Originally posted by Majora's Mask Damn, thats a good avatar! better than I could do, anyways....What programs do you use.....? So I can fix this avatar up...make it bigger...Do you use photo shop?
Nope, I use PhotoSuite (for cropping) and Photo Studio. PhotoSuite is very very basic, very user friendly. Photo Studio is like a play-off of Photo Shop...only not as good. I think I can convince my dad to get us Photo Shop...I do love that program :)

Here ya go Krillen. I don't know if it looks good...both of my programs have been messing up images (making them blurry) when I downsize them.... If you aren't happy with the quality, feel free to have someone else do it :)
Originally posted by Baby Kiwi I will probably never again see BabyGirl cuz she is going to go to college all the way across the country :bawl: ...Damn her! Haha J slash K!! :toothy:
Aww, I love you D'Nanna! Hehe :toothy: You can come with Lindsey and Johanna when they visit me on spring break next year ;) Anyway, I plan on going to Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California...that is, if my parents make up their minds if I am "responsible" enough to move from Michigan to Cali or not. I want to major in visual journalism (or photo journalism as it is better-known as) since I love both photography and writing...I can get a better job that way as well ;) So, I plan on going to Brooks, serving internships, getting my BA in 3 years, graduating, and starting off with a secure job at a good magazine or newspaper. Random though: photography is awesome :excited: And yes, this photo is a copywrite of Jenna...1999 :)
Originally posted by Lady Macaiodh second, recognize that you are a stronger person b/c of all this. think about it: take a lump of coal, apply tons of pressure & heat, & a diamond emerges. you're turning into a diamond yourself, metaphorically speaking.
*applause* DBZChikaGhan...you certainly aren't the problem in this situation. I have a lot of problems with my mother as well, though not to the extent of yours. I think the wisest thing to do is realize that she's the one with the problem, but don't blame her for it. The more you blame your mother, the more resentment and conflict it will cause between the both of you. You also must realize that though you are a victim of her emotional/verbal abuse, she is a victim of whatever is causing her to act the way she is. Social work can be some tough sh*t...not to mention, dangerous. People can be very affected by what goes on around them every day (well, obviously) when they do work like that, and if they are very sensitive and put their heart into their work, then it can affect them even deeper. So my greatest advice, while it is hard for even ME to do, is to not blame your mother for how she acts. Yes, she makes a conscious choice to say and do the things she does, but she has yet to conquer something inside of herself to prevent those things from happening. Perhaps you should talk to your mom about it...you never know what could happen. (Though again, don't come out and say "Mom, I hate it when..." because that will get no where. You have to start it out with something like "Hey mom, how was your day?" or something...it's really hard because I have to do it with my mom as well...but it works when you treat your mom like a normal human being. Perhaps if you do (not saying that you don't already) then she will do the same for you :). )

Argh...if my dad's office wasn't the room next to my bedroom (which is situated nicely by the basement back door) then I would have had many adventures to share by now. But since the poopy-head stays up until 2 or 3 am every morning...there is no use in me sneaking out :(

The REAL reason is, er...*reads kuja's post*...he's got the reason somewhere amid all that mumble jumble...I dunno what I'm allowed to say...can't be too careful when the boss-man is online :shifty:
Originally posted by Bluewizard His parents are blaming it on his medicine for his zits. Said it made him psycotic. Whatever.
It's Acutane that you're talking about. It is clinically proven to cause depression, especially in kids who already have low self esteem. It's not just some crappy excuse his parents are making up..
Originally posted by Majora's Mask Seriously? Thats wierd....Can you make me one outta this pic of Spider-Man's face?
Actually, I tired, but if you don't like his face being cut off, then I can't make it look much better. THe demensions of the picture are just hard to work with...especially to get his whole face in...just doesn't work :( So, unless you like this one, there isn't really anything else I can do :)

I tried this little test again, and ended up getting TN as my first (again, whee!) and myself as the second. Perhaps I answered better that time ;) And not too many people are like me...I think it's the whole "stalker" question...

I lost patience with the water temple...and resorted to online guides :cross:. In fact, I lost a lot of patience with OoT...I just didn't have time to sit around and figure things out...after the water temple, I decided to do things the conventional way...with the help of guides when I got stuck -_-. Wait, I'm incredibly off-topic, but I thought I'd give my two cents worth about that darn water temple...wheee :excited:

We're just both silly losers who weren't aware of such situations :p Anyway, congrats on beating that game! It, uh...took me...seven years (I put the game down for about four years before I started up again) but it was well worth it! Yay!
Originally posted by Heaven's Cloud I guess you're probably watching it right now to though...
Indeed I am. I'll probably have dreams about it too... Gah, damn emotional TV shows...how is it possible for an animated series to give so much feeling? Doesn't make sense to me :cross:

Well, sometimes I think about my various fantasies and the guys I'd like to have those fatasies with...:naughty: Tonight I'll probably be thinking about Cowboy Bebop, since all of the episodes are so emotional (to me at least) and one time I even cried myself to sleep after watching it (Session 5, Ballad of Fallen Angel). I get weirder every day, don't I? Heh :p Actually, I think that Cowboy Bebop in particular just brings out all of these emotions because it is so masterfully done...it's a really amazing anime. Wait, back on topic... Um...I forgot...

One of my friends owns (and wears) a water bra. She doesn't need it, but is sooo convinced that she does. When she wears it, I think it looks quite unnatural since she is so damn skinny... Me, on the other hand, I am quite content with my chest size :p

If you guys ever need an avatar made, I'd be happy to do it. You'd just have to find a picture first (or I could find one to use with your consent) and I would gladly make it. Call me strange, but I get great fun out of making avatars...:cross: Heh

What's the scariest thing that's happened to you?
BabyGirl replied to D. Dark's topic in General Discussion
Yikes, all of yours sound really scary...:( My scaries experience wasn't really THAT scary...even though at the time I was afraid that I was going to get attacked. I was in the Australian bush on a cattle station with a small group of people my age and the station "owner" (or whatever it is you call them), and one night we ventured out to look at the stars. We ended up getting "chased by dingos" and running for our lives and it was all very scary... I was only 14 at the time...but I must have run faster than an Olympic gold-medal sprinter... -
 Shi-ot! It's sad that it actually made me jump...:nervous:
Originally posted by *GaLxY-GiRl* wow... I typed a lot of stuff... :drunk:
Sorry, this is off topic, but Galxy, I had a dream about you last night. You hacked into my computer and kept kicking me offline (I think I got that from real life since my mom does it all the time...) and I got really pissed. It was you and this huge group of thug-like men...it was sorta cool. Man, I have a lot of dreams about hackers...:drunk: But anyway, back on topic. Yes, I would date a good guy friend. I really suck at relationships, so I don't know how it would turn out... It also depends on the guy...I have one friend I've known since we were in diapers, and I still love hanging out with him! Though, he is someone I couldn't bring myself to date...we've known each other for too long :) So, in the end, yes, I would date a good friend. Especially if we hadn't known each other for TOO long...heh
