The riku banners are probably the best ones up there right now besides the other huge riku banner before. The only thing I notice about alot of your pieces, is that when yu use the color blue, you tend to over saturate it or you over contrast it. I also noticed that your older pieces tend to be only monochromatic, but i can tell for the newer pieces there have been more color and variety. I love the improvement ^_^ The hayate piece, the stock is a little too sharpened though. but still deserves [COLOR=Red]

It would help alot if you told us what anime "Shinji-kun" is from since there are many Shinji-kun's out there in the anime world. :) and a reference pic would help alot.

Thanks for the comments on my ms paint peice. that one took me almost 3 hours. =.= i was soo pooped out after that one. hm. wow. than for MS paint, that is really amazing. but i'm just a bit curious as how you made it look like you used the brushes for the backgrounds? [sorry if i sound like i don't believe you]. I've never seen anything like those made in MS Paint before O_O *bows down in amazement* I can't imagine how much work it must've been. ^^"

I make some of my own brushes but I'm not quite skilled enough to make a lot of my own brushes. I tried a few times and it turned out pretty bad. ^^' As for the "v" it was just supposed to be like a continuation of Boo's piece which was "turn up the", so it really is supposed to say "volume". For the sixth one, it was actually a challenge on another forum. It was actually my first time using a stock from full metal panic. I really didn't know what to do with it. =.=

I noticed that most of your sigs have a lot of empty space and the small text doesn't really cover for that. They are pretty good but I can't seem to find anything special about them [not to sound mean]. I'm pretty sure you can't make it look that nice and unpixelly on paint either [I've tried]. But I can see potential in all your pieces. :)

The piece is really great but i think in comparison to the lower part, the top sections seems incomplete. It looks like you took more time on the bottom than the top. I really can't say what you should work on since I don't even know how to make abstracts or work any of the programs you use. lol. ^^' but i say great job on this one. :)

Are we still going to continue this by order? cuz if not, than I want to make the next one after boo. :)

Congrats both of you for making it this far into the competition. :) and congrats cancer for winning.

I like the first two the most. The last one, the first two panels, seems a bit too saturated. maybe tone down the colors a little. The really like the colors used in the first one. I think it would make a really nice header banner. As for the second one, I like how all three panels have some form of clouds on it. It's very calm feeling. I like it.

I'll take a wack at this one, but just to tell you, the dante picture is invalid and says 'tripod'.

even though it's very messy, it's a good kind of messy. The only thing is that the lower left corner seems a little off. it doesn't fit the rest of the image all too much. I like the floating castle. But to bring out the castle a little more, I would suggest to have just a tad color to the castle. just a tad. :)

heh ^^' sorry retri. too early in the morning for me to use my brain. anyways. they really aren't half bad especially since it's done in paint. As for the text, Instead of going for a color that stands out alot, try to pick a color that is similar the those used in the banner but a different shade. having super bright neon colors on a dark banner makes it seem kind of tacky. But i like how you clean you cropped with paint. It's super hard. props for you. ^_^
