crumb? 2. General Jan Dodonna was famous for leading the Alliance what attack? What happened to him in his later years? (I'm thinking of one specific event...think Corran Horn...) 3. Khabarakh is of what species that does what for Leia Organa Solo? Not too hard...have fun ;)

14....17....:butthead: God what is this world about -__- I know a 14 year old freshman girl who had sex with her 18 year old senior boyfriend. I just think it's so horribly wrong...-__- First of all, I would be pissed too, Son Goten. I think you have every right to be upset. Not only is she your sister, but she's your 14 year old sister, and he is a 17 year old horny male. Beh.

Hehehe, yep! Senator Palpatine indeed. I took that horrible picture at the Getty Museum in LA...my dad and I found it incredibly humorous on how much it resembles Palpatine. It was merely on display with other statues from the 1700s...and I was cracking up at it :D

Don't die out Star Wars topic! Here's a trivia question...and it's a really easy one, too! Dennis Lawson (tell me who he played) was related to what other huge Star Wars star? Second question...Who does this picture of a 1700s terra cotta statue remind you of? Behehe...it's funny

She awoke to find the bruise on her cheek was turning an ugly shade of yellow...she had attempted to cover it up with makeup during the briefing with the Rogues... She glanced through the portfolio again, examining the contents. Many of these new recruits had some pretty impressive credentials. Jana couldn't wait to start flying again.

Sethi raised an amused eyebrow, "Lycra eh? I guess we'll be showing off our...assets." Lidan nodded, "Yep, we will." ;) Sethi smiled, "Excellent." After the two had payed, changed, and mutually agreed that they looked good, they set off in Gordon's wake.

Do you write [or have you, in the past, written] much poetry that could be considered "depressing"? Oh God yes. 7. Did writing it make you feel any better? Indeed :toothy: 8. Do you prefer reading "depressing" or "lighthearted" poetry? The depressing stuff comes easier to me (go figure  ) but I try to write lighthearted stuff to balance out my inside feelings. 9. And does the phrase "you have to suffer to write" mean anything to you? Of course...for more than one reason.

Episode 1 vehicle quiz. 1.)Name the three types of shells used in an ATT. It's AAT, not ATT ;) anyway: High energy shells, armor-piercing warheads, and "bunker busting" shells. I'm not sure if that's exactly what you were looking for though... 2.)Who manufactured the Sith Infiltrator? Republic Sienar Systems 3.)What type of fuel dose Sebulba's podracer take? tradium power fluid (pressurized with quold runium and some how activated with ionized injectrine) :cross: That's a mouthful right there... 4.)How many escape pods does the Republic Cruiser have? I'm not sure about this one...I just know that the little "diplomatic safe-section" found in the back of the ship can be completely deployed like an escape pod...other than that, I don't know :toothy:

I finally decided to save this topic!!! ::wild cheers and applause:: Yes, yes, thank you...so I shall go with the dress shop on Bismin I guess...we'll have to work the other stuff out...later... _________________ "I haven't changed out of these God forsaken clothes since that night?" Sethi glanced over at Lidan who nodded knowingly. "Me neither...save night clothes and that stupid thing they make you wear at the hospital." An elderly woman approached the two younger ones, "May I help you pretty young ladies?" "We'd like to purchase two new items of clothing, one each." Lidan glanced around, "What do you specialize in?" "Dresses...gowns...usually made of the finest silk." The woman started to stroke the sleeve of a dress. "I don't think we can afford that." Sethi started to look at what was on display, "Do you have anything semi-cheap?" The woman looked both disappointed and insulted, "Nothing cheap, but inexpensive, I can do." She disappeared towards the back of the store. Sethi and Lidan wandered the shelves, "This stuff looks pretty nice...can we afford it?" Sethi was examining a green tunic. "Yeah, we can pool our money." "I don't have much, Li." Lidan feigned surprise, "What? You don't have some sort of luxurious bank account here on Bismin?" Sethi threw her a sour look, "As a matter of fact, I don't." "Yeah yeah, I was kidding, Seth." "I know," Sethi lowered her gaze, "it just brings back memories, that's all..."

The assignment to India would do me some good. The Next Morning 5:45 am I had convinced Hue to drive me to the airport, since I lacked a vehicle and cabs were hard to get at this time in the morning. I kept a good, "nothing is wrong" face with him, fearing that he'd become too interested in any story I would tell. I found him to be a bit too "happy" to hear agnostic details of my life... "Have a safe trip to India." "I will." I pulled my luggage, a small carry-on bag and a rather large bag of photo equipment, out of Hue's tiny back seat, "Thanks for the ride." "Anytime." He winked and drove off. After clearing security, I presented my itinerary at the gate podium and got my tickets printed out. I hardly minded flying, in fact at times I loved it, but I knew this one was going to be a long, long flight. I sought out Steve and Jacob and found them already waiting for me. "Yo, Jenna." Jacob waved me over. "Hey guys," I pulled some loose hair out of my face, "ready for this one?" Steve smiled, "Can't different than what we've done before, eh?" I smiled and nodded, "Guess not." Little did I know exactly what we were in for. -
Foredaddy! Don't know if you'll remeber me, but I fondly remember you :D I saw Ice Age tonight which was hilarious...there's many good comedic movies out there :whoops:
Originally posted by asar Parents are worried about your safety, that's their job description, line 3 bullet point 9.
:rotflmao: Hehe, that made me laugh! Yeah, I agree with you, asar. When I was 12, I too felt as though my parents were being WAY too overprotective and crap like that. Truth is, they NEED to be that way, as old as you may THINK you are...you're only 12 (soon 13, yes)...they have many years of wisdom that far exceed yours. I'm 17 and my parents are still pretty protective...I think it comes from being the eldest female child...the oldest always gets the most "protective parenting" -__- Even though they're still looking out for me, it's just that: they're looking out for me. The things they have prevented me from doing have many times kept me out of trouble. Though it has caused some adverse side affects...since I do drink behind their backs...and sometimes lie about where I'm going...and have spent the night at guys' houses...and all of that they have NO idea about. Just don't go looking for trouble...it'll save you lots of trouble in the future. Just realize that your parents want the best for you, and I apologize for this being so long :toothy:

Well, finally..He can't ignore his only nephew forever.*rolls eyes*His excuse is going to be caught up in Jedi studies.
I'm sorry to interrupt, but I have been gone a few days and therefore have been absent from the boards :) I was also wondering how Corran is related to Marth? The only possible thing I can think of is if Marth is the son of Mirax's brother or sister...which I didn't think she had any? Corran obviously doesn't have siblings, so there can't be children to call his neices or nephews...unless they were from Mirax's side. So I'm just curious :D ___________________________ Jana glanced back at Tursi and raised her eyebrows... Jana: I'm using the 'fresher... I just watched all four trailers two nights ago, and may I reiterate the fact that Anakin is HOT  Hehe :p But yes, it's Jango, I specifically remember hearing that...I was like "Ah, so that's Jango..." and that was before I read this thread. Speaking of the Fetts...I've never truely understood the attraction to Boba. I think it may be a guy thing...because while I think Boba has a certain degree of "coolness" because he's a bounty hunter, I find the female bounty hunters to be much more interesting. But yes, I do think it's a gender thing...I think bad girls who whoop *** with guns and/or combat are awesome :naughty:
