Neko slowly woke up with a massive headache. "Ow...what happened? Oh yeah," Neko said to herself and smiled. "I got drunk. Damn, it didn't last as long as it used to." She pulled herself together and walked outside her tent. She yawned and streached. "Hello Yasir," she said to Yasir when she saw him. "Hello, it's good to see you up," He replied. "Thanks." "Might I ask what happended and where you went?" Yasir asked polietly. "I went to town and got drunk. That's about it. By the way, where's Sanoske? I need to talk to him."

Neko unseethed her sword the second she saw the dragons. "Finally we get to the fun part!" She said and smiled. The dragons came towards them at a high speed and she waited for them to reach her. When they came, she quickly jumped and slamed her sword into one of the dragon's backs.

When Neko finished off the achohol, she left a tip at the table and left very drunk. She walked back to the camp and passed out in the middle of the camp.
-
Jonathan came back a few minutes later with several pitchers full of achohol. "I made it strong, just the way you like it," he said. "Thank you," Neko replied and started chugging the pitchers.

Neko came to the town that she was heaed for. She carefully fold her ears under a hat and tucked her tail into her pants. She had a good friend here that owned a tavern and would give her or anyone who was friends with her, free drinks. She walked to the other side of the small town and into a tavern called "The Traveling Horse". She sat down at a table in the far right corner and waited for the bartender to come to her. "'Ello there," The bartender said when he reached her table. "what can I get ya?" Neko raised her head and said, "Hello Jonathan, it's been a while." "Oh my goodness! Andrea, I haven't seen you in years!" "Andrea? Oh yes, that was my name here," she replied. "You don't remember much do you? Well I suspected as much. Anyways, I knew that you were gonna be here, so iI prepared your favorite drink, just for you," Jonathan said to her. "What? How did you know?" Jonathan's voice became a whisper so that know one would hear what he was saying. "well, I've been hearing rumors about GUK soldeirs disappering, so I figured it had to be you. Who ele would have taken Guk, the GUK soldeirs on?" "You have me there. So when are you gonna get me some of that special beer you got in there? I need to get a load off my mind." "I'll be right back," he said and left the table to go get her drink. Neko bent her head down again so that no one would notice her. People were beggining to stare. Not many people come to the tavern alone.

"We had known each other for a long time," Hekilu said. "We used to be good freinds until...." "Until what" Neko asked. "Until they betray me. We still worked together with this boos of ours, it was the best match, but we couldn't ever get the same trust. Then I couldn't take it anymore. All the lies and deception. I was going to kill myself. Then I saw my sister. I hadn't seen in for a long time. She was hanging out with someone unfamilar. Something about her, you Neko, made me want to know more about her so I started following her around, to find out whatever I could." "So that's who I felt watching me!" Neko exclaimed.

Neko woke up several hours later in her tent with a major headache. "What happend?" she asked herself. Then, the memories to Sanoske, Ai, and her thoughts of all the pressure came flooding back to her. "Woah, I need a walk," she said. She carefully snuck out of her tent and out of the campto a path throught the forest. She made sure that no one was following her. She wouldn't be able to take it if they did. She had to get away from the army, the camp, the pressure.....everyone. She had to be alone so that no one would follow her. She walked down the path, knowing that it woul led her to a small town. "I can't do this anymore. Too many people relay on me for salvation. I can't save everyone. Hell, I don't even know if I can save myself at this point. But....I gotta try. I can't just let everyone die like that. Even if we all get killed, at least I'll know that I tried."
-
Neko was partly in shock. Sanoske wasn't hiself, Ai kept disobeying orders, and she finally reliezed that the army, and all of half animal kind, relied on her. It was up to her if they fell or won the war. It was up to her if the half animals would be killed off or live. It was all up to her......was her last thoughts before everything turned black for her. Neko fell to the ground beside Sanoske.
-
"Ai!" Neko screamed when Sanoske cut him open. "do your healing thing!" Before she could finish, she was pushed up the same tree by the throat. "Sanoake..." She gasped. He then let her go and passed out. She rushed over to him and tears filled her eyes. "Sanoske....wake up, please. You can come back. We'll forgive you."
-
Neko sighed. She was not good at being patient. She sat down, leaning against a nearby rock and stared off into space, waiting for nightfall.
-
"Ai, don't hurt him. I'm giving you a direct order, I'm going to extreme measures right now, only beacuse i have to. If you fail to follow my orders, you will be severly punished when we get back to the camp. I'm not talking about just making breakfast, I'm talking about possible expulsion from the army," Neko said, struggling to keep Sanoske down. "I need more people in the army yes, but I don't need people who don't follow orders!"
-
"Ai..." Neko gasped while tring to pul Sanoske's arm away from her throat. "I got it handled." "It doesn't look like it!" he replied. "Oh yeah?" Neko kicked Sanoske in the stomach making him lose his breath for a split second. In that second she ripped his arm from her throat and used it to flip him on the ground, face down. She then pulled his arm around his back and held it there. "Go Ai, I don't want anything happening to you!" she yelled. "But..." "GO!"
-
Neko walked around after she had joined the game for the first time. Everything felt so real, but walking was a bit different here than in the real world. She over heard two people talking and decided to see who they were. Maybe one o them knew where she was supposed to be. "Hello," she said to them. "I'm Neko. I just joined this game and I have no idea as to where I'm supposed to be."
-
Neko continued after Sanoske's scent and stopped. "His trail ends here," she whispered to herself. "He has to be around here somewhere. I just hope he doesn't do anything stupid."
-
"It doesn't matter. I won't be able to work things out with Sanoske with you right there. It won't work. Besides, that spell leaves both of you entirly worthless when it comes tobattle. Now get back over there, all of you. This isn't a request, this is an direct order."
-
The 2nd one definatly. Because if you were in a life and death thing with no idea what to do, you'll probably make the wrong desicsion. Instead, always being in a life or death situation and always knowing what to do insures that you'll make it out alive, even though you'd get tired of it after a long time. Now, would you rather: lie on a bed of nails with razors sharp points or eat a poisenus spider?
-
Neko dashed through the forest at the speed of light, following Sanoske's scent. She stopped senseing someone not far from her. She hid in some bushes and waited for them to catch up. She jumped behind them, putting her sword to there throat. "Who are you and why are you following me?" she asked. "It's me, Ai," They responded. "Oh," she said and dropped her sword from his throat. "What are you doing here?! The others need you!" "I came to help you," He replied. "I gave you direct orders! I can handle myself. Go catch up with them." "But what if...." "I can handle myself. I gotta do this alone. I'm the only one Sanoske trusts one bit. I'm the only one that understands him. You'll screw it up if you follow me," Neko said.
-
"I'll follow him. I'm the only one who can run faster than him. Yasir, get the others to saftey. Move the camp to point B. If you haven't figured that out yet, look in my notebook," Neko said to the others. "But what if you get killed" Ai asked. "I won't. I have to do this on my own. I hired him. I understand him. Now go before we get attacked again!" Neko disapperead into the forest.
-
"We need to get the camp moving again though. The GUK know where this one is now. I wish we could just have a few days of peace,"Neko sighed and suddenly stood up tall, knowing that she just showed one of her weaknesses. "Let's get going. Kobo, once we get there, I will give you a tent that you will be responsible for carring to the next site."
-
Neko stepped out from behind Ai and Scarlett, ready to introduce herself when GUK soldeirs attacked. She began slicing at them and many fell quickly. One treid to sneak up behind her but she felt his presence. She did a quick back flip over him and from behind him, cut his head off leaving a headless body in a pool of blood. "Anyone else?"
-
"I had more than you! You should be able to dance...." Neko paused and looked at the sky, seeing the millions of stars. "Woah...." "Pretty isn't it?" Vincent asked. "Hell yeah." "You know, you never did tell me what you did to first 2 years after you ran away and before you met me,"He said. Neko's eyes got wide and her heart began pounding. "Somethings are best forgotten." Vincent looked at Neko. "You can trust me," He said to her. "Well.....I was an assain." She replied. "That's nothing new." "Let me continue, I was an assain, a bounty hunter. I killed anything, women, children, pregnat women babies, anything, if it got me money to survive. I moved from village to village killing. Then I got an assigment in your village. I was to kill...." "Who?" Vincent asked. "You. But I couldn't. Something held me back." "What?" "I don't know."

Neko floowed Scarlett and Ai until a creature jumped out at them. She quickly unseathed her sword and ran up beside them. "Neko, what are you doing here?" Ai asked. "I'll tell you later, now we fight! Don't kill it though, it looks like another animal person." She slashed at the craeture, but nothing seamed to have an effect. "What are you?" she asked.
-
Neko stood in the backround and soon left. She had to find something to do, someone that needed her, even if she was dead.
-
"What is with those two?" Neko asked herself after Scarlett and Ai left. "I better go follow them to make sure they don't get into any trouble. I'll check out what was going on in the bushes on the way too." She hurried up after them and stayed out of their sight.
